本实用新型涉及一种变频电力电缆,具体是一种柔软型耐火变频电力电缆,属于电缆制造技术领域。
背景技术
随着工程项目用变频电机在全球各地的日益普及,配套的变频电缆需求量也日益增加,该类型电缆一般为各厂家设计的常规变频电力电缆,一般为3+3芯结构带总屏蔽结构,可以很好的防止电磁干扰,屏蔽效果好。
市场上的变频电缆参差不齐,性能指标各不相同,其中的一部分有耐火要求。对于有耐火要求的变频电缆,市场上的产品耐火等级相对较低,一般仅满足国标耐火要求,即IEC 60331-11/IEC 60331-21耐火要求(750℃),如授权公告号为CN102610317B公开的变频电缆,该电缆中间为缆芯,缆芯包括三根主绝缘线芯和三根零线芯,在缆芯中间或者主绝缘线芯和零线芯的缝隙处设有光单元,缆芯外依次设置金属屏蔽层,纵包铝塑复合层,隔离套,铠装层及外护套,该电缆增强了常规变频电缆的功能,使其具有报警、温度测量、状态监测、频率反馈、信号传输等功能,但是耐火等级相对较低。
目前,市场上满足更高指标要求的澳标耐火(温度等级1050℃)的产品几乎没有。将电缆设计成柔软型便于敷设,同时满足澳标耐火及柔软型的电缆设计更是难以实现。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种柔软型耐火变频电力电缆,该变频电缆满足澳标耐火及柔软的要求。
为了达到上述技术目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种柔软型耐火变频电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述缆芯包括三个主线芯和三个地线芯,所述主线芯排列在一起,所述地线芯设置在主线芯之间,所述缆芯外依次设置有第一包带层、编织层、护套层,所述第一包带层采用高阻燃 包带搭盖绕包而成;所述主线芯包括五类导体,所述五类导体外绕包有云母带,所述云母带外为绝缘层。
所述云母带绕包的搭盖率为50%,该搭盖率确保了耐火性能(AS/NZS3013耐火要求),作为优选,所述云母带为两层。
为了进一步提高耐火性能,在所述编织层和护套层之间设置有第二包带层,所述第二包带层采用高阻燃包带搭盖绕包而成。
为了使电缆结构圆整,所述主线芯之间设置有支撑作用的挤出填充条。
本实用新型的电缆在导体外绕包性能优异的云母带,可满足澳标AS/NZS 3013耐火要求(1050℃),同时将导体设计成五类导体,并将内衬层结构设计由挤包型更改为采用高阻燃包带搭盖绕包,整体结构设计较为柔软,便于实际安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种柔软型耐火变频电力电缆,由内向外依次为缆芯、第一包带层5、编织层6、第二包带层7、护套层8。
所述缆芯包括三个主线芯和三个地线芯,所述主线芯排列在一起,所述地线芯设置在主线芯之间。为了使电缆结构圆整,所述主线芯之间设置有支撑作用的挤出填充条4。所述主线芯包括五类导体1,所述五类导体1外绕包有云母带2,所述云母带2外为绝缘层3。所述云母带2为两层,每层云母带2绕包的搭盖率为50%,该搭盖率确保了耐火性能(AS/NZS 3013耐火要求)。地线芯的结构采用现有技术中的结构。
所述第一包带层5、第二包带层7采用高阻燃包带搭盖绕包而成。高阻燃包带可以采用公开号为CN207367661U公开的一种无卤低烟高阻燃隔火隔氧玻璃布包带,也可以采用苏州泰方线缆材料有限公司销售的电线电缆阻燃绕包 带。
编织层6、护套层8的结构和材料均采用现有技术中的方案。
上述实施例不以任何方式限制本实用新型,凡是采用等同替换或等效变换的方式获得的技术方案均落在本实用新型的保护范围内。

  1. 一种柔软型耐火变频电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述缆芯包括三个主线芯和三个地线芯,所述主线芯排列在一起,所述地线芯设置在主线芯之间,其特征在于:所述缆芯外依次设置有第一包带层(5)、编织层(6)、护套层(8),所述第一包带层(5)采用高阻燃包带搭盖绕包而成;所述主线芯包括五类导体(1),所述五类导体外绕包有云母带(2),所述云母带(2)外为绝缘层(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软型耐火变频电力电缆,其特征在于:所述云母带(2)绕包的搭盖率为50%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软型耐火变频电力电缆,其特征在于:所述云母带(2)为两层。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种柔软型耐火变频电力电缆,其特征在于:在所述编织层(6)和护套层(8)之间设置有第二包带层(7),所述第二包带层(7)采用高阻燃包带搭盖绕包而成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软型耐火变频电力电缆,其特征在于:所述主线芯之间设置有挤出填充条(4)。
