因此急需一种结构简单,具有较好的可调节性,且定位更准确的食用菌箱自动码垛运输线。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种食用菌箱自动码垛运输线,其特征在于,包括可调节输送架以及固定在所述可调节输送架上的运输装置,所述输送架包括至少一组呈矩形分布的四个底部支杆、固定在所述底部支杆底部的可调支脚、连接在所述底部支杆上的中间调节杆组以及连接在所述中间调节杆组顶部的顶部支杆,所述中间调节杆组包括成一条直线连接的至少一个中间调节杆,所述底部支杆、所述中间调节杆以及所述顶部支杆的中心均设有一固定穿孔,所述固定穿孔内穿设一固定支杆,所述固定支杆的一端与所述可调支脚相抵接,所述固定支杆的另一端设置在所述顶部支杆的固定穿孔内,且所述底部支杆的顶部设有第一椭球面型卡槽,所述中间调节杆组的一端设有与所述第一椭球面型卡槽相配合的第一卡块,所述中间调节杆组的另一端设有第二椭球面型卡槽,所述顶部支杆的底部设有与所述第二椭球面型卡槽相配合的第二卡块,所述运输装置包括架设固定在所述顶部支杆顶部的支撑横架、连接在两个支撑横架之间的若干平行的输送辊、驱动所述输送辊运动的驱动装置以及固定在所述支撑横架上的若干限位架组。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌箱自动码垛运输线,其特征在于,所述输送辊的一端设有第一旋转轴,所述输送辊的另一端设有顺次连接的驱动轴和第二旋转轴,所述第一旋转轴与所述第二旋转轴均通过轴承连接在所述支撑横架上,且驱动装置包括固定在所述顶部支杆上的电机固定架、固定在所述电机固定架上的电机、与所述电机的电机轴相连的主动链轮、固定在所述电机固定架上的张紧滚筒架,所述张紧滚筒架上设有两个与所述输送辊平行且位于所述主动链轮两侧的张紧滚筒,所述驱动轴上套设连接有从动链轮以及与所述从动链轮配合传动的环形第一链条,所述第一链条套设连接在所述输送辊上的从动链轮和所述主动链轮上,且所述张紧滚筒设置在所述第一链条的外 侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种食用菌箱自动码垛运输线,其特征在于,所述张紧滚筒的顶部与所述从动链轮的底部在同一水平面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌箱自动码垛运输线,其特征在于,所述中间调节杆至少为收尾相连的两个,且相连的两个中间调节杆之间均设有相配合的卡槽卡块结构,所述卡槽卡块结构包括第三椭球面型卡槽以及与所述第三椭球面型卡槽相配合的第三卡块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌箱自动码垛运输线,其特征在于,所述顶部支杆上连接有一与所述输送辊平行的顶部加强横杆,所述加强横杆的两端分别连接与一个所述顶部支杆相连。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌箱自动码垛运输线,其特征在于,所述底部支杆上还顺次连接有成矩形分布的底部加强框。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌箱自动码垛运输线,其特征在于,所述支脚包括一底部支座以及连接在所述底部支座顶部的螺纹杆,所述底部支杆的所述固定穿孔的内设有与所述螺纹杆螺纹连接的内螺纹,且所述螺纹杆上设有一抵接在所述底部支杆底部的锁紧螺母。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌箱自动码垛运输线,其特征在于,所述顶部支杆的顶部设有一凸块,所述支撑横架的底部设有与所述凸块相配合的凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌箱自动码垛运输线,其特征在于,所述限位架组包括若干对相向设置的限位架,所述限位架包括固定在所述支撑横架上的支板、连接在所述支板上的调节杆、连接在所述调节杆端部的限位块以及设置在所述限位块内的 滑轮组,所述调节杆上设有两个调节螺母,所述调节螺母分别设置在所述支板的两侧,所述限位块的中部设有背离所述调节杆开口的空腔,所述空腔内固定有一立轴,所述立轴通过轴承连接有一滑轮,且所述滑轮伸出所述限位块。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌箱自动码垛运输线,其特征在于,所述输送架包括两组呈矩形分布的四个底部支杆,分别为呈矩形分布的四个外部底部支杆和设置在所述外部底部支杆内侧且呈矩形分布的四个内部底部支杆,所述外部底部支杆与所述内部底部支杆各自形成的矩形长度不同,且宽度相同。
