Abstract
一种导电漆,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:银镍粉20-40份,三氧化二锑2份~5份,丙烯酸树脂15份~30份,醇酸树脂10份~20份,壳聚糖1份~3份,成膜助剂0.5份~2份,聚乙烯醇2份~4份,芳香烃40份~50份,苯乙烯20-40份,乙醛20-40份,聚乙烯蜡粉5-10份,流平剂2-3份,异辛酸钴1-4份;BYK-101分散剂5-8份;该导电漆以银镍粉作为导电介质,添加了具有导电分散性能的三氧化二锑,并以丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂作为主材料,所得产品价格低廉,导电性能较好;该导电漆涂膜干爽,并具有较好的光洁度和遮盖力,耐磨性以及耐腐蚀性能较好。
Description
本发明涉及导电漆领域,尤其涉及一种新型导电漆。
导电漆就是能用于喷涂的一种油漆干燥形成漆膜后能起到导电的作用,从而屏蔽电磁波干扰的功能。按照所添加的金属粉末的成分,目前广泛使用的导电漆主要有银导电漆、铜导电漆、镍导电漆几种产品,其中,以铜导电漆使用最为广泛,因为相比银导电漆价格便宜很多,相比镍导电导电性能也相对好很多。因此,人们力求一种导电性能好,价格也相对实惠的导电漆。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种导电性能良好且价格低的新型导电漆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型导电漆,其创新点在于:由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:银镍粉20-40份,三氧化二锑2份~5份,丙烯酸树脂15份~30份,醇酸树脂10份~20份,壳聚糖1份~3份,成膜助剂0.5份~2份,聚乙烯醇2份~4份,芳香烃40份~50份,苯乙烯20-40份,乙醛20-40份,聚乙烯蜡粉5-10份,流平剂2-3份,异辛酸钴1-4份;BYK-101分散剂5-8份。
本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明以银镍粉作为导电介质,添加了具有导电分散性能的三氧化二锑,并以丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂作为主材料,所得产品价格低廉,导电性能较好;本发明导电漆涂膜干爽,并具有较好的光洁度和遮盖力,耐磨性以及耐腐蚀性能较好。
下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1:
一种新型导电漆,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:银镍粉20份,三氧化二锑2份,丙烯酸树脂15份,醇酸树脂10份,壳聚糖1份,成膜助剂0.5份,聚乙烯醇2份,芳香烃40份,苯乙烯20-40份,乙醛20份,聚乙烯蜡粉5份,流平剂2份,异辛酸钴1份;BYK-101分散剂5份。
实施例2:
一种新型导电漆,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:银镍粉30份,三氧化二锑3.5份,丙烯酸树脂23份,醇酸树脂15份,壳聚糖2份,成膜助剂1.25份,聚乙烯醇3份,芳香烃45份,苯乙烯30份,乙醛30份,聚乙烯蜡粉8份,流平剂2.5份,异辛酸钴2.5份;BYK-101分散剂6.5份。
实施例3:
一种新型导电漆,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:银镍粉40份,三氧化二锑5份,丙烯酸树脂30份,醇酸树脂20份,壳聚糖3 份,成膜助剂2份,聚乙烯醇4份,芳香烃50份,苯乙烯40份,乙醛40份,聚乙烯蜡粉10份,流平剂3份,异辛酸钴4份;BYK-101分散剂8份。

- 一种新型导电漆,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:银镍粉20-40份,三氧化二锑2份~5份,丙烯酸树脂15份~30份,醇酸树脂10份~20份,壳聚糖1份~3份,成膜助剂0.5份~2份,聚乙烯醇2份~4份,芳香烃40份~50份,苯乙烯20-40份,乙醛20-40份,聚乙烯蜡粉5-10份,流平剂2-3份,异辛酸钴1-4份;BYK-101分散剂5-8份。
