一种陶瓷发热体及电子烟
技术领域
本发明涉及发热体技术领域,具体为一种陶瓷发热体及电子烟。
背景技术
发热体是常见的用于加热的部件或成品,现有的发热体由于其构成、结构的设置使得在使用过程中发热不均匀、绝缘性差,且结构复杂生产成本高,使用不便,轻则造成被加热品品质差,重则造成人身伤害,因此需要一种新型结构的发热体来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种陶瓷发热体及电子烟,从而解决现有技术中心发热体发热不均匀、绝缘性差,结构复杂生产成本高,使用不便的问题。
本发明为解决其技术问题提供的一种技术方案是:一种陶瓷发热体,包含:扁平状或针状的陶瓷外壳、套设与所述陶瓷外壳内部的承托架,以及均匀缠绕于所述承托架上的发热丝,所述承托架内部为空心结构。
作为上述方案的改进,所述发热丝的一端从所述承托架的空心结构穿出,另一端沿所述承托架的外壁呈螺旋状分布。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述陶瓷发热体呈空心圆柱状或扁平状,且为一体成型结构。
作为上述方案的改进,所述外壳的开口端设有矩形或柱形底座,所述底座与所述外壳的主体结构结合处设有圆弧过渡结构。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,还包括温控部件,所述温控部件为K型热电偶或TCR控温模块。
作为上述方案的改进,所述K型热电偶的一端从所述承托架的内部穿出,另一端沿所述承托架的外壁延伸。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述承托架的外壁设有至少一处沿支架长度方向延伸的凹槽,所述凹槽可用于放置所述K型热电偶和/或发热丝。
作为上述方案的改进,所述陶瓷外壳为一体成型结构,所述陶瓷外壳整体为剑体形状,所述陶瓷外壳的端部设有剑尖和/或陶瓷外壳的周身边缘处设有锋刃。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包含上述任意一项所述的陶瓷发热体。
本发明的有益技术效果是:通过设置扁平状或针状的陶瓷外壳,套设于陶瓷外壳内部的承托架,以及均匀缠绕于承托架上的发热丝形成一种结构简单、绝缘性好、发热均匀、使用方便的发热体和应用此种发热体的电子烟。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分理解本发明的目的、方案和效果。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。此外本发明中所使用的上、下、左、右等描述仅仅是相对图中本发明各组成部分相互位置关系来说的。
实施例一
图1为本发明一种实施方式的示意图,图2为图1中发热体的仰视图,图3为图1中发热体的部分结构剖视图,参考图1至图3,陶瓷发热体包含:呈针状的三段式结构的陶瓷外壳10,陶瓷外壳的一端为锥体11,中间段为圆柱体12,另一端为立方体形状的底座13,在圆柱体12与底座13的结合处设有圆弧过渡结构14,加强了外壳10主体结构的强度。整体呈针状的外壳10在使用过程中便于将发热体***或安装于其他需加热的产品内如电子烟的烟棒,对其进行加热操作。在外壳10内部设有容置空间15用于容纳承托架20和发热丝30,发热丝30均匀缠绕在承托架30上,承托架10套设于容置空间15内,承托架20的形状与容置空间15的空间形状匹配。由图2中可见,发热丝30恰好均匀分布与外壳10的内壁与承托架20的外壁之间,由于发热丝30的一端从承托架20的外部延伸出,另一端从承托架20的内部延伸出,避免了发热丝之间发生短路的问题,提高了发热体的安全可靠性。
优选的外壳10为食品级陶瓷材料,且为一体成型结构,彻底解决了传统分离式壳体与底座在发热丝加热过程中发生壳体与底座分离的问题,进一步提高了发热体的安全可靠性。
优选的还包括温控部件40,温控部件40为K型热电偶或TCR控温模块。K型热电偶的一端从设于承托架30内的通孔穿出,另一端从设于承托架外壁上的凹槽沿承托架30的长度方向延伸穿出。保障对发热体整体温度检测的可靠性,相较于传统的温度检测电偶,K型热电偶和TCR控温模块可有效避免由于温度的升高,温控部件40温度检测不准确的问题,增强了发热体的可靠性。
需要说明本发明不限制承托架30内通孔、承托架30外部凹槽的数量,在实际使用过程中可根据具体的使用情况进行增加或减少。本发明也不限制发热丝引出线、温控部件引出线的位置,在不影响使用的情况下,可根据需要进行调整。
图4为本发明承托架和发热丝一种实施方式的示意图,参考图4,承托架30整体为空心圆柱体,发热丝20的一端从承托架30内部的空心结构31穿出,另一端沿承托架30的外壁呈螺旋状均匀分布,此种缠绕方式一方面保障了加热的均匀性,另一方面有效避免了发热丝之间发生短路的问题,提高发热体的安全可靠性。
优选的承托架30为食品级陶瓷材料,一体成型结构,一致性好,安装方便,降低生产成本,绝缘性好。
实施例二
图5为本发明发热体第二种实施方式的示意图,参考图5,发热体包括呈剑体状的外壳10,外壳10的一端设有剑尖11,外壳10的周身还设有锋刃12,便于将发热体***产品内部如电子烟等的内部进行加热,在外壳10的开口端为底座13,底座13与外壳10的主体结构的结合处设有弧形过渡结构14,加强外壳10根部的强度,保障发热体的使用寿命。
优选的外壳10为食品级陶瓷材料,一体成型结构,一致性好,绝缘性好,相较于传统的分离式外壳与底座结构,加工方便、可靠性高、批量生产成本低。
在外壳10的内部设有承托架(图中未示)和缠绕于承托架上的发热丝20,以及K型热电偶40。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括上述任意一种发热体。
由上述可知,本发明通过设置一体成型的扁平状或针状的陶瓷外壳,套设于发热体内的承托架,均匀缠绕于承托架上的发热丝,以及安装于承托架上的温控部件,形成一种结构简单、绝缘性好、发热均匀、使用方便的发热体和应用此种发热体的电子烟。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所述权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种陶瓷发热体,其特征在于,包含:扁平状或针状的陶瓷外壳、套设于所述陶瓷外壳内部的承托架,以及均匀缠绕于所述承托架上的发热丝,所述承托架内部为空心结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于:所述发热丝的一端从所述承托架的空心结构穿出,另一端沿所述承托架的外壁呈螺旋状分布。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于:所述陶瓷发热体呈空心圆柱状或扁平状,且为一体成型结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于:所述承托架为陶瓷材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于:所述外壳的开口端设有矩形或柱形底座,所述底座与所述外壳的主体结构结合处设有圆弧过渡结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于:还包括温控部件,所述温控部件为K型热电偶或TCR控温模块。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于:所述K型热电偶的一端从所述承托架的内部穿出,另一端沿所述承托架的外壁延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于:所述承托架的外壁设有至少一处沿承托架长度方向延伸的凹槽,所述凹槽可用于放置所述K型热电偶和/或发热丝。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于:所述陶瓷外壳为一体成型结构,所述陶瓷外壳整体为剑体形状,所述陶瓷外壳的端部设有剑尖和/或陶瓷外壳的周身边缘处设有锋刃。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包含权利要求1-9任意一项所述的陶瓷发热体。
