美容仪
本申请要求于2019年2月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201920204680.7、申请名称为美容仪的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及养生理疗仪器的技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种美容仪。
背景技术
随着生活水平的逐渐提高,人们越来越注重生活品质的提高,日常生活护理用品得到越来越广泛的喜爱。例如祛痘的美容仪,目前市场上的美容仪多采用真空玻璃管放电,一方面真空玻璃管高压点对点的高压放电,有刺痛感,用户体验效果差,另一方面真空玻璃管需要抽真空、保证惰性气体的浓度、保证玻璃管的密封性能,生产工艺复杂,质量稳定性差,生产成本高。现有的美容仪还不容易控制按摩头与皮肤之间的间隙,严重影响用户的体验。
发明内容
一种美容仪,包括壳体、驱动结构、按摩头和控制模块。所述壳体包括均与外界连通的第一安装孔和第二安装孔。所述驱动结构安装在所述壳体内。所述按摩头安装在所述第一安装孔上,所述按摩头包括陶瓷片,所述陶瓷片包括导电层,所述导电层与所述驱动结构电连接。所述控制模块安装在所述第二安装孔上,并且与所述驱动结构电连接。
在某些实施例中,所述按摩头还包括安装筒,所述安装筒包括第一端和与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述安装筒的第一端伸入所述第一安装孔内,所述安装筒的第二端用于安装所述陶瓷片。
在某些实施例中,所述安装筒的第二端朝外延伸形成喇叭状的延伸部,所述延伸部朝外的端面朝内凹陷形成供所述陶瓷片安装的沉槽。
在某些实施例中,所述延伸部朝外的端面上设置有固定环,所述固定环用于将所述陶瓷片固定在所述沉槽内。
在某些实施例中,所述延伸部朝外的端面还设置有台阶槽,所述台阶槽与所述沉槽连通,所述固定环朝向所述陶瓷片的表面凸出形成凸环,所述凸环至少部分伸入所述台 阶槽中,所述陶瓷片至少部分收容在所述凸环的内环中。
在某些实施例中,所述按摩头还包括套设在所述安装筒的第二端的护套,所述护套上设置有网格孔,所述陶瓷片朝外的表面通过所述网格孔与外界空气接触。
在某些实施例中,所述护套套设在所述延伸部的外侧。
在某些实施例中,所述护套背离陶瓷片的表面凸出形成加厚凸台。
在某些实施例中,所述网格孔沿着其轴向的深度为[0.5,10]毫米。
在某些实施例中,所述固定环包括与所述陶瓷片抵接的第一表面以及与所述一表面相背的第二表面,所述第一表面到所述第二表面之间的距离为[0.5,5]毫米。
在某些实施例中,所述陶瓷片的厚度为[0.5,10]毫米。
在某些实施例中,所述安装筒上的靠近所述第一端的外侧设置卡持槽,所述壳体内设置有与所述卡持槽相适应的卡持凸起,所述安装筒上的靠近所述第一端的外侧还设置有至少一个限位面,所述壳体内设置有与所述限位面相对应的抵持面,所述限位面与所述抵持面抵接。
在某些实施例中,所述驱动结构包括电路板和安装在所述电路板上的高压模块,所述高压模块与所述导电层连接,所述高压模块的表面与所述壳体对应方位的外表面之间的距离大于或者等于2.5毫米。
本申请的美容仪使用陶瓷片并在陶瓷片朝内的侧面设置有导电层,陶瓷片可以大面积温和放电,实现面与面的放电,避免点对点的放电,降低使用美容仪时的刺痛感,增加用户的体验效果。而且,陶瓷片强度较高,生产工艺简单,这不仅极大的提高了美容仪的寿命,还能够降低生产成本。

请参阅图1至图3,本申请提供一种美容仪100,包括壳体10、驱动结构20、按摩头30及控制模块40。壳体10包括均与外界连通的第一安装孔13和第二安装孔14。驱动结构20安装在收容空间132内。按摩头30安装在第一安装孔13上,按摩头30包括陶瓷片32,陶瓷片32包括导电层322,导电层322与驱动结构20连接。控制模块40安装在第二安装孔14上,并且与驱动结构20连接。
本申请的美容仪100使用陶瓷片32并在陶瓷片32朝内的侧面设置有导电层322,陶瓷片32可以大面积温和放电,实现面与面的放电,避免点对点的放电,降低使用美容仪100时的刺痛感,增加用户的体验效果。而且,陶瓷片32强度较高,陶瓷片32生产工艺简单,这不仅极大的提高了美容仪100的寿命,还能够降低生产成本。
具体地,请参阅图2和图3,壳体10包括下壳11、上壳12和外壳15。上壳12被封盖在下壳11和外壳15之间,下壳11包括朝着背离上壳12方向延伸且中空的手持部112。下壳11、上壳12和外壳15之间可采用螺钉连接、卡接等方式可拆卸连接,可以是上壳12和外壳15分别与下壳11连接,也可以是下壳11和上壳12连接、上壳12和外壳15连接。下壳11和上壳12共同形成收容空间132,用于安装零部件、驱动结构20和控制模块40等。
请参阅图2至图4,上壳12和外壳15的前端共同形成供按摩头30安装的第一安装孔13,其中外壳15的前端设置有部分缺口并作为第一安装孔13的一部分,下壳11的前端设置有部分缺口并作为第一安装孔13的另一部分。在一些实施例中,上壳12和外壳15的前端的缺口各占一半,且为半圆形,两者组合形成圆形的第一安装孔13。第一安装孔13还可以是方形、椭圆形等,在此不做限制,可以根据实际需要设置。
请参阅图2、图3和图5,上壳12和外壳15的后端共同形成供控制模块40安装的第二安装孔14,第二安装孔14用于安装控制模块40。其中,上壳12的后端设置有部分缺口并作为第二安装孔14的一部分,下壳11的后端设置有部分缺口并作为第二安装孔14的另一部分。在一实施例中,上壳12和下壳11的后端的缺口各占一半,且为半圆形,两者组合形成圆形的第二安装孔14。第二安装孔14的还可以是方形、椭圆形等,在此不做限制,可以根据实际需要设置。
请参阅图2和图3,驱动结构20包括电路板22、安装在电路板22上高压模块24、导电线26、电源28以及安装在电路板22上一些其他驱动器件。驱动结构20至少部分伸入到手持部112中。电源28为高压模块24提供电压,电路板22大致呈长方形板状设置,高压模块24通过焊接、粘接、螺钉连接等方式安装在电路板22上。高压模块24的输入端直接或者间接通过导线或者电路板22与电源28连接,高压模块24的输出端通过导电线26与导电层322连接。电源28可以是外接电源,例如家用220V电源,也可以是蓄电池、锂电池等可充电电池,电池安装在电路28上或者安装在收容空间132内的其他地方。上壳12朝向下壳11的表面设置卡合空间122,手持部112的底端设置有卡槽1121,电路板22的一端卡持在卡合空间122内,另一端卡持在卡槽1121中。卡合空间122可以是上壳12朝向下壳11的表面开设的与电路板22的端部相适应的条形槽或者条形卡孔,亦或者是由两块挡板或者两块以上的挡板组合形成的卡合空间122,还可以是其它结构形成的能够卡合电路板22的端部的空间,在此不做限制。
请参阅图2和图3,按摩头30包括陶瓷片32和安装筒34,安装筒34包括第一端341和与第一端341相背的第二端342,安装筒34的第一端341通过第一安装孔13伸入到壳体10的收容空间132内,安装筒34外部的形状与第一安装孔13的形状相适配。安装筒34大致呈柱形的圆筒状,当然也可以是其它的形状,如外形大致椭圆形的柱状、两端连通的棱柱状等,可以根据需要设置,在此不做限制。
请参阅图3、图4和图8,安装筒34上的靠近第一端341的外侧设置有卡持槽344,在壳体10内设置有与之相适应的卡持凸起121,卡持凸起121和卡持槽344配合将安装筒34卡持在壳体10上,防止安装筒34滑出。安装筒34上的靠近第一端341的外侧还设置有至少一个限位面345,壳体10内至少设置有一个与限位面345相对应的抵持 面1161(图2所示),限位面345与抵持面1161抵接,限位面345和抵持面1161相匹配以防止安装筒34自转。
安装筒34的第二端342用于安装陶瓷片32,安装的方法有多种,如粘接、卡接,螺钉连接等。安装筒34的第二端342还可以设置有固定环36、套环等将陶瓷片32固定在安装筒34的第二端342上。固定环36的内表面与陶瓷片32的外表面抵接,固定环36通过螺钉连接、卡接、粘接等方式中的任意一种或多种相结合的方式固定在安装筒34的第二端342上。陶瓷片32可以有多种形状,如圆形片状、椭圆形片状、正多边形片状等。
请参阅图2至图4以及图10,陶瓷片32上设置有导电层322,导电层322安装在陶瓷片32的内表面上,导电层322可以使用印刷、粘贴、紧贴等工艺安装在陶瓷片32上。驱动结构20上的高压模块24通过导电线26与导电层322连接,电压通过震荡调频后,通过高压模块24升压,传导到陶瓷片32上,高压电子在陶瓷片322上聚集,并击穿陶瓷片32进行放电,将陶瓷片32朝外的侧面的空气电离产生等离子、臭氧、氧离子、正负离子、远红外线等,对皮肤进行清理和消炎、并深入表皮刺激细胞修复。由于导电层322呈片状,所以能在陶瓷片32上大面积放电,即面对面的放电。导电层322的形状可以根据陶瓷片32的形状设置,也可以根据实际的需要设置,导电层322的形状可以有多种,例如圆形片状、椭圆形片状、正多边形片状、不规则形状的片状等。
在一些实施例中,为保护用户的安全,高压模块24的表面与壳体10对应方位的外表面之间的距离大于或者等于2.5毫米,即高压模块24的表面任一一点到壳体10的外表面的距离大于或者等于2.5毫米。例如,二者之间的距离可为2.5毫米、3毫米、3.2毫米、4毫米、4.8毫米、6毫米、6.5毫米、8毫米、8.6毫米、10毫米或者其它大于或者等于2.5毫米的距离。
控制模块40包括调节器42、与调节器42连接的指示灯44、与调节器42连接的控制按钮41及基板43。调节器42设置在收容空间132内并与驱动结构20电连接,例如通过导线与驱动结构20连接。指示灯44固定在基板43或者调节器42上,并通过导线或者基板43上的电路与调节器42连接,指示灯44发出的光线能够穿透壳体10,指示灯44用于指示美容仪100的开启和关闭,或者指示美容仪100的使用状态。控制按钮41安装在第二安装孔14处并遮盖第二安装孔14,控制按钮41与调节器42固定连接,例如卡接、螺钉连接等,控制按钮41用于开启或者关闭美容仪100以及调节高压电离的强度等。
请参阅图2和图6,在一些实施例中,下壳11朝向上壳12的表面设置有第一连接件114,上壳12朝向下壳11的表面设置有第二连接件124,第一连接件114和第二连 接件124配合将下壳11和上壳12固定。具体地,下壳11朝向上壳12的表面设置螺柱,即为第一连接件114,第一连接件114(螺柱)上设置有螺纹孔。上壳12设置有与螺纹孔对应的穿孔,供螺钉穿过,螺钉穿过穿孔并锁合进螺纹孔内以将下壳11和上壳12固定。上壳12朝向下壳11的表面还可设置有与螺柱相匹配的套筒或者凹槽,即第二连接件124为套筒或者凹槽,方便上壳12的定位安装。第一连接件114有一个或者多个,第二连接件124的数量与第一连接件114的数量对应。例如,第一连接件114可以是1个、2个、3个、4个、6个或者更多,而对应的第二连接件124可以有1个、2个、3个、4个、6个或者更多。
请参阅图2、图6及图7,在一些实施例中,下壳11靠近上壳12的一侧设置有定位件116,上壳12设置有避让槽123,定位件116与避让槽123对应,定位件116便于上壳12的安装。定位件116上设置有卡持孔1162,外壳15设置有与卡持孔1162相对应的卡持件151,上设置有卡扣152,外壳15和下壳11通过卡持孔1162和卡扣152卡接。具体地,上壳12安装到下壳11上时,定位件116的抵持面1161与避让槽123的侧面相对(甚至贴合),卡持件151伸入定位件116与下壳11之间的间隙内,卡扣152伸入卡持孔1162内。在另一些实施例中,上壳12上设置有卡持孔1162,外壳15设置有与卡持孔1162相对应卡持件151,外壳15和上壳12通过卡扣152和卡持孔1162卡持连接。在另一实施例中,可用凹槽代替卡持孔1162。
请参阅图2、图3和图8,在一些实施例中,安装筒34的第二端342朝外延伸形成喇叭状的延伸部343,延伸部343一方面用于支撑和安装陶瓷片32,另一方面对陶瓷片32周缘起到保护的作用。延伸部343还能起到缩小安装筒34的体积作用,例如在相同直径的陶瓷片32下,采用带延伸部343的安装筒34的第一端341的直径比延伸部343的直径小,而采用直筒型安装筒34的第一端341的直径与第二端342的直径相同,包括延伸部343的安装筒34的体积比直筒型安装筒34的体积小,进而起到缩小安装筒34体积的作用。延伸部343朝外的端面朝内凹陷形成供陶瓷片32安装的沉槽346。陶瓷片32通过螺钉连接、卡接、紧连接等方式安装在沉槽346内。沉槽346的形状可以根据陶瓷片32的形状设置,例如当陶瓷片32为圆形时,沉槽346设置成圆形,当陶瓷片32为正六边形时,沉槽346设置成正六边形,当然还可以是其它形状,在此不做限制。
在一些实施例中,在第二端342设置有固定环36,固定环36将陶瓷片32固定在沉槽346内。在另一些实施例中,在陶瓷片32的外周设置有固定架,固定架上设置有通孔,安装筒34的第二端342设置有螺钉孔,螺钉穿过通孔并伸入到螺钉孔中将固定架和陶瓷片32固定在沉槽346中。在另一些实施例中,陶瓷片32呈圆形片状,陶瓷片 32的直径为20毫米,沉槽346呈圆形且直径为19.97毫米,陶瓷片32与沉槽346过盈配合。
请参阅图4、图10和图11,在一些实施例中,固定环36还包括与陶瓷片32抵接的第一表面361以及与第一表面361相背的第二表面362,第一表面361到第二表面362之间的距离C为[0.5,5]毫米,例如0.5毫米、0.8毫米、1.5毫米、1.8毫米、3毫米、3.9毫米、4.5毫米、5毫米等。当固定环36的第一表面361到第二表面362之间的距离在[0.5,5]毫米时,一方面第一表面361和第二表面362形成的容置空间能储存更多空气,另一方面陶瓷片32能更好将空气电离。
在一些实施例中,固定环36朝向陶瓷片32的表面凸出形成凸环363,延伸部343朝外的端面还设置有与凸环363相适配的台阶槽347,台阶槽347与沉槽346连通,凸环363至少部分伸入台阶槽347中凸环363的内环直径与陶瓷片32的直径相同,或者略大于陶瓷片32的直径。
请参阅图2和图9,在一些实施例中,延伸部343上设有护套38,护套38套设在延伸部38外侧。在另一些实施例中护套38通过螺钉、粘接等方式安装第二端342上。护套38上设置有网格孔382,陶瓷片32的外表面通过网格孔382与外界空气接触。在另一些实施例中,护套38背离陶瓷片32的表面凸出形成加厚凸台384,增加网格孔382轴向的深度。一方面加厚凸384台能够增加空气存储的空间,另一方面护套38可以确保使用时按摩头30与皮肤平行,确保陶瓷片32的外表面和皮肤在固定的间隙,确保使用效果。
请参阅图3,在另一些实施例中,网格孔382沿着其轴向的深度B为[0.5,10]毫米,例如0.5毫米、0.8毫米、1毫米、3毫米、4.5毫米、6毫米、8毫米、9.2毫米、10毫米等。当网格孔382的深度为[0.5,10]毫米时,一方面能保证皮肤与陶瓷片32之间距离,减少用户的刺痛感,另一方面还能保证皮肤治疗效果。
请参阅图3,在一些实施例中,陶瓷片32的厚度A为[0.5,10]毫米,例如0.5毫米、1毫米、3毫米、5.5毫米、6.8毫米、8.8毫米、9.毫米、10毫米等。当陶瓷片32的厚度为[0.5,10]毫米时,能够保证空气电离效果。
请参阅图2至图4,在一些实施例中,安装筒34的第一端341设置有卡持槽344,壳体10内设置有卡持凸起121,卡持凸起121可以是凸板、凸块、凸柱等。具体地,卡持凸起121包括第一卡持凸起和第二卡持凸起,下壳11朝向上壳12表面凸出形成与卡持槽344相匹配的第一卡持凸起,上壳12前端设置有与卡持槽344相适配的缺口,缺口周缘的壳壁作为第二卡持凸起。第一卡持凸起和第二卡持凸起将安装筒34卡持固定在壳体10内。在另一些实施例中,第一安装孔13周缘的壳壁作为卡持凸起121将安 装筒34卡持固定。在另一些实施例中,上壳12或者外壳15朝向下壳11的表面凸起形成第二卡持凸起。
请参阅图2,在一些实施例中,上壳12前端的两个定位件116相对的两表面作为抵持面1161,安装筒34第一端341的外表面设置有两个平行的限位面345,两限位面345分别与两抵持面1161抵接,限制安装筒34的自转。
请参阅图2和图6,在一些实施例中,上壳12在靠近手持部112的位置设置有条形孔,电路板22的一端被卡持在条形孔中,此时条形孔即卡合空间132。
在另一些实施例中,上壳12朝向下壳11表面设置条形槽128,条形槽128包括间隔设置的第一挡板126和第二挡板127,第一挡板126和第二挡板127之间的间隔将电路板22的一端卡持,即第一挡板126和第二挡板127之间的间隔形成卡合空间132。在另一些实施例中,条形槽包括4块挡板,4块挡板围合形成四周封闭并朝向下壳11开口的容置空间,电路板22的一端通过开口伸入到容置空间中,容置空间将电路板22的一端卡持,此时4块挡板围合形成的容置空间即卡合空间132。
在另一些优选的实施例中,第一挡板126和第二挡板127位于条形卡孔的周缘相对的两侧,第一挡板126和第二挡板127沿着上壳12前端朝向后端的方向间隔设置。条形卡孔、第一挡板126和第二挡板127形成卡合空间132。第一挡板126上还设置有缺口,缺口便于导电线26的走向排布。
请参阅图2、图5和图6,上壳12朝向下壳11的表面设置有安装板125,安装板125开设有预留孔1251,调节器42包括有连接轴422,调节器42设置有围绕连接轴422的凸台424,凸台424与预留孔1251紧配合或凸台424穿过预留孔1251后通过锁紧件锁紧。例如凸台424呈圆柱状,直径为8毫米,预留孔1251直径为7.98毫米,凸台424与安装板125过盈配合。或者安装板125上设置有通孔,控制模块40上设置有相应的螺孔,螺钉穿过通孔并伸入到螺孔中,将安装板125和控制模块40连接。请参阅图2,在一些实施例中,指示灯44的亮灭指示美容仪100的开启与关闭,指示灯44还设置有不同程度的灯光亮度,以指示用户不同强度的电离强度。在另一些实施例中,指示灯44还设置有不同颜色的灯光,以指示用户不同强度的电离强度。
具体地,请参阅图2,控制按钮41安装在连接轴422的自由端,沿着连接轴422中心轴的旋转方向上调节器42设置有多个档位,以控制美容仪100的开启和关闭以及控制电离的强度。档位可以有2个、3个、5个、7个或者更多。在一些实施例中,控制器设置有7个档位,控制按钮41设置有相对应档位标记,例如,控制按钮41呈圆盘状设计,其朝外的外表面设置7个档位标记,分别是OFF档、5个凸圆和MAX档,其中5个凸圆的直径逐渐增大,凸圆直径的大小表示电离强度的大小,MAX的电离强度最大。 上壳12设置有指示标记,档位与指示标记对应,指示当前位置的档位。例如,当指示标记与OFF当重合时,表示美容仪100关闭工作电源28,当指示标记与凸圆或者MAX重合时,指示美容仪开启以及不同程度的电离强度。
请参阅图3、图5和图7,在一些实施例中,外壳15的后端设置有罩设在指示灯44上的灯罩154,外壳15上设置有穿孔153,供灯罩154穿过,并显露在外界空气中。上壳12设置有容置灯罩154的收纳槽129,外壳15将灯罩154卡持在收纳槽129中。灯罩154采用透光材质制成,如塑料、玻璃等。在另一些实施例壳体采用透光材质制成,如透明塑料、玻璃等,指示灯亮时,可以观察指示灯44的灯光。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括均与外界连通的第一安装孔和第二安装孔;
    驱动结构,所述驱动结构安装在所述壳体内;
    按摩头,所述按摩头安装在所述第一安装孔上,所述按摩头包括陶瓷片,所述陶瓷片包括导电层,所述导电层与所述驱动结构电连接;及
    控制模块,所述控制模块安装在所述第二安装孔上,并且与所述驱动结构电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述按摩头还包括安装筒,所述安装筒包括第一端和与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述安装筒的第一端伸入所述第一安装孔内,所述安装筒的第二端用于安装所述陶瓷片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述安装筒的第二端朝外延伸形成喇叭状的延伸部,所述延伸部朝外的端面朝内凹陷形成供所述陶瓷片安装的沉槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述延伸部朝外的端面上设置有固定环,所述固定环用于将所述陶瓷片固定在所述沉槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述延伸部朝外的端面还设置有台阶槽,所述台阶槽与所述沉槽连通,所述固定环朝向所述陶瓷片的表面凸出形成凸环,所述凸环至少部分伸入所述台阶槽中,所述陶瓷片至少部分收容在所述凸环的内环中。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述按摩头还包括套设在所述安装筒的第二端的护套,所述护套上设置有网格孔,所述陶瓷片朝外的表面通过所述网格孔与外界空气接触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述护套套设在所述延伸部的外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述护套背离陶瓷片的表面凸出形成加厚凸台。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述网格孔沿着其轴向的深度为[0.5,10]毫米。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述固定环包括与所述陶瓷片抵接的第一表面以及与所述一表面相背的第二表面,所述第一表面到所述第二表面之间的距离为[0.5,5]毫米。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述陶瓷片的厚度为[0.5,10]毫米。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述安装筒上的靠近所述第一端的外侧设置卡持槽,所述壳体内设置有与所述卡持槽相适应的卡持凸起,所述安装筒上的靠近所述第一端的外侧还设置有至少一个限位面,所述壳体内设置有与所述限位面相对应的抵持面,所述限位面与所述抵持面抵接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述驱动结构包括电路板和安装在所述电路板上的高压模块,所述高压模块与所述导电层连接,所述高压模块的表面与所述壳体对应方位的外表面之间的距离大于或者等于2.5毫米。
