Juego de piezas para la construcción de mosaicos, aplicable para el recubrimiento de superficies, que comprende unas piezas (11, 12, 13) de diferentes formas, destinadas a disponerse coplanariamente y adosadas lateralmente, definiendo un mosaico o figura ornamental de contorno multiforme, comprendiendo unas piezas (11, 12, 13) de configuración triangular rectangular, de tamaños diferentes.

Description

DESCRIPCIÓN
Juego de piezas para la construcción de mosaicos.
Sector de la técnica.
Esta invención se refiere a un juego de piezas para la construcción de mosaicos, aplicable al recubrimiento ornamental de superficies, que comprende unas piezas de igual forma y diferentes tamaños dispuestas coplanariamente y adosadas lateralmente, definiendo una figura ornamental de contorno multiforme.
Este juego de piezas es aplicable en la construcción de mosaicos para el recubrimiento ornamental o decorativo de superficies, tales como: suelos, paredes, techos, pavimentos u otras cualesquiera. La invención está preferentemente orientada a recubrir suelos exteriores o fachadas, por lo que las piezas serán en estos casos adoquines o baldosas.
Estado de la técnica anterior
Actualmente, son ampliamente conocidos y utilizados los mosaicos destinados a recubrir al menos una porción de superficie, y a conformar un elemento ornamental o decorativo.
Tradicionalmente, estos mosaicos se conforman a base de trozos de materiales diversos, tales como cerámica, vidrio, gres, madera, etc. Estos trozos de material, obtenidos partiendo o cortando piezas de los materiales indicados, tienen formas irregulares, por lo que para confeccionar el mosaico decorativo es preciso: ir cortando las piezas a medida que se van utilizando para que queden adosadas a las piezas ya colocadas hasta obtener la forma deseada del mosaico; o bien, elegir entre una multitud de piezas, ya partidas, aquéllas que tienen una forma adecuada para encajar con las piezas ya colocadas.
En cualquier caso, la construcción o montaje de estos mosaicos resulta especialmente compleja, debiendo ser realizado por un profesional cualificado en la realización de obras artísticas que dedique mucho tiempo en la selección de cada pieza adecuada para el lugar concreto del mosaico hasta completar el mismo; y el resultado obtenido es prácticamente irrepetible, dado que no se parte de piezas con unas formas preestablecidas sino que en el mismo se utilizan multitud de piezas de formas caprichosas.
Estos mosaicos comprenden de forma generalizada, al menos, una capa de piezas constitutivas del mosaico, y una capa de soporte y fijación de dichas piezas.
Concretamente, en el modelo de utilidad ES 1068929 U se describe un mosaico a base de vidrios rotos de colores para crear o recubrir paredes, objetos, vidrieras, puertas, murales y similares; que comprende dos láminas de cualquier material que dejen pasar la luz a su través, separadas entre sí, para realizar un mosaico de vidrios rotos de colores.
Los mosaicos mencionados anteriormente presentan los inconvenientes citados en lo que se refiere a la dificultad de montaje de piezas rotas, y a la práctica imposibilidad de reproducción de los diseños realizados.
Por tanto, el problema técnico que se plantea es el desarrollo de un juego de piezas que sean de fácil fabricación y reproducibles en sus exactas dimensiones; y con unas formas adecuadas para el fácil y rápido montaje del mosaico por personal no cualificado.
Para ello, la invención comprende un juego de piezas para la construcción de mosaicos , que son de igual forma y con un número reducido de tamaños diferentes, lo que facilitará la construcción de mosaicos con diferentes diseños, simplificando el montaje y permitiendo la repetitividad de ese diseño una o más veces, de modo rápido, en el mismo recubrimiento, con las exactas dimensiones del primero; consiguiendo estandarizar dicho diseño para otros recubrimientos en la misma o en diferente superficie a un coste relativamente bajo.
Opcionalmente, la invención también puede comprender una capa de fijación de dicho mosaico a una superficie a recubrir.
Explicación de la invención El juego de piezas para la construcción de mosaicos, objeto de esta invención, comprende una serie de piezas, todas ellas con la misma forma, pero con diferentes dimensiones; piezas con líneas rectas en su contorno que es liso y sin alteraciones en su estructura, que permiten ser dispuestas coplanariamente y adosadas lateralmente, para crear un mosaico con una figura ornamental de contorno multiforme, sin huecos entre las juntas de unión de las piezas. Para ello, y de acuerdo con la invención, el juego de piezas está constituido por piezas de configuración triangular rectangular (triángulo rectángulo) de tres tamaños diferentes: menor, intermedio y mayor, con lo que se consigue que las piezas a utilizar se limiten a tres tipos diferenciados por su tamaño.
Las piezas de los tamaños menor e intermedio tienen una superficie igual a la mitad de la superficie que las piezas de los tamaños intermedio y superior respectivamente, es decir, de las piezas del tamaño inmediato superior.
Otra característica esencial de la invención es que las piezas de menor tamaño presentan unos catetos de una longitud igual a la mitad de la hipotenusa de las piezas de tamaño intermedio, y a la mitad de los catetos de las piezas de menor tamaño.
La configuración triangular rectangular de todas las piezas que comprenden el juego de piezas destinadas a conformar el mosaico, y las proporciones de las superficies y dimensiones de las mismas, permite adosarlas por sus catetos e hipotenusas formando multitud de formas geométricas para la obtención de mosaicos de contornos multiformes y fácilmente reproducibles.
Adicionalmente, otro propósito de la invención, es la creación de un juego de piezas que pueda ser fácilmente fabricado, lo que se consigue al ser figuras de forma triángular rectangular, variando únicamente entre dichas piezas sus dimensiones.
Opcionalmente, la invención puede comprender una capa de fijación del juego de piezas a una superficie a recubrir.
Preferentemente, cada una de las piezas presentan una superficie inferior de configuración general plana y una superficie superiorplana o en relieve, y con cualquier color o textura.
Por su parte, la capa de fijación comprende un material fraguable o adhesivo adecuado para su fijación a la superficie a revestir.
Breve descripción del contenido de los dibujos.
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de facilitar la comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva un juego de dibujos en los que, con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
- La figura 1 muestra una vista en perspectiva del juego de piezas para la construcción de mosaicos, según la invención.
- La figura 2 muestra una vista en perspectiva de un mosaico formado con el juego de piezas de la invención.
- La figura 3 muestra una vista en alzado de los tres tipos de piezas que conforman el juego de piezas para la construcción de mosaicos, según la invención..
Exposición detallada de modos de realización de la invención.
Como se puede observar en la figura 1 este mosaico comprende un juego de piezas (1 ), (1 1 , 12, 13), adecuadas para formar un mosaico de recubrimiento de una superficie (S), tal como se muestra en la figura (2).
En este ejemplo de realización, las piezas (1 1 , 12, 13) están conformadas en mortero, aunque podría tratarse de cualquier otro material, por ejemplo, de cerámica, plástico, etc., ya que ello no afecta a la esencia de la invención.
En el ejemplo mostrado en la figura 2, las piezas (1 1 , 12, 13) se encuentran dispuestas coplanariamente, conformando una primera capa (1 ) de un mosaico y se encuentran unidas entre sí por una capa (2) de fijación formada por un material fraguable o adhesivo; por ejemplo cemento, cemento cola o una lámina adhesiva de doble cara. adecuado para establecer la fijación de las piezas (1 1 , 12, 13) entre sí y a la superficie (S) a recubrir;.
Como se puede observar en las figura 3, todas las piezas (1 1 , 12, 13) presentan una forma triangular rectangular y son de tres tamaños predeterminados, presentando las piezas (1 1 ) de menor tamaño una superficie igual a la mitad de la superficie de las piezas (12) de tamaño intermedio, y las piezas (12) de tamaño intermedio una superficie igual a la mitad de la superficie de las piezas (13) de mayor tamaño. Las piezas (1 1 ) de menor tamaño presentan unos catetos (1 1 1 ) de una longitud igual a la mitad de la hipotenusa (122) de las piezas (12) de tamaño intermedio y a la mitad de los catetos (131 ) de las piezas (13) de mayor tamaño.
Estas formas y proporciones dimensionales permiten que las piezas (1 1 , 12, 13) puedan adosarse lateralmente por unos catetos (1 1 1 , 121 , 131 ) y por sus hipotenusas (1 12, 122, 132), tal como se muestra en la figura 2, para formar un mosaico con diferentes formas.
En el ejemplo de realización mostrado en la figura 1 , las piezas (1 1 , 12, 13) constitutivas de la primera capa (1 ) del mosaico presentan una superficie inferior de configuración general plana, en contacto con la segunda capa (2); y una superficie superior, vista, también plana, aunque dicha superficie superior podría ser en relieve o con textura. Utilizando piezas (1 1 , 12, 13) de diferentes colores o texturas, el mosaico de la figura 2 representa la forma de una pajarita de un color o textura, y se completa con otras piezas periféricas de otro color o textura.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1 Juego de piezas para la construcción de mosaicos, aplicable para el recubrimiento de superficies, que comprende unas piezas (1 1 , 12, 13) de diferentes formas, destinadas a disponerse coplanariamente y adosadas lateralmente, definiendo un mosaico o figura ornamental de contorno multiforme, caracterizado porque:
- comprende unas piezas (1 1 , 12, 13) de configuración triangular rectangular, de tres tamaños diferentes: menor, intermedio y mayor;
- las piezas (1 1 , 12) de los tamaños menor e intermedio tienen una superficie igual a la mitad de la superficie que las piezas (12, 13) de los tamaños intermedio y superior, respectivamente y;
- las piezas (1 1 ) de menor tamaño presentan unos catetos (1 1 1 ) de una longitud igual a la mitad de la hipotenusa (122) de las piezas (12) de tamaño intermedio, y a la mitad de los catetos (131 ) de las piezas (13) de mayor tamaño.
2.- Juego de piezas, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque las piezas (1 1 , 12, 13), conforman una primera capa (1 ) de un mosaico y están unidas por su superficie inferior mediante una capa (2) de fijación.
3.- Juego de piezas, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque la capa (2) de fijación comprende un material fraguable o adhesivo.
4. -Juego de piezas, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, , caracterizado porque las piezas (1 1 , 12, 13), presentan una superficie inferior de configuración general plana y una superficie superior plana o en relieve.
