Abstract
The said invention is an advertising system (1) which aims to make the advertisements more accessible by a wider range of people, characterized in that it is consisted of a user panel server (10) sending the advertisement display request, a software panel server (20) which performs software controls and directs the advertisement display request to a control panel server (30), a control panel (30) which controls whether the request for display of advertisement is in compliance with the regulations of the competitive authority and country where the advertisement shall be displayed, and accordingly approves or rejects the request; an operating system server (40) which sends advertisements which were approved by the said control panel (30) to the incoming call screen (51) of the mobile devices (50) in accordance with the operating systems (Android, IOS, etc.), a station (60) which ensures data transmission between the servers (10, 20, 30, 40) and mobile devices (50), providing internet support at the same time and personal mobile devices (50) and it contains ad space (54) located on the incoming call screen (51) showing the incoming calls received by the said mobile devices (50) and used for display of the advertisement.
Description
ADVERTISING SYSTEM DEPLOYED IN THE INCOMING CALL SCREEN OF THE MOBILE DEVICES
Scope of Invention:
This invention concerns an advertising system, deployed in the incoming call display on the mobile device, aiming at making the advertisements more widely accessible by the people.
Prior Art:
Effects of current developments in the information communication technologies and of the globalizations have led to changes in a number of fields. Many companies now make their best endeavours to survive in the global competitive arena, avoiding losing their shares to the rivals. In the globalizing world, the companies need effective advertising activities to fulfill their goals. However, changes everywhere have also affected the advertising industry, which now starts to move away from the conventional advertising mentality and channels. The reason is that today internet has changed lifestyle of the consumers and mass advertising has given way to personal advertising approach.
Everybody encounters advertisements on all technological products and in all spaces outdoor, that is, at any time of their daily life. Furthermore, there are developments and innovations all the time to make the advertisements accessible by a larger number of people. There are many different alternatives for making them accessible by a wide target mass. The subject invention of the description concern one of these alternatives.
As a result, a new advertising system is required to exceed and eliminate disadvantages of the prior art, and make the advertisements accessible by a wider range of people.
Short Description of the Invention:
The invention is an advertising system which exceeds and eliminates disadvantages of the prior art to make the advertisements accessible by a wider range of people.
The said invention aims at putting forward a smart advertising system which does not prevent the screen indicators, not disturb the users, provide gains (e.g. gift, point, miles, money, e-money and high technology based revenues) both for the advertiser and viewer of advertisement, show statements concerning the advertisement score vales on the displayed advertisements, does not spend time of the viewer unlike the skip/hold advertisements and where direct view of the advertisement by the user is highly possible and inevitable and they do not go unnoticed, the advertisers can easily make reporting, there are instantaneous feedback icons like survey, like and follow on the advertisement, the user not only view the advertisement and make gains, but he/she also use the application as a means of socialization, users may communicate and interact with each other, play games to achieve a common target, mutually view the scores they won, share their pictures, stories on the call screen and the advertisement area contain instantaneous information about breaking news, weather report and exchange rates as well as social responsibility content/public spots and a certain revenue is shared by these social organizations and it builds social awareness, making it possible to work between different platforms, bringing new capabilities to the advertisements and aiming at creating a new advertisement industry/market and having dynamic software/application interfaces, visuals and colours.
Another purpose of the said invention is to create a new advertising system which is deployed in the call screen and introduce anything a time when calls are received by the mobile devices of the persons.
Another purpose of the invention is to introduce a new advertising system open to software development through technological improvement and user feedback, artificial intelligence, artificial neural networks, adapting itself to industrial technologies 4.0, 5.0 and above and release of new versions.
In order to achieve all purposes mentioned above and revealed by the following detailed description, this invention is an advertising system aiming at making the advertisements accessible by a wider range of people, characterized by a user panel server sending and advertisement display request; a software server which carry out software control and forwards the advertisement display request to a control panel; a control panel which checks compliance of the advertisement requested for display with the applicable regulations established by the competition authority and by the country where the advertisement will be displayed; an operating system server which ensures the advertisements approved by the said control panel to be sent to the incoming call screen of the mobile devices according to the operating systems (Android, IOS, etc.); a station providing data transmission between the servers and mobile devices as well as internet support; personal mobile devices; ad space on the incoming screen which shows the incoming calls to the said mobile devices and used for display of the advertisements.
The said invention is also characterized in that it contains a skip advertisement button which hides the ad space and advertisement located in the incoming call screen on the mobile device or ensures to skip to another advertisement.
The said invention is also characterized in that it contains an archive icon which archives the ad space in the incoming call screen on the mobile device as well as the advertisement for view of it subsequently. The said invention has action steps for the operating model, characterized in that advertisement display request is sent from the user panel server; advertisement of the display request is subject to software controls at the
software panel; advertisement kept subject to software control is sent to the control panel server; advertisement display request is approved or rejected according to the competitive authorities and applicable national regulations; advertisement display requests thus approved are transmitted to the server of the operating system; and the advertisement is directed to the ad space located on the incoming call screen of the mobile device in accordance with the operating system of the mobile device to which the advertisement will be directed. Description of the Figures:
The said invention shall be described by referring to the figures attached and the characteristics of the invention shall be understood more easily in this way. However, the purpose of it is not to restrict the invention with such certain configurations. On the contrary, the objective is also to cover all alternatives, variations and equivalents which can be included in the scope of the invention as described by the attached claims. It should be acknowledged that the details indicated here are only to describe the preferred configurations of the said invention and to give the most convenient and easily understandable rules and conceptual characteristics of the invention. Description of the Invention:
In this detailed description, the subject advertising system (1 ) of the invention is described by examples having no restrictive effect only for better understanding of the subject matter. The description explains an advertising system (1 ) which aims to make accessible by a wider range of people the advertisements deployed at the incoming call screen on the mobile devices (50) like smart telephone and tablet. Figure 1 gives schematic view of the subject advertising system (1 ) of the invention. According to the schematic view, the advertising system (1 ) is essentially consisted of a user panel server (10) sending the advertisement display request, a software panel server (20) which performs software controls and directs the advertisement display request to a control panel server (30), a control panel (30) which controls whether the request for display of advertisement is in compliance with the regulations of the competitive authority and country where the advertisement shall be displayed, an operating system
server (40) which sends advertisements which were approved by the said control panel (30) to the incoming call screen (51 ) of the mobile devices (50) in accordance with the operating systems, a station (60) which ensures data transmission between the servers (10, 20, 30, 40) and mobile devices (50), providing internet support at the same time and personal mobile devices (50).
Figure 2 shows representative view of the incoming call screen (51 ) of the personal mobile device (50) used in the invention. Accordingly, when the mobile device (50) receives a call, it switches to the incoming call screen (51 ). Aim of the subject invention of the description is to direct and introduce the advertisement received at the incoming call screen (51 ). Advertisement is made at the advertisement space (54) on the incoming call screen (51 ). In a regular mobile device (50), the incoming call screen (51 ) contains caller info space (52), caller picture space (53), call accept (56) and call reject (57) spaces. Furthermore, the ad space (54) contains skip advertisement button (55) for skipping or hiding the advertisement as well as an archive icon (58) which archives the advertisement to view it later.
Operating principle of the invention is as follows: Software was developed as closed source code and installed on a software server (20) to execute the required functions online. First of all, in order that the developed software can show any advertisement, an advertisement command and data should be entered. To fulfill this function, there is web interface configured as a user panel in the software. The user who desires to display advertisement installs via this interface to the system the video, jpeg., gif., etc. contents with their necessary visual characteristics specified in advance. Additionally, criteria with respect to display of the advertisement are specified on the user interface where installation has been performed. Primary criteria are age, sex, education status, residing city, etc. of the consumer to whom the advertisement will be display. These criteria are accommodated in the database deployed in the software and updated continuously. And the necessary display criteria are also selected and advertisement display request is sent from the user panel server (10). Request
data reaches from the user panel server (10) via internet to the software server (20). Here the data is processed by the software and software control is performed according to the previously established rules. Advertisements requests passing the software control successfully are directed by the software via the station (60) to the control panel server (30). Control panel server (30) is shown again as web interface via PCs in the setting which contains the control unit. Control server (30) control the advertisement according to the regulations of the competitive authority and country where it will be displayed and approves or rejects it accordingly. The rejected advertisements are sent back to the user panel server (10) together with the reason of rejection. And the approved advertisements are forwarded by the software to the operating system server (40). Operating system server (40) (Android, IOS, etc.) automatically sends the advertisements to the ad space (54) in the system in order that its operating platform can be seen by the user. Advertisement display space (54) is used as the incoming call screen (51 ) of the mobile devices (50). While the calls to the user of the operating platform where the software has been installed are shown, the ad space (54) shall also be displayed. Claims
1- The said invention is an advertising system (1 ) aiming at making the advertisements accessible by a wider range of people directly and noticeably, characterized by:
- a user panel server (10) sending advertisement display requests,
- a software server (20) which performs software controls and transmits the advertisement display request to a control panel server (30),
- a control panel (30) which controls the intended advertisement of the request in accordance with the regulations of the competitive authority and country where it will be displayed and then approves and rejects it,,
- an operating system server (40) which sends the advertisements approved by the said control panel (30) to the incoming call screen (51 ) of the mobile devices (50) according to the operating systems (Android, IOS, etc.),
- a station (60) for data transmission between the servers (10, 20, 30, 40) and mobile devices (50) as well as internet support,
- personal mobile devices (50),
- it contains ad space (54) located on the incoming call screen (51 ) which displays the incoming calls received by the said mobile devices (50) and which is used for display of the advertisement.
2- An advertising system (1 ) according to the Claim 1 , characterized in that it contains a skip advertisement button (55) which hides the ad space (54) and advertisement located in the incoming call screen (51 ) of the mobile device (50) and ensures skip to another advertisement.
3- An advertising system (1 ) according to the Claim 1 , characterized in that it contains an archive icon (58) which archives the ad space (54) in the incoming call device (51 ) on the mobile device (50) as well as advertisement in order that it is viewed later.
4 The said invention is an advertising system (1 ) which aims at making the advertisements accessible by a wider range of people, characterized in that:
- advertisement display request is sent from the user panel server (10),
- advertisement requested for display is controlled at the software panel (20) in terms of software controls,
- advertisement kept subject to software control is sent to the control panel server (30),
- advertisement is controlled at the control panel server (30) whether it complies with the regulations of the competitive authorities and country where it will be displayed and accordingly approval or rejection is given,
- approved advertisement is sent to the operating system server (40) of the advertisement display requests,
- advertisement is directed in the operating system server (40) to the ad space (54) located in the incoming call screen (51 ) of the mobile device (50) according to the operating system of the mobile device (50) to which the advertisement shall be directed.
