Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de séchage (2) pour une nappe (4) humide, constituée d'un matériau fibreux textile, ayant été soumise à un liage, par exemple par des jets de liquide (45). Le dispositif de séchage (2) comprend un chambre de séchage (22) comportant un dispositif d'aération (29) ainsi qu'une entrée (18), une sortie (19) et un moyen de transport (23) perméable aux fluides pour la nappe de matériau (4) en mouvement. Cette nappe de matériau (4) est transportée à l'intérieur de la chambre de séchage (22) à l'aide du moyen de transport (23) et séchée au moyen d'un gaz chauffé, notamment de l'air. Le dispositif de séchage (2) présente en outre un dispositif d'aspiration (5) qui aspire localement et évacue le liquide, notamment l'eau, contenu dans la nappe de matériau (4), au moyen d'un flux d'aspiration (6) en un ou plusieurs points d'aspiration (53) sur la nappe de matériau (4).
