背景技术
随着电子商务交易平台的不断完善,以及传统通信、移动通信等技术的快速发展,越来越多的人们通过网上购物的方式来获取自己所需的商品,商品的种类可以涉及到人们日常生活的方方面面,为人们生活提供了极大的便利。然而,由于线上选购商品过程中,存在无法看到实物、不能即时获得商品等缺陷,因此,线下选购商品的形式仍然具有其存在意义。其中,为了区分于互联网平台上的线上商品,可以将实体店展示和销售的商品称为线下商品。
然而,针对线下场景,顾客仅能通过查看实物以获得本顾客对该线下商品的主观认知,无法获得其他顾客对该线下商品的反馈。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本说明书提供了线下商品信息查询方法、装置、设备及***。
根据本说明书实施例的第一方面,提供一种线下商品信息查询***,所述***包括:信息交互端、信息识别端和服务端;
信息识别端对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别,获得线下商品的商品标识,并将所述商品标识通过信息交互端发送至服务端;
服务端查询与所述商品标识对应的线下商品的相关信息,所述相关信息至少包括基于所述线下商品的历史评价记录获得的评价信息,并将所述相关信息反馈至信息交互端;
信息交互端对接收到的相关信息进行提示。
可选的,所述信息交互端将至少包括线下商品的评价内容的评价记录上传至服务端,所述评价内容包括文本内容、语音内容、视频内容中的一种或多种内容。
可选的,所述信息识别端包括:射频识别装置,所述线下商品上设有电子标签、且电子标签至少写入有所述线下商品的商品标识;
或,所述信息识别端包括图形码扫描端,所述线下商品上设有唯一标识商品的图形码。
根据本说明书实施例的第二方面,提供一种线下商品信息查询方法,所述方法包括:
获取线下商品的商品标识,所述商品标识基于对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别获得;

在线上场景中,用户在购买商品后可以对已购商品进行评价;用户可以查看他人对待购商品的评价,以决定是否进行购买操作。然而,针对线下场景,顾客仅能通过查看 实物以获得本顾客对该线下商品的主观认知,无法获得其他顾客对该线下商品的反馈。
鉴于此,本说明书提供一种能查看线下商品信息的手段,通过对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别,获得线下商品的商品标识,并查询与商品标识对应的线下商品的相关信息,以对相关信息进行提示。由于相关信息至少包括基于线下商品的历史评价记录获得的评价信息,因此顾客可以查询到其他顾客对该线下商品的反馈,便于顾客顺利选购自己需要的商品。
以下结合附图对本说明书实施例进行示例说明。
如图1所示,是本说明书根据一示例性实施例示出的一种线下商品信息查询方法的流程图,所述方法包括:
在步骤102中,获取线下商品的商品标识,所述商品标识基于对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别获得;

在一个实施例中,本说明书线下商品信息查询方案可以由同一个执行端执行,例如,由同一个执行端完成线下商品识别、相关信息查询、相关信息提示的操作。在另一个实现方式中,为了分担不同任务,本说明书线下商品信息查询方案可以应用在线下商品信息查询***中。特别是在大型商场或商店等应用场景中,可以由服务端存储线下商品的相关信息并提供查询服务。例如,可以将商品信息查询***布局在智慧门店等线下场所。
在一个例子中,线下商品信息查询***包括信息处理端和服务端,步骤102至步骤106应用在信息处理端,在步骤104中,相关信息由信息处理端从服务端查询获得。具体的,查询与所述商品标识对应的线下商品的相关信息,包括:向服务端发送携带商品标识的查询请求,并接收服务端基于所述查询请求反馈的相关信息。
在另一个例子中,线下商品信息查询***可以包括信息交互端、信息识别端和服务端。步骤102至步骤106应用在信息交互端,在步骤104中,相关信息由信息交互端从服务端查询获得。商品标识由信息识别端对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别获得。例如,信息识别端对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别,获得线下商品的商品标识。商品标识可以由信息识别端直接发给服务端,也可以由信息识别端通过有线或无线的传输方式传输至信息交互端,由信息交互端传输至服务端。
以下结合附图对其中一种线下商品信息查询***进行示例说明。
如图2A所示,是本说明书根据一示例性实施例示出的一种线下商品信息查询***的结构图,所述***包括:信息交互端22、信息识别端24和服务端26。如图2B所示,是本说明书根据一示例性实施例示出的一种线下商品信息查询方法的时序图。信息识别端对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别,获得线下商品的商品标识(步骤202),并将所述商品标识通过信息交互端发送至服务端(步骤204和步骤206)。由于信息识别端和信息交互端往往在同一个局域网,本实施例以信息识别端将商品标识通过信息交互端发送至服务端为例,可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,根据需求也可以由信息识别端直接将商品标识发送至服务端。信息识别端还可以按预设策略对接收到的商品标识进行处理,以确定是否向服务端发送携带有商品标识的查询请求。例如,预设策略可以是:若所接收商品标识与当前展示商品的商品标识相同,则对所接收商品标识不做处理;若所接收商品标识与当前展示商品的商品标识不同,则将携带有所接收商品标识的查询请求发送至服务端,从而减轻服务端查询压力。服务端查询与所述商品标识对应的线下商品的相关信息(步骤208),所述相关信息至少包括基于所述线下商品的历史评价记录获得的评价信息,并将所述相关信息反馈至信息交互端(步骤210)。信息交互端对接收到的相关信息进行提示(步骤212)。
关于商品标识,商品标识可以是能标识线下商品的标识,基于识别的准确度而确定商品标识的类型。在一个例子中,商品标识可以是唯一标识线下商品的标识,例如商品编号,也可以是数字、字符串、符号等的任意组合,只要能唯一标识线下商品即可。在另一个例子中,商品标识也可以是商品名称等非唯一标识。线下商品可以是实物商品,如商店展示或销售的商品对象。线下商品的商品标识可以通过对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别获得。设置可采集范围的目的可以是为了区分待查询线下商品和其他线下商品,以实现避免误识别。因此,可采集范围可以根据需求和/或识别端的功能确定。
在一个实施例中,步骤102中所指识别可以是射频识别,即,商品标识可以通过射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)方式进行识别获得。在该实施例中,线下商品上设有电子标签(又可以称为射频标签)等数据载体。用户可以将线下商品的信息写入电子标签,特别是将能唯一标识线下商品的商品标识写入电子标签。商品标识可以通过射频识别装置读取可采集范围内线下商品上的电子标签获得。射频识别装置可以是RFID阅读器(又可以称为RFID读写器)等。可采集范围可以是基于线下商品的尺寸而确定的视频识别装置可读取范围,例如,RFID阅读器能通过调节能量大小来调整检 测范围,以达到设计人员期望达到的采集范围。当可采集范围包括多个线下商品时,还可以采用预设筛选策略以确定待查询线下商品。例如,预设筛选策略可以是:获取线下商品进入可采集区域的时间信息,将时间靠后的线下商品作为待查询的线下商品。结合上述***进行示例说明,信息识别端可以包括射频识别装置,所述线下商品上设有电子标签、且电子标签至少写入有所述线下商品的商品标识。例如,商品标识可以是唯一标识商品的标识。
由上述实施例可见,通过射频识别的方式获得商品标识,可以实现顾客将待识别的线下商品靠近射频识别装置时,射频识别装置即可快速获得商品标识,减少用户操作步骤,可以快速查询获得线下商品的相关信息,提高用户体验。
在一个实施例中,步骤102中所指识别可以是图形码扫描,即,商品标识可以通过图形码扫描的方式获得。图形码可以是条形码、二维码等唯一标识商品的图形码。在该实施例中,线下商品上设置有唯一标识商品的图形码。结合上述***进行示例说明,信息识别端可以包括图形码扫描端,以便图形码扫描端对可采集范围内的线下商品的图形码进行扫描,获得商品标识。可采集范围可以是图形码扫描端的可扫描范围。
由上述实施例可见,由于线下商品往往设有图形码,因此,采用图形码扫描的方式,无需增加对线下商品的更改操作,降低人力成本。
在一个实施例中,步骤102中所指识别可以是图像识别,即,商品标识可以通过对线下商品图像进行图像识别获得。线下商品图像可以是拍摄装置对可采集范围内的线下商品进行拍摄获得。拍摄装置的拍摄范围包括可采集范围,相应的,基于能拍摄到可采集范围内的商品为标准确定摄像装置的安装位置。结合上述***进行示例说明,图像识别可以由信息处理端实现,例如,信息处理端从拍摄装置中获取线下商品图像,并对线下商品图像进行图像识别,获得线下商品的商品标识。又或者,所述信息识别端包括:用于对拍摄的线下商品图像进行识别的图像识别模块。其中,图像识别可以采用相关技术中的识别手段,在此不做限制。根据商品标识的粗细粒度可以采用不同的图像识别方案。在一个例子中,图像识别获得的商品标识可以是线下商品的商品名称等。在另一个例子中,图像识别获得的商品标识可以是线下商品的编号等唯一标识,例如对拍摄的商品吊牌图像进行图像识别等。
由上述实施例可见,本实施例采用图像识别的方式获得线下商品的商品标识,实现从视觉角度获得商品标识,拓宽商品标识的获取手段,可以实现针对无法进行射频识别和图形码扫描的线下商品进行识别。
可以理解的是,几种识别方式还可以进行组合,以提高获得商品标识的准确性。另外,还可以采用个其他手段对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别,以获得线下商品的商品标识。例如,采用语音识别方式对可采集范围内的针对线下商品的语音进行语音识别,以获得线下商品的商品标识等。进一步的,还可以采用触摸识别方式确定触摸屏上被选中的与线下商品对应的控件,以获得线下商品的商品标识等,从而提供多种获得商品标识的手段。
线下商品的相关信息不仅可以存储在本执行端;也可以存储在服务端,并由本执行端从服务端进行获取,具体基于不同需求进行配置。相关信息可以是与线下商品相关的信息,相关信息中至少包括基于线下商品的历史评价记录获得的评价信息。线下商品的历史评价记录可以是历史时间段内顾客对线下商品进行评价而生成的历史评价记录。历史评价记录至少包括评价者的评价内容。顾客对线下商品的评价方式,可以是语音评价、文本评价等方式。评价内容可以是打分分数、赞值、或者具体评论描述等。
在一个实施例中,历史评价记录还包括评价者的属性信息、该线下商品是否被购买的状态信息中的一种或多种。进一步的,为了保护评价者隐私,评价者的属性信息可以是性别、年龄段、身高等中的一种或多种非隐私性属性信息。
在一个例子中,评价者的属性信息可以由评价者通过语音或文本的方式输入。在另一个例子中,评价者的属性信息可以基于对拍摄的评价者图像进行图像分析获得。例如,在评价者携带线下商品靠近终端时,由设于终端上的摄像装置对评价者进行拍摄,终端将拍摄获得的评价者图像进行图像分析,以获得该评价者的属性信息。例如,性别、年龄段、身高等中的一种或多种非隐私性属性信息。其中,摄像装置还可以是深度摄像装置等。可见,由于历史评价记录中还可以包括评价者的属性信息,因此,在向顾客展示线下商品的相关信息时,不仅可以展示具体评价内容,还可以展示评价者的属性信息,甚至还可以根据评价内容和属性信息进行评分和推荐等。
在一个实施例中,由于商品标识可以是能唯一标识线下商品,因此,还可以从销售记录中查询获得已评价线下商品是否被购买,进而在历史评价记录中生成该线下商品是否被购买的状态信息。被评价的线下商品是否被购买,也可以作为当前顾客是否购买线下商品的参考因素。
评价信息可以是直接将历史评价记录进行汇总获得,也可以将历史评价记录进行数据分析获得,例如,对线下商品的历史评价记录进行分析获得的推荐等级和/或评价分数。推荐等级和/或评价分数可以通过对评价内容进行分析获得,还可以结合购买率获得。针 对不同类型的线下商品,还可以结合评价者的属性信息获得推荐等级。例如,与当前顾客具有相同属性信息的评价者的历史评价记录,对于当前顾客而言具有比较重要的参考价值,因此,在进行推荐等级计算时,该评价者的历史评价记录的权重值较大。可以理解的是,还可以采用其他推荐策略或分数策略确定推荐等级和评价分数,在此不一一赘述。
进一步的,相关信息还可以包括线下商品的详情信息,以便顾客获得更多的商品信息。
在获得相关信息后,可以对相关信息进行提示。提示方式可以是显示提示、语音播报提示、视频播报提示等方式。可见,通过对相关信息进行提示,可以使顾客获得线下商品的相关信息,便于顾客将相关信息作为参考信息进行商品选购等。
在实际应用中,顾客不仅有查看线下商品信息的需求,还有对线下商品进行评价的需求,因此,在一个实施例中,还可以提供一种线下商品评价的手段。在本执行端可以提供一种信息输入途径供顾客将对线下商品的评价输入本执行端。输入方式可以是文本输入、语音输入、视频输入等。本执行端可以将采集的评价内容存储在本地,也可以将至少包括线下商品的评价内容的评价记录上传至服务端,所述评价内容包括文本内容、语音内容、视频内容中的一种或多种内容。在一个例子中,若采集的是语音评价内容,还可以将语音评价内容识别为文本评价内容,并将包括文本评价内容的评价记录上传服务端。上传至服务端后,服务端可以将对该线下商品的评价信息进行更新,并将更新后的评价信息进行反馈,以展示在本执行端的屏幕上。
可见,本实施例可以实现顾客以一种简便的方式对商品留下文字、语音、图像或视频形式的评价,为商品生厂商、商户以及其他顾客提供有用的产品反馈信息。
以上实施方式中的各种技术特征可以任意进行组合,只要特征之间的组合不存在冲突或矛盾,但是限于篇幅,未进行一一描述,因此上述实施方式中的各种技术特征的任意进行组合也属于本说明书公开的范围。
以下以一个具体的应用场景进行示例说明。如图3所示,是本说明书根据一示例性实施例示出的一种线下商品信息查询方法的应用场景图。在该应用场景中,包括RFID阅读器、触控设备以及后台服务器。RFID阅读器可以设于触控设备上,以方便顾客进行操作。触控设备用于显示相关信息,以及供顾客进行操作。触控设备可以设有触摸屏,还可以设置有麦克风,以便采集用户对线下商品的评价内容。RFID阅读器用于读取商 品上的RFID标签,识别商品的唯一标识。RFID阅读器可以通过网络与触控设备连接。后台服务器用于提供商品的查询服务,保存线下商品的数据和评论信息。①顾客将带有RFID标签的商品放置到***中RFID阅读器作用范围内。②RFID阅读器阅读到RFID标签中的商品标识信息,通过触控设备传送到服务器进行商品检索。③服务器端检索到商品后,查询出商品的详细信息和已有评价信息,返回到显示屏幕上进行显示。④顾客可以通过点击屏幕上的“点赞”按钮增加一个赞值,或者选择语音输入,通过麦克风录取顾客的口述评价。触控设备还可以通过语音识别功能转换为文字评论。⑤触控设备将获取到的评论信息发送到服务器保存,并刷新触控设备中的显示页面,显示顾客完成的评论。
本实施例案通过RFID阅读器、触控设备与商品和顾客进行交互,使顾客可以一种简便的方式对商品留下文字、语音、图像或视频形式的评价,为商品生厂商、商户以及其他顾客提供有用的产品反馈信息。
与前述线下商品信息查询方法的实施例相对应,本说明书还提供了线下商品信息查询装置及其所应用的电子设备的实施例。
本说明书线下商品信息查询装置的实施例可以应用在计算机设备。装置实施例可以通过软件实现,也可以通过硬件或者软硬件结合的方式实现。以软件实现为例,作为一个逻辑意义上的装置,是通过其所在计算机设备的处理器将非易失性存储器中对应的计算机程序指令读取到内存中运行形成的。从硬件层面而言,如图4所示,为本说明书线下商品信息查询装置所在计算机设备的一种硬件结构图,除了图4所示的处理器410、网络接口420、内存430、以及非易失性存储器440之外,实施例中线下商品信息查询装置431所在的计算机设备通常根据该设备的实际功能,还可以包括其他硬件,对此不再赘述。

本说明书实施例可采用在一个或多个其中包含有程序代码的存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。计算机可用存储介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体,可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括但不限于:相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种线下商品信息查询***,所述***包括:信息交互端、信息识别端和服务端;
    信息识别端对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别,获得线下商品的商品标识,并将所述商品标识通过信息交互端发送至服务端;
    服务端查询与所述商品标识对应的线下商品的相关信息,所述相关信息至少包括基于所述线下商品的历史评价记录获得的评价信息,并将所述相关信息反馈至信息交互端;
    信息交互端对接收到的相关信息进行提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的***,所述信息交互端将至少包括线下商品的评价内容的评价记录上传至服务端,所述评价内容包括文本内容、语音内容、视频内容中的一种或多种内容。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的***,所述信息识别端包括:射频识别装置,所述线下商品上设有电子标签、且电子标签至少写入有所述线下商品的商品标识;
    或,所述信息识别端包括图形码扫描端,所述线下商品上设有唯一标识商品的图形码。
  4. 一种线下商品信息查询方法,所述方法包括:
    获取线下商品的商品标识,所述商品标识基于对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别获得;
    查询与所述商品标识对应的线下商品的相关信息,所述相关信息至少包括基于所述线下商品的历史评价记录获得的评价信息;
    对所述相关信息进行提示。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述识别包括射频识别、图形码扫描、图像识别中的一种或多种。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述查询与所述商品标识对应的线下商品的相关信息,包括:向服务端发送携带商品标识的查询请求,并接收服务端基于所述查询请求反馈的相关信息;
    所述方法还包括:将至少包括线下商品的评价内容的评价记录上传至服务端,所述评价内容包括文本内容、语音内容、视频内容中的一种或多种内容。
  7. 根据权利要求4至6任一项所述的方法,所述历史评价记录至少包括评价者的评价内容,历史评价记录还包括评价者的属性信息和/或该线下商品是否被购买的状态信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述评价者的属性信息基于对拍摄的评价者图像进行图像分析获得,所述属性信息包括性别、年龄段、身高中的一种或多种非隐私性属性信息。
  9. 根据权利要求4至6任一项所述的方法,所述评价信息包括:对线下商品的历史评价记录进行分析获得的推荐等级和/或评价分数。
  10. 一种线下商品信息查询装置,所述装置包括:
    标识获取模块,用于:获取线下商品的商品标识,所述商品标识基于对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别获得;
    信息查询模块,用于:查询与所述商品标识对应的线下商品的相关信息,所述相关信息至少包括基于所述线下商品的历史评价记录获得的评价信息;
    信息提示模块,用于:对所述相关信息进行提示。
  11. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如下方法:
    获取线下商品的商品标识,所述商品标识基于对可采集范围内的线下商品进行识别获得;
    查询与所述商品标识对应的线下商品的相关信息,所述相关信息至少包括基于所述线下商品的历史评价记录获得的评价信息;
    对所述相关信息进行提示。
