为了进一步说明本发明的原理和结构,现结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
请参考图1至图9所示,下面结合实施例说明一种用于内窥镜100上的新型蛇骨组件10,该内窥镜100上的新型蛇骨组件10主要使用在一种内窥镜100内部,此内窥镜100包括手柄端1,与手柄端1连接可随意弯曲的弯曲管2,与弯曲管2另一端连接的用于直接***人体内部的***端3。手柄端1包括手柄外壳,设于手柄外壳外面的用于控制牵引钢丝绳的齿轮组,以及设于手柄外壳内部的复数种零部件。弯曲管2包括具有弹性的弯曲管主体,安装在弯曲管主体***的弯曲管套。***端3包括摄像头模组,设于摄像头模组后端的新型蛇骨组件10。
新型蛇骨组件10包括复数个铰接环5,铰接环5一端沿第一径向设有两个铰接耳501,铰接环5另一端部外壁内沿第二径向设有两个下沉座502;铰接耳501的内壁上设有扣件503,下沉座502内设有扣接孔504;下沉座502的开口与铰接环5端面平齐,从而便于同扣件503装配。
铰接环5呈圆筒状,所谓第一径向可以是由铰接环5内的无数根相互平行的直径线确定的一个平面,第二径向亦如此。复数个可以理解为n个,n为大于1的整数。
现有的铰接环5有两种情况,即,第一径向与第二径向相互垂直,或者第一径向与第二径向相互重合;本实施例中,第一径向与第二径向垂直的铰接环5定义为第一铰接环5A;第一径向与第二径向重合的铰接环5定义为第二铰接环5B,即,第二铰接环5B中的两个铰接耳501与两个下沉座502设于同一方向上。
为了便于装配,使新型蛇骨组件10灵活运行,在新型蛇骨组件10内,第一铰接环5A与第二铰接环5B交替设置;第一铰接环5A与第二铰接环5B通过设于二者上的扣件503与扣接孔504的结合而连接在一起;即,第一铰接环5A上的扣件503与相邻的第二铰接环5B的扣接孔504相连接,而第二铰接环5B上的扣件503则与下一个与该第二铰接环5B相邻的第一铰接环5A上的扣接孔504相连接,参考图3所示。
很显然,整个新型蛇骨组件10也可以完全采用第一铰接环5A首尾连接而成,无需采用第二铰接环5B。
本实施例中,扣件503为一块条状板,扣件503的前端凸出于铰接耳501的前端面,扣件503的后端面与铰接环5的端面未平齐,对应地,扣接孔504也为与扣件503相适应的条状孔。
无论是第一铰接环5A,还是第二铰接环5B,在二者设置下沉座502的位置处的内壁上设有一块弧形板505,弧形板505为下沉座502的底板,扣接孔504设于弧形板505内;扣接孔504在弧形板上设有开口504a。
铰接环5上的扣件503与相邻的铰接环5上的扣接孔504相结合时,扣件503凸出于铰接耳501前端面的前端部外壁与铰接环5内壁相接触;扣件503上除其凸出于铰接耳501前端面的前端部以外的部分位于扣接孔504内。此处可理解为,扣件503由扣件本体503a及扣件503前端部503b一体成型而成,扣件503前端部503b外壁与铰接环5内壁相接触,扣件本体503a位于扣接孔504内。
弧形板505的设置,相当于对厚度较小的铰接环5进行局部加厚,有利于增加相邻两个铰接环5之间的抗拉能力,很显然,也可以在减小下沉座502深度的情况下,直接在铰接环5外壁内设置下沉座502,但由于铰接环5比较薄,可能导致新型蛇骨组件10寿命缩短。
而且,扣件503与扣接孔504相结合时,扣件503的后端面与扣接孔504的后立面504b相接触,或者扣件503的后端面与扣接孔504的后立面之间设有间隙;无论扣件503的后端面与扣接孔504的后立面是直接接触还是二者之间具有间隙,当两个相邻铰接环5之间产生轴向力时,扣件503的后端面与扣接孔504的后立面最终会接触,并产生阻力防止两个相邻铰接环5沿轴向脱离。
为了便于加工,提高生产效率,铰接环5与设于铰接环5上的两个铰接耳501、设于铰接耳上的扣件503一体成型;无论是第一铰接环5A还是第二铰接环5B,均与弧形板505一体成型;铰接环5采用塑胶或金属材料制成。
在新型蛇骨组件10上还进一步包括安装于新型蛇骨组件10首端用于同内窥镜100弯曲管2相连接的首环6,安装于新型蛇骨组件10尾端用于同摄像头模组相连接的尾环7。
首环6包括首环筒601,设于首环筒601的铰接环连接端外壁内的两个首环下沉座602,设于首环下沉座602内的首环扣接孔603;首环筒601内壁上设有作为首环下沉座602的底板的首环弧形板604,首环扣接孔603设于首环弧形板604内;设于首环筒601内壁上且与首环扣接孔603连通的首环固定座605。这是首环6与铰接环5上的扣件503连接的情况,当然也可能是首环6设置首环铰接耳,首环铰接耳与铰接环5上的下沉座502的相连接,其结构与相邻铰接环5之间连接结构一致,此处不再详述。
尾环7包括尾环筒701,设于尾环筒701的铰接环连接端的两个尾环铰接耳702,设于尾环铰接耳702内壁上的尾环扣件703,尾环扣件703为一块条状板,尾环扣件703的前端凸出于尾环铰接耳702的前端面,尾环扣件703的后端面与铰接环5的端面未平齐。
如图10所示,作为另一种实施例,作为扣件503的替代结构,扣件503为一根圆柱体,设于下沉座502内与扣件503相结合的扣接孔504为圆形孔。
铰接环5一端沿第一径向设置两个铰接耳501,两个铰接耳501关于包含铰接环5中轴线的其中一个平面对称,铰接耳5内壁上设有一个扣件503;铰接环5另一端部外壁内沿第二径向设有两个下沉座502,两个下沉座502同样关于含有铰接耳501中轴线的其中一个平面对称;第一径向与第二径向可以相互垂直,也可以相互重合,从而形成两种不同的铰接环5,但扣件503与扣接孔504的连接方式一样;扣接孔504设于铰接环5内壁上的弧形板505内,弧形板505是下沉座502的底板,弧形板505的设置,相当于对铰接环5进行局部加厚,扣件503与扣接孔504相结合后,扣件503凸出于铰接耳501前端面的前端部外壁与铰接环5内壁相接触,扣件503的后端面与扣接孔504的后立面相接触或者扣件503的后端面与扣接孔504的后立面之间设有间隙;相邻两个铰接环5之间有轴向力产生时,扣件503的后端面与扣接孔504的后立面相接触后可防止相邻两个铰接环5沿轴向脱离,同样地,当相邻两个铰接环5之间有径向力产生时,扣件503凸出于铰接耳501前端面的扣件503前端部503b外壁与铰接环5内壁相接触,可以防止相邻两个铰接环5沿径向脱离;同现有同类产品相比,本发明铰接环5的结构采用标准化设计,便于采用自动化加工,新型蛇骨组件10的装配过程同样可实现自动化,因此有利于提高新型蛇骨组件10的生产效率及产能,有利于降低人力成本,并进一步降低蛇骨组件的成本。
虽然已参照几个典型实施方式描述了本发明,但应当理解,所用的术语是说明和示例性、而非限制性的术语。由于本发明能够以多种形式具体实施而不脱离发明的精神或实质, 所以应当理解,上述实施方式不限于任何前述的细节,而应在随附权利要求所限定的精神和范围内广泛地解释,因此落入权利要求或其等效范围内的全部变化和改型都应为随附权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其包括复数个铰接环,所述铰接环一端沿第一径向设有两个铰接耳,其特征在于,所述铰接环另一端部外壁内沿第二径向设有两个下沉座;所述铰接耳的内壁上设有扣件,所述下沉座内设有扣接孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述扣件能够适配扣接在所述扣接孔中,以使相邻的两个所述铰接环相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,第一径向与第二径向垂直的所述铰接环为第一铰接环,第一径向与第二径向重合的所述铰接环为第二铰接环。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,在蛇骨组件内,所述第一铰接环与所述第二铰接环交替设置;所述第一铰接环与所述第二铰接环通过设于二者上的所述扣件与所述扣接孔的结合而连接在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述新型蛇骨组件包括复数个所述第一铰接环,复数个所述第一铰接环首尾相接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述扣件为一块条状板,所述扣件的前端凸出于所述铰接耳的前端面,所述扣件的后端面与所述铰接环的端面未平齐。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,在所述第一铰接环及所述第二铰接环设置下沉座的位置处的内壁上设有一块弧形板,所述弧形板为所述下沉座的底板,所述扣接孔设于所述弧形板内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述扣接孔在所述弧形板上设有开口;所述扣件与所述扣接孔相结合时,所述扣件凸出于所述铰接耳前端面的前端部外壁与所述铰接环内壁相接触;所述扣件上除其凸出于所述铰接耳前端面的前端部以外的部分位于所述扣接孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述扣件与所述扣接孔相结合时,所述扣件的后端面与所述扣接孔的后立面相接触。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述扣件与所述扣接孔相结合时,所述扣件的后端面与所述扣接孔的后立面之间设有间隙。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述铰接环与设于所述铰接环上的两个所述铰接耳、设于所述铰接耳上的所述扣件一体成型。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述第一铰接环及所述第二铰接环与所述弧形板一体成型。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述新型蛇骨组件还包括首环和尾环,所述首环设置在复数个所述铰接环的首端,所述尾环设置在复数个所述铰接环的尾端;所述首环用于同内窥镜弯曲管相连接,所述尾环用于同所述内窥镜的摄像头模组相连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述首环包括首环筒,设于所述首环筒的铰接环连接端外壁内的两个首环下沉座,设于所述首环下沉座内的首环扣接孔。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述首环扣接孔用于与所述铰接环上的扣件适配扣接。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述首环筒内壁上设有作为所述首环下沉座的底板的首环弧形板,所述首环扣接孔设于所述首环弧形板内;设于所述首环筒内壁上且与所述首环扣接孔连通的首环固定座。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述首环包括首环筒和设置在所述首环筒上的首环铰接耳,所述首环铰接耳用于与所述铰接环上的下沉座相连接。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述尾环包括尾环筒,设于所述尾环筒的铰接环连接端的两个尾环铰接耳,设于所述尾环铰接耳内壁上的尾环扣件。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述尾环扣件为一块条状板,所述尾环扣件的前端凸出于所述尾环铰接耳的前端面,所述尾环扣件的后端面与所述铰接环的端面未平齐。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件,其特征在于,所述扣件为一根圆柱体,设于所述下沉座内与所述扣件相结合的所述扣接孔为圆形孔。
  21. 一种内窥镜,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-20任意一项所述的用于内窥镜上的新型蛇骨组件。
