在上述实施方式的基础上,优选地的方案是,所述固定件3至少包括有位于柔性电路板延伸部2两侧的呈相对设置的第一固定台31和第二固定台32,所述第一固定台31和第二固定台32上分别开设有第一固定槽311和第二固定槽321;;所述扬声器还包括有插板5,所述插板5位于所述柔性电路板延伸部2的外侧,且所述插板5的两端部分别***所述第一固定槽311内和第二固定槽321内固定;所述第一固定台31、第二固定台32、壳体1侧壁以及插板5之间形成所述容纳部4。本优选的实施方式提供的扬声器中设置有插板5,可以在进一步固定柔性线路板的同时,也便于当柔性电路板需要更换或偏离目标形态时,方便拆卸柔性电路板或者调整柔性电路板的形态。
另外,在一些优选的实施方式中,所述第一固定槽311贯穿所述第一固定台31的顶面,所述第二固定槽321贯穿所述第二固定台32的顶面,通常情况下,所述第一固定槽311、第二固定槽321不贯穿第一固定台311、第二固定台321底面,因为当插板5***到所述第一固定槽311、第二固定槽321内固定时,容易引起插板5脱落。但是本领域技术人员应当理解的是,当插板5与所述第一固定槽311、第二固定槽321之间存在过盈装配时,为了可以更加方便的安装和拆卸插板5,第一固定槽311、第二固定槽321也可以设置成为贯穿第一固定台31、第二固定台32底面的形态。本发明仅提供一种适用于现有扬声器模组结构的最优的技术方案,但并非用于限制。
为了实现所述柔性电路板有效固定,使其始终保持目标形态,本发明还提供另外一种优选的实施方式,即所述固定件至少包括有位于柔性电路板延伸部两侧的呈相对设置的第一固定台和第二固定台;所述第一固定台包括有由壳体侧壁的外表面延伸出的第一固定部以及由第一固定部的端部向第二固定台方向弯折形成的第一弯折部;所述第二固定台包括有由壳体侧壁的外表面延伸出的第二固定部以及由第二固定部的端部向第一固定台方向弯折形成的第二弯折部;所述第一固定台、第二固定台、第一弯折部、第二弯折部以及壳体侧壁之间形成所述容纳部。进一步地优选地,所述第一弯折部与壳体侧壁的距离不大于所述柔性电路板的厚度,所述第二弯折部与壳体侧壁的距离不大于所述柔性电路板的厚度,进一步地,为确保柔性电路板与外壳侧壁更好地固定,所述第一弯折部端部与所述第二弯折部端部之间的距离不大于所述柔性电路板延伸部的宽度。
为达到本发明的目的,本发明还提供了另一种优选的实施方式,即所述第一弯折部与第二弯折部连接成一体形成连接壁;所述壳体侧壁、第一固定台、第二固定台与连接壁之间形成所述容纳部。这种结构可以有效防止插板在外界摩擦力的作用下造成松动或脱落,影响对柔性电路板的固定。
需要说明的是,所述固定件形成于所述上壳侧壁的外表面上,或者形成于所述下壳侧壁的外表面上,本发明对此不作限制。如图3所示所述第一固定台31和第二固定台32形成于所述上壳11侧壁的外表面上,且所述第一固定台31的顶面以及第二固定台32的顶面与所述上壳11的顶面齐平。目的在于确保柔性电路板延伸部2直接进入所述第一固定台31与第二固定台32之间形成的容纳部4内,进一步从左右方向固定柔性电路板延伸部2,减少柔性电路板延伸部2悬空的长度,避免柔性电路板延伸部2在使用过程中出现线路不稳定,容易串线的问题,从而无法对柔性电路板进行有效的固定,同时此结构方式保持扬声器底部的平整美观,易于装配。
上述实施方式是以扬声器模组为例进行的详细阐述,当为扬声器单体时,所述扬声器单体包括振动***和磁路***,部分扬声器单体会结合壳体以保护振动***。所述振动***包括有振膜以及与所述振膜结合固定的音圈,所述音圈连接有柔性电路板,该柔性电路板包括有延伸至壳体外的延伸部。所述壳体侧壁的外表面上包括有用于将所述柔性电路板延伸部与壳体侧壁的外表面固定的固定件。其固定件对柔性电路板和壳体侧壁的固定作用与上述实施方式中的基本相同,故在此不再赘述。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括:
    形成有容纳腔的壳体,及收容在所述容纳腔内的振动***和磁路***;所述振动***包括有振膜以及与所述振膜结合固定的音圈;
    所述音圈连接有柔性电路板,该柔性电路板包括有延伸至壳体外的延伸部;其特征在于,
    所述壳体侧壁的外表面上包括有用于将所述柔性电路板延伸部与壳体侧壁的外表面固定的固定件,所述固定件包括有贯穿所述固定件上下两侧表面的容纳部,所述柔性电路板延伸部穿过所述容纳部,延伸部的端部由所述固定件内穿出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述固定件至少包括有位于柔性电路板延伸部两侧的呈相对设置的第一固定台和第二固定台;
    所述第一固定台和第二固定台上分别开设有第一固定槽和第二固定槽;
    所述扬声器还包括有插板,所述插板位于所述柔性电路板延伸部的外侧,且所述插板的两端部分别***所述第一固定槽内和第二固定槽内固定;所述第一固定台、第二固定台、壳体侧壁以及插板之间形成所述容纳部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述固定件至少包括有位于柔性电路板延伸部两侧的呈相对设置的第一固定台和第二固定台;所述第一固定台包括有由壳体侧壁的外表面延伸出的第一固定部以及由第一固定部的端部向第二固定台方向弯折形成的第一弯折部;
    所述第二固定台包括有由壳体侧壁的外表面延伸出的第二固定部以及由第二固定部的端部向第一固定台方向弯折形成的第二弯折部;
    所述第一固定台、第二固定台、第一弯折部、第二弯折部以及壳体侧壁之间形成所述容纳部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一弯折部端部与所述第二弯折部端部之间的距离小于所述柔性电路板延伸部的宽度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一弯折部与第二弯折部连接成一体形成连接壁;
    所述壳体侧壁、第一固定台、第二固定台与连接壁之间形成所述容纳部。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一固定槽贯穿所述第一固定台的顶面,所述第二固定槽贯穿所述第二固定台的顶面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述壳体至少包括结合固定在一起共同围成所述容纳腔的上壳以及下壳;
    所述固定件形成于所述上壳侧壁的外表面上,或者形成于所述下壳侧壁的外表面上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述壳体至少包括结合固定在一起共同围成所述容纳腔的上壳以及下壳;所述第一固定台和第二固定台形成于所述上壳侧壁的外表面上,且所述第一固定台的顶面以及第二固定台的顶面与所述上壳的顶面齐平。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述固定件通过注塑的方式一体成型于所述壳体上。
  10. 根据权利要求1中的扬声器,其特征在于,所述外壳为扬声器单体外壳或者为扬声器模组外壳。
