Abstract

一种显示装置,包括显示屏(1)、光源(3)和反射装置(4)。光源(3)设置于显示屏(1)的上方,用于发射光线;反射装置(4)设置在显示屏(1)的后方,光源(3)发射到反射装置(4)上的光,会被其反射至显示屏(1)的背面用于实现背光功能。通过显示装置采用分体式背光结构,将光源(3)设置于显示屏(1)以外的空间,使得显示屏(1)外观只具单层玻璃厚度,可提高产品的外观性能。另一方面实现了一机多用的多功能设计,当光源(3)关闭时,显示屏(1)可做投影屏幕;当不使用显示装置的时候,光源(3)可单独操作实现作为常规室内照明功能。进一步的,由于背光结构为分体式节省组装步骤,降低了生产和维修成本。

Description

一种显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
目前电视外观变得越来越薄,薄型化设计能增加产品卖点,提高产品竞争力。当前的电视显示器均为一体式背光结构,限制了其进一步薄型化设计的可能。
另外,当前的电视显示器作用单一,不能有效实现一机多用的多功能设计,因此,确有必要来开发一种显示装置,来克服现有技术中的缺陷。
技术问题
本发明一个方面提出一种显示装置,其采用分体式背光结构,将光源设置于显示屏以外的空间,使得显示屏外观只具单层玻璃厚度,可提高产品的外观性能。另一方面实现了一机多用的多功能设计,当所述光源关闭时,显示屏可做投影屏幕;当不使用显示装置的时候,光源可单独操作实现作为常规室内照明功能。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
本发明的一实施例中,提供一种显示装置包括显示屏、光源和反射装置。所述光源设置于所述显示屏的上方,用于发射光线;所述反射装置设置在所述显示屏的后方,其中所述光源发射到所述反射装置上的光,会被其反射至所述显示屏的背面用于实现背光功能。
进一步的,其中所述显示屏厚度为0.5~2.0mm。
进一步的,其中所述显示屏设置于一底座上。其可以设置成一定的倾斜角度,或者具有旋转功能的底座方便转动所述显示屏便于观众观看,倾斜角度优选设置为90度。
进一步的,其中所述光源呈长条形与所述显示屏平行设置,所述光源长度≤所述显示屏的边长长度。所述光源优选LED、荧光灯等。
进一步的,其中所述光源的出光镜头的中轴线与水平面夹角为30~60度。
进一步的,其中所述反射装置与所述显示屏的水平距离为100~1000mm。
进一步的,其中所述反射装置的反射面按所述光源发射到所述反射装置上的光的入射路径设计成相应的曲面,进而将所述光源发射的光线均匀反射到所述显示屏的背面,从而实现背光功能。在背光作用下,观众可从屏幕观看到图像。
进一步的,当所述光源关闭时,所述显示屏可做投影屏幕。这样分体设计可便于所述显示屏配合现有技术的投影设备一起使用。
进一步的,其中所述光源转动的方式是通过马达驱动所述光源转动,用于所述显示屏前方空间照明。一般为当关闭液晶电视,该光源可作为常规室内照明光源使用。
进一步的,其中所述通过马达驱动所述光源转动的方式为通过外部控制装置控制所述马达驱动。外部控制装置可以是红外线遥控装置,可便于高距离或远距离的光源控制,方便操作。
有益效果
区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过提供一种显示装置,其采用分体式背光结构,将光源设置于显示屏以外的空间,使得显示屏外观只具单层玻璃厚度,可提高产品的外观性能。另一方面实现了一机多用的多功能设计,当所述光源关闭时,显示屏可做投影屏幕;当不使用显示装置的时候,光源可单独操作实现作为常规室内照明功能。
进一步的,由于背光结构为分体式节省组装步骤,简化液晶电视的组装工艺从而降低了生产成本,也可以避免部分组件损坏需更换整机的现象出现,降低了维修成本。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。
请参阅图1所示,本发明的一实施例中提供一种显示装置包括显示屏1、光源3和反射装置4。所述光源3设置于所述显示屏1的上方,用于发射光线;所述反射装置4设置在所述显示屏1的后方,其中所述光源3发射到所述反射装置4上的光,会被其反射至所述显示屏1的背面用于实现背光功能。
其中所述显示屏1厚度为0.5~2.0mm。优选所述显示屏1厚度为1.5mm。
其中所述显示屏1设置于一底座2上。其可以设置成一定的倾斜角度,或者具有旋转功能的底座2方便转动所述显示屏1便于观众观看,倾斜角度优选设置为90度。
其中所述光源3呈长条形与所述显示屏1平行设置,所述光源3长度≤所述显示屏1的边长长度。所述光源3优选LED、荧光灯等。
其中所述光源3的出光镜头的中轴线与水平面夹角为30~60度。
其中所述反射装置4与所述显示屏1的水平距离为100~1000mm。
请参阅图2、图3所示,所述反射装置4设置于液晶屏幕1后方或后上方。所述反射装置4的反射面按所述光源3发射到所述反射装置4上的光的入射路径设计成相应的曲面,进而将所述光源3发射的光线均匀反射到所述显示屏1的背面,从而实现背光功能。在背光作用下,观众可从屏幕观看到图像。所述反射装置4可以为多个平面结构的长条形反射镜面构成,以便于反射光线的调节。当为图3所示位置时,所述反射装置4的反射面的曲面度为0,即为平面。
当所述光源3关闭时,所述显示屏1可做投影屏幕。这样分体设计可便于所述显示屏1配合现有技术的投影设备一起使用。
请参阅图2、图3、图4所示,所述光源3转动的方式是通过马达5驱动所述光源3转动,用于所述显示屏1前方空间照明。一般为当关闭液晶电视,该光源3可作为常规室内照明光源使用。
其中所述通过马达5驱动所述光源3转动的方式为通过外部控制装置6控制所述马达5驱动。外部控制装置6可以是红外线遥控装置,可便于高距离或远距离的光源控制,方便操作。
区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过提供一种显示装置,其采用分体式背光结构,将光源设置于显示屏以外的空间,使得显示屏外观只具单层玻璃厚度,可提高产品的外观性能。另一方面实现了一机多用的多功能设计,当所述光源关闭时,显示屏可做投影屏幕;当不使用显示装置的时候,光源可单独操作实现作为常规室内照明功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一显示屏;
    一光源,设置于所述显示屏的上方,用于发射光线;
    一反射装置,所述反射装置设置在所述显示屏的后方,其中所述光源发射到所述反射装置上的光,会被其反射至所述显示屏的背面用于实现背光功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式背光结构,其特征在于,所述显示屏厚度为0.5~2.0mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式背光结构,其特征在于,所述显示屏
    设置于一底座上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式背光结构,其特征在于,所述光源呈长条形与所述显示屏平行设置,所述光源长度≤所述显示屏的边长长度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式背光结构,其特征在于,所述光源的出光镜头的中轴线与水平面夹角为30~60度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式背光结构,其特征在于,所述反射装置与所述显示屏的水平距离为100~1000mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式背光结构,其特征在于,所述反射装置的反射面按所述光源发射到所述反射装置上的光的入射路径设计成相应的曲面,进而将所述光源发射的光线均匀反射到所述显示屏的背面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式背光结构,其特征在于,当所述光源关闭时,所述显示屏可做投影屏幕。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式背光结构,其特征在于,所述光源转动的方式是通过马达驱动所述光源转动,用于所述显示屏前方空间照明。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的分体式背光结构,其特征在于,所述通过马达驱动所述光源转动的方式为通过外部控制装置控制所述马达驱动。
