所以,目前市面可见的有机地板普遍存在以下问题:1.许多场合人体的皮肤会和地板直接接触,卤族元素对人体皮肤有危害;2.卯榫的拼装结构在进行多地板拼装时会出现卯榫卡扣困难。如因热胀冷缩的影响导致地板拼接处出现缝隙。
因此,针对目前市面可见的有机地板对人体皮肤有危害和卯榫的瓶装结构在进行多地板拼装时会出现卯榫卡扣困难等问题,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。

本实用新型为解决目前市面可见的有机地板对人体皮肤有危害和卯榫的瓶装结构在进行多地板拼装时会出现卯榫卡扣困难等问题,提供了框架磁吸式地板。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
提供了一种框架磁吸式地板,包括板材本体1,其特征在于,所述板材本体1的四个侧端面设有磁吸框架2,所述磁吸框架2通过环保胶水粘结在所述板材本体1的四个侧端面上;所述板材本体1包括基板层3,所述无卤基板层3的上 表面依次设有装饰层4和透明保护层5,所述无卤基板层3通过胶水层6与装饰层4粘结。
进一步地,所述磁吸框架2包括磁铁面201和金属面202,所述磁铁面201的材质为钕铁硼磁性材料,所述金属面202的材质为铁或钴或镍。

进一步地,所述磁铁面201的表面设有定位凸台7,所述定位凸台7设于所述磁铁面201的顶角,所述定位凸台7的形状为长方体或圆柱形。

本实用新型提供的框架磁吸式地板,自下而上分为无卤基板层、胶水层、装饰层以及透明保护层,地板的四个侧端面被磁吸框架所包围;无卤基板层选用无卤的有机或无机材料,提供了地板整体的力学强度;通过胶水层将无卤基板层与装饰层粘结在一起;装饰层提供了地板的外观,上可通过激光雕刻的技术进行花纹的处理或者采用紫外线光固化涂料进行颜色图案的修饰;透明保护层为无卤高透高聚物,起到了保护装饰层不被刮花损坏;磁吸框架包括了磁铁面和金属面,通过磁吸面吸附其他地板的金属面实现地板直接的横纵向连接,同时磁铁面表面上设有定位凸台,与金属面上设有的定位孔相互对应可在进行地板拼接时较易定位。
本实用新型大大解决了现有有机地板拼装结构复杂,拼装困难,含卤有机地板对人体皮肤造成伤害的问题。

本实施例的一个方面,如图2所示,磁吸框架2包括磁铁面201和金属面202,磁铁面201的材质为钕铁硼磁性材料,金属面202的材质为铁或钴或镍,通过磁铁面201与金属面202的相互吸附实现了地板之间的纵横向拼装。
本实施例的一个方面,如图2所示,磁铁面201的数量为2个,磁铁面201设于磁铁框架2相邻的两个侧端面上;金属面202的数量为2个,金属面202设于磁铁框架2相邻的两个侧端面上,这样的位置设置时为了实现通过磁铁面201与金属面202的相互吸附实现了地板之间的纵横向拼装。
本实施例的一个方面,如图2所示,磁铁面201的表面设有定位凸台7,定位凸台7设于磁铁面201的顶角,定位凸台7的形状为长方体或圆柱形;金属面202的表面设有定位孔8,定位孔8设于与定位凸台7位置相对应,定位孔8的形状为长方体或圆柱形,定位凸台7和定位孔8相互对应可在进行地板拼接时较易定位。
本实施例的一个方面,如图1所示,基板层3为掺有磁粉的水泥板或PET板或氧化镁板,磁粉占总重为15%-50%,基板层3与磁吸框架2还可通过磁铁面201对基板层3内部的磁粉进行吸附,增加了基板层3与磁吸框架2之间的紧密度。
本实施例的一个方面,如图1所示,装饰层4为PET板或木板,PET板和木板都较易加工,可通过激光雕刻的技术进行花纹的处理或者采用紫外线光固化涂料进行颜色图案的修饰。
本实施例的一个方面,如图1所示,透明保护层5为无卤高聚物,无卤高聚物为PE、PP、PS、PMMA、ABS中的一种,透明保护层5保护花纹层4不被刮花从而避免地板的外观受损,同时透明保护层5为无卤高聚物,人体皮肤可直接接触不会对人体造成伤害。
本实用新型框架磁吸式地板,针对目前市面可见的有机地板对人体皮肤有危害和卯榫的瓶装结构在进行多地板拼装时会出现卯榫卡扣困难等问题,本实用新型框架磁吸式地板,大大解决了现有有机地板拼装结构复杂,拼装困难,含卤有机地板对人体皮肤造成伤害的问题。
