Abstract

The present invention relates to a cold-rolled steel plate for enameling and a method for manufacturing same. The cold-rolled steel plate for enameling according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises, based on wt%, 0.05 to 0.09% of C, 0.1 to 0.3% of Mn, 0.001 to 0.03% of Si, 0.01 to 0.08% of Al, 0.001 to 0.02% of S, 0.01 to 0.15% of Cu, 0.005% or less of N (excluding 0%), the balance of Fe, and inevitable impurities, wherein the area fraction of micro-voids is 0.3 to 0.8%, the relationship index of enameling defects (D) represented by [Relation Formula 1] below satisfies 0.45 to 4.50, the relationship index of adhesion (A) represented by [Relation Formulae 2 and 3] satisfies 0.007 to 0.185, and the relationship index of formability (F) satisfies 3500 to 7000.
