Definitions
- the present invention relates to a noise blocking headset, and more particularly, to an earphone having a speaker voice restoration function that improves the quality of speaker sound and speaker voice by shielding external noise.
- Earsets are usually in-ear earphones, which are sound equipment that listens to the sound while inserted into the ear canal and ear canal.
- this air pressure difference affects the diaphragm of the speaker driver unit. Specifically, the diaphragm is biased toward the outside of the earset. Due to this phenomenon, sound output is difficult, and sound is distorted.
- a back hole is formed at the rear of the speaker driver unit.
- the back hole formed at the rear of the speaker driver unit communicates with the through hole formed in the case to perform the function of maintaining the same air pressure inside and outside the earset.
- the diaphragm can vibrate at a fixed position.
- the speaker driver unit may be largely classified into a dynamic driver unit and a balanced armature driver unit.
- the backhaul formed at the rear of the speaker driver unit has a problem of acting as a path through which external noise is input. That is, when the back hole formed at the rear of the speaker driver unit is closed, the above-mentioned vibration plate bias occurs, and thus it cannot be used inside an aircraft or in a high mountainous area. In addition, when the backhaul of the speaker driver unit is closed, there is a problem in that vibration of the diaphragm is suppressed and sound is distorted.
- the present invention was made to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and an object of the present invention is to form a microhole communicating the through hole formed in the case and the back hole formed in the speaker driver unit in an isolator separating the installation space. , By providing an resonance space between the micro-hole and the back-hole, it is to provide an earset having a talker voice restoration function that not only shields external noise, but also improves the quality of speaker sound and talker voice.

- the speaker driver unit and the in-ear microphone are separated and isolated from the through hole by an isolator, a micro hole communicating the through hole and the back hole is formed in the isolator, and a resonance space between the micro hole and the back hole It is formed.
- the isolator in which the fine hole is formed may be a resonance case covering the rear end of the speaker driver unit including the back hole.
- the insulator may be an inner wall of the case or a printed circuit board (PCB).
- the micro-holes have a diameter of 100 ⁇ m or less or 40 ⁇ m or less.
- the micro-holes may have a diameter of 100 ⁇ m or more, and the micro-holes may be covered with a mesh.
- the density of the mesh is inversely proportional to the diameter of the through hole, and when tuning the speaker driver unit, the density of the mesh is preferably set within a range of ⁇ 20%.
- an out-ear microphone for receiving voice and external noise introduced through the through hole may be formed between the micro hole and the through hole.
- the diameter of the micro-holes is preferably set in contrast to the thickness of the insulator, and the ratio of the diameter of the micro-holes and the thickness of the insulator is more preferably set to 1: 1,000 or more.
- the earset having a talker voice restoration function according to the present invention, by externally shielding external noise flowing into the backhaul of the speaker driver unit, only speaker sound without external noise can be transmitted to the external auditory meatus as well as externally. Since only the speaker's voice without noise can be transmitted to the microphone (in-ear microphone), the quality of the speaker sound and the speaker's voice can be improved.
- the resonance space of the speaker driver unit can be formed, and the air pressure inside and outside the earset can be kept the same, so that distortion of sound can be prevented as bass reproduction becomes smooth.

That is, it has a structure in which the PCB completely seals the opened area when the case 1 is cut at a predetermined position. Then, one side of the PCB faces the installation space SP1, and the other side faces the installation space SP2. The inner wall 11 separating the installation space SP2 contacts the other surface of the PCB and is sealed. Accordingly, the speaker driver unit and the in-ear microphone may be separately installed based on the inner wall 11.
