Abstract
The inventive product collects and transmits footages obtained from inside culverts by means of coordinated operations of a vehicle (401) pair that collects data at a certain distance through a camera system (101) which is located inside culverts and see inside culverts. After transmitting said footages, said footages are examined, thereby detecting whether there is any extraordinary situation inside culverts. Thus, it is aimed to avoid terrorist attacks which may potentially be performed by planting explosives inside culverts.
