本申请提供的技术方案可以达到以下有益效果:
本申请所提供的电力机车用供风***,其主供风***中的总风缸除了通过第一主供风管路与受电弓连通之外,还可通过第二主供风管路与辅助供风***中的辅助干燥器连通,也就是说,总风缸不仅可以向受电弓提供干燥的压缩空气,以驱动受电弓升起;而且还可 向辅助干燥器提供干燥的压缩空气,以对辅助干燥器进行干燥处理。本申请中通过利用总风缸中干燥的压缩空气对辅助干燥器进行干燥处理,相比于相关技术中通过增设额外的辅助风缸对辅助干燥器进行干燥处理的方案,可减少供风***中风缸等部件的数量,从而可降低供风***的成本,另外,还可减小供风***的整体体积,从而可降低供风***的安装难度。

目前,电力机车中的供风***主要包括主供风***和辅助供风***。当主供风***的总风缸没有压缩空气或主供风***没有电时,可通过辅助供风***供风,以使电力机车的受电弓升起。
一般来说,辅助供风***包括辅助干燥器和辅助压缩机,辅助干燥器用于对辅助压缩机提供的压缩空气进行干燥,然后将干燥后的压缩空气送至受电弓,以使受电弓升起。其中,为了提高辅助干燥器下次干燥效果,在辅助压缩机停止工作时,辅助干燥器本身也需要进行干燥处理,即:将辅助干燥器中干燥剂吸收的水分排出。
相关技术中,为了对辅助干燥器进行干燥,又额外增加了个辅助风缸,通过辅助风缸向辅助干燥器供风,以对辅助干燥器进行干燥。但这样设计不仅会导致供风***的成本增加,而且还会使供风***整体的体积增大,由于电力机车的空间非常紧凑,无法为此供风***提供合适的安装空间,因此,导致供风***的安装难度增大。
为了解决上述技术问题,如图1所示,本申请实施方式提供了一种电力机车用供风***,此供风***可包括辅助供风***和主供风***,此辅助供风***和主供风***均可向电力机车的受电弓提供压缩空气,以使受电弓升起并与外界接触网接触,从而使电力机车获取电能。
其中,本实施方式中的辅助供风***可通过蓄电池进行供电,而主供风***所需要的电能可来自外界接触网,即:通过受电弓与外部供电***接触,从而可获得电能。在主供风***没有电能时,可通过辅助供风***向受电弓提供压缩空气,以使受电弓升起并与外界接触网接触,使得电力机车正常工作。
具体地,如图1所示,本实施方式中的辅助供风***可包括辅助压缩机1、第一辅助供风管路2、辅助干燥器20、第二辅助供风管路3及排污管路4。此辅助压缩机1、第一辅助供风管路2、辅助干燥器20及第二辅助供风管路3依次连通,且第二辅助供风管路3还能够与电力机车的受电弓连通。其中,压缩机内的压缩空气能够经辅助干燥器20干燥后通往受电弓,即:辅助压缩机1内的压缩空气可通过第一辅助供风管路2通往辅助干燥器20,该辅助干燥器20可对此压缩空气进行干燥,干燥后的压缩空气可通过第二辅助供风管路3通往受电弓,以驱动受电弓升起。此外,排污管路4与辅助干燥器20连通,辅助干燥器20在自身被干燥后产生的水分可通过排污管路4排出。
主供风***可包括总风缸5、第一主供风管路6及第二主供风管路7,总风缸5通过第一主供风管路6能够与受电弓连通,且总风缸5通过第二主供风管路7与辅助干燥器20连通。其中,总风缸5用于存储干燥的压缩空气,且总风缸5内干燥的压缩空气能够通往受电弓和辅助干燥器20。也就是说,总风缸5内的干燥的压缩空气可通过第一主供风管路6与受电弓连通,以驱动受电弓升起;且总风缸5内的压缩空气还可通过第二主供风管路7与辅助干燥器20连通,以对辅助干燥器20进行干燥处理。
本实施方式中,通过利用总风缸5中干燥的压缩空气对辅助干燥器20进行干燥处理,相比于相关技术中通过增设额外的辅助风缸对辅助干燥器20进行干燥处理的方案,可减少供风***中风缸等部件的数量,从而可降低供风***的成本,另外,还可减小供风***的整体体积,从而可降低供风***的安装难度。
基于上述可知,本实施方式的供风***的工作过程可为:
通过蓄电池向辅助供风***供电,使得辅助压缩机1内的压缩空气经辅助干燥器20干燥后通往受电弓,以驱动受电弓升起;
在受电弓升起并与外界接触网接触时,使辅助压缩机1停止工作,同时启动主供风***,此时,总风缸5内干燥的压缩空气可通往受电弓,以使受电弓保持升起的状态,稳定地与外界接触网接触,从而保证电机机车正常运行;
在受电弓内的总风达到目标值时,可使总风缸5向辅助干燥器20提供干燥的压缩空气,以将辅助干燥器20内的水分吹出,继而实现对辅助干燥器20的干燥;其中,辅助干燥器20内的水分可通过排污管路4排出。
其中,前述提到的第一辅助供风管路2、第二辅助供风管路3、第一主供风管路6及第二主供风管路7中的至少一者包括软管,如图1所示,第一辅助供风管路2包括软管15。由于软管具有良好的柔软性和重复弯曲性,因此,可根据电力机车的安装空间对软管的形态进行调整,提高了供风***的安装灵活性,降低了供风***的安装难度。
举例而言,此辅助供风***还可包括第一止回阀13和第二止回阀14。此第一止回阀13和第二止回阀14为单向阀,且第一止回阀13设置在第一辅助供风管路2上;而第二止回阀14设置在第二辅助供风管路3上。其中,第一止回阀13可使辅助压缩机1内的压缩空气通往辅助干燥器20,第二止回阀14可使经辅助干燥器20干燥后的压缩空气通往受电弓,也就是说,辅助压缩机1内的压缩空气可通过第一止回阀13通往辅助干燥器20,并经辅助干燥器20干燥后通过第二止回阀14通往受电弓。
本实施方式中,通过设置第一止回阀13可防止通往辅助干燥器20的压缩空气回流至辅助压缩机1,导致辅助压缩机1受损的情况,从而延长了辅助压缩机1的使用寿命。通过设置第二止回阀14可防止通往受电弓的压缩空气通过第二辅助供风管路3回流至辅助干燥器20,导致辅助干燥器20受损的情况,从而延长了辅助干燥器20的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,辅助供风***还可包括安全阀16和压力测试器17,此安全阀16和压力测试器17均与第一辅助供风管路2上位于辅助压缩机1与第一止回阀13的部分连通。此安全阀16用于保证辅助压缩机1的使用安全性,而压力测试器17用于测试辅助压缩机1输出的压缩空气的压力,从而判断出此时辅助压缩机1内的压力,通过检测辅助压缩机1的压力情况,可根据不同压力情况调整辅助压缩机1的工作状态,进一步保证了辅助压缩机1的使用安全性。
此外,辅助供风***还可包括依次设置在排污管路4上的第一电磁阀18及第二电磁阀19,此第一电磁阀18和第二电磁阀19可为同种类电磁阀,也可为不同种类电磁阀, 具体视情况而定。其中,在辅助供风***处于工作状态时,可控制第一电磁阀18及第二电磁阀19中的至少一者关闭,以避免辅助干燥器20在对压缩空气进行干燥时出现漏气(即:部分压缩供气通过排污管路4排出)的情况,保证了辅助供风***的工作稳定性;在辅助供风***处于非工作状态时,可通过总风缸5向辅助干燥器20输送干燥的压缩空气,以对辅助干燥器20进行干燥处理,同时,可控制第一电磁阀18和第二电磁阀19全部打开,以使辅助干燥器20内的水分可通过排污管路4排出。
在一实施方式中,供风***还可包括第一连接管路8,第一连接管路8的一端与辅助干燥器20连通,其另一端通过三向接头分别与第一辅助供风管路2及排污管路4连通。也就是说,第一辅助供风管路2及排污管路4可通过第一连接管路8与辅助干燥器20上的同一端口连通,这样设计在不影响辅助供风***正常工作的情况下,可减少辅助干燥器20上端口的数量,从而可提高辅助干燥器20的结构强度及密封性。此外,由于第一辅助供风管路2及排污管路4共用第一连接管路8与辅助干燥器20连通,因此,可降低供风***中管路的成本,而且还可减少供风***中管路所占用的空间,提高了供风***的安装灵活性,降低了供风***的安装难度。
其中,供风***还可包括第二连接管路9,此第二连接管路9的一端与辅助干燥器20连通,其另一端通过三向接头分别与第二辅助供风管路3及第二主供风管路7连通。也就是说,第二辅助供风管路3及第二主供风管路7可通过第二连接管路9与辅助干燥器20上的同一端口连通,这样设计可减少辅助干燥器20上端口的数量,从而可提高辅助干燥器20的结构强度及密封性。此外,由于第二辅助供风管路3及第二主供风管路7共用第二连接管路9与辅助干燥器20连通,因此,可降低供风***中管路的成本,而且还可减少供风***中管路所占用的空间,提高了供风***的安装灵活性,降低了供风***的安装难度。
同理,供风***还可包括第三连接管路10及第四连接管路11,第三连接管路10的一端通过三向接头分别与第二辅助供风管路3及第二主供风管路7连通;第四连接管路11的一端与总风缸5连通,且第四连接管路11的另一端通过三向接头分别与第三连接管路10的另一端及第一主供风管路6连通。这样设计可减少总风缸5上端口的数量,从而可提高总风缸5的结构强度及密封性。此外,可降低供风***中管路的成本,而且还可减少供风***中管路所占用的空间,提高了供风***的安装灵活性,降低了供风***的安装难度。
需要说明的是,前述提到的第一连接管路8、第二连接管路9、第三连接管路10及第四连接管路11中的至少一者可包括软管,以进一步提高供风***的安装灵活性,在不影响电力机车中其他部件的安装的同时,可降低供风***的安装难度。
在一实施方式中,第二主供风管路7内可设置有节流缩堵12,此节流缩堵12具有节流孔,总风缸5内干燥的压缩空气能够通过节流孔通往辅助干燥器20。
本实施方式中,通过在第二主供风管路7内设置节流缩堵12,以减小总风缸5中干 燥的压缩空气通往辅助干燥器20的流量,在保证对辅助干燥器20进行干燥的同时,可节省总风缸5中干燥的压缩空气的使用,降低成本。此外,由于节流缩堵12设置在第二主供风管路7内,因此,此节流缩堵12不会占用额外的空间。
其中,此节流缩堵12可与第二主供风管路7过盈配合,在保证节流缩堵12稳定地安装在第二主供风管路7中的同时,还可避免总风缸5中干燥的压缩空气从节流缩堵12与第二主供风管路7之间通过的情况,提高了节流效果。
举例而言,此节流缩堵12的节流孔具有依次连通且同轴设置的第一锥形缓冲段、直线段及第二锥形缓冲段,第一锥形缓冲段上具有最小孔径的端口与第二锥形缓冲段上具有最小孔径的端口相对设置,且直线段的孔径、第一锥形缓冲段的最小孔径及第二锥形缓冲段的最小孔径相等。
本实施方式中,通过设置第一锥形缓冲段及第二锥形缓冲段可对流经节流阀的气流具有一定的缓冲作用,以基本消除气流的波动的情况。
可选地,直线段的孔径为1mm,在保证对辅助干燥器20进行干燥的同时,可节省总风缸5中干燥的压缩空气的使用,降低成本。但不以此为限,视具体情况而定。
此外,本申请实施方式还提供了一种电力机车,其包括受电弓,还可包括上述任一项所述的电力机车用供风***。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电力机车用供风***,其特征在于,包括:
    辅助供风***,所述辅助供风***包括依次连通的辅助压缩机、第一辅助供风管路、辅助干燥器及第二辅助供风管路,以及与所述辅助干燥器连通的排污管路,且所述第二辅助供风管路还能够与所述电力机车的受电弓连通,所述辅助压缩机内的压缩空气能够经所述辅助干燥器干燥后通往所述受电弓;
    主供风***,所述主供风***包括总风缸、第一主供风管路及第二主供风管路,所述总风缸通过所述第一主供风管路能够与所述受电弓连通,且所述总风缸通过所述第二主供风管路与所述辅助干燥器连通,所述总风缸用于存储干燥的压缩空气,所述总风缸内干燥的压缩空气能够通往所述受电弓和所述辅助干燥器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的供风***,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一连接管路,所述第一连接管路的一端与所述辅助干燥器连通,其另一端通过三向接头分别与所述第一辅助供风管路及所述排污管路连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的供风***,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二连接管路,所述第二连接管路的一端与所述辅助干燥器连通,其另一端通过三向接头分别与所述第二辅助供风管路及所述第二主供风管路连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的供风***,其特征在于,还包括:
    第三连接管路,所述第三连接管路的一端通过三向接头分别与所述第二辅助供风管路及所述第二主供风管路连通;
    第四连接管路,所述第四连接管路的一端与所述总风缸连通,所述第四连接管路的另一端通过三向接头分别与所述第三连接管路的另一端及所述第一主供风管路连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的供风***,其特征在于,所述第二主供风管路内设置有节流缩堵,所述节流缩堵具有节流孔,所述总风缸内干燥的压缩空气能够通过所述节流孔通往所述辅助干燥器。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的供风***,其特征在于,所述节流孔具有依次连通且同轴设置的第一锥形缓冲段、直线段及第二锥形缓冲段,
    所述第一锥形缓冲段上具有最小孔径的端口与所述第二锥形缓冲段上具有最小孔径的端口相对设置,
    且所述直线段的孔径、所述第一锥形缓冲段的最小孔径及所述第二锥形缓冲段的最小孔径相等。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的供风***,其特征在于,所述直线段的孔径为1mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的供风***,其特征在于,所述辅助供风***还包括:
    第一止回阀,所述第一止回阀设置在所述第一辅助供风管路上;
    第二止回阀,所述第二止回阀设置在所述第二辅助供风管路上;
    其中,所述辅助压缩机内的压缩空气通过所述第一止回阀通往所述辅助干燥器,并经所述辅助干燥器干燥后通过所述第二止回阀通往所述受电弓。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的供风***,其特征在于,所述第一辅助供风管路、所述第二辅助供风管路、所述第一主供风管路及所述第二主供风管路中的至少一者包括软管。
  10. 一种电力机车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的电力机车用供风***。
