Description
INNOVATION IN THE SMOKE AND ODOR-FREE V-GRILL HEAT SOURCE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a special embodiment of the heating elements and grill assembly developed for grilling by a special grilling technique.
STATE OF ART
The heat source and grill assembly used in the grills used for cooking meat products and vegetables are well known. Here, foods are directly placed on the embers or the fire. Such a grill uses a heat source in the form of charcoal or cylinder, natural gas and similarly made fire. The drawback of such an assembly is the uncontrollable heat dissipation and disturbing smoke. The partially harmful and toxic health threatening vapors produced from the oil dripping from the meat on the grill ti the heat source or the water dripping from the vegetables and the toxic gases produced by the combustion of coal particularly cause a problem. In conventional grills, as a result of the heat loss caused by the combustion, a temperature of about 400 °C can be obtained. The conventional coal grills reach the operating temperature in approximately half an hour after which the heat continues for only one or two hours without the addition of new fuel. However, dripping of oil or water into the heat source results in a temperature drop in the heat source.
Some of the current grills can be covered with a cap, a lid or housing to trap the smoke. The drawback of these closeable assemblies is that, on the one hand, too much smoke is produced in the closed grill, which can cause a deterioration or change of the taste of the food, while on the other hand, the cover needs to be continuously opened to turn the food and that a large amount of smoke is dispersed from the grill each time it is opened. The so-called smoker ovens, in which food is cooked or smoked in hot smoke, provide an alternative. Unlike the case with grills, oil and water do not evaporate and the heat source does not cool down since the food is not directly placed on the embers or fire. However, one disadvantage of these ovens is that they cannot reach the typical temperatures of the grill and that the cooking time is therefore long.
Additionally, they also need a lot of space for the oven, firebox and cooking and the smoke chambers. They also require a flammable material, such as wood, for the formation of smoke.
The invention of the application is related to the grill disclosed in the patent file with application no. 2018/15798 titled "Smoke and odor free v-grill" of the same applicant, and this application is related to a development on said grill. The heat sources that are fixed here ensure the heat to be applied to the food to be grilled is at a certain distance and angle. However, not every food is cooked in the same duration and does not have the same ideal temperature. The present invention is configured in such a way that the heat source can move forward and backward, up and down.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a development on the grills designed to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages and provide new advantages to the relevant technical field.
An object of the invention is to adjust the heat focus by allowing the heat source used in the grill to be moved up and down and forward and backward according to the type and size of the food to be cooked.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, preferred alternatives of the grill embodiment of the invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject and without any limiting effect.
The invention is characterized in that the heat source (30), which is preferably a gas burner in a grill shown in Figure 1 , is moved forward and backward in a frame structure shown in Figure 2 by levers (54).
In the invention, a frame system whose details are shown in Figures 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 to move a heat source (30) which is preferably a gas burner is established on both sides, wherein the structure is formed by connecting 2 long bars (50) with a lever socket (51 ) provided in the middle with 2 side bars (52) on their ends with locks (53).
In the invention, as shown in Figure 2, it is ensured that the long bars (50) and the side bars (52), which are connected to each other by the locks (53), form a frame around the heat source (30) and that the burner (30) connected to said frame is moved by the lever (54). With the movement of the levers (54) connected to the lever sockets (51 ) provided in the middle of both long bars (50), for example, when the upper and lower levers (54) are pulled out, the heat source (30) is far from the food, while when they are pushed, they come closer. Additionally, each of the levers (54) can be moved independently of each other. For example, while the lower lever (54) is pushed and the upper lever (54) is pulled out, the heat source (30) is close to the food at the bottom and far from the food at the top, therefore ensuring foods with different types and characteristics are cooked as desired. A further feature of the frame that provides these movements is that the side bars (52) are provided with wheels (100) at the bottom. These wheels (100) are connected to the side bars (52) by wheel connections (55).
With the invention, it is ensured that the food to be cooked is cooked in the inside as fast and healthy as the outside by moving the heat sources (30) closer to the food to be cooked by tilting forward and repeating this process for the heat sources 10 on both sides, thus creating a turbulence between the heat sources (30).
According to the invention, one heat source (30) can be used on both sides, while it is also possible to use a single heat source (30) on one side.
