为达到上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
本发明的实施例公开了一种可用作提包或背心的服装加长片，其包括片状本体，所述片状本体包括：
依次首尾连在一起的第一边、第二边、第三边和第四边；
可将所述第二边和所述第四边连接在一起使所述片状本体成为筒状的第一连接件；
设置在所述第一边或近第一边处，且可在所示第一边形成使所述筒状 的底部封闭的第二连接件连接在所述第三边或近所述第三边处，可将所述筒状提起的带状体；以及，

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，下面结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图13所示，本发明一实施例公开了一种可用作提包或背心的服装加长片，其包括片状本体101，如图1所示，所述片状本体101包括：
依次首尾连在一起的第一边102、第二边103、第三边104和第四边105；
可将所述第二边103和所述第四边105连接在一起使所述片状本体101成为筒状的第一连接件106；
设置在所述第一边102，且可使所述筒状的底部封闭的第二连接件107；
连接在所述第三边104或近所述第三边104处，可将所述筒状提起的带状体109；以及，
设置在所述第一边102或第三边104上，且可连接至服装下部的第三连接件108。
优选地，连接至所述服装下沿时，所述第二连接件107位于所述服装的前中心线。
本实施例提供的可用作提包或背心的服装加长片在用作服装加长片时，将第三连接件连接至服装下部即可，然后可选择将第一连接件连接，形成如图1至图4所述的加长服装，其上衣可以是T恤，也可以是外套等；在用作提包时，第一连接件和第二连接件分别连接，带状体作为提包的提袋，可形成如图5至图10所示的提包；用做背心时，第一连接件连接，带状体作为肩带存在，如图11-图12所示。
本发明一些优选的实施例中，所述带状体109可拆卸地连接在所述第三边104。在作为服装加长片使用时，可将带状体拆下，避免服装上多余赘物影响服装的便捷性和美观性，也可以不拆下，作为服装一个装饰品存在。
本发明一些优选的实施例中，距离所述第三边104的两端的四分之一处各设置有一个第四连接件，所述带状体109的两端可拆卸地连接所述第四连接件。作为斜挎的提包使用时，需要较长的包带，此时，最好是使用可拆卸的带状体，具体地，第四连接件可以为现有技术中的包带的可拆卸连接方式。带状体上设置于第四连接件相匹配的连接部件，实现连接。优选地，如图9，图10所示，所述第三边104设置有可使所述第三边104褶皱伸缩的调节绳112。
还可设计成如图5至图8所示的双带提包，即第二连接件连接后，可以形成如图5-图6所示的扁包，可装文件等物品，也可以在第二连接件连接后，形成如图7-图8所示的具有一定厚度的包，这种设计仅需要将第二连接件设置在距离第一边具有二分之一包厚的距离的位置，在第二连接件连接后，即可形成具有一定厚度的提包。
本发明一些优选的实施例中，所述片状本体101上设置有副袋111，在作为提包使用时，提供多种储存需求，该副袋111可以设置在如图8和图10所示的位置，还可以设置在其他的合适位置，可采用拉链的方式进行闭合，也可设置成普通的开口副袋或摁扣副袋，副袋开口可设置在提包外部，也可设置在提包内部。
如图11，图12所示，本发明一些优选的实施例中，所述带状体109 为两个，所述带状体109的末端可旋转地安装在所述第三边104上，且当所述带状体109与所述第三边104垂直时，所述加长片形成背心的衣身，所述带状体109形成背心的肩带。
本发明一些优选的实施例中，所述片状本体101在身体两侧对应的位置设置有可调节所述筒状周长大小的调节件110。进一步优选地，所述调节件110为拉链，所述拉链的两边之间具有调节距离，所述拉链拉合后，所述片状本体101的筒状周长缩短所述调节距离。还可设置成抽绳等进行调节，在作为背心使用时，可以更加适应人体的形态，即可使筒状体的形状与人体上身的形状相配合，实现修身效果，在作为提包使用时，可以调节提包的大小，满足不同的盛装要求。
本发明一些优选的实施例中，所述第一连接件106、所述第二连接件107和所述第三连接件108优选均为拉链，也可以为摁扣连接，纽扣连接、磁扣连接、粘带连接等。

    可将所述第二边和所述第四边连接在一起使所述片状本体成为筒状的第一连接件；
    设置在所述第一边或近第一边处，且可在所示第一边形成使所述筒状的底部封闭的第二连接件；
    连接在所述第三边或近所述第三边处，可将所述筒状提起的带状体；以及，
    设置在所述第一边或第三边上，且可连接至服装下部的第三连接件。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的加长片，其特征在于，距离所述第三边的两端的四分之一处各设置有一个第四连接件，所述带状体的两端可拆卸地连接所述第四连接件。
