[0050] 1、 进一步提升贴合质量。 通过定位条, 可以让屏幕软膜层与屏幕的定位更加 准确, 极大减少了使用辅助膜层定位过程中出现偏差的情况。 同时, 定位条取 代了传统辅助膜层在中部的两段中断, 进而消除了屏幕软膜层与屏幕间因辅助 膜层中断而在粘贴中产生的条状气泡痕, 极大提升了贴膜的质量。
[0051] 2、 增加了贴合的容错率。 传统的两段式辅助膜层在定位过程中, 如屏幕软膜 层的前半部分与屏幕贴合出现了偏差, 会由于粘贴面积过大无法进行调整而导 致保护膜报废。 本发明中的定位辅助膜使得在定位的过程中, 屏幕软膜层与屏 幕接触面积大大减少, 进而可以在定位出现偏差后对屏幕软膜进行调整, 增加 了贴合的容错率。

[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的便携式裁切的屏幕保护软膜, 其特征在于, 所 述辅助膜层采用的是透明 PET材质制成, 厚度为 50-100微米。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的便携式裁切的屏幕保护软膜, 其特征在于, 所述辅助膜层的厚度为 75微米, 所述定位辅助膜的宽度为 8mm

[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 6所述的便携式裁切的屏幕保护软膜, 其特征在于, 所 述屏幕软膜层包括屏幕软膜, 所述屏幕软膜的上表面涂覆修复涂层, 所述屏幕软膜的下表面涂覆第一硅胶层, 所述屏幕软膜的厚度为 50-1 00微米, 所述修复涂层的厚度为 20-30微米, 所述第一硅胶层的厚度 为 20-30微米。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 7所述的便携式裁切的屏幕保护软膜, 其特征在于, 所 述屏幕软膜采用的是透明 TPU材质, 厚度为 90微米, 所述修复涂层采 用的是纳米二氧化硅, 其厚度为 25微米, 所述第一硅胶层的厚度为 30 微米。
