一种夹具属于汽车制造装备技术领域,主要涉及一种汽车压装夹具。
背景技术
汽车生产过程中,压装过程关乎到汽车结构的稳定性,对整个车体的安全性有着重要作用,通常汽车的压装需要专门的汽车压装设备,现有技术中的汽车压装设备多为大型机械,需要结合大型液压设备等共同完成压装工作,操作繁琐,压装过程的精度不易控制,需要大量人力物力进行配合,对于不同情况的压装力度部易掌控,调节过程繁琐。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种汽车压装夹具,不结构简单、操作简便。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种汽车压装夹具,包括底座部分、弯手和压头部分,所述弯手包括一体式结构的水平部、竖直部和连接水平部和竖直部的弯曲部,竖直部的下端与底座连接,竖直部的底端为向下凸出的弧面,水平部的一端设有丝母,压头部分包括竖直布置的丝杠,丝杠的上端设有扳手,丝杠的下端连接压头,所述丝母套设在丝杠的外部。
所述底座部分包括水平布置的底板和若干与底板垂直布置的立板,所述弯手竖直部的下端嵌插在立板和底板围合的腔体内。
所述立板的外部与底板之间设有若干三角形筋板,三角形筋板的板面与底板垂直。
所述底座包括底轴销和螺母,底轴销从一侧立板的外部穿入,经弯头竖直部后从相对侧的挡板穿出后通过螺母固定。
所述弯头的竖直部、水平部和弯曲部形状大小完全相同,水平部的纵切面呈矩形,所述矩形纵切面的宽度值小于丝杠的直径,矩形纵切面的高度值等于丝杠的直径。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:本发明结构简单,操作简便,压装效果更加,压装过程稳定性高,组装拆卸方便,压装过程更为精确、压装力度容易调节控制,本发明可以进行多方位的压装,应用范围更为广泛。

下面结合附图对本发明具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。
本实施例的一种汽车压装夹具,包括底座部分、弯手5和压头部分,所述弯手5包括一体式结构的水平部、竖直部和连接水平部和竖直部的弯曲部,竖直部的下端与底座连接,竖直部的底端为向下凸出的弧面,水平部的一端设有丝母12,压头部分包括竖直布置的丝杠13,丝杠13的上端设有扳手6,丝杠13的下端连接压头15,所述丝母12套设在丝杠13的外部。
所述底座部分包括水平布置的底板1和若干与底板1垂直布置的立板4,所述弯手5竖直部的下端嵌插在立板4和底板1围合的腔体内。
所述立板4的外部与底板1之间设有若干三角形筋板2,三角形筋板2的板面与底板1垂直。
所述底座包括底轴销3和螺母10,底轴销3从一侧立板4的外部穿入,经弯头竖直部后从相对侧的挡板穿出后通过螺母10固定。
所述弯头的竖直部、水平部和弯曲部形状大小完全相同,水平部的纵切面呈矩形,所述矩形纵切面的宽度值小于丝杠13的直径,矩形纵切面的高度值等于丝杠13的直径。

  1. 一种汽车压装夹具,包括底座部分、弯手和压头部分,其特征在于:所述弯手包括一体式结构的水平部、竖直部和连接水平部和竖直部的弯曲部,竖直部的下端与底座连接,竖直部的底端为向下凸出的弧面,水平部的一端设有丝母,压头部分包括竖直布置的丝杠,丝杠的上端设有扳手,丝杠的下端连接压头,所述丝母套设在丝杠的外部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种汽车压装夹具,其特征在于:所述底座部分包括水平布置的底板和若干与底板垂直布置的立板,所述弯手竖直部的下端嵌插在立板和底板围合的腔体内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种汽车压装夹具,其特征在于:所述立板的外部与底板之间设有若干三角形筋板,三角形筋板的板面与底板垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种汽车压装夹具,其特征在于:所述底座包括底轴销和螺母,底轴销从一侧立板的外部穿入,经弯头竖直部后从相对侧的挡板穿出后通过螺母固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种汽车压装夹具,其特征在于:所述弯头的竖直部、水平部和弯曲部形状大小完全相同,水平部的纵切面呈矩形,所述矩形纵切面的宽度值小于丝杠的直径,矩形纵切面的高度值等于丝杠的直径。
