Definitions
- the invention belongs to the technical field of laser diagnosis, and relates to an optical fiber laser induced breakdown spectrum detection device and method.
- the state monitoring, maintenance and evaluation technology of the critical structure of the reactor is an important support for the safety and economics of nuclear power.
- nuclear power regulations require that key components of nuclear power equipment Carry out in-service and pre-service non-destructive testing. Due to the harsh operating environment such as high radioactivity, high temperature, and high pressure of nuclear power plants, conventional detection methods, such as X-ray photography technology, ultrasound technology, and eddy current technology, make it difficult to achieve long-distance online measurement.
- acoustic emission technology can only detect the pressure wave signal emitted by the material that is being damaged, and cannot evaluate and predict its life.
- Electrochemical technology needs to add small amplitude electric signal disturbance to the nuclear power system, which may cause adverse effects on the system.
- LIBS technology Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy
- LIBS technology is a measurement technique that uses laser-induced emission spectra of the plasma generated on the surface of the material to be measured to quantitatively measure the sample element composition and mechanical parameters.
- LIBS technology has obvious advantages: remote online in-situ detection, micro-destructive or even non-destructive samples, no sample pretreatment, and multiple elements can be analyzed simultaneously.
- optical fiber LIBS technology Optical fiber transmission laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy technology
- optical fiber LIBS technology is an improvement and innovation of the previous traditional induced breakdown spectroscopy technology, which is more suitable for the detection task of extreme occasions: using fiber transmission laser to focus the sample surface to form plasma, At the same time, the plasma emission spectrum is collected, and the spectral post-processing algorithm is used to analyze to determine the material composition and content of the sample to be measured.
- the technology has great potential application value in nuclear power plants, nuclear power plant maintenance enterprises, nuclear fuel manufacturing plants, spent fuel processing plants and other places. It can detect main pipelines or steam superheated bend pipes in high-temperature, high-pressure, high-radiation production lines through optical fiber LIBS technology. Roads and other hard-to-reach places.
- the optical fiber LIBS device that has been developed now also has the following deficiencies.
- the traditional portable optical fiber LIBS detection system cannot adapt to the working environment in the main pipeline of the nuclear power plant, nor can it go deep into the main pipeline of the nuclear power plant to perform remote control detection on the designated area of the inner wall of the pipeline (for example, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Zeng Xiaoyan, etc. Probe composition analyzer, [P], China, 2013107403189.20151104); on the other hand, the energy density of the fiber bombardment target material transmitted by the optical fiber LIBS technology is generally lower than that of traditional LIBS, resulting in poor element sensitivity and element detection limit, resulting in a certain The detection ability of some key elements is not enough, or even fails.
- the purpose of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, to provide an optical fiber laser-induced breakdown spectrum detection device and method, which combines the vehicle-mounted control system of the detector with the optical fiber LIBS technology to focus the laser breakdown surface collection based on the imaging method
