Abstract
The invention is a disc shaped wavy impeller (13) positioned to rotate around the shaft (16) in structures such as turbines (10) and pumps, and can be used to produce work, and it is characterized in that; it comprises impeller waves (17) consisting of bulges and grooves extending from edge to center on at least one surface of said wavy impeller (13). When this tool is placed inside the turbine, spaces between the impellers or between the turbine and the impellers becomes in shape narrowing and widening. As the air passes through these spaces and expands, it transfers its energy to the wheel.
