随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术的扬声器包括盆架、收容于所述盆架内的磁路***及振动***,磁路***用于驱动振动***振动发声,磁路***包括磁框及装配于所述磁框上且与磁框形成磁间隙的磁钢,振动***包括用于振动发声的振膜及与一端与振膜连接且另一端***磁间隙内的音圈,通过在音圈上通入电流从而使得音圈在磁场中受到洛伦兹力发生振动,并带动振膜振动发声。
然而,相关技术中的扬声器的磁框背板上通常会设置有用于连通磁间隙与扬声器外部空间的泄漏孔,但是当扬声器装配于扬声器箱中后,磁框背板上的泄漏孔容易被印刷电路板堵塞,从而影响扬声器的声学性能,也不利于音圈的散热。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器来解决上述问题。

所述底板32开设有与所述底壁111对应的开口321,所述底壁111覆盖所述开口321并与所述底板32固定,所述侧壁112经所述开口向所述振动***20方向弯折延伸。同时,所述底板32远离所述振动***20一侧凹陷形成有凹槽322,所述支撑部1125收容于所述凹槽322内。
所述柔性电路板40与所述音圈22连接用于将所述音圈22与外界电路连通。
具体的,所述柔性电路板40围绕所述侧壁112设置并通过所述间隙114***所述侧壁112围成的空间内与所述音圈22连接,且所述柔性电路板40与所述底板32固定连接。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器在所述磁框上设置有所述泄漏孔与所述盆架内的所述收容空间连通,所述泄漏孔包括贯穿所述底壁设置的所述第一部分和贯穿所述侧壁设置的所述第二部分,提升了所述扬声器的泄漏和散热效果,从而提升了所述扬声器的声学性能;同时由于所述泄漏孔还包括贯穿所述侧壁设置的所述第二部分,使得即使所述扬声器装配后所述第一部分受到堵塞,所述扬声器的泄漏与散热也不会受到过多影响。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,其包括具有收容空间的盆架、以及收容在所述收容空间内的振动***和收容在所述收容空间内的磁路***,所述磁路***用于驱动所述振动***振动发声,所述磁路***包括磁框及收容于所述磁框内的磁钢,其特征在于,所述磁框包括与所述磁钢连接的底壁、自所述底壁向所述振动***方向弯折延伸形成的侧壁及贯穿所述磁框设置的泄漏孔,所述泄漏孔设于所述底壁与所述侧壁的连接处并与所述收容空间连通,所述泄漏孔包括贯穿所述底壁设置的第一部分及贯穿所述侧壁设置的第二部分,所述第一部分与所述第二部分相互连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动***包括与所述盆架固定的振膜以及设置在所述振膜靠近所述磁路***一侧的音圈,所述侧壁与所述磁钢之间形成磁间隙,所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端延伸至所述磁间隙内,所述泄漏孔与所述磁间隙连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈与所述底壁间隔设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述底壁呈矩形,所述侧壁包括对应于所述底壁的宽度方向且相对设置的一对短侧壁和对应于所述底壁的长度方向且相对设置的一对长侧壁,所述泄漏孔设于所述长侧壁与所述底壁的连接处和/或所述短侧壁与所述底壁的连接处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述泄漏孔设于所述长侧壁与所述底壁的连接处,所述泄漏孔设有多个且相互间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述短侧壁远离所述磁钢的外侧向外突出形成有支撑部,所述支撑部支撑在所述盆架远离所述振动***的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架包括与所述侧壁相对的环形框架以及固定在所述环形框架靠近所述底壁一端的底板,所述底板开设有与所述底壁对应的开口,所述底壁覆盖所述开口并与所述底板固定,所述侧壁经所述开口向所述振动***方向弯折延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述底板远离所述振动***的一侧凹陷形成有凹槽,所述支撑部收容在所述凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一部分与所述第二部分均呈矩形。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一部分面积与所述第二部分面积相等。
