下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图6描述根据本申请第一方面实施例的壳体组件1。
如图1-图6所示,根据本申请实施例的壳体组件1,包括:第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12。
第一壳体部11上设有突出部111,第二壳体部12相对于第一壳体部11可折叠,并且第二壳体部12相对于第一壳体部11可展开。其中图1和图2所示的状态为第二壳体部12相对于第一壳体部11处于展开状态的示意图,图4~图6所示的状态为第二壳体部12相对于第一壳体部11处于折叠状态的示意图。第二壳体部12上设有凹槽121,凹槽121内设有用于填充在凹槽121内的填充件13,当第二壳体部12与第一壳体部11折叠时,突出部111挤压填充件13且容纳在凹槽121内。
本申请实施例所示的壳体组件1具有展开状态和折叠状态,在展开状态时,例如图1所示的状态,第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12彼此铺开,第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12可以大***于同一个平面内。在展开状态时,凹槽121内由于设有填充件13,从而在壳体组件1的外部不会看到凹槽121的内部结构,也就是说无法看到凹槽121的底壁1211和周壁1212。通过设置填充件13对凹槽121进行填充,从而填补了凹槽121,填补了壳体组件1外部的缺失部分,提高了壳体组件1的外观美感,提高了壳体组件1的整体性。
在折叠状态时,第一壳体部11相对于第二壳体部12翻转且和第二壳体部12相对设置,例如图4所示的状态。可选地,突出部111可以全部容纳在凹槽121内,突出部111还可以部分容纳在凹槽121内。在折叠状态时,突出部111可以容纳在凹槽121内,从而可以减小 壳体组件1在折叠状态时的体积和厚度。
根据本申请实施例的壳体组件1,通过在第二壳体部12上设有凹槽121,从而在第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12处于折叠状态时,突出部111可以容纳在凹槽121内,从而减小壳体组件1在折叠状态下的体积;此外,通过设置填充件13,填充件13填补了凹槽121,这样在壳体组件1处于展开状态时,消除了壳体组件1外部的缺失结构,提高了壳体组件1的外观美感,提高了壳体组件1的整体性。
下面将参考图1-图6详细描述根据本申请实施例的壳体组件1。
如图1所示,在本申请的一个实施例中,第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12可以一体成型。由此可以使壳体组件1的整体性更好,而且可以避免二者之间产生间隙,避免灰尘、液体等从该间隙进入到壳体组件1内对壳体组件1内部的器件产生影响。可选地第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12可以为一体注塑件,第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12的结构材料可以是同一材料,第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12的结构材料还可以包括不同的材料,例如,第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12的连接处可以为柔性结构,可选地,第一壳体部11的除去连接处的结构和第二壳体部12的除去连接处的结构可以为硬质结构。
可选地,第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12的整体可以均为柔性材质制成,由此可以方便第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12在折叠状态和展开状态之间切换。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12之间设有折叠组件。折叠组件用于将第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12连接在一起,其中在折叠状态时,第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12可以通过折叠组件翻转至折叠状态。
在本申请的实施例中,可选地,突出部111可以设置在第一壳体部11的后表面上,凹槽121可以设置在第二壳体部12的后表面上,其中第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12可以彼此朝后折叠,当处于折叠状态时,第一壳体部11的后表面与第二壳体部12的后表面彼此相对,突出部111容纳在凹槽121内。
其中,要理解的是,术语“前”、“后”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请的可选示例中,如图1-图2所示,突出部111与第一壳体部11一体成型,即突出部111与第一壳体部11是材质相同的连续结构。突出部111包括端面和外侧壁,端面为远离第一壳体部11的一端。端面通过外侧壁与第一壳体部11连接;该端面和该外侧壁一体成型。
可选地,突出部111可以呈圆柱状、半球状或立方体状,同理地,凹槽121可以呈圆柱 状、半球状或立方体状,凹槽121的形状与突出部111的形状匹配。
可选地,突出部111内可以设有摄像头模组。例如突出部111可以用于收容摄像头模组,或者突出部111为摄像头模组的一部分。当然可以理解的是,突出部111内还可以设有其他功能器件,例如补光模组或红外传感模组,也可以是其他具体特定功能的器件。
在本申请的一些实施例中,填充件13包括泡绵件或橡胶件。其中,可选地,填充件13可以是泡绵件,填充件13还可以是橡胶件,或者填充件13可以是泡绵件和橡胶件共同构成。由此可以使填充件13具有良好的形变能力,例如图5和图6所示的示例中,当壳体组件1处于折叠状态时突出部111可以更容易的对泡绵件或橡胶件进行挤压,进而突出部111可以容纳在凹槽121内,并且当壳体组件1展开时,泡绵件或橡胶件可以迅速恢复至图2和图3所示的填充状态。此外,泡绵件和橡胶件还可以对凹槽121起到很好的填充效果,即泡绵件和橡胶件可以填充在凹槽121的整个空间内,如图2和图3所示的示例中,由此凹槽121可以被泡绵件或橡胶件填满,从而在壳体组件1的外部看不到凹槽121的内部结构,外壳组件的外形更具整体性。
当本申请并不限于此,填充件13还可以包括弹簧。例如,填充件13可以是由弹簧构成,具体地可以是螺旋弹簧、涡卷弹簧、板弹簧、异型弹簧等,由此填充件13可以具有良好的形变能力,即当壳体组件1处于折叠状态时突出部111可以更容易的对弹簧进行挤压,进而突出部111可以容纳在凹槽121内,并且当壳体组件1展开时,弹簧可以迅速恢复至填充状态。
进一步地,如图还包括装饰件14,装饰件14设在填充件13上,在第二壳体部12相对于第一壳体部11展开时,装饰件14与第二壳体部12的表面平齐。其中这里的“平齐”是指第二壳体部12外表面与装饰件14的外表面处于同一平面内。通过设置装饰件14可以将填充件13进行遮盖,而且装饰件14可以起到装饰作用,这样可以是壳体组件1更加美观。
可选地,装饰件14构造成第二壳体部12的一部分,也就是说,装饰件14的材料、颜色、图案中的一种或多种可以与第二壳体部12的材料、颜色、图案中的一种或多种保持一致。
可选地,装饰件14包括PET膜片或玻璃片。装饰件14可以是PET膜片,装饰件14还可以是玻璃片,或者装饰件14的一部分可以由PET膜片构成,其另一部分可以由玻璃片构成。由此可以使装饰件14具有一定的光泽感,更加美观。
下面参考图1和图4描述根据本申请实施例的电子装置100,该电子装置100包括根据本申请上述实施例的壳体组件1。
由于根据本申请示例的壳体组件1具有上述优点,即通过设置该壳体组件1可以使电子 装置100具有相应的优点,即根据本申请实施例的电子装置100的通过在第二壳体部12上设有凹槽121,从而在第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12处于折叠状态时,突出部111可以容纳在凹槽121内,从而减小电子装置100在折叠状态下的体积;此外,通过设置填充件13,填充件13填补了凹槽121,这样在电子装置100处于展开状态时,消除了电子装置100外部的缺失结构,提高了电子装置100的外观美感,提高了电子装置100的整体性。
根据本申请实施例的电子装置100,还包括:显示屏15,显示屏15设在第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12上。通过设置显示屏15,可以提高电子装置100的显示效果。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,第一壳体部11的前表面和第二壳体部12的前表面可以设有显示屏15,也就是说,显示屏15可以设在第一壳体部11的背向突出部111的表面,显示屏15同时可以设在第二壳体部12的背向凹槽121的表面。可选地,第一壳体部11的前表面和第二壳体部12的前表面可以设有安装空间,该安装空间用于安装显示屏15。
在本申请的可选实施例中,显示屏15为柔性屏。这样当第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12彼此折叠时,显示屏15能够弯折。
当然本申请并不限于此,显示屏15可以是分成两个部分且分别设在第一壳体部11和第二壳体部12上。具体地,显示屏15可以分成第一子显示屏151和第二子显示屏152。第一子显示屏151设在第一壳体部11上,第二子显示屏152可以设在第二壳体部12上。
在本申请的一些实施例,电子装置100还包括:检测装置和控制器。
检测装置设在凹槽121内且用于检测突出部111是否容纳在凹槽121内,当检测装置的检测结果为是时,控制器控制显示屏15切换显示模式。
具体地,检测装置可以设在凹槽121的底壁1211上,还可以设在凹槽121的周壁1212上,或者检测装置还可以设在填充件13上,当检测装置检测到突出部111容纳在凹槽121内时,控制器可以控制显示屏15切换显示模式,也就是说,当壳体组件1处于展开状态时,设在第一壳体部11上的第一子显示屏151和第二壳体部12上的第二子显示屏152可以均处于显示状态,且第一子显示屏151和第二子显示屏152可以显示同一副画面的不同部分。当壳体组件1处于折叠状态时,可以使第一子显示屏151和第二子显示屏152中的一个进行显示,另一个子显示屏可以关闭,或者,第一子显示屏151和第二子显示屏152也可以分别显示不同的画面。
在本申请实施例的电子装置100中,通过将检测装置设在凹槽121内,从而可以方便且更加准确的检测到突出部111是否容纳在凹槽121内,由此提高了检测的准确性,检测更加直接。
在本申请的一个实施例中,参照图1和图4中所示,电子装置100为手机。进一步地, 所述手机还可以包括射频电路、存储器、输入单元、无线保真(WiFi,wireless fidelity)模块、处理器、电源等部件。
射频电路可用于在收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理器处理;另外,将手机上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。此外,射频电路还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他装置通信。上述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯***(GSM,Global System for Mobile communication)、通用分组无线服务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)、码分多址(CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)、宽带码分多址(WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)、长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)、电子邮件、短消息服务(SMS,Short Messaging Service)等。
存储器可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器通过运行存储在存储器的软件程序以及模块,从而执行手机的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作***、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入单元可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与手机的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号。具体地,输入单元可包括触控面板以及其他输入装置。触控面板,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板上或在触控面板附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器,并能接收处理器发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板。除了触控面板,输入单元还可以包括其他输入设备。具体地,其他输入设备可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
处理器是电子装置100的控制中心,处理器安装在电路板组件上,利用各种接口和线路连接整个电子装置100的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器内的数据,执行电子装置100的各种功能和处理数据,从而对电子装 置100进行整体监控。可选的,处理器可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作***、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。
电源可以通过电源管理***与处理器逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理***实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。尽管未示出,电子装置100还可以包括蓝牙模块、传感器(比如姿态传感器、光传感器、还可配置气压计、湿度计、温度计和红外线传感器等其他传感器)等,在此不再赘述。
可以理解的,手机仅为电子装置100一个示例,本申请并不限于地,例如本申请的电子装置100还可以为平板电脑等。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种壳体组件,其特征在于,包括:
    第一壳体部,所述第一壳体部上设有突出部;
    第二壳体部,所述第二壳体部相对于所述第一壳体部可展开和可折叠,所述第二壳体部上设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有填充件,当所述第二壳体部与所述第一壳体部折叠时,所述突出部挤压所述填充件且所述突出部的至少一部分容纳在所述凹槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述填充件包括泡绵件或橡胶件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述填充件包括弹簧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,还包括装饰件,所述装饰件设在所述填充件上,在所述第二壳体部相对于所述第一壳体部展开时,所述装饰件与所述第二壳体部的表面平齐。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述装饰件由所述第二壳体部的一部分构成。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述装饰件包括PET膜片或玻璃片。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一壳体部和所述第二壳体部一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一壳体部和所述第二壳体部之间设有折叠组件。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述突出部内设有摄像头模组。
  10. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的壳体组件。
  11. 根据权利要求12所述的电子装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    显示屏,所述显示屏设在所述第一壳体部和所述第二壳体部上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述显示屏为柔性屏。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测装置,所述检测装置设在所述凹槽内且用于检测所述突出部是否容纳在所述凹槽内;
    控制器,当所述检测装置的检测结果为是时,所述控制器控制所述显示屏切换显示模式。
