作为本发明的进一步改进,所述助力门把手组件还包括用于向所述顶杆施加复位力的复位件,所述复位件限位于所述固定盒的盒体内壁与所述主板部背向抵接面一侧的侧面之间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述复位件为弹簧,所述固定盒的盒体内壁和主板部均具有相向突伸的突柱,所述弹簧的两端套设固定在所述突柱上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述定位部为沿第二方向朝向把手的手持端外表面敞口设置的筒状结构,所述固定部为沿第二方向背向把手的手持端外表面敞口设置的筒状结构,所述定位部收容在所述固定部内,所述助力门把手组件还包括收容于所述定位部内的弹性件,所述弹性件沿第二方向的两端分别与固定部和定位部相固定,所述定位部敞口端与所述固定部内壁间隔一距离。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述助力门把手组件还包括设于弹性件与固定部之间的连接件,所述连接件一端与弹性件定位连接,另一端抵靠所述固定部内壁。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种制冷设备,包括一侧敞口设置的箱体和封闭所述箱体敞口处的门体,所述门体设有助力门把手组件,所述助力门把手组件嵌设于所述门体 在第二方向上的侧壁面内,所述助力门把手组件的顶推部在第二方向上与所述箱体抵靠。
本发明助力门把手组件通过设置引导把手运动轨迹的导向机构以及连动形成杠杆结构的把手、摆块、顶杆组件,令把手实现前后方向及左右方向综合的倾斜方向拉出,方便省力的将门体打开。通过将助力门把手组件嵌设在门体中,在实际操作过程中,把手不会伸出至门体的外部,实现隐藏式助力开门的效果,便于用户操作,有利于提高用户体验性;这样用户通过助力门把手组件可以方便地将制冷设备门体的打开,而且在把手打开门体的过程中,把手不容易与门体的侧壁面接触摩擦,避免了把手的手持端和门体的侧壁面上产生划痕。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明中的技术方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
以下,将结合图1至图16介绍本发明助力门把手组件100及具有其的制冷设备400的 具体实施方式。
参照图1至图4所示,所述制冷设备400包括一侧敞口设置的箱体200和封闭所述箱体200敞口处的门体300。为了便于说明,下文将制冷设备400的高度方向定义为第一方向,将制冷设备400的宽度方向定义为第二方向,将制冷设备400的厚度方向定义为第三方向。
所述门体300具有朝向箱体200敞口处的内表面、与内表面平行的外表面301及与内表面和外表面301相连的侧壁面302,所述助力门把手组件100嵌设于所述门体300的侧壁面302内。
参照图4至图15所示,所述助力门把手组件100包括固定盒1、设置在固定盒1上的把手2、设在所述固定盒1内的摆块3、在第三方向上滑动设置在固定盒1内的顶杆组件4及设在固定盒1与把手2之间相互配合以引导把手2运动方向的导向机构。
参照图8至图15所示,所述固定盒1包括凹设有收容腔10的盒体11及在第一方向上盖设在盒体11两端与把手2两端相连的盖板12。所述收容腔10沿第一方向上延伸设置,所述盒体11沿第二方向的一端敞口设置,所述把手2盖设在所述盒体11敞口一侧。所述盖板12对应盖设在摆块3和顶杆组件4上,以避免摆块3在转动时脱离固定盒1。
所述盒体11具有底部的第一底壁111、位于第一底壁111上对应把手2的第一斜槽112及凹设在所述第一斜槽112内滑动槽113。所述滑动槽113沿第三方向延伸且深度为一固定值,从而滑动槽113的底壁与第一斜槽112倾斜方向一致。参照图12和图15所示,所述第一斜槽112靠近门体300的外表面301的一侧槽深小于靠近门体300的内表面一侧的槽深。所述第一底壁111还包括沿第一方向设置在所述第一斜槽112两端的收容槽114,所述收容槽114与所述第一斜槽112通过分隔壁115隔断。所述盒体11在第一方向上的两端还设有***述顶杆组件4的定位槽116。所述盒体11靠近门体300内表面的一侧开设有与定位槽116连通的开口118,令所述顶杆组件4自开口118延伸出盒体11。所述盒体11还包括凸设于第一底壁111上的转轴117,所述转轴117在第一方向上位于收容槽114与定位槽116之间。
参照图1至图15所示,所述把手2在第三方向上的尺寸与所述固定盒1的收容腔10的尺寸一致。所述把手具有用于抓握移动的手持端21、沿第一方向位于手持端21两端的定位部22及在第三方向上凹设在所述手持端21一侧的第二斜槽23。所述定位部22位于收容腔10内且收容在所述收容槽114内。所述定位部22为沿第二方向朝向把手2的手持端21外表面敞口设置的筒状结构。所述第二斜槽23滑动设置在所述固定盒1的第一斜槽112内,且第二斜槽23的底壁的倾斜方向与所述第一斜槽112的倾斜方向一致。所述第二斜槽23 的底部凸设有与所述固定盒1的滑动槽113滑动配合的突出部24,以限定所述把手2同时沿第二方向和第三方向向外倾斜移动。
在本发明中,所述导向机构包括所述第一斜槽112及所述第二斜槽23,通过第一斜槽112与第二斜槽23同向倾斜设置,以引导把手2在拉动时沿着该倾斜方向向外移动,即同时沿第二方向和第三方向向外倾斜移动。当然,本实施方式中一个优选的方案,结构简单,容易实现。在其它实施方式中,所述固定盒1和把手2可不做倾斜设置的第一斜槽112及第二斜槽23,即第一斜槽112及第二斜槽23设置成深度固定的平槽结构,所述第一斜槽112内滑动槽113设置为倾斜结构,从而所述把手2上的突出部24沿着倾斜的滑动槽113向外倾斜移动时,亦可实现同时沿第二方向和第三方向向外倾斜移动的效果,当然滑动槽113设置在把手2上且突出部24设置在固定盒1上亦为相关的设计。或者,在第一斜槽112及第二斜槽23沿第一方向上的侧壁上设置相互滑动配合的滑动槽和突出部,亦可实现把手2同时沿第二方向和第三方向向外倾斜移动的效果。相关的类似设计亦可包含在本发明的技术构思中。
参照图5至图15所示,所述摆块3旋转固定在所述固定盒1上,且具有可相对于固定盒转动的转动部31及分别位于转动部31两端的固定部32和抵接部33。所述转动部31成空心筒状结构套设在所述转轴117上。所述固定部32与定位部22旋转连接,在本发明中,所述固定部32为沿第二方向背向把手的手持端21外表面敞口设置的筒状结构,所述定位部22收容在所述固定部32内,定位部22可在固定部32上沿垂直于第一方向的第二方向上移动,并且所述把手2移动时,所述定位部22可带动固定部32在收容槽114内沿第三方向移动。在第三方向上,所述顶杆组件4的一端与所述抵接部33抵接定位以形成连动结构。
在本发明优选的实施方式中,所述助力门把手组件100还包括收容于所述定位部22内的弹性件5,所述弹性件5沿第二方向的两端分别与固定部32和定位部22相固定,所述定位部22敞口端与所述固定部32内壁间隔一距离,以使得把手2被拉出时,定位部22能够通过弹性件5的弹性压缩朝向固定部32内部移动。在本发明中,所述弹性件5为弹簧,所述助力门把手组件100还包括设于弹性件5与固定部32之间的连接件6,所述连接件6一端与弹性件5定位连接,另一端抵靠所述固定部32内壁。所述连接件6具有抵靠在固定部32上的头部及尺寸小于头部的尾部,弹性件5尺寸与尾部尺寸一致,从而弹性件5套设在尾部上且被头部限制,不会与连接件6脱离。
所述顶杆组件4包括延伸出固定盒1的顶杆41及用于固定所述顶杆41的支架42。所述顶杆41具有延伸出固定盒1的顶推部43、沿第一方向排布的一对夹持臂44及连接一对 夹持臂44的横梁45。参照图10所示,所述支架42包括沿第二方向延伸的主体部421及位于所述主体部42一侧的抵接面422,所述摆块3的抵接部33沿第三方向抵接在所述主体部42的抵接面422上。所述支架42还包括在第二方向设置在主体部421两端的侧板423及位于侧板423之间的隔板424。所述侧板423和隔板424与主体部421之间形成相邻的两个限位空间。所述主体部421上设置有对应所述夹持臂44的凹槽425,所述顶杆41收容在其中一个限位空间内,所述夹持臂44收容在凹槽425内,所述横梁45与主体部421抵接。所述顶推部43的尺寸大于所述开口118且在第二方向上与所述箱体200抵靠。
在本发明优选的实施方式中,所述助力门把手组件100还包括用于向所述顶杆41施加复位力的复位件7。所述复位件7限位于所述固定盒1的盒体11内壁与所述顶杆组件4的主板部421背向抵接面422一侧的侧面之间,即所述复位件7收容在不同于收容顶杆41的另一个限位空间内。所述固定盒1的定位槽116的内壁和主板部421均具有相向突伸的突柱,在本发明中,所述复位件7为弹簧结构,所述复位件7两端套设固定在所述突柱上,以形成稳定连接。
参照图10至图12所示,所述门体300关闭设置在箱体200上,所述助力门把手组件100处于非使用状态。所述把手2的突出部24位于滑动槽113靠近箱体200的一端,所述摆块3的固定部32与把手2的定位部22在第三方向上位于收容槽114靠近箱体200的一侧,且在第二方向上,所述把手2的定位部22对应所述收容槽114,所述定位部22敞口端与所述固定部32内壁间隔一距离,所述摆块3的抵接部33位于定位槽116远离箱体200的一侧。所述顶推部43在第二方向上与所述箱体200抵靠。
参照图13至图15所示,所述门体300与箱体200分离,所述助力门把手组件100处于使用状态。即当将把手2向外拉出时,所述把手2的第二斜槽23通过突出部24在滑动槽113内滑动而沿着第一斜槽112倾斜向外移动,令所述把手2同时沿第二方向和第三方向向外倾斜移动,此时,所述定位部22在固定部32上沿第二方向上向外移动,令弹性件5压缩变形,同时定位部22带动所述固定部32沿收容槽114向外移动,令抵接部33朝向靠近顶推部43方向向内移动,并推动所述顶杆组件4的顶推部43朝向固定盒1外部伸出,从而顶推部43推抵箱体200,并产生对门体300的反作用力,而令门体300打开,实现省力方便开门。松开把手2后,所述顶杆41和摆块3通过复位件7回复到非工作状态,所述固定部32和定位部22通过弹性件5回复到非工作状态。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一 点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种助力门把手组件,其特征在于:包括
    固定盒,具有在其纵长所在的第一方向上延伸的收容腔;
    把手,设置在固定盒上,且具有用于抓握移动的手持端及沿第一方向位于手持端两端的定位部,所述把手与固定盒之间设有相互配合以引导把手运动方向的导向机构;
    摆块,设在所述固定盒收容腔内,且具有固定在固定盒且可相对于固定盒转动的转动部及位于转动部两端的固定部和抵接部,所述定位部与固定部旋转连接,并且可在固定部上沿垂直于第一方向的第二方向上移动;及
    顶杆组件,在垂直于第一方向和第二方向的第三方向上滑动设置在固定盒内,在第三方向上,所述顶杆组件的一端与所述摆块的抵接部抵接定位以形成连动结构,另一端具有延伸出固定盒的顶推部;
    其中,所述导向机构设置为:当将把手沿远离顶推部方向向外拉出时,所述把手同时沿第二方向和第三方向向外倾斜移动,此时,所述定位部在固定部上沿第二方向上向外移动,同时带动所述固定部朝向远离顶推部方向向外移动,令抵接部朝向靠近顶推部方向向内移动,并推动所述顶杆组件的顶推部朝向固定盒外部伸出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的助力门把手组件,其特征在于:所述固定盒包括凹设有所述收容腔的盒体,所述盒体沿第二方向的一端敞口设置且具有第一斜槽,所述把手盖设在所述盒体敞口一侧,而令定位部位于收容腔内,所述把手包括与手持端相连接且收容在所述第一斜槽内的第二斜槽,所述导向机构包括所述第一斜槽及所述第二斜槽,所述第一斜槽及第二斜槽同向倾斜设置,且靠近顶推部的一侧低于远离顶推部的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的助力门把手组件,其特征在于:所述顶杆组件包括延伸出固定盒的顶杆及用于固定所述顶杆的支架,所述顶推部设置在所述顶杆上,所述支架包括沿第二方向延伸的主体部及位于所述主体部一侧的抵接面,所述摆块的抵接部沿第三方向抵接在所述主体部的抵接面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的助力门把手组件,其特征在于:所述顶杆具有沿第一方向排布的一对夹持臂,所述支架的主体部上设置有对应所述夹持臂的凹槽,所述夹持臂收容在凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的助力门把手组件,其特征在于:所述盒体内壁凸设有转轴,所述摆块的转动部成空心筒状结构套设在所述转轴上,所述固定盒还包括用于避免摆块脱离固定盒的盖板,所述盖板沿第一方向位于把手两侧以盖设在盒体敞口一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的助力门把手组件,其特征在于:所述助力门把手组件还包括用于向所述顶杆施加复位力的复位件,所述复位件限位于所述固定盒的盒体内壁与所述主板部背向抵接面一侧的侧面之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的助力门把手组件,其特征在于:所述复位件为弹簧,所述固定盒的盒体内壁和主板部均具有相向突伸的突柱,所述弹簧的两端套设固定在所述突柱上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的助力门把手组件,其特征在于:所述定位部为沿第二方向朝向把手的手持端外表面敞口设置的筒状结构,所述固定部为沿第二方向背向把手的手持端外表面敞口设置的筒状结构,所述定位部收容在所述固定部内,所述助力门把手组件还包括收容于所述定位部内的弹性件,所述弹性件沿第二方向的两端分别与固定部和定位部相固定,所述定位部敞口端与所述固定部内壁间隔一距离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的助力门把手组件,其特征在于:所述助力门把手组件还包括设于弹性件与固定部之间的连接件,所述连接件一端与弹性件定位连接,另一端抵靠所述固定部内壁。
  10. 一种制冷设备,包括一侧敞口设置的箱体和封闭所述箱体敞口处的门体,其特征在于:所述门体设有如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的助力门把手组件,所述助力门把手组件嵌设于所述门体在第二方向上的侧壁面内,所述助力门把手组件的顶推部在第二方向上与所述箱体抵靠。
