Description

壳体组件及LED灯具 技术领域
本申请涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种壳体组件及LED灯具。
背景技术
LED灯具相比传统的灯具,具备有功率低,亮度高,光型好等优点。相关技术中,LED灯具的光源模组、驱动电源模组等电器件均被装载于壳体内,电源线需要由壳体穿入到内部与电器件完成连接。
对于筒灯、射灯等类型的LED灯具而言,由于使用中这类灯具需要能够灵活调整位置、朝向以及角度,因此电源线会经常被扯动。为了防止电源线与电器件因扯动而发生断开,相关技术通常会设置一个卡线结构将电源线与壳体相固定,以便将扯动力直接传递至壳体上,而避免电源线与电器件连接处直接受到扯动力而断开。
然而,相关技术中的卡线结构需要通过螺丝等零件装配在壳体上,因此安装非常不便,降低了装配效率。
实用新型内容
本申请实施例提供一种壳体组件及LED灯具,以解决上述问题。
本申请实施例采用下述技术方案:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种壳体组件,包括主体以及压线盖板;
所述主体包括底壁以及围绕所述底壁的周壁,所述周壁围成与所述底壁相对的出光口;
所述底壁与所述周壁的连接处设置有向所述主体内部凹陷的卡线缺口,所述卡线缺口包括底壁敞口、周壁敞口以及缺口卡接部,所述底壁敞口位于所述底壁上,所述周壁缺口位于所述周壁上,所述缺口卡接部与所述底壁敞口相对;
所述卡线缺口内还设置有扣位挡墙,所述扣位挡墙与所述周壁敞口相对且位于所述周壁敞口的内侧,所述扣位挡墙上设置有卡线槽,所述卡线槽的槽口朝向所述底壁敞口;
所述压线盖板包括底壁盖合部、卡线部以及卡接部,所述卡线部以及所述卡接部均设置在所述底壁盖合部上,当所述底壁盖合部盖合所述底壁敞口时,所述卡线部与所述卡线槽共同形成卡线区域,所述卡接部与所述缺口卡接部卡接。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述压线盖板还包括周壁盖合部,所述周壁盖合部与所述底壁盖合部连接,所述周壁盖合部上设置有穿线孔,当所述底壁盖合部盖合所述底壁敞口时,所述周壁盖合部同时盖合所述周壁敞口,并且所述穿线孔与所述卡线区域相对。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述压线盖板还包括延伸筋位,所述延伸筋位设置在所述周壁盖合部背离所述底壁盖合部的一侧;
所述卡线缺口还包括底板,所述底板与所述底壁敞口相对并与所述周壁连接,所述缺口卡接部为卡接口,所述卡接口设置在所述底板上,所述底板上对应所述延伸筋位设置有延伸孔,当所述周壁盖合部盖合所述周壁敞口时,所述延伸筋位伸入所述延伸孔内。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述卡线缺口还包括背板以及两个侧板,所述背板位于所述扣位挡墙背离所述周壁敞口的一侧且连接与所述底壁以及所述底板,两个所述侧板相对设置且分别连接所述底壁、所述周壁、所述底板以及所述背板。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述卡接口设置在所述扣位挡墙与所述背板之间,所述卡接口的数量为一个且包括两个短边,两个所述短边分别紧贴两个所述侧板延伸;
所述卡接部的数量为两个,两个所述卡接部分别位于所述底壁盖合部的两侧,所述卡接部包括卡扣弹壁以及卡扣,所述卡扣通过所述卡扣弹壁与所述底 壁盖合部连接并且与不同的所述短边卡接。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述短边的长度与所述卡扣在该方向上的尺寸相等。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述卡接口还包括两个长边,两个所述长边分别紧贴所述扣位挡墙以及所述背板延伸。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述卡接部还包括导向部,所述导向部设置在所述卡扣背离所述卡扣弹壁的一侧,当两个所述卡接部同时伸入所述卡线缺口时,两个所述导向部与各自对应的所述侧板贴合导向。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述卡扣与所述卡扣弹壁的夹角为锐角。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述背板上设置有穿线槽,所述穿线槽与所述卡线区域相对。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述卡线槽具有与所述槽口相对的槽底,所述槽底上设置有卡齿。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,还包括面板,所述出光口的内侧设置有环状的台阶面,所述面板与所述台阶面抵接并通过超声波焊接连接。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,所述面板包括出光部以及围绕所述出光部的边缘设置的一圈凸缘,所述凸缘的凸出方向与出光部的延展方向相垂直,所述凸缘背离所述出光部的一侧设置有热熔筋,所述台阶面为粗糙面,所述热熔筋与所述粗糙面抵接并通过超声波焊接连接。
可选地,上述的壳体组件中,当所述底壁盖合部盖合所述底壁敞口时,所述卡线部由所述卡线槽的槽口伸入所述卡线槽内。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种LED灯具,包括所述的壳体组件。
本申请实施例采用的上述至少一个技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本申请实施例公开的壳体组件及LED灯具能够通过卡接的方式使压线盖板与主体连接形成卡线区域,大幅简化了安装步骤,提高了装配效率。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各实施例提供的技术方案。
本申请实施例公开了一种LED灯具,LED灯具的主体为壳体组件,如图1至图7所示,该壳体组件包括主体10以及压线盖板12,主体10包括底壁100以及围绕底壁100的周壁101,底壁100与周壁101共同围成一个具有出光口102的容纳腔103,出光口102与底壁100相对。容纳腔103的内部可以容纳LED灯具的光源模组、驱动模组等器件(图中未示出),驱动模组和光源模组可以一体设置,也可以分体设置。这些器件均为LED灯具的常规器件,在此不再赘述。
光源模组、驱动模组等器件需要外接电源或数据线,因此本实施例在底壁100与周壁101的连接处设置有向主体10内部凹陷的卡线缺口104,如图3和图4所示,卡线缺口104包括底壁敞口1040、周壁敞口1041以及缺口卡接部1042a,底壁敞口1040位于底壁100上,缺口卡接部1042a与底壁敞口1040相对,周壁缺口1041位于周壁101上。
请继续参见图3和图4,在卡线缺口104内还设置有扣位挡墙1043,扣位挡墙1043与周壁敞口1041相对且位于周壁敞口1041的内侧,扣位挡墙1043上设置有卡线槽1043a,卡线槽1043a的槽口朝向底壁敞口1040。
如图2和图5所示,压线盖板12包括底壁盖合部120、卡线部121以及卡接部122,底壁盖合部120为板状或片状结构,并且其形状可以与底壁敞口1040基本吻合,卡线部121以及卡接部122均设置在底壁盖合部120上。当底壁盖合部120盖合底壁敞口1040时,卡线部121正好与卡线槽1043a相对,二者共同形成卡线区域,该卡线区域可以将电源线或数据线等卡住,从而将其固定在壳体组件上。在本实施例中,卡线部121可以为块状、条状等结构,本实施例没有强制要求。卡接部122与卡接口1042a的相互卡接,一方面使主体10与压线盖板12保持固定连接状态防止二者分离,另一方面也使卡线部121与卡线槽1043a将线牢牢卡住。
本实施例中的压线盖板12与主体10由于采用卡接的形式形成卡线区域, 因此可以大幅简化安装步骤,提高装配效率。
如图2和图5所示,为了使壳体组件具有更为良好的外观以及严密性,还可在压线盖板12上设置周壁盖合部123,周壁盖合部123与底壁盖合部120连接,并且周壁盖合部123的形状与周壁敞口1041基本吻合。在周壁盖合部123上设置一穿线孔1230,当底壁盖合部120盖合底壁敞口1040时,周壁盖合部123同时盖合周壁敞口1041,并且穿线孔1230与卡线区域相对。线路通过穿线孔1230之后再进入卡线区域。
如图5所示,为了使周壁盖合部123与周壁101更加契合,本实施例可以在压线盖板12上设置延伸筋位124,延伸筋位124设置在周壁盖合部123背离底壁盖合部120的一侧。同时在卡线缺口104内还设置底板1042,底板1042与底壁敞口1040相对并与周壁101连接。此时缺口卡接部1042a可以为设置在底板1042上的卡接口。除此之外,底板1042上对应延伸筋位124还设置有延伸孔1042b,延伸孔1042b可以设置在底板1042与周壁101的连接处,这样延伸孔1042b可以延伸至周壁101的内部,深度更大。当周壁盖合部123盖合周壁敞口1041时,延伸筋位124伸入延伸孔1042b内。二者的配合一方面能够使周壁101与周壁盖合部123对位,另一方面也可以吸收一部分扭力,分担卡接部122的负担。
在本实施例中,底板1042可以直接由周壁101向主体内部延伸形成,但此时的底板1042只有一侧处于连接状态,其余方向均处于悬空状态,底板1042所受的作用力会在连接部位形成扭力,造成局部应力,从而使底板1042损坏。
为了分散底板的应力,如图3和图4所示,本实施例中的卡线缺口104还可包括背板1044以及两个侧板1045,其中,背板1044位于扣位挡墙1043背离周壁敞口1041的一侧且同时连接与底壁100以及底板1042,而两个侧板1045相对设置且分别连接底壁100、周壁101、底板1042以及背板1044。
这样,底板1042的四周可以分别与周壁101、背板1044以及两个侧板1045形成连接结构,有效分散卡接部122与卡接口1042a的作用力,从而减小底板 1042所承受的应力。
在本实施例中,卡接口1042a可以设置在扣位挡墙1043的前方(靠近周壁敞口1041的一侧),也可以设置在扣位挡墙1043的后方(靠近背板1044的一侧),或者还可以设置多个卡接口1042a,其中一部分设置在扣位挡板1043的前方,另一部分设置在扣位挡板1043的后方,只要不影响穿线以及卡接的结构均可采用。
如图4所示,为了简化结构,本实施例中可以将卡接口1042a设置在扣位挡墙1043与背板1044之间,此时卡接口1042a的数量仅为一个且包括两个短边(图中未标号),两个短边分别紧贴两个侧板1045延伸。
此时卡接部122的数量为两个,两个卡接部122分别位于底壁盖合部120的两侧,卡接部122包括卡扣弹壁1220以及卡扣1221,卡扣1221通过卡扣弹壁1220与底壁盖合部120连接。在进行卡接时,两个卡接部122的卡扣1221均穿过卡接口1042a,之后每个卡扣1221分别与不同的短边卡接。上述卡接结构可以简化卡接口1042a的结构,使主体10更易成型。
为了提供尽可能大的卡接面积来分散应力以及扭力,本实施例中的短边长度与卡扣1221在该方向上的尺寸基本相等,即卡扣1221与短边基本上处于完全卡接的程度。本实施例中的卡接口1042a除了两个短边之外还包括两个长边,两个长边与两个短边共同围成卡接口1042a。而为了进一步提高卡接面积,本实施例中的卡接口1042a的两个长边可以分别紧贴扣位挡墙1043以及背板1044,从而使短边的长度尽量延长,从而提高卡接面积。
在本实施例中,为了使卡扣1221与卡接口1042a的短边卡接,卡扣1221在正常状态下应处于与短边相干涉的位置。而在将压线盖板12装配在卡线缺口104内时,由于两个短边分别紧贴侧板1045延伸,因此卡扣1221与两个侧板1045也处于干涉状态,卡扣1221只有先被侧板1045推动并通过卡扣弹壁1220的弹性形变向内回缩才能够顺利通过两个侧板1045。而卡扣1221与侧板1045的配合是较为困难的,如图5所示,为了简化这一过程,可以在卡接部 122内设置一导向部1222,导向部1222设置在卡扣1221背离卡扣弹壁1220的一侧,当两个卡接部122同时伸入卡线缺口104时,两个导向部1222可以与各自对应的侧板1045贴合导向,之后再使卡扣1221逐渐与侧板1045相配合,从而简化了卡扣1221与侧板1045的配合过程。
为了防止压线盖板12与主体10相互分离,本实施例中的卡扣1221与卡扣弹壁1220之间的夹角优选采用锐角结构,使卡扣1221靠近卡扣弹壁1220的一侧形成类似倒刺的结构,极大地阻碍卡扣1221与卡接口1042a脱离卡接结构。
在本实施例中,电源线或数据线通过卡线区域后可以经由卡线口1042a进入主体10的内部,但由于卡线口1042a与卡线区域存在90度的夹角,因此线路所需的弯折角度较大,容易损坏。如图3和图4所示,为了减小线路的弯折程度,可以在背板1044上设置穿线槽1044a,穿线槽1044a与卡线区域相对。这样线路通过卡线区域后可以以基本不变的方向通过穿线槽1044a,所需的弯折角度很小。可以将穿线槽1044a相对于底壁100的距离稍大于卡线区域相对于底壁100的距离,使线路在穿线槽1044a内部稍微弯曲一定角度。
在本申请的各个实施例中,为了提高卡线区域对线路的卡紧固定程度,均可在与卡线槽1043a的槽口相对的槽底上设置卡齿1043b。
在本申请的各个实施例中,如图1所示,壳体组件还可包括面板14,为了便于面板14与主体10的装配,在出光口102的内侧设置有环状的台阶面1020(参见图4),面板14嵌入出光口102内并与台阶面1020抵接,之后通过超声波焊接的方式将面板14与台阶面1020焊接在一起,即可完成面板14与主体10的装配,过程中无需螺丝、打胶等步骤,装配效率高。
如图6所示,面板14可以包括出光部140以及围绕出光部140的边缘设置的一圈凸缘141,凸缘141的凸出方向与出光部140的延展方向相垂直。凸缘141背离出光部140的一侧设置有热熔筋142,与此同时,如图7所示,台阶面1020为粗糙面,热熔筋142与粗糙面抵接并通过超声波焊接连接。热熔 筋142熔化后会附着在粗糙面上,由于粗糙面的表面积大且受力方向多样,因此能够大幅提高二者的连接强度。
可以在主体10的外侧可以设置两个卡簧16作为固定LED灯具的结构,卡簧16为现有结构,本实施例中不再赘述。
综上所述,本申请实施例公开的壳体组件及LED灯具能够大幅简化安装步骤,提高装配效率。
本申请上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种壳体组件,其中,包括主体以及压线盖板;
    所述主体包括底壁以及围绕所述底壁的周壁,所述周壁围成与所述底壁相对的出光口;
    所述底壁与所述周壁的连接处设置有向所述主体内部凹陷的卡线缺口,所述卡线缺口包括底壁敞口、周壁敞口以及缺口卡接部,所述底壁敞口位于所述底壁上,所述周壁缺口位于所述周壁上,所述缺口卡接部与所述底壁敞口相对;
    所述卡线缺口内还设置有扣位挡墙,所述扣位挡墙与所述周壁敞口相对且位于所述周壁敞口的内侧,所述扣位挡墙上设置有卡线槽,所述卡线槽的槽口朝向所述底壁敞口;
    所述压线盖板包括底壁盖合部、卡线部以及卡接部,所述卡线部以及所述卡接部均设置在所述底壁盖合部上,当所述底壁盖合部盖合所述底壁敞口时,所述卡线部与所述卡线槽共同形成卡线区域,所述卡接部与所述缺口卡接部卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其中,所述压线盖板还包括周壁盖合部,所述周壁盖合部与所述底壁盖合部连接,所述周壁盖合部上设置有穿线孔,当所述底壁盖合部盖合所述底壁敞口时,所述周壁盖合部同时盖合所述周壁敞口,并且所述穿线孔与所述卡线区域相对。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其中,所述压线盖板还包括延伸筋位,所述延伸筋位设置在所述周壁盖合部背离所述底壁盖合部的一侧;
    所述卡线缺口还包括底板,所述底板与所述底壁敞口相对并与所述周壁连接,所述缺口卡接部为卡接口,所述卡接口设置在所述底板上,所述底板上对应所述延伸筋位设置有延伸孔,当所述周壁盖合部盖合所述周壁敞口时,所述延伸筋位伸入所述延伸孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的壳体组件,其中,所述卡线缺口还包括背板以 及两个侧板,所述背板位于所述扣位挡墙背离所述周壁敞口的一侧且连接与所述底壁以及所述底板,两个所述侧板相对设置且分别连接所述底壁、所述周壁、所述底板以及所述背板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的壳体组件,其中,所述卡接口设置在所述扣位挡墙与所述背板之间,所述卡接口的数量为一个且包括两个短边,两个所述短边分别紧贴两个所述侧板延伸;
    所述卡接部的数量为两个,两个所述卡接部分别位于所述底壁盖合部的两侧,所述卡接部包括卡扣弹壁以及卡扣,所述卡扣通过所述卡扣弹壁与所述底壁盖合部连接并且与不同的所述短边卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的壳体组件,其中,所述短边的长度与所述卡扣在该方向上的尺寸相等。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的壳体组件,其中,所述卡接口还包括两个长边,两个所述长边分别紧贴所述扣位挡墙以及所述背板延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的壳体组件,其中,所述卡接部还包括导向部,所述导向部设置在所述卡扣背离所述卡扣弹壁的一侧,当两个所述卡接部同时伸入所述卡线缺口时,两个所述导向部与各自对应的所述侧板贴合导向。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的壳体组件,其中,所述卡扣与所述卡扣弹壁的夹角为锐角。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的壳体组件,其中,所述背板上设置有穿线槽,所述穿线槽与所述卡线区域相对。
  11. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的壳体组件,其中,所述卡线槽具有与所述槽口相对的槽底,所述槽底上设置有卡齿。
  12. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的壳体组件,其中,还包括面板,所 述出光口的内侧设置有环状的台阶面,所述面板与所述台阶面抵接并通过超声波焊接连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的壳体组件,其中,所述面板包括出光部以及围绕所述出光部的边缘设置的一圈凸缘,所述凸缘的凸出方向与出光部的延展方向相垂直,所述凸缘背离所述出光部的一侧设置有热熔筋,所述台阶面为粗糙面,所述热熔筋与所述粗糙面抵接并通过超声波焊接连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的壳体组件,其中,当所述底壁盖合部盖合所述底壁敞口时,所述卡线部由所述卡线槽的槽口伸入所述卡线槽内。
  15. 一种LED灯具,其中,包括权利要求1至14任一项所述的壳体组件。
