Description

Washing machine
The present invention relates to a washing machine for washing laundry such as clothes.
In general, a washing machine has a vertical washing machine that agitates and wash laundry such as clothes in a rotating tub, and lifts laundry in a rotating tub in a rotating direction of the rotating tub and drops the laundry from above. There is a drum type washing machine that performs slap washing. Both washing machines are configured to apply mechanical force to the laundry in addition to the chemical force of the detergent to wash the laundry. In addition, as a configuration for dehydrating the washed laundry, centrifugal dehydration for separating water from the laundry by centrifugal force due to high-speed rotation of the rotating tub is common.
These washing machines, which use mechanical force to wash laundry, are not suitable for washing laundry as described below. That is, the laundry is a laundry that easily suffers from cloth damage, a laundry that easily loses its shape due to the laundry being entangled and pulled, or a laundry that tends to deteriorate in texture. The laundry whose texture is likely to be deteriorated is generally hand-washed, for example, knitted wool or woolen fabric such as a sweater and a cardigan, and a scarf of a delicate material made of ultrafine fibers. Also, centrifugal dehydration is not suitable for the above-mentioned laundry in the dehydration after washing. In view of the above, there has been proposed a washing machine that performs dehydration by applying a pressing force to laundry that is generally washed by hand as described above (for example, see Patent Literature 1).
As shown in FIG. 9, the dewatering device described in Patent Literature 1 is provided at the lower end of a bellows-shaped expansion / contraction portion 55 of a pressure responsive body 54 after a pressure in a lower space 52 of a washing tub 51 is reduced by a decompression device 53. The pressed portion 56 is moved downward. As a result, the laundry is pressed and compressed by the pressing portion 56, and dehydration is performed.
Here, the lid 57 for opening and closing the upper surface opening of the washing tub 51 is pivotally supported at the upper end of the outer frame 58 of the washing machine by a shaft 59 so as to be rotatable. Further, the upper end of the elastic portion 55 is attached to the inner surface of the lid 57. With such a configuration, after the final dehydration step (corresponding to the dehydration step in the embodiment of the present invention), the pressing portion 56 of the pressure responsive body 54 is pulled up to the upper position, and the elastic portion 55 is folded. All the steps are completed in this state.
Also, a washing machine in which the pressurizing member is formed of a flexible expandable member such as a bellows and the pressurizing member reciprocates has been considered (for example, see Patent Document 2). This washing machine is configured to repeatedly pressurize the laundry and the washing liquid by a pressurizing body to perform push washing.
However, in the conventional configuration described in Patent Document 1, when the pressing portion 56 provided on the pressure responsive body 54 is moved downward to press and compress the laundry and dehydrate the laundry, the water dewatered from the laundry is removed. Is sucked by the pressure reducing device 53 and drained outside the machine. On the other hand, water adhering to the bellows-shaped expansion / contraction part 55 is not sucked by the pressure reducing device 53, that is, is not drained. Therefore, when the pressure responsive body 54 is pulled up to the upper position, the water remains attached to the expanded and contracted portion 55 in the folded state.
In particular, in the intermediate dehydration step (corresponding to the intermediate dehydration operation in the embodiment of the present invention) after the washing step (corresponding to the washing step in the embodiment of the present invention), the water in the washing tub 51 is added to the laundry. Since a large amount of dirt or detergent components is attached to the surface, there is a possibility that dirt may accumulate on the elastic portion 55 due to long-term use. Furthermore, when not in use, since the elastic part 55 is folded, it is difficult for the user to wipe off the dirt and the like of the elastic part 55, and it may be difficult to keep the user clean.
The present invention is directed to a method of applying a pressing force to an object to be cleaned by a telescopically pressing portion when washing the object to be cleaned which is not suitable for washing by applying a mechanical force. To prevent dirt from adhering to the surface. It is still another object of the present invention to provide a washing machine capable of applying a pressing force to an object to be cleaned by causing a membrane to follow a movement of a pressing portion.
The washing machine of the present invention includes a washing tub for storing an object to be washed and washing water, a lid that opens and closes an opening of the washing tub, a telescopic pressing portion provided on the lid, and the pressing portion. A covering body, a pressurizing and depressurizing unit that advances and retreats the pressing unit with respect to the object to be cleaned stored in the cleaning tank, and a control unit that controls the pressurizing and depressurizing unit, the film body has flexibility The film body is provided with a deformation absorbing portion that deforms so as to follow the advance and retreat of the pressing portion with respect to the object to be cleaned.
This allows the pressing portion to be covered with the film body, thereby preventing adhesion of dirt to the pressing portion. Further, the deformation absorbing portion of the film body responds to the movement of the pressing portion, and the film body can naturally follow the advancing and retreating operation of the pressing portion to apply a pressing force to the object to be cleaned. Further, the resistance when the film body follows the movement of the pressing portion can be reduced, and the load applied to the pressurizing and depressurizing portion can be suppressed low.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a washing machine comprising: a washing tank for storing an object to be washed and washing water; a lid for opening and closing an opening of the washing tank; A pressure-reducing unit that moves the pressing unit forward and backward with respect to the object to be cleaned stored in the cleaning tank, and a control unit that controls the pressure-reducing unit. The film body is provided with a deformation absorbing portion that deforms so as to be able to follow the advance and retreat of the pressing portion with respect to the object to be cleaned.
Thereby, the pressing portion is covered with the film body, and the pressing portion can be protected without the bellows-like elastic portion being exposed to the cleaning tank. Therefore, it is possible to keep the detergent component contained in the washing water, or the dirt and the like washed off from the object to be washed, without adhering to the pressing portion, and to keep the washing portion clean. Also, the deformation absorbing portion of the film body responds to the movement of the pressing portion, and the film body can naturally follow the advancing / retreating operation of the pressing portion to apply a pressing force to the object to be cleaned. In addition, the resistance when the film body follows the movement of the pressing portion can be reduced, and the load on the pressurizing and depressurizing portion that performs the expanding and contracting operation of the pressing portion can be suppressed.
In the second invention, in particular, in the first invention, the pressing portion is provided so as to be extendable with the lid opened, and in the membrane, the deformation absorbing portion is deformed as the pressing portion elongates. Things.
Thus, when not in use and washing is not being performed, the pressing portion can be extended with the lid opened. Further, the film body is urged and expanded by the expansion of the pressing portion. Accordingly, the user can easily wipe off water droplets or dirt attached to the film body with the deformation absorbing portion in an extended state.
In a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the film body is formed in a bag shape having an opening, and the film body is covered on the pressing portion such that a bottom portion of the film body faces a pressing surface of the pressing portion. The film body has a peripheral portion held by a lid portion facing the peripheral portion of the opening of the cleaning tank, and the deformation absorbing portion is located between the bottom portion and the peripheral portion of the film body. It is annularly configured to surround it.
Thus, the film body can naturally apply the pressing force to the object to be cleaned by following the forward / backward movement of the pressing portion. Further, the resistance when the film body follows the movement of the pressing portion can be reduced. As a result, the load on the pressurizing and depressurizing unit can be reduced. Further, since the deformation absorbing portion is provided inside the peripheral portion of the film body, the resistance at the time of deformation can be further reduced.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to third aspects, the cleaning tank is provided such that a side wall portion is provided continuously with a peripheral edge of a bottom of the cleaning tank and is inclined so as to spread toward the opening. The deformation absorbing portion is provided at a position facing the upper portion of the side wall portion when the lid is closed.
This allows the film body to come into contact with a wide range of the object to be cleaned accommodated in the bottom of the cleaning tank, so that the object to be cleaned can be pressed evenly.
In a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the third or fourth aspect, the membrane is hermetically and water-tightly sealed to the cleaning tank at a peripheral portion.
Thereby, the opening of the cleaning tank and the lid provided with the pressing portion and the membrane can be securely sealed and connected. Therefore, the configuration is simplified.
The sixth invention is, in particular, any one of the first to fifth inventions, wherein the film has a plurality of pressing portions, and the film body is configured to include the plurality of pressing portions.
Thus, at the time of non-use when washing is not performed, the film body is supported by the plurality of pressing portions and is in a stable state. This allows the user to easily wipe off dirt and the like adhering to the membrane. Further, it is possible to prevent the object to be cleaned from being caught between the pressing portions that expand and contract alternately.
According to a seventh invention, in particular, in any one of the first to sixth inventions, the film body is provided with a convex portion facing the pressing surface of the pressing portion.
Thus, it is possible to prevent the film body from being worn due to contact with the pressing portion and the film body from being thinned. Therefore, the durability of the film body can be improved.
In the eighth invention, in particular, in any one of the first to seventh inventions, the film body is provided with a connecting portion for connecting to the pressing surface of the pressing portion.
Accordingly, when the pressing portion contracts, the film body also moves in a direction away from the object to be cleaned following the movement of the pressing portion. Therefore, the clothes to be cleaned are easily expanded and contracted during the washing step, and the cleaning performance can be improved.
The ninth invention is, in particular, any one of the first to eighth inventions, further comprising a suction unit for sucking cleaning water from the object to be cleaned, and an outside air introduction unit for introducing outside air into the cleaning tank. Then, the control unit presses and releases the object to be cleaned by the pressing unit, and performs a washing operation in which the object to be cleaned is contracted and expanded to perform the press washing, and the suction unit suctions the cleaning water and the introduced outside air. And a dehydration operation for performing dehydration.
In this way, in the washing step, the object to be washed can be pressed and washed by pressing the object to be washed, which is not suitable for being washed or squeezed by applying mechanical force to the object to be washed. In the dehydration step, suction dehydration can be performed by suctioning cleaning water from the object to be cleaned. Thus, at least one of washing and dehydration can be effectively performed without damaging the object to be washed.

When the lid 5 is opened by the user, the lock device is unlocked in cooperation with the operation of the handle 5a (not shown).
A pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7 is provided inside the lid 5. In the present embodiment, the pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7 includes a first pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7a and a second pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7b. Specifically, the first pressure reducing unit 7a includes a pressing unit 8a, a pressure pump 10a, and an on-off valve 11a.
That is, the pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7a includes the pressing unit 8a, the pressurizing pump 10a, and the on-off valve 11a. Here, the pressing portion 8a is, for example, a bellows-shaped flexible bag made of rubber, synthetic resin, or the like. The pressure pump 10a communicates with the pressing portion 8a through a hose 9a, and supplies a fluid such as a gas (for example, air) or a liquid (for example, water, aqueous solution, or oil) to the inside of the pressing portion 8a. . The opening / closing valve 11a discharges and stops the fluid supplied to the pressing portion 8a by an opening / closing operation.
Furthermore, like the above-mentioned pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7a, the second pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7b includes a pressing unit 8b, a pressurizing pump 10b, and an on-off valve 11b. Here, the pressing portion 8b has a flexible bag shape formed in a bellows shape with rubber, synthetic resin, or the like. The pressurizing pump 10b communicates with the pressing portion 8b through a hose 9b, and supplies a fluid such as a gas or a liquid into the pressing portion 8b. The opening / closing valve 11b discharges and stops the fluid supplied to the pressing portion 8b by an opening / closing operation. In the present embodiment, the washing machine will be described with a configuration of two pressure reducing units, but may be configured with one pressure reducing unit or three or more pressure reducing units. Good.
Hereinafter, the symbols a and b indicating a plurality may be abbreviated and described unless otherwise required. For example, the pressure reducing unit 7 indicates a pressure reducing unit 7a and a pressure reducing unit 7b. Similarly, a pressing portion 8, a hose 9, a pressure pump 10, an on-off valve 11, a pressing surface 80, and an expansion / contraction portion 90, which will be described later, are respectively a pressing portion 8a and a pressing portion 8b, a hose 9a and a hose 9b, and a pressure pump. 10a and a pressurizing pump 10b, an opening / closing valve 11a and an opening / closing valve 11b, a pressing surface 80a and a pressing surface 80b, a telescopic portion 90a and a telescopic portion 90b.
The pressure reducing unit 7 is provided side by side inside the lid 5. The pressing part 8 is attached to the cleaning tank 4 side of the lid 5 and expands and contracts. That is, the pressing portion 8 is provided so as to be extendable and retractable, and is configured to be able to advance and retreat with respect to the object to be cleaned 2 accommodated in the bottom 4 a of the cleaning tank 4. Each of the pressing portion 8a and the pressing portion 8b has, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, pressing surfaces 80a and 80b for pressing the article to be cleaned 2, and bellows-like elastic portions 90a and 90b. In the pressing portions 8a and 8b, the pressing surfaces 80a and 80b extend to such an extent that the pressing surfaces 80a and 80b reach the bottom 4a of the cleaning tank 4.
The pressure reducing unit 7 is provided with a constant pressure release valve (not shown). The constant pressure release valve opens when the inside of the pressing portion 8 reaches a predetermined pressure, and discharges the fluid to the outside. This prevents the pressing portion 8 from being pressed beyond a predetermined pressure. In the present embodiment, the fluid supplied to the inside of the pressing portion 8 will be described as air.
The pressing portion 8 is covered with a film body 41 made of a flexible material such as rubber. The film body 41 is set to a thickness (for example, 2 to 3 mm) that has sufficient strength to withstand repeated pressing of the object 2 to be cleaned. As shown in FIG. 5A, the film body 41 is formed in a bag shape having an opening. The film body 41 is covered on the pressing portion 8 such that the bottom portion 42 of the film body 41 faces the pressing surface 80 of the pressing portion 8. Further, the film body 41 is provided such that the bottom portion 42 of the film body 41 is located between the pressing surface 80 of the pressing portion 8 and the article 2 to be cleaned. Here, in the annular peripheral portion 43 provided at the opening of the film body 41, the film body 41 has a U-shaped (C-shaped) cross section opened outward. As a result, the film body 41 is held by being fitted to the lid 5b whose peripheral edge 43 faces the peripheral edge of the opening 3 of the cleaning tank 4.
Further, in the opening 3, a sealing portion 44 is provided at the peripheral portion 43 of the film body 41. When the lid 5 is closed, the cleaning tank 4 and the lid 5b are hermetically and water-tightly sealed by the sealing portion 44. Therefore, when the lid 5b is closed, the inside of the cleaning tank 4 becomes an airtight and watertight sealed space. This prevents water and air from leaking from the opening 3 to the outside when the steps of washing, rinsing, and dehydrating are performed.
The film body 41 is provided with a deformation absorbing section 45 that expands and contracts in a direction in which the pressing section 8 advances and retreats with respect to the article 2 to be cleaned. That is, the deformation absorbing section 45 deforms so as to follow the forward / backward movement of the pressing section 8. Further, the deformation absorbing portion 45 is located between the bottom portion 42 and the peripheral edge portion 43 of the film body 41 and is provided at a position facing the upper side of the inclined side wall portion 4b of the cleaning tank 4 when the lid body 5 is closed. Have been. That is, the deformation absorbing portion 45 is formed in an annular shape so as to surround the periphery of the pressing portion 8, and is deformed as the pressing portion 8 expands and contracts.
Here, the deformation absorbing portion 45 is formed so as to bulge upward in an arc shape. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the deformation absorbing portion 45 is provided in an S-shape (including a substantially S-shape) so as to be located inside the peripheral portion 43 of the film body 41. Thereby, the resistance when the film body 41 is deformed following the expansion and contraction of the pressing portion 8 can be reduced. Along with this, the load on the pressurizing and depressurizing section 7 for expanding and contracting the pressing sections 8a and 8b can be suppressed low. Further, the cover 5 is provided with a release hole 46 so that when the shape of the film body 41 changes, air inside the cover 5 and the film body 41 can be released to the outside.
Further, the lid 5 is provided with a water supply path 16 for supplying cleaning water to the cleaning tank 4. A water supply valve 14 is provided in the water supply path 16 and communicates with the inside of the cleaning tank 4 via a detergent case 15. Therefore, when the water supply valve 14 is opened and closed, the supply and stop of the tap water (wash water) to the inside of the washing tank 4 are performed.
The water level detection unit 17 detects the water level W (see FIGS. 3A and 3B) of the cleaning water stored in the cleaning tank 4. The water level detector 17 is provided in communication with the inside of the cleaning tank 4. For example, the water level detection unit 17 includes a water level detection tank 18, a float 19, and a water level switch 20. The water level detecting tank 18 is a tank having an opening at the top. The float 19 moves up and down according to the fluctuation of the water level in the water level detection tank 18. The water level switch 20 detects the water level when the float 19 has risen to a predetermined position.
A drain hole 21 for discharging the washing water used in the washing step or the like is formed in the bottom 4 a of the washing tank 4. The drain hole 21 communicates with a drain passage 23 provided with a drain valve 22. The opening and closing of the drain valve 22 drains and stops the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 4.
An overflow path 24 is provided in the water tank section 6, and drains the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 4 to the outside when the water level in the cleaning tank 4 becomes higher than a predetermined level. The overflow path 24 has, for example, an overflow hole 24 a in the upper part of the washing tank 4, and is connected to the drain path 23 on the downstream side of the drain valve 22.
The overflow path 24 is further provided with a check valve (not shown). The check valve is configured to open the overflow path 24 in the wash water discharge direction in the wash tank 4 and seal the overflow path 24 in the inflow direction. That is, in the washing step and the rinsing step, the check valve passes the washing water flowing out of the overflow hole 24a and discharges the washing water to the outside. On the other hand, during the dehydrating operation in the rinsing step and the dehydrating step, the outside air flows into the cleaning tank 4 when the air in the cleaning tank 4 is sucked by the suction pump 27 described later. It is configured to prevent
A suction port 25 is provided at the center (including substantially the center) of the bottom 4a of the cleaning tank 4. The suction port 25 is covered by the object to be cleaned 2 when the object to be cleaned 2 is set inside the cleaning tank 4. A dehydration path 26 is provided in communication with the suction port 25. Further, a suction pump 27 is provided in communication with the dehydration path 26. When the washing water is sucked from the article 2 to be washed by the suction pump 27, the air in the washing tank 4 is also sucked.
Therefore, outside air is introduced into the washing tank 4 from outside the washing tank 4 when the air in the washing tank 4 is sucked by the outside air introducing unit 28. The outside air introduction unit 28 may be provided with an opening above the cleaning water level stored in the cleaning tank 4. For example, in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the outside air introduction unit 28 is provided above the water level detection unit 17 communicating with the inside of the cleaning tank 4. 3A and 3B, the outside air introduction unit 28 is disposed above the cleaning tank 4. The outside air introduction unit 28 is provided with an air volume adjustment valve 29 which is an air volume adjustment unit capable of adjusting the volume of the introduced air. The air volume adjustment valve 29 has, for example, a narrow air path area in the flow path like a needle valve, and can adjust the air volume sucked by the suction pump 27. The outside air introduced into the washing tub 4 by the outside air introduction unit 28 may be directly introduced from outside the washing machine 1 or may be introduced via the internal space of the washing machine 1.
A gas-liquid separation unit 30 is provided in the dehydration path 26. The gas-liquid separation unit 30 separates the air in the cleaning tank 4 from the cleaning water sucked from the object to be cleaned 2 and stores the suctioned cleaning water. The gas-liquid separation unit 30 is formed of, for example, a pressure-resistant container, and includes a primary side ventilation port 33 and a secondary side ventilation port 31. The primary side ventilation port 33 communicates with the suction pump 27 through the suction path 32. The secondary side ventilation port 31 communicates with the dehydration path 26 upward. Further, a barrier 34 is provided between the primary side ventilation port 33 and the secondary side ventilation port 31. The barrier 34 is formed to protrude downward from the top surface of the gas-liquid separation unit 30. This prevents the washing water sucked into the gas-liquid separation unit 30 from the secondary vent 31 from entering the primary vent 33.
The dewatering drain 35 is provided at the bottom of the gas-liquid separation unit 30. The dewatering drainage port 35 communicates with a dewatering drainage path 37 having a dewatering drainage valve 36 that can be opened and closed.
The overflow detector 38 is provided at a predetermined height on the inner wall of the gas-liquid separator 30. Specifically, the height position at which the overflow detection unit 38 is provided is desirably within a range of か ら to / of the maximum water level that can be stored in the gas-liquid separation unit 30.
The overflow detecting unit 38 is composed of, for example, a pair of electrodes and the like. When the overflow detecting unit 38 detects that the washing water stored in the gas-liquid separating unit 30 has reached a predetermined amount, the dewatering drain valve 36 is opened. As a result, the washing water is drained to the outside of the washing machine 1 through the dewatering drainage channel 37.
Here, when bubbles are contained in the cleaning water, if the bubbles adhere to and remain on the barrier 34, they cause odor. In order to prevent the remaining of the bubbles, the overflow detector 38 is provided such that a certain space exists between the lower end of the barrier 34 and the cleaning water surface when the cleaning water is detected. That is, the overflow detector 38 detects a predetermined amount in consideration of the amount of bubbles contained in the cleaning water.
The control unit 39 is provided on a side surface inside the lid 5. An operation display unit 40 is provided on the upper surface of the control unit 39. The control unit 39 controls various components based on the input information to execute the washing operation.
Specifically, the control unit 39 stores information such as the level of the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 4 detected by the water level detecting unit 17 and the amount of the cleaning water in the gas-liquid separation unit 30 detected by the overflow detecting unit 38. Is entered.
Then, the control unit 39 controls the pressurizing pump 10, the on-off valve 11, the water supply valve 14, the drain valve 22, the suction pump 27, the air volume adjusting valve 29, the dewatering drain valve 36, and the like based on the input information. The washing operation is executed by controlling the washing step, the rinsing step and the dehydration step. As will be described later, in the present embodiment, the washing course includes at least one of a washing step, a rinsing step, and a dehydrating step.
Here, the pressing portion 8 is configured to be extendable with the lid 5 opened. Therefore, the pressing unit 8 is provided with an extension setting unit (not shown) for setting the extension operation of the pressing unit 8. The extension setting unit presses the pressing unit 8 by manual operation of the user in a state where the lid 5 is opened. As a result, the bellows-shaped expansion / contraction part 8d is in an extended state, and the pressing part 8 is extended. The extension setting unit is provided in the operation display unit 40 for performing various settings during the washing operation. The extension setting unit may be provided separately from the operation display unit 40.
The operation and operation of the washing machine 1 configured as described above will be described below.
First, the user inputs the setting contents such as the selection of the washing course and the time of each step from the operation display unit 40 provided at the front part of the upper surface of the lid 5. The control unit 39 executes the operations of the washing step, the rinsing step, and the dehydration step as a washing course based on the settings. At this time, the user can arbitrarily select a washing course, such as executing only the washing step. Note that the user may perform this setting operation after setting the article to be cleaned 2 described later.
After the user operates the handle 5a to unlock the lock device, the lid 5 is opened, and the shape of the article 2 to be washed is adjusted and set on the bottom 4a of the washing tank 4. The user may fold and set the object 2 depending on the size of the object 2 to be cleaned. When the setting of the object to be cleaned 2 is completed, the lid 5 is closed, and the locking device is locked, the cleaning tank 4 is sealed by the sealing portion 44 provided on the peripheral portion 43 of the film body 41. . Then, the control unit 39 starts driving according to the driving course set on the operation display unit 40.
When the lid 5 is closed, the film 41 is set on the bottom 4a of the cleaning tank 4 in a state where the pressing unit 8 is not pressurized while the film 41 passes through the opening 3 of the cleaning tank 4. The object to be cleaned 2 contacts. Then, as the lid 5 closes, the degree of contact with the object 2 to be cleaned increases, and the film 41 is deformed so as to be pushed back. At this time, since the film body 41 is provided with the deformation absorbing portion 45, the film body 41 is prevented from swelling outward and biting into the gap formed between the lid 5 and the opening 3. That is, by changing the shape of the deformation absorbing portion 45, the lid 5 can be closed securely without any difficulty.
First, an operation and an action of the washing machine 1 when only a washing step is set as a washing course will be described.
(4) The control unit 39 executes a washing step. The washing step includes a water supply operation and a washing operation. The control unit 39 first performs a water supply operation by opening the water supply valve 14. As a result, the tap water as the washing water and the detergent put in the detergent case 15 are supplied from the water supply path 16 into the inside of the washing tank 4. At this time, the cleaning water gradually penetrates into the object 2 to be washed and is contained between the fibers of the object 2 to be washed.
Then, the control unit 39 detects that the washing water has been supplied to the inside of the washing tank 4 to the predetermined water level by the water level switch 20 of the water level detecting unit 17, and closes the water supply valve 14.
(4) When the water supply operation is completed, the control unit 39 executes the washing operation. In the washing operation, the control unit 39 first closes the on-off valve 11a of the first pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7a and drives the pressurizing pump 10a for a predetermined time or until the pressing unit 8a reaches a predetermined pressure. Thereby, air is supplied to the inside of the pressing portion 8a, and the pressing portion 8a expands. As shown in FIG. 3A, the elastic portion 90 a extends, and the pressing portion 8 a extends toward the object 2 to be cleaned. As a result, the portion of the cleaning target 2 below the pressing portion 8a pressed by the pressing surface 80a via the film body 41 is compressed, and the thickness thereof is reduced.
(4) The cleaning water contained in the cleaning target 2 is pushed out of the cleaning target 2 as the cleaning target 2 is compressed by the expansion of the pressing portion 8a and changes in volume. As a result, a water flow is generated inside the object 2 to be cleaned, and the dirt adhering to the object 2 to be cleaned is separated away from the fibers by the water flow.
At this time, the control unit 39 opens the on-off valve 11b of the second pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7b, and makes the pressing unit 8b contractable. Therefore, the cleaning water contained in the cleaning target 2 moves from below the pressing portion 8a to below the pressing portion 8b in the cleaning target 2 in the direction indicated by the arrow A (see FIG. 3A). The cleaning water thus moved pushes the pressing surface 80b of the pressing portion 8b upward while expanding the object 2 to be cleaned below the pressing portion 8b. As a result, air is discharged from the open / closed valve 11b, and the pressing portion 8b contracts.
Next, the control unit 39 closes the on-off valve 11b of the second pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7b and drives the pressurizing pump 10b for a predetermined time or until the pressing unit 8b reaches a predetermined pressure. Thereby, air is supplied to the inside of the pressing portion 8b, and the pressing portion 8b expands.
As shown in FIG. 3B, when the expansion and contraction portion 90b extends and the pressing portion 8b extends toward the cleaning target 2, the cleaning target 2 below the pressing portion 8b moves through the pressing surface 80b via the film body 41. The part pressed by is compressed and the thickness is reduced.
(4) The cleaning water contained in the cleaning target 2 is pushed out from the cleaning target 2 as the cleaning target 2 is compressed and changes in volume due to the expansion of the pressing portion 8b. As a result, a water flow is generated inside the object 2 to be cleaned, and the dirt adhering to the object 2 to be cleaned is separated away from the fibers by the water flow.
At this time, the control unit 39 opens the on-off valve 11a of the first pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7a, and enables the pressing unit 8a to contract. Therefore, the cleaning water contained in the cleaning target 2 moves from below the pressing portion 8b to below the pressing portion 8a in the cleaning target 2 in the direction indicated by the arrow B (see FIG. 3B). The cleaning water thus moved pushes the pressing surface 80a of the pressing portion 8a upward while expanding the object 2 to be cleaned below the pressing portion 8a. As a result, air is discharged from the open / close valve 11a, and the pressing portion 8a contracts.
As described above, in the washing operation, the pressing portion 8a and the pressing portion 8b are expanded and contracted at different alternate timings (for example, pressurization for 1 second due to expansion of the pressing portion 8a and pressure reduction for 1 second due to contraction of the pressing portion 8b). By repeating the process for a predetermined period of time (for example, 10 minutes), it is possible to exert a push-washing effect on the article 2 to be cleaned. That is, it is possible to remove dirt by generating a multi-directional water flow inside the object 2 to be cleaned without applying mechanical force such as stirring or slap washing to the object 2 to be cleaned.
At this time, since the film body 41 is provided so as to include the pressing portions 8a and 8b, it is possible to prevent the cleaning target 2 from being caught between the two pressing portions 8a and 8b. Further, in the pressing portions 8a, 8b, since the bellows-like elastic portions 90a, 90b are covered with the film body 41, the elastic portions 90a, 90b do not come into contact with the cleaning water containing dirt in the cleaning tank 4, It can be kept clean. Further, water droplets or dirt adhering to the film body 41 can be easily wiped off by the user and can be kept clean.
As described above, the case where only the washing step is executed as the washing course has been described.
Next, a case where a washing course in which the washing step to the dehydrating step are executed consistently is set will be described. The control unit 39 executes a rinsing step and a dehydrating step described below, following the washing step described above.
In the rinsing step, for example, a spin rinsing operation is performed after the dehydration operation. Hereinafter, the dehydration operation in the rinsing step is referred to as an intermediate dehydration operation. As described later, a dehydration operation is also performed in the dehydration step. The dehydration operation in this dehydration step is called a final dehydration operation, and is distinguished from the intermediate dehydration operation in the rinsing step.
The rinsing step may be repeated a plurality of times. The intermediate dewatering operation may be performed during a plurality of repeated rinsing steps.
Intermediate dehydration operation includes drainage, compression, and suction. First, drainage is performed by the control unit 39. That is, the drain valve 22 is opened by the control unit 39, and the washing water inside the washing tank 4 is drained from the drain hole 21 to the outside of the washing machine 1 through the drain path 23.
When drainage is completed, compression is performed by the control unit 39. That is, the control unit 39 closes the on-off valves 11a and 11b and drives the pressurizing pumps 10a and 10b with the drain valve 22 opened. As a result, the cleaning target 2 is pressed and compressed by the expansion of the pressing portions 8a and 8b, and a part of the cleaning water contained in the cleaning target 2 is forcibly discharged.
When the compression is completed, suction is performed by the control unit 39. That is, the drain valve 22 is closed and the suction pump 27 is driven in a state where the object to be cleaned 2 is pressed by the control unit 39. Thereby, outside air is introduced into the inside of the washing tank 4 from the outside air introduction unit 28 via the air volume adjustment valve 29. The cleaning water and air in the cleaning tank 4 are sucked from the suction port 25 by the introduced outside air, and are conveyed to the gas-liquid separation unit 30 through the dehydration path 26. Further, the sucked air is discharged to the outside of the washing machine 1 by the suction pump 27. On the other hand, the washing water is stored in the gas-liquid separation unit 30. Thereby, dehydration of the article to be cleaned 2 proceeds.
In the rinsing step, the control section 39 performs a reservoir rinsing operation after the intermediate dehydration operation. First, the control unit 39 supplies water. The water supply valve 14 is opened by the control unit 39, and a predetermined amount of cleaning water is supplied into the cleaning tank 4. At this time, all the detergent in the detergent case 15 has been used in the above-described washing step. Therefore, the washing water during the pool rinsing operation is tap water.
Then, similarly to the washing operation, the pressurizing pumps 10a and 10b are driven, and the expansion and contraction of the pressing portions 8a and 8b are alternately repeated. As a result, the detergent concentration of the cleaning water inside the article to be cleaned 2 is diluted. Thus, the rinsing step ends.
The rinsing step is repeated a plurality of times (for example, twice). At this time, the same intermediate dehydration operation as described above is executed between the first rinsing step and the second rinsing step.
Next, after executing the above-described rinsing step, the control unit 39 executes a dehydration step.
In the dehydration step, a dehydration operation is performed. Hereinafter, the dehydration operation in the dehydration step is referred to as a final dehydration operation. Final dewatering operations include draining, compressing, and suctioning.
First, the control unit 39 drains the washing water used in the rinsing step. That is, the drain valve 22 is opened by the control unit 39, and the washing water inside the washing tank 4 is drained from the drain hole 21 to the outside of the washing machine 1 through the drain path 23. At this time, the outside air introduction part 28 is opened by the control part 39, and the inside of the washing tank 4 is communicated with the outside. As a result, the washing water is discharged smoothly. The control unit 39 opens the air volume adjusting valve 29, closes both the open / close valves 11a and 11b, and closes the dewatering / drainage valve 36.
(4) The control unit 39 performs compression after drainage is completed. That is, both the pressurizing pumps 10a and 10b are driven substantially simultaneously (including simultaneously) in a state where the drain valve 22 is opened and both the on-off valves 11a and 11b are closed by the control unit 39. As a result, air is supplied to the inside of the pressing portions 8a and 8b, and the to-be-cleaned object 2 is pressed and compressed by the expansion of the pressing portions 8a and 8b. Therefore, a part of the washing water contained in the article to be washed 2 is forcibly discharged and drained from the drain hole 21 to the outside of the washing machine 1 through the drain path 23. With such a configuration and operation of the pressing portion 8, the pressing surface 80 can be brought into close contact with the article 2 to be cleaned via the film body 41 and can be pressed uniformly. That is, the cleaning water contained in the object 2 can be forcibly pushed out.
(4) When the compression is completed, the control unit 39 performs suction. That is, after a predetermined time T1 (for example, one minute) from stopping the pressurizing pumps 10a and 10b by the control unit 39, the drain valve 22 is closed in a state where the cleaning target 2 is pressed, and the suction pump 27 is turned off. Driven. Thereby, the air and water inside the cleaning tank 4 are sucked into the gas-liquid separation unit 30. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the pressure in the cleaning tank 4 is reduced from the atmosphere, and the film body 41 presses the object 2 to be cleaned by a pressure difference. Outside air is introduced from the outside air introduction unit 28 into the cleaning tank 4, and the outside air enters the inside of the cleaning target 2 pressed through the film body 41. The pressure inside the cleaning tank 4 is maintained at a predetermined pressure by, for example, a constant-pressure release valve or the like, and the object to be cleaned 2 is maintained at a constant pressure.
(4) The outside air introduced into the inside of the washing tank 4 from the outside air introduction unit 28 pushes out the washing water remaining between the fibers of the article 2 to be washed. Then, the outside air is sucked together with the cleaning water and moves to the suction port 25. The cleaning water carried to the suction port 25 by the outside air tends to stay on the fiber due to surface tension. However, the washing water is separated from the fibers by the shearing force of the airflow, and is conveyed from the suction port 25 to the gas-liquid separation unit 30 through the dehydration path 26.
The air sucked together with the washing water enters the gas-liquid separator 30 through the secondary vent 31 and is discharged by the suction pump 27 from the primary vent 33 provided above the gas-liquid separator 30. Further, the washing water drops from the secondary-side ventilation port 31 due to gravity, and does not enter the primary-side ventilation port 33 by the barrier 34 provided between the primary-side ventilation port 33 and the secondary-side ventilation port 31. The water is stored in the gas-liquid separation unit 30.
Here, when the cleaning water and the air inside the cleaning tank 4 are sucked, they pass through the path having the least resistance. Therefore, when the dehydration operation proceeds, a short-circuit path not containing the cleaning water is formed in the article 2 to be cleaned, and the air flow may concentrate on the short-circuit path. As a result, the suction of the washing water does not proceed. However, in the present embodiment, since the object to be cleaned 2 is constantly and uniformly pressed at a constant pressure through the film body 41 by the pressing portions 8a and 8b, the occurrence of a short-circuit air path is suppressed. As a result, the suction and dehydration of the cleaning water proceeds without stagnation, together with the outside air introduced into the cleaning tank 4.
Thus, the pressing part 8 can be expanded by the suction pump 27. The film body 41 is provided with a deformation absorbing portion 45 above the inclined portion of the side wall portion 4b of the cleaning tank 4. Thereby, the deformation absorbing portion 45 changes its shape so as to expand and contract in the direction in which the pressing portion 8 moves forward and backward, and can follow the movement of the pressing portion 8 without difficulty. In addition, the surface of the film body 41 that is in contact with the object to be cleaned 2 is configured to be smooth. Therefore, the pressing surface 80 of the pressing portion 8 can be brought into close contact with the object 2 to be cleaned via the film body 41 and pressed uniformly. Thereby, outside air is introduced into the inside of the article to be cleaned 2 and a predetermined dehydration performance can be obtained.
While the dehydration step, the washing water may be accumulated in the gas-liquid separation unit 30 in an amount exceeding a set amount. The controller 39 stops driving the suction pump 27 when the overflow detector 38 detects this. Thereafter, the dewatering drain valve 36 is opened, and the washing water collected in the gas-liquid separation unit 30 is drained to the outside of the washing machine 1. Then, after the washing water is drained, the control unit 39 closes the dewatering drain valve 36 again and drives the suction pump 27. Thereby, the control unit 39 sucks the cleaning water together with the outside air introduced into the cleaning tank 4.
(4) After a predetermined time T2 (for example, 4 minutes) has elapsed from the suction, the control unit 39 opens the on-off valve 11. Further, the control unit 39 stops driving of the pressurizing pump 10 and the suction pump 27.
(4) Thereby, the air in the pressing portion 8 is discharged from the on-off valve 11, and the pressure in the cleaning tank 4 returns to the atmospheric pressure. Pressing of the object to be cleaned 2 by the pressing unit 8 is released, and the dehydration step ends.
When the dehydration step is completed by the above series of operations, the control unit 39 drains the washing water accumulated in the gas-liquid separation unit 30 through the dehydration drainage channel 37, and ends the washing course.
The above final dehydration operation is the same operation as the intermediate dehydration operation. Here, the intermediate dehydration operation includes an intermediate dehydration operation performed in a rinsing step and an intermediate dehydration operation performed between rinsing steps that are repeatedly performed a plurality of times. Note that the predetermined times T1 and T2 are set optimally also in each of the intermediate dehydrating operations.
(4) When the spin-drying step is completed, the lid 5 is opened by the user, and the object to be cleaned 2 is taken out of the cleaning tank 4. In addition, the cover 5 is configured to be able to be held in an open state when not being used when washing is not performed. In this state, the user operates the extension setting section to extend the pressing section 8 and hold the membrane body 41 in an extended state. Thereby, the film body 41 is brought into a stable state pressed by the pressing portion 8. The user can easily wipe off water droplets and dirt attached to the film body 41. Thereby, the film body 41 that applies a pressure to the article to be cleaned 2 can be kept clean.
Further, both the pressurizing pumps 10a and 10b are driven to supply air into the pressing portions 8a and 8b, and both the pressing portions 8a and 8b are extended. As a result, the film body 41 is expanded and the deformation absorbing section 45 is expanded, so that the film body 41 can be pushed out to a stable state. Thereby, the user can easily wipe off dirt and the like attached to the film body 41.
In the present embodiment, the pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7 includes a pressing unit 8 having flexibility, a pressurizing pump 10 for supplying air to the inside of the pressing unit 8 to expand, and an inside of the pressing unit 8. And an on-off valve 11 for discharging and contracting air. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, decompression for contracting the pressing portion 8 may be performed by a decompression pump (not shown) instead of the on-off valve 11. Further, the pressurizing pump 10 may be reversed and used as a pressure reducing pump.
In the present embodiment, the fluid supplied to the inside of the pressing portion 8 to expand the pressing portion 8 is air. However, the fluid is not limited to this, and may be another gas or liquid. In the case of gas, the surrounding air may be sucked in by a pressurizing pump or the like as in the present embodiment. On the other hand, in the case of a liquid, water, an aqueous solution, oil, or the like can be used. Further, it is desirable to have a storage section for storing the liquid. Since the liquid has a higher density than air and does not have a large elasticity like a gas, the pressing portion 8 can be reliably expanded.
As described above, the washing machine 1 according to the first embodiment includes the cleaning tank 4 that stores the object to be cleaned 2 and the cleaning water, the lid 5 that opens and closes the opening 3 of the cleaning tank 4, and the lid 5. A pressurizing unit 8 that is provided at the front and rear, a film body 41 that covers the pressurizing unit 8, a pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7 that moves the pressing unit 8 back and forth with respect to the cleaning target 2 stored in the cleaning tank 4, And a control unit 39 for controlling the pressure reducing unit 7. The film body 41 is made of a flexible material, and the film body 41 is deformed so as to follow the advance and retreat of the pressing unit 8 with respect to the object 2 to be cleaned. This is provided with a deformation absorbing portion 45.
With this configuration, the pressing portion 8 is covered with the film body 41, and the pressing portion 8 can be protected without the bellows-like elastic portion 8 d being exposed to the cleaning tank 4. Therefore, it is possible to keep the detergent component contained in the washing water or the dirt and the like washed off from the article 2 to be kept clean without adhering to the pressing portion 8. Further, the deformation absorbing portion 45 of the film body 41 responds to the movement of the pressing portion 8, and the film body 41 can naturally follow the advancing / retreating operation of the pressing portion 8, and apply a pressing force to the object 2 to be cleaned. In addition, the resistance when the film body 41 follows the movement of the pressing portion 8 can be reduced, and the load on the pressurizing / depressurizing portion 7 that performs the expanding / contracting operation of the pressing portion 8 can be reduced.
The pressing portion 8 is provided so as to be extendable with the lid 5 opened, and in the film body 41, the deformation absorbing portion 45 is deformed as the pressing portion 8 expands.
With this configuration, when not being used for washing without washing, the pressing portion 8 can be extended with the lid 5 opened. Further, the film body 41 is urged by the extension of the pressing portion 8 to extend. This allows the user to easily wipe off water droplets or dirt attached to the film body 41 with the deformation absorbing portion 45 in an extended state.
Further, the film body 41 is formed in a bag shape having an opening, and the film body 41 is covered with the pressing portion 8 so that the bottom portion 42 faces the pressing surface 80 of the pressing portion 8. It has a peripheral part 43 held by the lid part 5b facing the peripheral part of the opening part 3, and the deformation absorbing part 45 is located between the bottom part 42 and the peripheral part 43 of the film body 41, and surrounds the pressing part 8 around. It is annularly configured to surround it.
According to this configuration, the film body 41 can follow the advancing and retreating operation of the pressing unit 8 without difficulty, and apply a pressing force to the object 2 to be cleaned. Further, the resistance when the film body 41 follows the movement of the pressing portion 8 can be reduced. As a result, the load applied to the pressurizing and depressurizing unit 7 can be reduced. Further, since the deformation absorbing portion 45 is provided inside the peripheral portion 43 of the film body 41, the resistance at the time of deformation can be further reduced.
Further, the cleaning tank 4 has a side wall 4b provided continuously with the periphery of the bottom 4a of the cleaning tank 4 and is provided so as to be inclined toward the opening 3 and the deformation absorbing section 45 is provided on the upper side of the side wall 4b. Is provided at a position opposed to. With this configuration, the film body 41 can be brought into contact with a wide range of the cleaning target 2 accommodated in the bottom 4 a of the cleaning tank 4. Therefore, the object to be cleaned 2 can be pressed evenly.
{Circle around (4)} The film body 41 is hermetically and water-tightly sealed at the peripheral edge 43 with the cleaning tank 4. With this configuration, the opening 3 of the cleaning tank 4 and the lid 5 provided with the pressing portion 8 and the film body 41 can be securely sealed and connected, and the configuration can be simplified.
Furthermore, the film body 41 has a plurality of pressing portions 8, and the film body 41 includes the plurality of pressing portions 8. With this configuration, when not being used for washing, the film body 41 is supported by the plurality of pressing portions 8 and is in a stable state. Thereby, the user can easily wipe off dirt and the like attached to the film body 41. Further, the cleaning target 2 can be prevented from being caught between the pressing portions 8 that expand and contract alternately.
The control unit 39 further includes a suction pump 27 that suctions the cleaning water from the object 2 and an outside air introduction unit 28 that introduces outside air into the cleaning tank 4. The washing step (washing operation) in which the object to be washed 2 is contracted and expanded to perform the washing by pressing and releasing the pressing, and the dehydrating step in which the washing water and the introduced outside air are sucked by the suction pump 27 to perform dehydration. Dehydration operation).
With this configuration, in the washing step, the washing target 2 is pressed and washed by pressing the washing target 2 against the washing target 2 which is not suitable for washing or squeezing by applying mechanical force to the washing target 2. In the dehydration step, suction dehydration can be performed by suctioning the cleaning water from the object to be cleaned 2. Thereby, at least one of washing and dehydration can be effectively performed without damaging the article 2 to be washed.
That is, in the washing step and the rinsing step, the object to be cleaned 2 is contracted and expanded by the pressing and release of the object to be cleaned 2 by the pressing portion 8, so that the object to be cleaned 2 is stirred without being stirred. A multi-directional water flow can be generated inside. Thereby, it is possible to effectively clean the object 2 to be washed by suppressing the damage to the cloth and the shape of the object 2 that is not suitable for washing by applying a mechanical force to the object 2 to be washed.
In the dewatering step, the plurality of pressing portions 8 are simultaneously expanded to press the object 2 to be cleaned. Furthermore, by sucking the cleaning water and the introduced outside air by the suction pump 27, the cloth to be washed or the shape of the to-be-cleaned object 2 which is unsuitable for applying mechanical force to the to-be-cleaned object 2 and being squeezed is suppressed. Dehydration can be performed well.
