L'invention concerne un appareil dentaire (1) pouvant se fixer à un premier composant dentaire (30), tel qu'un implant dentaire, et à un second composant dentaire (40), tel qu'une prothèse dentaire. L'appareil dentaire (1) comprend un corps principal (2) et un élément de fixation (4) qui est au moins partiellement logé à l'intérieur du corps principal (2). Le corps principal (2) est configuré de telle sorte que le mouvement de l'élément de fixation (4) par rapport au corps principal (2) le long d'un axe longitudinal du corps principal (2) est limité dans les directions apicale et coronaire. L'élément de fixation (4) et le corps principal (2) sont alignés de telle sorte que l'axe longitudinal du corps principal (2) est sensiblement parallèle à un axe longitudinal de l'élément de fixation (4). Une partie apicale du corps principal (2) peut être fixée au premier composant dentaire (30). Une partie coronaire de l'élément de fixation (4) a une section filetée (6) pour fixer l'appareil dentaire (1) au second composant dentaire (40). L'appareil dentaire (1) comprend une partie de fixation (8) pour fixer l'appareil dentaire au composant dentaire (30). L'élément de fixation (4) et la partie de fixation (8) sont des composants séparés. L'invention concerne en outre un ensemble dentaire comprenant l'appareil dentaire (1) et un premier composant dentaire (30) et/ou un second composant dentaire (40).
