其中,PLC控制器23与除螨加热功能健21、温度传感器27、计时器22、PLC控制器23、声讯发生器24、温度阀值设置面板25及实时温度显示面板26电连接;温度传感器27连接电热加热层11以检测电热加热层13的温度,并将所检测到的温度信号传输给PLC控制器23,显然温度传感器可以设置多个。
当将电热除螨装置进行电热除螨时,PLC控制器23通过温度传感器27检测到电热加热层11的温度达到设置的除螨温度阀值时,控制计时器22计时,当时间达到设置的加热时间阀值时,控制电热加热层11停止加热。当PLC控制器23通过温度传感器27检测到电热加热层11的温度超过设置的安全阀值时,PLC控制器23控制声讯发生器24发出报警声讯。由此,有效提高了除螨装置100的自动除螨功能,提高除螨效率并提高了使用安全性。
优选地,电热加热层11连接有外接电插头,外接电插头与外接电源进行插接以加热电热加热层11;电热加热层11还连接有充电电池,充电电池连接有太 阳能光伏板。由此可以在无电源的状况下使用除螨装置,提高了便利性。
本实施例一中,电热加热层11优选为电阻丝加热层或石墨烯加热层。
本实施例一中的电热除螨装置100的除螨温度为50-80摄氏度,除螨时间为20-80分钟,视所在环境温度高低进行调整。冬天设置温度和时间取较高值,夏天取较低值。
具体实施例二
如图2所示,本实用新型具体实施例二中,一种具有电热除螨功能的垫子,200,包括前述具体实施例一中的电热除螨装置100。其中垫子200为可折叠状,且垫子200包括内胆201和外胆202,内胆201和外胆202在边沿处连接;除螨装置100的本体1可拆卸式设置在内胆201和外胆201之间。由此,可以充分利用垫子200,进行被褥、衣物等物品的除螨、消毒、干燥,而且使用方便,特别是在野外作业、探险、旅游等室外活动中,提供了很大的使利。
优选地,如图3或图5所示,垫子200折叠后,还可连接有热风机203;当垫子200折叠后,热风机203连通垫子200折叠后的空间,并向垫子200折叠后的空间内吹风。从而可以对垫子200折叠后的空间内进行除湿加干,提高除螨效率。
如图3或图5所示,为了使得垫子200折叠后的空间内进行有效的杀菌消毒,热风机203还可以连接有臭氧发生器或负氧离子发生器204。从而,可以通过热风机203向垫子折叠后的空间内通入臭氧或负氧离子进行杀菌消毒。
具体实施例三
本实施例三中的睡袋300所连接的电热除螨装置100同实施例一相同,垫子200与实施例二中的垫子200相同。
本实用新型具体实施例二中,如图3或图4所示的垫子200优选为睡袋300, 其中,当垫子200为睡袋时,温控器总成2还包括睡眠加热功能键28;当将电热除螨装置100设置为睡眠加热功能时,PLC控制器23通过温度传感器27检测到电热加热层11的温度低于设置阀值时,PLC控制器23控制电热加热层11继续加热,当电热加热层11的温度达到阀值时,PLC控制器23控制电热加热层11停止加热。
由此,可以将需要除螨的衣物等放在睡袋300中进行除螨,或者可以直接给睡袋300除螨。可以充分利用睡袋300,进行被褥、衣物等物品的除螨、消毒、干燥,而且使用方便,特别是在野外作业、探险、旅游等室外活动中,提供了很大的使利。
本实施例三中的电热除螨装置100的除螨温度为60-80摄氏度,除螨时间为20-80分钟,睡眠加热温度为15-25度,视所在环境温度高低进行调整。冬天设置温度和时间取较高值,夏天取较低值。
具体实施例四
本实施例四中的储物箱或行李箱400所连接的电热除螨装置100同实施例一相同,垫子200与实施例二中的垫子200结构相同。
本实用新型具体实施例四中,如图4或图5所示的垫子200可折叠形成储物箱或行李箱400。
其中,垫子200包括相互连接的箱体前面板401、箱体后面板402、箱体左侧板403、箱体右侧板404、箱体上侧板405及箱体下侧板406;当本实施例四中的垫子200折叠后,如图5所示,箱体前面板401、箱体后面板402、箱体左侧板403、箱体右侧板404、箱体上侧板405及箱体下侧板406之间通过合页、卡扣或拉链连接形成长方体状的箱体。从而方便具有除螨功能的储物箱或行李箱400的拆卸,并有利于箱体的快速组装折叠。
箱体前面板401、箱体后面板402、箱体左侧板403、箱体右侧板404、箱体上侧板405及箱体下侧板406之间相互以合页、卡扣或拉链连接,其连接方式为,例如可以是:合起来正好组成一个长宽厚为50cm×40cm×15cm的长方体的储物箱或行李箱的箱体,显然也可以是其他尺寸的箱体;该六块面板为相同长方形的箱体前面板401、箱体后面板402、相同长条窄长方形的箱体左侧板403和箱体右侧板404、相同长条窄长方形的箱体上侧板405和箱体下侧板406,在箱体上侧板405中间还可以设有提手407。
其中,本发明具体实施例四中,电热除螨装置100优选具有两块太阳能光伏板408,该两块太阳能光伏板408分别设置在箱体前面板401和箱体后面板402上,太阳能光伏板408与电热除螨装置100的充电电池进行充电连接,在白天用来获取太阳能,以备用;太阳能光伏板408在箱体前面板401和箱体后面板402上,并可在太阳能光伏板408的外面设置保护板,以防止压坏。
本实施例四中,电热除螨装置100的正常除螨温度为50-60摄氏度,除螨时间为40-60分钟,视行李箱的所在环境温度高低进行调整。冬天设置温度和时间取较高值,夏天取较低值。
应当指出,在不脱离本实用新型基本结构的前提下,还可以做出多种改进和改变的技术方案,但这些大同小异的改进和改变的技术方案也应在本专利的保护范围之中。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电热除螨装置,包括本体;其特征在于:所述本体内部设置有电热加热层,所述电热加热层连接有温控器总成,所述温控器总成控制所述电热加热层的加热与否。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电热除螨装置,其特征在于:所述本体可折叠,且所述本体自内至外依次设有经耐热防火处理过的柔软棉织物层、所述电热加热层、外保温层及防水防划伤棉织物外表层。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电热除螨装置,其特征在于:所述温控器总成包括除螨加热功能键、计时器、PLC控制器、声讯发生器、温度阀值设置面板、实时温度显示面板及多个温度传感器;所述PLC控制器与除螨加热功能健、温度传感器、计时器PLC控制器、声讯发生器、温度阀值设置面板及实时温度显示面板电连接;所述温度传感器连接所述电热加热层以检测所述电热加热层的温度,并将所检测到的温度信号传输给PLC控制器;
    当将所述电热除螨装置进行电热除螨时,所述PLC控制器通过温度传感器检测到电热加热层的温度达到设置的除螨温度阀值时,控制所述计时器计时,当时间达到设置的加热时间阀值时,控制所述电热加热层停止加热;
    当所述PLC控制器通过所述温度传感器检测到所述电热加热层的温度超过设置的安全阀值时,所述PLC控制器控制声讯发生器发出报警声讯。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电热除螨装置,其特征在于:所述电热加热层连接有外接电插头,所述外接电插头与外接电源进行插接以加热电热加热层;所述电热加热层还连接有充电电池,所述充电电池连接有太阳能光伏板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电热除螨装置,其特征在于:所述电热加热层为电阻丝加热层或石墨烯加热层。
  6. 一种具有电热除螨功能的垫子,包括权利要求5所述的电热除螨装置, 其特征在于:所述垫子可折叠,且所述垫子包括内胆和外胆,所述内胆和外胆在边沿处连接;所述除螨装置的本体可拆卸式设置在所述内胆和外胆之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有电热除螨功能的垫子,其特征在于:所述垫子连接有热风机;当所述垫子折叠后,所述热风机连通所述垫子折叠后的空间,并向所述垫子折叠后的空间内吹风。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有电热除螨功能的垫子,其特征在于:所述热风机连接有臭氧发生器。
  9. 根据权利要求6~8任意一项所述的具有电热除螨功能的垫子,其特征在于:所述垫子为睡袋,所述温控器总成还包括睡眠加热功能键;
    当将所述电热除螨装置设置为睡眠加热功能时,所述PLC控制器通过温度传感器检测到所述电热加热层的温度低于设置阀值时,所述PLC控制器控制所述电热加热层继续加热,当所述电热加热层的温度达到阀值时,所述PLC控制器控制所述电热加热层停止加热。
  10. 根据权利要求6~8任意一项所述的具有电热除螨功能的垫子,其特征在于:所述垫子可折叠形成储物箱或行李箱。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的具有电热除螨功能的垫子,其特征在于:所述垫子包括相互连接的箱体前面板、箱体后面板、箱体左侧板、箱体右侧板、箱体上侧板及箱体下侧板;所述垫子折叠后,所述箱体前面板、箱体后面板、箱体左侧板、箱体右侧板、箱体上侧板及箱体下侧板之间通过合页、卡扣或拉链连接形成长方体状的箱体。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的具有电热除螨功能的垫子,其特征在于:所述热除螨装置具有两块太阳能光伏板,所述两块太阳能光伏板分别设置在所述箱体的箱体前面板和箱体后面板上;所述太阳能光伏板的外面设置有保护板。
