一种西瓜切刀,包括手柄(1)和切刀(4),手柄前端连接有收纳装置(2),收纳装置的前端设置有切口(3),该切刀包括若干张刀片(42),若干张刀片呈发散状可转动地安装在切口中,切刀的刀片设置成在果肉进入切口时能由果肉推动其中一张刀片带动切刀转动、并在切刀转动时另一张刀片能够切断果肉。该西瓜切刀结构简单,操作方便,能够快速方便地对果肉进行切块,节省使用者的时间,只需抓握手柄,操作收纳装置的切口朝果肉推进,即可利用果肉推动切刀转动进而自动将果肉切断形成块状。

一种西瓜切刀 技术领域
本发明涉及一种西瓜切刀。
背景技术
人们在切西瓜、哈密瓜等体积比较大的水果时经常需要用到切刀,目前,人们在食用西瓜或哈密瓜时,一般用普通切刀将西瓜或哈密瓜在横向和纵向将西瓜切成四块,然后对这四块西瓜进行横切或纵切以切成更小的块状方便食用,但在做水果果盘时,往往需要更加细小的块状果肉,传统的切刀在将西瓜果肉或哈密瓜果肉切成细小的块状时需要操作切刀进行切的动作很多次才能完成,比较费时费力,特别在一些餐厅中,对每块果肉的大小也有比较严格的要求,更加费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述存在的问题,旨在提供一种能够快速将西瓜、哈密瓜等体积比较大的水果果肉切成细小块状,并且形状大小基本一致的西瓜切刀。
本发明是一种西瓜切刀,包括手柄和切刀,所述手柄前端连接有收纳装置,所述收纳装置的前端设置有切口,所述切刀包括若干张刀片,所述若干张刀片呈发散状可转动地安装在切口中,所述切刀的刀片设置成在果肉进入切口时能由果肉推动其中一张刀片带动切刀转动、并在所述切刀转动时另一张刀片能够切断果肉。
上述技术方案中,抓握手柄操作收纳装置的切口朝果肉推进时,利用果肉推动切刀转动进而将果肉切断,省时省力,块状果肉的成型速度快,而且成型的果肉块还可以在收纳装置中收纳,直到果肉块收纳满后再倒出,保持果肉的干净卫生。
优选地,所述切口安装有转轴,所述切刀还包括轴套,所述若干张刀片以轴套的轴线为中心呈发散状设置在轴套上,所述轴套套设在所述转轴上,所述切刀通过穿过轴套的转轴转动安装在切口中。
优选地,所述收纳装置包括底板和分别设置于底板两侧的左、右侧板,所述底板和左、右侧板能够共同围成容进入切口的果肉滑动的收纳槽,所述底片的前端面和左、右侧板的前端面能够共同围成切口。在该技术方案中的收纳装置的结构简单,比较实用,制造成本也相对较低,产品普及相对容易。
优选地,所述左侧板和右侧板前端的上侧面分别延伸有左安装臂和右安装臂,所述左安装臂和右安装臂的前端面分别与左侧板和右侧板的前端面平齐,所述切刀设置于左安装臂和右安装臂之间。在该技术方案中,安装臂由侧板延伸形成,能够保证安装臂的内表面与侧板的内表面平齐,减少进入切口的果肉的阻力,及保持果肉的完整性。
优选地,所述底板上设置有透气通孔。该技术方案中,透气通孔可以减少西瓜果肉与底板的粘性,方便果肉倒出。
优选地,所述刀片具有第一主表面和第二主表面,所述第一主表面和第二主表面均向同一侧弯曲成弧面,所述弧面的凹面设置成在所述切刀转动切果肉时朝向切口。该技术方案中的刀片设置,能更好地将西瓜果肉切断并尽量降低西瓜果肉的变形幅度,减少西瓜果肉汁液的流失。
本发明的优点在于,结构简单,操作方便,能够快速方便地对果肉进行切块,节省使用者的时间,只需抓握手柄操作收纳装置的切口朝果肉推进,即可利用果肉推动切刀转动进而自动将果肉切断形成块状。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明是一种西瓜切刀,包括手柄1和切刀4,所述手柄1前端连接有收纳装置2,所述收纳装置2的前端设置有切口3,所述收纳装置2包括底板21和分别设置于底板21两侧的左、右侧板22、23,所述底板21和左、右侧板22、23能够共同围成容进入切口3的果肉滑动的收纳槽,所述底片21的前端面和左、右侧板22、23的前端面能够共同围成切口3,其中手柄外壳与收纳装置2由不锈钢片经冲压一体成型,在手柄外壳内填充塑料材料形成手柄1。
如图1和图2所示,作为进一步改进,所述左侧板22和右侧板23前端的上侧面分别延伸有左安装臂221和右安装臂231,所述左安装臂221和右安装臂231的前端面分别与左侧板22和右侧板23的前端面平齐,所述切刀4设置于左安装臂221和右安装臂231之间,安装臂由侧板延伸形成,能够保证安装臂的内表面与侧板的内表面平齐,减少进入切口3的果肉的阻力,及保持果肉的完整性。
作为进一步改进,所述底板21上设置有透气通孔211以减少果肉与底板21的粘性,方便果肉倒出。
如图1所示,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述切刀4包括轴套41和若干张刀片42,所述若干张刀片42以轴套41的轴线为中心呈发散状设置在轴套41上,在本实施例中,刀片42的数量为六张,六张刀片42与轴套41组成风车形状,所述切刀4通过穿过轴套41的转轴5转动安装在切口3中,当果肉进入切口3时,果肉会推动其中一张刀片42带动切刀4逆时针转动,在切刀4转动过程中,与被推动刀片42相邻的另一张刀片42随着切刀4转动会将果肉切断并推动果肉进入收纳槽中,在切口3向果肉推进过程中,果肉推动刀片42驱动切刀4转动、切刀4的刀片42将果肉切断并将果肉推进收纳槽这过程会自动连续进行直至切口3停止向果肉推进。
如图1和图2所示,作为进一步改进,所述刀片42具有第一主表面和第二主表面,所述第一主表面和第二主表面均向同一侧弯曲成弧面,所述弧面的凹面设置成在所述切刀4转动切果肉时朝向切口3,这种刀片42结构能更好地将西瓜或哈密瓜等果肉切断并尽量降低果肉的变形幅度,减少果肉汁液的流失。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种西瓜切刀,包括手柄和切刀,其特征在于,所述手柄前端连接有收纳装置,所述收纳装置的前端设置有切口,所述切刀包括若干张刀片,所述若干张刀片呈发散状可转动地安装在切口中,所述切刀的刀片设置成在果肉进入切口时能由果肉推动其中一张刀片带动切刀转动、并在所述切刀转动时另一张刀片能够切断果肉。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的西瓜切刀,其特征在于,所述切口安装有转轴,所述切刀还包括轴套,所述若干张刀片以轴套的轴线为中心呈发散状设置在轴套上,所述轴套套设在所述转轴上,所述切刀通过穿过轴套的转轴转动安装在切口中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的西瓜切刀,其特征在于,所述收纳装置包括底板和分别设置于底板两侧的左、右侧板,所述底板和左、右侧板能够共同围成容进入切口的果肉滑动的收纳槽,所述底板的前端面和左、右侧板的前端面能够共同围成切口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的西瓜切刀,其特征在于,所述左侧板和右侧板前端的上侧面分别延伸有左安装臂和右安装臂,所述左安装臂和右安装臂的前端面分别与左侧板和右侧板的前端面平齐,所述切刀设置于左安装臂和右安装臂之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的西瓜切刀,其特征在于,所述底板上设置有透气通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的西瓜切刀,其特征在于,所述刀片具有第一主表面和第二主表面,所述第一主表面和第二主表面均向同一侧弯曲成弧面,所述弧面的凹面设置成在所述切刀转动切果肉时朝向切口。
