另外,烟嘴上盖23内安装有密封件26,密封件26的上下两端贯通,且其上端开口与出气口2331对位连通,其下端开口与通孔222对位连通。可以理解地,烟嘴下盖22和/或烟嘴上盖23可选用橡胶或硅胶等弹性密封材料制成,以保证气密性。本实施方式中,烟嘴组件20还包括收容于本体231内的第一固定件24以及可滑动地安装在第一固定件24上的滑动件27,滑动件27位于烟嘴上 盖23与烟嘴下盖22之间。当烟嘴上盖23相对于烟嘴下盖22处于第一连接状态时,通过滑动所述滑动件27,能够使得滑动件27关闭密封件26的下端开口,从而阻断通孔222与出气口2331之间的连通关系,此时,用户无法进行抽吸操作;或者,通过滑动所述滑动件27,能够使得滑动件27至少部分打开密封件26的下端开口,从而使得通孔222与出烟口2331相连通,此时,用户可进行抽吸操作。当烟嘴上盖23相对于烟嘴下盖22处于第二连接状态时,通过滑动所述滑动件27,使滑动件27关闭密封件26的下端开口,从而使得烟嘴上盖23的内腔处于封闭状态,可有效防止灰尘等杂质进入烟嘴上盖23,保证了烟嘴组件20的清洁。
请参阅图2,本实施方式中,烟嘴下盖22的下端面设置有第二固定件25,第一固定件24和第二固定件25其中一个为磁铁,第一固定件24和第二固定件25中另一个为磁铁或者软磁体,磁铁由永磁材料经过外磁场磁化制成,烟嘴上盖23相对于烟嘴下盖22处于第一或第二连接状态时,第一固定件24和第二固定件25均能够磁性吸附,以使得烟嘴上盖23挤压在烟嘴下盖22上,进一步保证了气密性。本实施方式中,第一固定件24和第二固定件25均为磁铁。可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,第一固定件24为软磁体,第二固定件25为磁铁。
请参阅图2及图7,通气组件40包括穿设于进气通道410内的出气管42以及设置在出气管42一端的转接件43。
出气管42大致呈上下两端贯通的管状结构,出气管42的内腔构成出气通道420,且出气管42的上端穿过第一隔板21的连通孔211后与烟嘴下盖22的通孔222连接,从而使得出气通道420与通孔222相连通。
转接件43大致呈板状结构,转接件43收容于壳体10的下端内,且位于进气通道410的下方。转接件43对应进气通道410向上凸设有连接柱(图未标出), 所述连接柱的上端抵持进气通道410且密封进气通道410,出气管42的下端贯穿所述连接柱的底部,转接件43的一侧开设有连通进气通道410的旁通孔431。可以理解地,出气管42与转接件43还可以为一体成型结构。
请再次参阅图2,雾化组件30包括第二隔板31、具有雾化腔320的雾化头32、底座33以及雾化底盖34,第二隔板31水平设置在壳体10的下端内,底座33可拆卸地安装在壳体10的下端进而将雾化头32固定在第二隔板31与底座33之间,雾化底盖34可翻转地安装在底座33上。
第二隔板31大致呈板状结构,第一隔板21与第二隔板31之间连接有连接板11,连接板11竖直设置,电源装置120与通气组件40分别位于连接板11的两侧,如此,减少了电子烟100的整体长度,方便携带及运输。可以理解地,第一隔板21、第二隔板31以及连接板11三者可拆卸地固定连接或一体成型。将电源装置120设置在烟嘴组件20与雾化组件30之间,同时进气通道410以及出气通道420设置在电源装置120的一侧,既使得结构紧凑,又合理地增加了进气通道410以及出气通道420的长度,延长了进气通道410与出气通道420之间热量交换的时间,提高了能量的利用率。
请参阅图8-图11,雾化头32包括外隔套321、安装在外隔套321一端的顶盖322、收容于外隔套321内部的内隔套323、安装在内隔套323内部的烟锅324、设置在烟锅324上的发热件325以及连接在发热件325上的第一电极326和第二电极327。
外隔套321大致呈上下两端贯通的筒状结构,顶盖322通过卡接的方式可拆卸地安装在外隔套321的上端,内隔套323大致呈上下两端贯通的筒状结构,外隔套321的内壁与内隔套323的外壁之间留有一间隙,该间隙形成隔热空腔328。可以理解地,顶盖322还可以通过插接、螺纹连接等方式与外隔套321可 拆卸地连接。
具体地,顶盖322的上端面向上凸设形成有一凸块3221,凸块3221内设置有通气槽311,通气槽311的一端贯通凸块3221的侧壁,通气槽311的另一端贯通顶盖322的下端面并与雾化腔320相连通。
烟锅324大致呈下端具有开口的中空筒状结构,雾化腔320由烟锅324的内腔形成,以用于装填气溶胶形成基质。烟锅324的顶壁上开设有至少一个进气孔3241,进气孔3241与雾化腔320及通气槽311均连通。当雾化头32安装到位时,凸块3221的顶部与第二隔板31相抵持,转接件43套设在凸块3221上,且旁通孔431与通气槽311相连通,从而使得进气通道410依次通过旁通孔431、通气槽311以及进气孔3241与雾化腔320连通。
发热件325与烟锅324接触设置,烟锅324由导热材料制成(例如,不锈钢或铜等金属材料,或陶瓷等非金属材料),发热件325由具有电阻的导电材料制成。本实施方式中,发热件325由导电陶瓷制成,具体地,发热件325包括钨,本实施方式采用嵌入钨浆的氮化铝陶瓷片作为发热件325,各部分发热更加均匀,加热时升温符合线性规律,更加有利于雾化气溶胶形成基质。可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,还可以采用金属材料作为发热件325,可选的有镍洛合金、钨丝等。本实施方式中,发热件325呈板状结构且具有两个,两个发热件325的下端贯穿烟锅324的顶壁后并列***至烟锅324的内部,第一电极326与第二电极327可拆卸地夹设在两个发热件325的上端,并与两个发热件325电性连接,如此,两个发热件325形成并联关系。本实施方式中,第一电极326及第二电极327上与发热件325连接处均设置有连接结构(图未标出),所述连接结构包括两个相互抱合的导电弹片,通过所述导电弹片的弹力作用固定发热件325,固定牢固且拆装方便。可以理解地,第一电极326与第二电极327设置 在烟锅324的上部时,发热件325贯穿烟锅324的顶壁,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一电极326与第二电极327还可以设置在烟锅324的侧部或者底部,相应的,发热件325贯穿烟锅324的侧壁或底壁。
第一电极326与第二电极327均连接有电极柱(图未标出),当雾化头32安装到位时,第一电极326上的电极柱与电源装置120的正负极中的其中一个电极电性导通,第二电极327上的电极柱与电源装置120的正负极中的另一个电极电性导通,从而使得发热件325在电源装置120的电驱动作用下产生热量。发热件325产生的热量在热传递的作用下又能够加热烟锅324,最终使得烟锅324具有与发热件325大致相同的温度,装填在雾化腔320内的气溶胶形成基质便在烟锅324与发热件325的加热作用下被雾化生成烟雾,烟雾充斥于雾化腔320内。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,发热件325还可以为三个,或者三个以上,发热件325可采用并联或者串联的方式电性连接。
烟锅324与发热件325安装时,只需要将发热件325的一端贯穿烟锅324的底壁收容在烟锅324的内部即可,操作简单、方便。并且,发热件325至少设置有两个,工作时,发热件325之间产生的热量能够相互传递,进一步增加了发热件325的发热效率,避免了热量过多散失,对气溶胶形成基质的雾化起到增强效果。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,发热件325还可以设置在烟锅324的内壁上,或者设置在烟锅324的外壁上,或者设置在烟锅324的内部,此处不作限制。可以理解地,发热件325设置在烟锅324的外壁上或设置在烟锅324的内部时,可降低气溶胶形成基质与发热件325直接接触的可能性,延长了发热件325的使用寿命。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,发热件325还可以是安装在烟 锅324的雾化腔320内的红外辐射装置,例如,红外辐射管等,工作时,红外辐射装置在电源装置120的电驱动下向外发射红外辐射热以加热气溶胶形成基质。本实施方式中,雾化腔320内安装有储液件310,储液件310具有存储气溶胶形成基质的能力,通过设置储液件310,能够增加气溶胶形成基质的容量,从而延长雾化时间。本实施方式中,储液件310为钢丝球,钢丝球能够存储流动性较差的气溶胶形成基质,并且,钢丝球的多孔结构有利于雾化工作。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,储液件310还可以是多孔陶瓷、多孔石墨、棉花等具有吸收烟液能力的元件。
烟锅324被加热的过程中,烟锅324的热量传递给内隔套323上,由于内隔套323与外隔套321之间具有隔热空腔328,减少了内隔套323与外隔套321之间的接触面积,降低了内隔套323上的热量向外隔套321传递的效率,从而起到了保温效果,减少了热量散失,提高了热量的利用率。另外,在一个实施方式中,外隔套321与内隔套323均由隔热材料制成,例如,泡沫、玻璃纤维或石棉等,以减少热量传递,进一步减少了热量散失。
烟锅324的上端面上沿烟锅324的轴向向上延伸形成有安装柱3242,安装柱3242的上端开口设置,安装柱3242的内腔形成与安装柱3242的开口连通的收容槽3243。本实用新型的雾化头32还包括温度传感器329,温度传感器329安装在收容槽3243内,安装柱3242的开口端可拆卸地安装有锁止件3244,通过拆装锁止件3244操作,能够关闭或打开安装柱3242的开口,当锁止件3244关闭安装柱3242的开口时,温度传感器329被锁止在收容槽3243内,防止温度传感器329由收容槽3243内脱出。当锁止件3244打开安装柱3242的开口时,温度传感器329可由收容槽3243内被取出。本实施方式中,安装柱3242的开口端设置有内螺纹,锁止件3244上设置有外螺纹,锁止件3244通过螺纹配合 与安装柱3242可拆卸地连接,具体地,锁止件3244为螺柱或螺钉。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,锁止件3244还可以通过卡接、插接、磁性连接等方式实现与安装柱3242可拆卸的连接关系,通过锁止件3244的拆卸及安装操作实现打开或关闭收容槽3243的功能。还可以理解地,当锁止件3244安装到位后,锁止件3244能够与温度传感器329相抵持,使得温度传感器329被夹持在锁止件3244与收容槽3243的槽底壁之间,避免了温度传感器329于收容槽3243内轻易晃动的情况,保证了温度传感器329的工作稳定性。另外,安装柱3242的侧壁上沿安装柱3242的轴向开设有贯通安装柱3242的上端面的过线槽3245,过线槽3245与收容槽3243相连通,安装温度传感器329时,连接在温度传感器329上的导线能够穿过过线槽3245延伸至收容槽3243的外部,从而方便温度传感器329的安装。本实施方式中,温度传感器329的导线有两个,且每个导线上均连接有一个电极端子柱(图未标出),当雾化头32安装到位时,其中一个电极端子柱与电源装置120的正负极中的其中一个电极电性导通,另一个电极端子柱与电源装置120的正负极中的另一个电极电性导通,从而使得温度传感器329与电源装置120电性连接。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,锁止件3244与安装柱3242可活动地连接。具体地,锁止件3244可滑动地安装在安装柱3242的开口端,通过滑动锁止件3244进而打开或关闭收容槽3243;或者,锁止件3244可翻转地安装在安装柱3242的开口端(例如,通过铰接的方式实现),通过翻转锁止件3244进而打开或关闭收容槽3243;或者,锁止件3244可转动地安装在安装柱3242的开口端,通过转动锁止件3244进而打开或关闭收容槽3243。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,安装柱3242还可以省略,此时,收容槽3243由设置在烟锅324的上端面上的凹槽形成,相应的,锁止件3244 可拆卸地安装在烟锅324上或可活动地安装在烟锅324上。还可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,收容槽3243还可以设置在烟锅324的侧壁上。
本实施方式中,温度传感器329的安装方式较传统的耐高温胶水固定的方式而言,安装简单,温度传感器329便于拆卸更换,减少了材料浪费,节约了成本,且电子烟100工作时,不会产生刺激性气味和有害物质,烟雾吸食口感好,人体健康不受危害。
请参阅图2、图12,底座33大致呈盘状结构,底座33收容于壳体10的下端内且设置在雾化头32的下端,底座33的上端面与外隔套321的下端面相抵持,从而将雾化头32夹持在第二隔板31与底座33之间。底座33对应烟锅324开设有贯通底座33的上下两端面的通槽331。为了固定底座33,底座33上还安装有第一锁定件332和第二锁定件333,具体地,第一锁定件332通过螺栓、螺钉等紧固件固定安装在底座33下端的一侧,第二锁定件333可滑动地安装在第一锁定件332上,第二锁定件333上侧伸有凸缘3331,壳体10的下端沿壳体10的轴向向下延伸形成第三锁定件102,第三锁定件102上开设有与凸缘3331配合的卡槽(图未示出)。当底座33安装到位时,第三锁定件102位于第二锁定件333的一侧,滑动第二锁定件333能够使得凸缘3331与所述卡槽卡合进而使得底座33与壳体10之间的关系被锁定,或者使得凸缘3331与所述卡槽脱离进而使得底座33与壳体10之间的锁定关系被解除。当底座33与壳体10之间的关系被锁定时,用户无法将底座33从壳体10上拆卸下来,也就无法将雾化头32拆卸下来;当底座33与壳体10之间的锁定关系被解除时,用户才能够将底座33从壳体10上拆卸下来,进一步将雾化头32拆卸下来。可以理解地,在他未示出的实施方式中,第一锁定件332还可以省略,此时,第二锁定件333可滑动地设置在底座33的下端面上。
请参阅图12、图13,雾化底盖34包括可转动地安装在底座33上的底盖341、固定安装在底盖341上的固定板342、安装在固定板342上的底盖密封件343以及安装在底盖密封件343上的挡罩344。
底盖341呈上端敞口的盖状结构,底盖341的一侧与底座33铰接,通过转动底盖341能够打开或关闭壳体10的下端口。底盖密封件343与底座33的通槽331相配合,转动底盖341使得底盖341关闭壳体10的过程中,底盖密封件343在底盖341的带动下穿过通槽331,并且,挡罩344可拆卸地盖设在烟锅342的雾化腔320的下端。具体地,挡罩344大致呈中空的盒状结构,挡罩344的顶壁以及周壁上均设置有出气孔3441,另外,出气管42的下端穿过转接件43后位于外隔套321的一侧且与出气孔3441相连通,此时,雾化腔320便通过出气孔3441与出气通道420连通。可以理解地,挡罩344盖设在雾化腔320的一端,能够避免装填在雾化腔320内的气溶胶形成基质和/或气溶胶形成基质加热后的残渣由雾化腔320的底部泄露出去;同时,挡罩344上开设的出气孔3441能够保证气流流通顺畅。可以理解地,底盖密封件343的材料包括但不限于硅胶或橡胶,以提升气密性。本实施方式中,雾化组件30还包括烟锅密封件35,烟锅密封件35设置在外隔套321的下端且套设在挡罩344的外部,烟锅密封件35上开设有连通气道351,连通气道351的一端与出气管42连接并与出气通道420相连通,连通气道351的另一端与出气孔3441相连通,以使得雾化腔320内生成的烟雾依次经由出气孔3441及连通气道351流入出气通道420。图13中的箭头所指方向即为气流方向。可以理解地,烟锅密封件35的材料包括但不限于硅胶或橡胶。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,固定板342、底盖密封件343均可以省略,此时,挡罩344连接在底盖341的上端面上,转动底盖341时,同 样能够带动挡罩344穿过通槽311后盖设在雾化腔320的下端。
请再次参阅图12,为了避免雾化底盖34随意转动进而打开壳体10的下端口,雾化底盖34还包括可滑动地安装在底盖341上的活动件345以及收容于底盖341内的弹性件346,具体地,活动件345可滑动地卡嵌在底盖341上且活动件345部分显露在底盖341的下端面的外部,弹性件346的一端与活动件345弹性抵持,弹性件346的另一端与底盖341内腔的腔壁弹性抵持,从而使得当相对底盖341滑动活动件345时,弹性件346可伸缩。底座33的下端面上向下延伸形成卡勾334,活动件345上设置有与卡勾334配合的卡扣3451,滑动活动件345,能够使得卡扣3451与卡勾334卡合或脱离。当卡扣3451与卡勾334卡合时,底盖341无法相对底座33转动,当卡扣3451与卡勾334脱离时,底盖341能够相对底座33转动。本实施方式中,弹性件346为弹簧,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,弹性件346还可以是诸如不锈钢弹片或铜制弹片等具有刚性和弹性的元件,此处不作限定。
当用户仅需要更换或添加气溶胶形成基质时,只需滑动活动件345,使卡扣3451与卡勾334脱离,然后转动底盖341,使挡罩344被带出,进而将雾化腔320暴露出来即可。而当用户需要更换雾化头32时,在转动底盖341的操作后,还需要滑动第二锁定件333,使底座33与壳体10之间的锁定关系被解除,进一步将底座33拆卸下来,从而才能够将雾化头32拆卸下来。需要说明的是,当底盖341安装到位时,第二锁定件333被底盖341遮蔽,当底盖341相对底座33翻转时,第二锁定件333才暴露出来,以供用户操作。上述更换雾化头32的操作过程较为繁琐,儿童不易完成上述操作,故起到了儿童防护功能。
请再次参阅图2,本实用新型的雾化器还包括刮料件50,壳体10的壁体内开设有贯通壳体10的下端面的容置槽(图未示出),刮料件50安装在所述容置 槽内,且当底盖341安装在壳体10的下端口时,底盖341能够关闭所述容置槽,从而将刮料件50固定在所述容置槽内。当用户需要向雾化腔320装填气溶胶形成基质或清理雾化腔320内的残渣时,只需转动底盖341进而打开壳体10的下端口,然后抽出刮料件50即可,该操作无需借助电子烟100以外的其他装填工具,操作过程简单,方便用户使用。
本实用新型提供的雾化头32,将温度传感器329安装在烟锅324的收容槽3243内,并通过锁止件3244锁止以防止温度传感器329脱离,相较于传统的耐高温胶水固定的方式,安装简单,温度传感器329便于拆卸更换,减少了材料浪费,节约了成本,且电子烟100工作时,不会产生刺激性气味和有害物质,烟雾吸食口感好,人体健康不受危害。
本实用新型提供的雾化组件30、雾化器以及电子烟100,因其具有上述雾化头32全部的技术特征,故具有与上述雾化头32相同的技术效果。
以上述依据本实用新型的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本实用新型的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项实用新型的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化头,其特征在于:所述雾化头包括烟锅以及设于所述烟锅上的温度传感器,所述烟锅上设置有收容槽,所述收容槽具有一开口,所述温度传感器通过所述开口安装在所述收容槽内,所述开口上安装有锁止件,所述锁止件能够关闭所述开口以将所述温度传感器锁止于所述收容槽内,或者所述锁止件能够打开所述开口以使得所述温度传感器由所述收容槽内被取出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化头,其特征在于:所述烟锅的上端面上沿所述烟锅的轴向向上延伸形成有安装柱,所述收容槽由所述安装柱的内腔形成,所述开口设于所述安装柱的上端且与所述收容槽连通,所述锁止件对应所述开口可拆卸地安装在所述安装柱上或可活动地安装在所述安装柱上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化头,其特征在于:所述安装柱的侧壁上沿所述安装柱的轴向开设有贯通所述安装柱的上端面的过线槽,所述温度传感器的导线能够穿过所述过线槽延伸至所述收容槽的外部。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的雾化头,其特征在于:所述烟锅内设置有雾化腔,所述烟锅的顶壁上开设有连通所述雾化腔的进气孔,所述雾化头还包括可拆卸地安装在所述烟锅顶部的顶盖,所述顶盖上开设有与所述进气孔连通的通气槽。
  5. 一种雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括权利要求1-4任一项所述的雾化头。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括外隔套、第二隔板、底座以及雾化底盖,所述外隔套夹设于所述第二隔板与所述底座之间,所述雾化底盖安装在所述底座上并盖设在所述雾化腔的下端,所述底座上对应所述烟锅开设有通槽,所述雾化底盖包括底盖以及连接在所述底盖上的挡罩,所述底盖与所述底座铰接,所述挡罩穿过所述通槽后盖设在所述雾化 腔的下端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化底盖还包括活动件以及弹性件,所述活动件可滑动地卡嵌在所述底盖上且部分显露在所述底盖的外部,所述弹性件可伸缩地设于所述活动件及所述底盖之间,所述底座的下端面上向下延伸形成卡勾,所述活动件上设置与所述卡勾配合的卡扣。
  8. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括权利要求5-7任一项所述的雾化组件。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括壳体,所述雾化组件还包括第二隔板、底座以及雾化底盖,所述雾化头、所述第二隔板及所述底座均收容于所述壳体内,且所述雾化头夹设于所述第二隔板及所述底座之间,所述底座上可滑动地安装有第二锁定件,所述壳体上设置有与所述第二锁定件配合的第三锁定件,所述雾化底盖可活动地设于所述壳体的一端,活动所述雾化底盖能够使得所述第二锁定件被遮蔽或显露。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求8或9所述的雾化器。
