一种防盗标签,如图1至图5所示,包括由上盖1和底座2构成的壳体,上盖1和底座2之间设防盗钉的锁紧机构,防盗钉3自上盖1***外壳中并由锁紧机构锁紧定位,磁力开锁器与锁紧机构对应,通过磁力开锁器打开锁紧机构,该锁紧机构自上而下依序包括:截面为梯形的锁紧珠帽4、与锁紧珠帽内腔匹配的锁紧珠固定座5、不少于三颗的锁紧珠6和抵顶锁紧珠固定座的弹簧7,其中:
所述的底座2中心位置上有一长开槽8,长开槽8的中间为弹簧座81,在弹簧座81的二侧上端对称设有与底座2中心线平行的左、右卡口82、83;
如图3所示,所述的上盖1与长开槽卡口对应位置设有左、右股片11、12;
所述的弹簧7放在弹簧座81上,底部抵顶底座2的底部,上方盖一弹簧盖 71,左、右钢球91、92分设弹簧座81的二侧;
一对结构相同的左、右摇摆件101、102,分别固定在弹簧座81二侧的长槽上。
如图3、图7和图8所示,所述的左、右摇摆件101、102上有左、右摆轴1011、1021,在弹簧7侧上端有伸出的左、右凸爪1012、1022,与左、右凸爪1012、1022同侧的下方为敞口的左、右圆窝1013、1023,当左、右摆轴1011、1021安装在左、右卡口82、83内,下端左、右钢球91、92包覆在左、右圆窝1013、1023內,由上盖1的左、右股片11、12抵在左、右摆轴1011、1021上,防止摇摆件在摆动中错位。当锁紧状态时,所述的左、右摇摆件101、102的凸爪上端抵顶锁紧珠固定座5的底部,下方抵顶弹簧盖71。
本实施例中,所述的底座2为圆窝形,所述的弹簧座81设在圆窝形的最低点,所述的左、右钢球91、92在弹簧的作用下靠近弹簧座81,使左、右摇摆件101、102的凸爪上端抵顶锁紧珠固定座51在底部,下端压紧弹簧盖71,防盗钉3被锁紧。
如图6在磁力开锁器作用下防盗标签解锁A-A剖面示意图所示,磁推力开锁器有下磁环T1和上磁环T2,下磁环T1直径小于上磁环T2,但下磁环T1高度大于上磁环T2。
当底座2放在磁推力开锁器上时,受磁推力开锁器作用时,左、右钢球91、92在磁推力作用下沿长开槽向二侧沿底壳的圆弧向外移动,带动二个左、右摇摆件101、102以摆轴为轴心向外摆动,只有当磁推力大于摇摆件对弹簧7、锁紧珠固定座5的抵顶力及左、右钢球91、92自重之和时,左、右钢球91、92带动左、右摇摆件101、102向外推动,摇摆件凸爪上端失去抵顶锁紧珠固定座,下端压挤弹黉盖和弹簧,则锁紧珠固定座失去抵顶力,磁吸力吸下三粒锁紧珠下移,解锁。
实施例2
如图9本发明分体内壳结构示意图所示,其他与实施例1相同,只是为了减少对模具精度要求,本实施例将所述的长槽为分体式内壳8’,可拆卸的安装在底座的底部,中间为弹簧座81’,弹簧座81’二侧上方对称设有与中心线平行的左、右卡口82’、83’。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种防盗标签,包括由上盖和底座构成的壳体,上盖和底座之间设防盗钉锁紧机构,防盗钉自上盖***外壳中并由锁紧机构锁紧定位,磁力开锁器与锁紧机构对应,通过磁力开锁器打开锁紧机构,该锁紧机构自上而下依序包括:截面为梯形的锁紧珠帽、与锁紧珠帽内腔匹配的锁紧珠固定座、不少于三颗的锁紧珠和抵顶锁紧珠固定座的弹簧,其特征在于:
    所述的底座中心位置上有一长开槽,长开槽的中间为弹簧座,在弹簧座的二侧上端对称设有与底座中心线平行的卡口;
    所述的上盖与长开槽位置对应设有凸筋,并在卡口对应位置设有股片;
    所述的弹簧放在弹簧座上,下部抵顶底座的底部,上部盖一弹簧盖,一对钢球分设弹簧座的二侧;
    一对结构相同的摇摆件,上端设有摆轴,在弹簧侧上端有伸出的凸爪,与凸爪同侧的下方为敞口的圆窝,钢球在圆窝內,当摇摆件上端摆轴安装在卡口内,下端四周包覆钢球,所述的凸爪上端抵顶锁紧珠固定座的底部,下端抵顶弹簧盖,由上盖的股片抵住摆轴;
    开锁时,底座受磁推力开锁器作用,钢球在磁推力作用下沿长开槽向底座二侧外移,推动二个摇摆件以摆轴为轴心向外摆动,至摇摆件凸爪上端失去了对锁紧珠固定座的抵顶,同时摇摆件凸爪的下端下压弹簧盖和弹簧,使弹簧失去了对锁紧珠固定座的抵顶,锁紧珠固定座中的锁紧珠受开锁器磁性吸力下移,解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防盗标签,其特征在于,所述的长槽为分体式内壳,可拆卸的安装在底座的底部,中间为弹簧座,弹簧座二侧上方对称设有与中心线平行的卡口。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的防盗标签,其特征在于,所述的底座为开口向上的圆窝形,所述的弹簧座设在圆窝形的最低点,使摇摆件的凸爪上端抵顶锁紧珠固定座的底部,下端贴紧弹簧盖,使摇摆件凸爪受弹簧力作用被托起,所述的钢球在摇摆件凸爪受弹簧托起的作用下紧靠弹簧两侧,防盗钉被锁紧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防盗标签,其特征在于,所述的磁力开锁器由上、下磁环叠加构成,其中,所述的下磁环的内外径小于上磁环的内外径,但下磁环的高度大于上磁环的高度。
