在所述步骤430中,用户在下单时便确定了暂存钥匙或不暂存钥匙以及代购食材或不代购食材,若用户选择了暂存钥匙,那么用户可前往智能柜,并输入开门指令(如输入暂存码),打开柜门以将钥匙存放于智能柜中。在一实施例中,在下单成功时,后台服务器可为用户预约一个格口,用于存放钥匙,并将预约码发给用户,这样用户可输入预约码打开格口存放钥匙,所述预约码可以是数字码,也可以是二维码或条形码等等。当预约码为二维码或条形码时,则需要用户将相应的预约码对准扫描区进行扫描,若预约码为数字码,则需要厨师输入相应的数字码进行验证。
在所述步骤440中,厨师在接单成功时,后台服务器可发送一验证码给厨师,厨师可登录智能柜,并输入验证码进行验证,这样在验证成功后,即可打开柜门,取出食材和钥匙,所述的验证码可以是二维码或条形码,也可以是数字码。当验证码为二维码或条形码时,则需要厨师将相应的验证码对准扫描区进行扫描,若验证码为数字码,则需要厨师输入相应的数字码进行验证。在一 实施例中,取出食材和钥匙可使用同一个验证码,也可以使用不同验证码。采用同一验证码,以减少输入操作的步骤。
在登录智能柜时,可进行人脸识别验证,验证成功也可打开柜门,即此过程无需验证码。验证过程中,将脸部对准摄像头进行人脸识别,比对成功则柜门打开;比对失败语音提示请进行人脸识别。人脸识别登录后,厨师可选择取食材以及钥匙,点击弹出取食材钥匙列表,点击取出。如果该单取完钥匙还有食材,则自动弹出提示请取食材,确定后取出食材。
在厨师取出食材后,智能柜可上传所取出的食材的明细信息至后台服务器,后台服务器可及时将这些明细信息反馈给用户,以便用户第一时间获取这些信息。
在一实施例中,当厨师从智能柜获取到钥匙或者当面接收到钥匙,以及准备好食材后,即可提供厨师到家的服务,即在用户家中准备饭菜。在服务结束后,若厨师是从智能柜中取出钥匙,则可以将钥匙重新存放(即归还)至智能柜中,并由***发送取钥匙码。在一实施例中,若用户提前到家,厨师也可直接将钥匙交还给用户,并由用户签收。
当钥匙存放在智能柜中后,用户可前往智能柜,点击取件,扫码取钥匙。如果正好此用户在柜机有快件待取,则扫码后跳转到取件列表,取件列表中一列对应取钥匙。
在一实施例中,在所述步骤410之前还包括:后台服务器接收厨师终端发送的身份信息,预先对厨师进行身份验证;验证通过后,厨师终端获取厨师的服务信息,并将服务信息上传至后台服务器。
在一实施例中,厨师可在厨师终端输入身份信息,并由后台服务器进行验证。在一实施例中,身份信息包括手机号码、姓名、身份证号码和照片等信息。在一实施例中,厨师还可缴纳一定的保证金。
后台服务器可对厨师进行审核验证,并确定验证通过还是驳回,当验证通过时可确认厨师的服务范围。
仅验证通过(即认证通过)的厨师可以接单,验证不通过的厨师可以再次提交认证直至通过为止。运营人员可以根据规则要求惩罚和停用厨师账号。
在一实施例中,厨师还可提交自身可提供的服务名称、服务简介、价格、是否支持食材配送等信息,并可上传相应图片。且厨师也可提交自身可服务的排期以及日常休假等时间。在一实施例中,后台服务器还可设置高峰时段加价 上限,因为在高峰时段,厨师需求较多,但厨师资源有限,所以可在高峰时段进行加价,但加价需要设置上限,加价上限可由后台服务器提前设置好。
在所述步骤450中,当接收到厨师的服务结束指令时,后台服务器向用户发送就餐通知。即厨师结束后,向后台服务器发送服务结束指令,后台服务器接收到服务结束指令后,再向用户发送就餐通知,以便用户及时就餐。
在一实施例中,在所述步骤450之前还包括:步骤4510、智能柜接收到厨师输入的开门指令(如验证码),打开柜门以将钥匙存入智能柜。在步骤450之后,还包括:步骤4520、智能柜接收到用户输入的开门指令(如寄存码),打开柜门以取出智能柜中的钥匙。
上述步骤中,厨师在服务结束后,需要重新将钥匙存放于智能柜。在一实施例中,厨师可根据原有的验证码打开智能柜,存入钥匙。用户在接收到就餐通知后,可前往智能柜,取出厨师归还的钥匙。在一实施例中,用户可根据用户原有的预约码打开智能柜。即分配给厨师的验证码和分配给用户的预约码均可使用两次,用户的预约码用来先存放钥匙和后取出钥匙,厨师的验证码用来先取出钥匙和后存放钥匙。
在一实施例中,所述步骤450之后还包括:步骤460、用户终端接收确认服务结束指令,并显示服务评价或服务打赏界面。
服务结束后,用户在确认页面点击确认服务结束,以便结束整个服务流程。在一实施例中,若用户不选择确认服务结束,则在一段时间后自动确认服务结束,例如在7天后自动确认服务结束。在一实施例中,用户还可对厨师的服务进行评价,例如打分和评论,用户还可对厨师进行打赏。在一实施例中,用户若对服务不满意,也可进行售后维权。
厨师可处理用户的售后退款维权订单,可选择回复或拒绝。拒绝后平台会进行仲裁处理。在一实施例中,厨师也可回复服务评价。
服务完成后,平台结算给厨师,厨师可在手机app钱包里查看收支记录并提现。
当用户发起维权,而厨师拒绝退款后,用户可发起客服介入,由客服进行仲裁,决定是否退款。另外,后台还可查看评价,处理商家举报的恶意评价,可根据屏蔽规则屏蔽评价。在一实施例中,可建立会员制度,查询会员基础信息及服务次数,并对会员打标签,例如该会员喜好的菜式类型等等,以便后续厨师更有针对性的服务。在一实施例中,后台可设置结算时间、方式及佣金比 例,查看结算单。
本实施例利用智能柜寄存钥匙,解决用户即使不在家,也可享受厨师到家的服务,厨师到家服务完成可将钥匙归还智能柜,平台还可提供保险,对于用户家庭财产安全提供双重保险;若用户选择厨师代购食材,平台可锁定派送入保鲜柜的食材,食材库存不足时可及时补货;平台统一代购和派送食材保证了用户对食材安全性的担忧,食材派送入保鲜柜或放入冰袋时效内配送两种方式灵活保证食材供应。
本实施例中,用户如果不在家也能享受厨师到家服务,满足用户上班时下单,下班后即可吃到热乎乎的饭菜的需求。如果是家宴邀请,也可以有更多的时间陪伴亲朋好友,不用全程在场。本实施例中,可由平台统一配送食材,对于选择供应商及处理食材问题提供了有效保障,并且也节约厨师前往菜市场选购的时间,可以专注于做菜。而保鲜柜的存储方式保证了食材新鲜和安全。
图5为另一实施例提供的一种上门服务的实现方法的流程图。如图5所示,本实施例提供的上门保洁服务的实现方法包括如下步骤。
步骤510、用户终端响应用户输入存放钥匙和/或购买保洁用品的指令,得到相应的保洁预约信息,并将所述保洁预约信息发送至后台服务器。
步骤520、后台服务器根据所述保洁预约信息生成相应的保洁预约订单,将所述保洁预约订单分配给保洁员终端。
步骤530、智能柜接收服务者输入的取件码并打开所述取件码对应的柜门,以使保洁员从智能柜中取出相应的钥匙和/或取出相应的保洁用品。
本实施例中,保洁终端可以理解为服务终端,保洁预约信息可以理解为订单信息,保洁预约订单可以理解为订单。
通过本公开提供的方法,解决了存放钥匙不安全、保洁用品质量不过关的问题。这样,用户不再需要全程陪同保洁员打扫,节约了大量的时间,即使用户不在家,也能享受上门保洁服务;通过购买保洁用品,可以保证保洁用品的安全,且为保洁员提供了方便。
在一实施例中,在所述步骤510之前还包括:步骤550、智能柜监听用户获取预约上门保洁服务的指令,并显示相应的预约二维码。
所述智能柜为普通的快递柜。本实施例提供的技术方案可在已有存量的快递柜上实现。当用户收快递或取快递时,可点击快递柜交互模块(显示屏)中的“上门保洁”按键(虚拟按键)进行预约上门保洁服务。
在一实施例中,当用户点击所述“上门保洁”按键后,快递柜的显示屏将显示相应的预约二维码。用户可通过微信、支付宝或者相应APP扫描所述预约二维码,并在扫描预约二维码后获取预约二维码包含的入口信息,入口信息将在后续步骤说明。
在一实施例中,还可通过扫描其他用户分享的预约二维码获取所述入口信息等等。
在一实施例中,用户可预先在用户终端安装上门保洁APP(实现本发明的软件)或微信小程序、微信公众号,通过上门保洁APP直接预约上门保洁服务。这样,能够节约时间、提高效率。
在一实施例中,在所述步骤550之前还包括后台服务器配置保洁员服务信息。
所述配置保洁员服务信息为后台服务器为保洁员配置服务范围、保洁价格和保洁档期等等。
在一实施例中,配置步骤如下:保洁员先通过保洁员终端(即保洁员自身的用户终端)上传自身的身份信息,所述身份信息为姓名、身份证号码、联系电话和照片中的至少一种。例如,保洁员A通过保洁员终端上传的身份信息包括:姓名为:A,身份证号码为:XXXX123456BBBB,联系电话为:179xxxx5234。
然后,向后台服务器申请上门保洁服务资格。后台服务器接收到保洁员的申请后,将对申请信息进行核实,核实成功后,将自动分配保洁员的上门保洁服务范围和上门保洁服务价格等。
在一实施例中,所述后台服务器还可在高峰阶段(即请求上门保洁服务的人员过多)调整上门保洁服务价格。例如,自动将上门保洁服务价格上涨10%或20%等等。
在一实施例中,所述后台服务器还生成派件码。当保洁用品余量(库存)不足时,为了避免保洁员无法清洁的问题,后台服务器将自动生成派件码,并将派件码发送至派送终端(派送员的用户终端)。这样,派送员便可以根据派件码快速完成保洁用品的配送。
在一实施例中,所述后台服务器还可添加保洁用品的图片。这样,用户在选择、购买保洁用品时,便可查看保洁用品的名称、生产日期和生厂商等信息,从而选择合适的保洁用品。
所述步骤510中,用户在扫描预约二维码后,将获取预约二维码包含的入 口信息,所述入口信息是指一个输入界面。用户可在所述输入界面填写上门保洁服务地址、上门保洁服务时间、上门保洁服务方式、联系人电话和留言等等。在一实施例中,所述上门保洁服务方式包括存放钥匙或不存放钥匙以及购买保洁用品和不购买保洁用品。这样便可以得到所述保洁预约信息。在一实施例中,所述保洁预约信息为上门保洁服务地址、上门保洁服务时间、上门保洁服务方式、联系人电话和留言中的至少一种,并将得到的保洁预约信息发送至后台服务器。
例如,用户在所述输入界面选择存放钥匙和不购买保洁用品,填写的服务时间为2018年7月4日早上8:00至早上11:00、服务地址为深圳市南山区XX街道BB单元CC栋DD01室、联系人电话为135xxxx1278、留言的内容为“厕所比较脏,烦请帮忙清洁干净”;然后,保洁终端将用户选择或输入的保洁预约信息发送至后台服务器。
在一实施例中,用户在完成所述保洁预约信息的选择或输入后,生成相应的上门保洁服务账单,所述上门保洁服务账单包括所述保洁预约信息和当前时间等。用户可通过所述上门保洁服务账单确定保洁预约信息。所述步骤520中,后台服务器根据接收到的保洁预约信息生成相应的保洁预约订单,并将生成的保洁预约订单分配至所述保洁员终端。在一实施例中,所述预约保洁订单包含所述保洁预约信息,例如包含所述服务地址和服务时间等等。
在一实施例中,后台服务器将保洁预约订单分配至保洁员终端的方式包括:自动分配和自主选单。
所述自动分配是指由后台服务器将保洁预约订单随机分配至保洁员终端。在一实施例中,自动分配之前需判断随机分配的保洁员是否空闲(即是否还存在未完成的保洁预约订单)。这一方式,能够保证所有的保洁员能够分配到订单。
在一实施例中,所述自动分配还包括就近分配。在一实施例中,保洁员可先通过保洁员终端选择服务范围,然后由后台服务器根据服务范围将预约订单随机分配至保洁员终端。例如,保洁员A将服务范围选择为南山区,那么后台服务器只能将上门保洁服务地址为南山区的保洁预约订单自动分配给保洁员A,而上门保洁服务地址为宝安区、福田区或龙岗区等的保洁预约订单无法分配给保洁员A。
所述自主选单是指后台服务器将所有的保洁预约订单分配至所有保洁员,保洁员可通过保洁员终端进行抢单(即自主选择保洁预约订单)。由于一个保洁 预约订单只能分配至一个保洁员终端,那么当保洁员抢单后,需要对保洁预约订单进行锁定,这样,其他保洁员便不能对被锁定的保洁预约订单进行抢单。这一方式,使得保洁员可以根据自身的条件选择的保洁预约订单。
在一实施例中,所述保洁预约订单还包括用于取出钥匙的第一取件码和用于取出保洁用品的第二取件码。第一取件码和第二取件码的作用将在后续步骤中说明。
所述步骤530中,当用户输入的保洁预约信息包括选择存放钥匙时,保洁员在可通过所述第一取件码取出用户存放的钥匙,并在保洁完成后,通过自身用户终端登录智能柜选择归还钥匙;当用户输入的保洁预约信息包括选择购买保洁用品时,保洁员在可通过所述第二取件码取出相应的保洁用品;当用户输入的保洁预约信息包括选择存放钥匙和购买保洁用品时,保洁员在可通过所述第一取件码取出用户存放的钥匙和通过所述第二取件码取出相应的保洁用品,并在保洁完成后,通过自身用户终端登录智能柜选择归还钥匙。在一实施例中,保洁员通过人脸识别方式登录所述智能柜,并取出保洁用品和/或钥匙。
预先收集所有保洁员的人脸信息(人脸标识(identity,ID)),并将人脸ID存储至后台服务器中。在一实施例中,所述后台服务器与前述后台服务器可以是相同,也可以是不同,也就是说,所述后台服务器可以是智能柜自身的后台服务器。由于所述智能柜设置有人脸识别模块,这样,保洁员除了可以通过第一取件码和第二取件码取出钥匙和保洁用品外,还可以先使用“刷脸”方式登录智能柜,再取出相应的钥匙和保洁用品。
在一实施例中,在保洁员通过自身的用户终端(即保洁员终端)选择保洁预约订单(即上述中的自主选单)后,或者接收到后台服务器自动分配的保洁预约订单(即自动分配)后,智能柜将获取保洁员身份的信息,这样,在保洁员“刷脸”登录智能柜时,便可以核实保洁员的身份的信息,避免取走其他用户的钥匙或保洁用品。例如,保洁员A接收的订单是对地址为B的用户进行上门保洁,保洁员C接收的订单是对地址为D的用户进行上门保洁,如果不核实保洁员的身份的信息,那么有可能保洁员A取走地址为D的用户的钥匙和保洁用品。
与取件码(第一取件码和第二取件码)相比,“刷脸”方式明显更加安全、可靠、便捷的特点。
在一实施例中,当用户选择存放钥匙时,所述步骤520之后以及530之前 还包括:智能柜接收所述用户输入的寄存码并打开寄存码对应的柜门,以使所述用户通过智能柜进行存放钥匙。
在一实施例中,用户在保洁预约信息选择存放钥匙后,必须在保洁员取出钥匙之前,将钥匙存入智能柜中。在一实施例中,用户可通过后台服务器发送的寄存码存放钥匙。
在一实施例中,通过智能柜的语音识别模块完成存放钥匙。在一实施例中,所述智能柜配置有语音识别模块,在保洁预约信息选择存放钥匙后,所述智能柜将发出相应的语音提醒,用户可根据语音提醒完成钥匙的存放。
在一实施例中,用户在保洁预约信息选择存放钥匙后,也可以选择直接将钥匙交付给保洁员。
在一实施例中,所述步骤520之后和步骤530之前还包括:当用户选择存放钥匙时,后台服务器为用户购买相应的保险。
当用户选择存放钥匙时,后台服务器自动获取用户的个人信息,并根据获取得到的个人信息买用户购买保险。在一实施例中,所述个人信息包括用户姓名和用户身份证号码。这对于用户、用户家庭无疑是多了一份安全保障。
在一实施例中,在保洁员在智能柜归还钥匙后,自动收取上门保洁服务费用。在一实施例中,用户可先将自身的支付宝、微信与上门保洁APP绑定,当保洁员归还钥匙后,将自动从支付宝、微信或者上门保洁APP的“钱包”自动扣除相应的上门保洁服务费用。当用户余额不足,无法支付本次上门保洁服务费用时,将通过短信的方法提醒用户及时充值。
在一实施例中,在所述步骤540之后还包括:步骤560、用户终端接收用户根据完成的保洁情况对上门保洁服务输入的相应的评价。
当保洁员完成保洁后,用户可以通过自身的用户终端扫码取出保洁员归还的钥匙。还可以通过用户终端对保洁员的上门保洁服务进行评价以及打赏。例如,用户A对本次上门保洁服务的评价为“服务优秀”,并向保洁员A打赏人民币5元。与此同时,保洁员也可以接收(通过自身的用户终端查看)到用户的评价。
在一实施例中,当用户对保洁员进行恶意差评时,保洁员可通过保洁员终端对恶评(恶意评价)进行举报,后台服务器核实后将自动对用户暂停上门保洁服务。
在一实施例中,保洁员可通过自身的用户终端(保洁员终端)将上门保洁 服务费提现至银行卡、微信、支付宝等。
图6为一实施例提供的一种上门服务的实现***的结构框图。参见图6,本实施例提供的***包括用户终端100、服务终端200、后台服务器300以及智能柜400。
用户终端100,设置为当接收到用户的下单指令时,获取订单信息,并将所述订单信息发送至后台服务器300;所述后台服务器300生成寄存码和取件码,将所述寄存码发送至所述用户终端100,将所述寄存码和所述取件码发送至智能柜400,并根据所述订单信息生成订单,将所述订单分配给服务终端200以及将所述取件码发送至所述服务终端200;所述智能柜400,设置为接收所述用户输入的寄存码并打开寄存码对应的柜门,以使所述用户将钥匙存放于所述智能柜400中以及接收服务者输入的取件码并打开所述取件码对应的柜门,以使所述服务者从所述智能柜400中获取所述钥匙,实现上门服务。
本实施例通过用户将钥匙放入智能柜中,使得服务者可从智能柜中获取钥匙,进而实现即使用户不在需要服务的地址,服务者也可提供上门服务,大大提高了上门服务的便捷性,减少了用户的等待时间,且通过智能柜的设置提高了上门服务的安全性和可靠性。
本实施例还提供一种上门服务的实现***,该***结构框图如图6所示,该***包括用户终端100、服务终端200、智能柜400以及后台服务器300。
所述用户终端100设置为当接收用户的下单指令时,获取订单信息并提交订单至后台服务器300;所述后台服务器300还设置为将订单分配给服务终端200,并在接收到厨师的接单指令后,向用户终端100发送下单成功通知;以及当接收到服务终端100的服务结束指令时,向用户终端100发送就餐通知。
在一实施例中,所述服务终端200还设置为接收厨师输入的接单指令以及服务结束指令,并将接收到的接单指令以及服务指令发送至后台服务器300。
在一实施例中,所述智能柜400设置为接收用户输入的开门指令,打开柜门以将钥匙存放于智能柜400中;以及还设置为接收厨师输入的开门指令,打开柜门以取出用户预先存放的钥匙。
在一实施例中,所述智能柜400还设置为接收服务者输入的取件码,打开取件码对应的柜门以取出预先存入在智能柜中的食材。
在一实施例中,所述智能柜400具有保鲜功能。

本实施例中,用户在线下单,确定订单信息后提交订单,后台服务器将订单分配给厨师,并在厨师接单后反馈用户下单成功通知,用户将钥匙存放于智能柜,然后厨师从智能柜取出钥匙,这样厨师即可自行前往用户家中提供厨师到家服务,在厨师服务结束后,向用户发送就餐通知,整个流程无需用户过多准备,用户到家即可享受到准备好的饭菜,从而实现快速、方便的厨师到家的服务。
请参阅图6,本实施例还提供一种上门服务的实现***10,上门服务的实现***10包括:用户终端110,设置为响应用户输入存放钥匙和/或购买保洁用品的指令,得到相应的保洁预约信息,并将所述保洁预约信息发送至后台服务器300;后台服务器300,设置为根据所述保洁预约信息生成相应的保洁预约订单,并将所述保洁预约订单分配给服务终端200;智能柜400,设置为接收服务者输入的取件码并打开所述取件码对应的柜门以使所述服务者从智能柜中取出相应的钥匙和/或取出相应的保洁用品。
在一实施例中,智能柜400还设置为监听用户获取预约上门保洁服务的指令,并显示相应的预约二维码。
在一实施例中,所述智能柜400还设置为接收所述服务者输入的取件码,并打开所述柜门以使所述服务者在完成上门保洁服务后,通过所述智能柜归还钥匙。
在一实施例中,所述订单信息包括上门保洁服务地址、上门保洁服务时间、上门保洁服务方式、联系人电话和留言中的至少一种。

  1. 一种上门服务的实现方法,应用于用户终端,包括:
    当接收到用户的下单指令时,获取订单信息并将所述订单信息发送至后台服务器;
    接收所述后台服务器发送的寄存码以使用户将所述寄存码输入智能柜并将钥匙存放于所述智能柜中,使服务者提供上门服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在所述接收所述后台服务器发送的寄存码之后,还包括:
    接收确认服务结束指令,并显示服务评价或服务打赏界面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述当接收到用户的下单指令时,获取订单信息并将所述订单信息发送至后台服务器包括:
    当接收到用户的下单指令时,获取所述用户输入的用户信息、服务地址、服务时间和服务方式;
    根据所述用户信息、所述服务地址、所述服务时间和所述服务方式生成订单信息;
    将订单信息上传至所述后台服务器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述服务方式包括需要代购食材或不需要代购食材。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,还包括:
    接收所述后台服务器发送的身份验证结果;
    若所述验证结果为通过,则获取所述服务者的服务信息,并将所述服务信息上传至所述后台服务器。

  8. 一种上门服务的实现方法,应用于后台服务器,包括:
    接收订单信息,并生成寄存码和取件码;
    将所述寄存码发送至用户终端,将所述寄存码和所述取件码发送至智能柜,并根据所述订单信息生成订单,将所述订单分配给服务终端以及将所述取件码 发送至所述服务终端以使服务者将所述取件码输入智能柜并从所述智能柜中获取钥匙,实现上门服务。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,在所述根据所述订单信息生成订单,将所述订单分配给服务终端之后,还包括:
    接收所述服务终端发送的接单指令,向所述用户终端发送下单成功通知;
    当接收到所述服务终端发送的服务结束指令时,向所述用户终端发送就餐通知。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,在所述接收订单信息,并生成寄存码和取件码之前,还包括:
    预先根据从所述服务终端获取的身份信息对所述服务者进行身份验证;
    向所述服务终端发送身份验证结果。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述订单信息包括以下至少一种上门保洁服务地址、上门保洁服务时间、上门保洁服务方式、联系人电话和留言。
  12. 一种上门服务的实现方法,应用于智能柜,包括:
    接收用户第一次输入的寄存码并打开所述寄存码对应的柜门,以使所述用户将钥匙存放于所述智能柜中;
    接收服务者第一次输入的取件码并打开所述取件码对应的柜门,以使所述服务者从所述智能柜中获取所述钥匙,实现上门服务。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,在所述接收服务者第一次输入的取件码并打开所述取件码对应的柜门之前,还包括:
    所述智能柜接收配送人员输入的派件码,并打开所述派件码对应的柜门以供所述配送人员将食材预先存入所述智能柜中。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,在所述接收服务者第一次输入的取件码并打开所述取件码对应的柜门之后,还包括:
    接收所述服务者第二次输入的取件码,打开所述取件码对应的柜门以使所述服务者在完成上门服务后,将所述钥匙存入所述智能柜。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,在所述接收所述服务者第二次输入的取件码,打开所述取件码对应的柜门之后,还包括:
    接收所述用户第二次输入的寄存码,打开所述寄存码对应的柜门以使所述用户取出所述智能柜中的钥匙。
  16. 根据权利要求12或14所述的方法,在所述接收用户第一次输入的寄存码并打开所述寄存码对应的柜门之前,还包括:
    监听所述用户获取预约上门保洁服务的指令,并显示相应的预约二维码。
  17. 一种上门服务的实现***,包括:
    用户终端,设置为当接收到用户的下单指令时,获取订单信息,并将所述订单信息发送至后台服务器;
    所述后台服务器,设置为生成寄存码和取件码,将所述寄存码发送至所述用户终端,将所述寄存码和所述取件码发送至智能柜,并根据所述订单信息生成订单,将所述订单分配给服务终端以及将所述取件码发送至所述服务终端;
    所述智能柜,设置为接收所述用户输入的寄存码并打开所述寄存码对应的柜门,以使所述用户将钥匙存放于所述智能柜中以及接收服务者输入的取件码并打开所述取件码对应的柜门,以使所述服务者从所述智能柜中获取所述钥匙,实现上门服务。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的***,所述服务器还设置为:接收所述服务终端发送的接单指令,向所述用户终端发送下单成功通知,以及当接收到所述服务终端发送的服务结束指令后,向所述用户终端发送就餐通知。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的***,其中,所述智能柜还设置为接收配送人员输入的派件码,并打开所述派件码对应的柜门以使所述配送人员将食材存入所述智能柜中。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的***,其中,所述智能柜具有保鲜功能。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述的***,其中,
    所述智能柜还设置为监听用户获取预约上门保洁服务的指令,并显示相应的预约二维码。
  22. 根据权利要求17所述的***,其中,所述智能柜还设置为接收所述服务者输入的取件码,并打开所述取件码对应的柜门以使所述服务者在完成上门保洁服务后,通过所述智能柜归还钥匙。
  23. 根据权利要求17所述的***,其中,所述保洁预约信息包括以下至少之一:上门保洁服务地址、上门保洁服务时间、上门保洁服务方式、联系人电话和留言。
