请参阅图1、1A、2、3A、3B、3C及图3D所示,由图中可知,主要包含有一外罩1、一基座2、一定位片3、一顶持件4、一弹性体5、一释放件6、一控制件7及一控制件固定结构8。
该外罩1顶面具有一插座面板11及一外框面12,而该插座面板11与该外框面12之间具有一环状凹槽13,且该插座面板11上具有火线插孔111、地线插孔112及中性线插孔113。
该外罩1的插座面板11内壁面处延伸有一容置槽14,该容置槽14具有二相对应的长边壁面141及短边壁面142,该长边壁面141分别由火线插孔111及地线插孔112的一侧边缘向下延伸并相互对应而成,使该容置槽14位于火线插孔111及地线插孔112之间,而该中性线插孔113与该容置槽14相连通,该容置槽14的长度及宽度皆大于中性线插孔113,并于远离该中性线插孔113的长边壁面141底部边缘各延伸有一相对应的一第一倾斜块151,而靠近中性线插孔的113的另一侧长边壁面 141则延伸有一相对应的第二倾斜块152,该第一倾斜块151自插座面板11向下延伸的长度小于第二倾斜块152,而并于靠近中性线插孔113的短边壁面142延伸有一挡块17,该挡块17远离插座面板11的端面为一斜面171,且该挡块17位于两个第二倾斜块152之间,并于该容置槽14中设置有供该释放件6一端顶持容置的一定位空间16,该定位空间16位于火线插孔111及地线插孔112之间。
该定位片3为一金属材料制作而成,其上设置有一开口31,该开口31为偏心设置;将该定位片3容置于外罩1内的容置槽14中,使该定位片3的两端缘分别贴抵于第一倾斜块151及第二倾斜块152的表面,由于该第一倾斜块151的长度小于第二倾斜块152,使该定位片3倾斜设置,而形成一高端缘32及一低端缘33,该开口31靠近该低端缘33;该高端缘32远离中性线插孔113,而低端缘33接近中性线插孔113,且该低端缘33的边缘会与挡块17的斜面171相接触,而该定位片3的开口31与插座面板11的中性线插孔113相对应,且该定位片3定位于该容置槽14中,所以藉由该容置槽14的二长边壁面141,使该定位片3会与火线插孔111及地线插孔112相区隔。
该释放件6的另一端抵持于该定位片3接近高端缘32的表面,于本实施例中,该释放件6可为一弹簧,于常态时(该定位片3为倾斜状态时),该释放件6保持在弹力封存状态;另外,该释放件6不局限于弹簧,举凡弹片或其他弹性体皆可。
该基座2与该外罩1结合,该基座2包含有一基底平台21、一火线电源插口22、一地线电源插口23及一中性线电源插口24,该火线电源插口22、该地线电源插口23及该中性线电源插口24分别对应插座面板11的火线插孔111、地线插孔112及中性线插孔113,并于火线电源插口22及地线电源插口23之间设置有一结合空间25,该结合空间25与基底平台21连通。
该顶持件4底端具有一定位空间42,该定位空间42内结合有该弹性体5,该弹性体5的另一端于常态时(弹力释放状态),延伸出顶持件4的底端,并于该顶持件4接近底端的一侧设置有朝上的一斜面41;将该顶持件4结合于基座2的结合空间25中,使弹性体5的另一端抵持于该基座2的基底平台21,而该顶持件4的顶端43会抵靠于定位片3的高端缘32,使定位片3定位于该容置槽14中,并稳定保持倾斜状态;于本实施例中,该顶持件4的顶端可设置成斜面状,以将定位片3更稳定保持在高低倾斜状态。
另外,该弹性体5的弹力大于释放件6,于常态时(该定位片3为倾斜置放时),该第一弹性体5为非压缩状态(弹性释放状态),由于该释放件6弹力小于该第一弹性体5,所以该释放件6还是会保持在压缩状态。
另外,上述该弹性体5亦可以为弹簧或弹片或其他弹性元件皆可。
该控制件固定结构8具有一立片81,该立片81上方具有一控制台82,该控制 台82上设置有一推钮移动槽83;该立片81与基座2固定连结,使控制件固定结构8定位于基座一侧,导致控制台82位于外罩1的外框面12的其中一侧,该推钮移动槽83一端为锁定位置831,另一端为释放位置832;另外,该控制件固定结构8亦可与基座一体射出成形,于此并不加以局限。
该控制件7顶端为一推钮71,该推钮71表面具有防滑花纹711,而控制件7底端一侧设置有一滑块72,该滑块72底面具有一朝下的倾斜面721,该倾斜面721与顶持件4底面的斜面41反向设置;将该控制件7结合于控制件固定结构8上,使推钮71位于推钮移动槽83中,而该滑块倾斜面721会与顶持件4的底端斜面41相贴合,因此,当推钮71水平移动时,该推钮71底端的倾斜面721会在顶持件4底端的斜面41上移动,由于两个斜面为反向设置,所以该顶持件4会受到推钮71移动及倾斜面721的导引而向下移动一行程,因此,该推钮71与顶持件4的运动方向不同。
如图4A、图4B所示,将该推钮71位于锁定位置831,当一电源插头9***该外罩1的插座面板11上的该火线插孔111、该地线插孔112及该中性线插孔113后(由于该电源插头9的断面为一ㄇ字型的插头,故该电源插头9外侧会***该环状凹槽13内),该电源插头9上的该火线电源插片(图中未标示)、该地线电源插片92及该中性线电源插片91则能分别***该火线电源插口22、该地线电源插口23及该中性线电源插口24中,以进行交流电源导引,且由于该定位片3受到容置槽14的长边壁面141区隔,使电源插头9的火线电源插片及地线电源插片不会与定位片3接触,避免短路的危险情事发生,由于该中性线电源插片113***时,该***力量大于弹性体5的力量,使顶持件4受力下压,导致释放件6将定位片3的高端缘32向下推移,使定位片3呈现水平位置,让中性线电源插片91可经由定位片3开口31***中性线电源插口24中,***完毕后,再藉由弹性体5的弹力将顶持件4带动定位片3的高端缘32上移,使定位片3再次呈现倾斜状态,此时,该电源插头9的中性线电源插片91因尺寸小于该定位片3的开口31,因此,会同时***该定位片3的开口31中,虽然该开口31大于中性线电源插片91,但由于该定位片3为倾斜设置,所以开口31的两端会分别咬合于中性线电源插片91的两端,且该定位片3的低端缘33与挡块斜面171相接触,因此,当该电源插头9要拔出插座面板11外时,由于该定位片3的低端缘33的边缘会受到挡块斜面171的阻挡,而稳定保持在倾斜状态,进而稳固将中性线电源插片91稳固卡掣,使该电源插头9无法拔出插座面板11外。
当电源插头9要释放时,如图5A、5B所示,将控制件7的推钮71由锁定位置831水平推移至释放位置832,该推钮71在水平移动过程中,其底面的倾斜面721会在顶持件4的斜面41上移动,进而将顶持件4向下推移,使弹性体5因压缩而产生弹力,此时,该定位片3的开口31两端仍然卡掣于中性线电源插片91上,而由于顶 持件4的下移,使定位件3的高端缘32具有向下移动的空间,致使该释放件6由压缩状态转换成弹力释放状态,而将该定位片的高端缘32向下推移,由于该定位片3的低端缘33与该挡块17的斜面171相接触,且该定位片3的高端缘32及低端缘33并非固定,因此,当高端缘32下移时,该低端缘33的边缘受到挡块17斜面171的导引,而略为偏移,使该定位片3形成水平状态,让电源插座9可顺利拔除。
本发明所提供的插座结构,与其他习用技术相互比较时,其优点如下:
1.本发明于一插头***后,则能够抵持住该插头以避免脱出与脱落,如此则能够克服因插头脱落所导致断电及不慎触电的危险情形发生。
2.本发明透过推钮水平移动,进而控制顶持件向下移动,使释放件可将定位片下推置水平状态,因此,由于推钮与顶持件的运动方向不同,使得使用者只要单手即可操作,即单手将推钮水平推移后,再用同一只手将电源插头拔出,如此,即可以解决习知产品需要一手压住按钮,一手拔出电源插座的缺失,因此,本发明在操作上较习知产品更为便利。
3.本发明的顶持件底端斜面受到控制件底端倾斜面的压抵,因此,稳定将定位片维持在高低倾斜状态,让定位片稳定将电源插头的中性线电源插片卡掣,使推钮在所定状态时,该电源插头无法拔出该插座面板外。
本发明已透过上述的实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此一技术领域具有通常知识者,在了解本发明前述的技术特征及实施例,并在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,因此本发明的专利保护范围须视本说明书所附的权利要求所界定者为准。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种插座结构,其特征在于包含:
    一外罩,具有一插座面板及一外框面的壳体,而该插座面板与该外框面之间具有一环状凹槽,且该插座面板上具有一火线插孔、一地线插孔及一中性线插孔;
    一定位片,该定位片以高低倾斜设置在该外罩中,使两端分别形成一高端缘及一低端缘,该定位片在倾斜状态时,将一电源插头的一中性线电源插片卡掣,而在水平状态时,该中性线电源插片可自该定位片中被释放;
    一释放件,该释放件一端抵持于插座面板内壁面,另一端抵持于该定位片的高端缘表面,呈现弹力封存的状态;
    一基座,该基座包含有一火线电源插口、一地线电源插口及一中性线电源插口;将该基座与该外罩结合,使该火线电源插口、该地线电源插口及该中性线电源插口分别与该插座面板的该火线插孔、该地线插孔及该中性线插孔相对应,并于该基座上设置有一结合空间;
    一顶持件,该顶持件接近底端的一侧设置有一朝上的斜面,并于底端结合有一弹性体;将该顶持件结合于该基座的结合空间中,使该弹性体的另一端抵持于该基座上,而该顶持件的顶端会抵靠于该定位片的高端缘,使该定位片受到该顶持件的顶持而呈现高低倾斜状态;另外,该弹性体的弹力大于释放件;
    一控制件固定结构,该控制件固定结构具有一立片,该立片上方具有一控制台,该控制台上设置有一推钮移动槽;该立片与该基座固定连结,使该控制件固定结构定位于该基座一侧,导致该控制台位于该外罩的外框面的其中一侧,该推钮移动槽一端锁定位置,另一端为释放位置;
    一控制件,该控制件顶端为一推钮,而底端一侧设置有一滑块,该滑块底面具有一朝下的倾斜面,该倾斜面与顶持件底面的斜面反向设置;将该控制件结合于该控制件固定结构上,使该推钮位于该推钮移动槽中,而该滑块倾斜面会与该顶持件底端斜面相贴合,因此,当推钮水平移动时,该推钮底端的倾斜面会在该顶持件底端的斜面上移动,由于两个斜面为反向设置,所以该顶持件会受到该推钮移动及倾斜面的导引而向下移动一行程。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的插座结构,其特征在于,该插座面板内壁面处延伸有一容置槽,该容置槽与中性线插孔相连通,该容置槽的长度及宽度皆大于中性线插孔,并于远离该中性线插孔的长边壁面底部边缘各延伸有一相对应的一第一倾斜块,而靠近中性线插孔的的另一侧长边壁面则延伸有一相对应的第二倾斜块,该第一倾斜块自插座面板向下延伸的长度小于第二倾斜块;该容置槽供该定位片容置,藉由该第一倾斜块及该第二倾斜块的设置,使该定位片呈现高低倾斜设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的插座结构,其特征在于,该靠近中性线插孔的短边壁面延伸有一挡块,该挡块远离插座面板的端面为一斜面,且该挡块位于两个第一倾斜块之间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的插座结构,其特征在于,该定位片为一金属材料制作而成,其上设置有一开口,该开口为偏心设置,且该开口与中性线插孔相对应。
  5. 如权利要求所述的插座结构,其特征在于,该释放件为弹簧或弹片或橡胶弹性体或塑胶弹性体。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的插座结构,其特征在于,该基座包含有一基底平台,该基底平台与该结合空间相连通,使弹性体的一端抵持于该基底平台。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的插座结构,其特征在于,该弹性体为弹簧、弹片或橡胶弹性体或塑胶弹性体。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的插座结构,其特征在于,该控制件固定结构与基座一体成形制作而成。
