Description

注射器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射器,尤指一种用于结合针筒组件构成一注射装置,并提供安全注射用途的注射器。
背景技术
在医护人员对病患注射药剂的过程中,为了降低医护人员意外被针扎而遭受感染的风险,针筒组件必须通过一注射器的辅助,提供安全注射的目的。目前公知的注射器的组成构造,其包含一外套壳及一保护套,该保护套组设于该外套壳中,且保护套能于该外套壳的前端前后伸缩活动。
该注射器与针筒组件组成注射装置时,是以该注射器的外套壳套设于针筒组件的针筒外侧,位于针筒前端的刺针的外侧套设有一针盖,且刺针连同其外侧的针盖伸入外套壳前端的保护套中,针盖的前端伸出保护套。当该注射装置于注射前,针筒组件前端的刺针通过针盖与保护套提供双重安全防护,避免刺针插出,确保注射装置的使用安全性。
前述已知的注射器与针筒组件组合后,虽然能利用保护盖套设于针筒组件的刺针及其外侧的针盖外侧提供安全防护的功能。而且为便于针筒组件的针盖拔取,以及保护盖必须对刺针与针盖提供安全防护功能,一般而言,针盖伸出保护套的前端,提供医护人员能够直接拔取针盖。然而,已知注射器的保护盖必须考虑刺针的长度,故保护套几乎占据了针盖三分之二的部分。造成针盖伸出保护盖的前端外侧的长度偏短,不利于医护人员拔取针盖,以致医护人员误触保护盖的风险偏高,已知注射器的使用安全性仍有不足之处。
此外,现有注射器的保护套仅提供伸缩功能,当医护人员完成人体注射作业后,保护套虽能利用弹力而罩套于刺针的外侧,但是,注射器的保护盖不具备自动锁定机构,仍具备伸缩性,以致医护人员有误触保护盖、被针扎的风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种注射器,解决现有注射器结合针筒组件后,位于针筒组件前端的针盖难以自注射器的保护盖中取出的问题。
本发明所提出的技术解决方案是:提供一种注射器,其用于组接一针筒组件构成一 注射装置,该针筒组件于其前端的一刺针的外侧套设有一软塞,该注射器界定有前后轴向延伸的一中心轴线,其中,注射器包括:
一外套壳,其包括一壳体、一针筒结合部以及一固定部,该壳体中形成沿着该中心轴线方向贯通的一通道,该壳体的外周面相对于该中心轴线的两侧分别形成一朝外凸伸的操作部,该壳体的前端具有一连接段,该针筒结合部与该固定部是形成于该壳体的后端,该针筒结合部用于连接该针筒组件;
一针盖,其能拆组地连接于该外套壳前端的连接段,该针盖包括一外盖体、一内盖体以及一弹勾部,该内盖体是成形于该外盖体内,该内盖体的外周面与该外盖体的内周面之间具有一间距,该内盖体的后端形成一内盖后端口,该盖后端口用于提供该针筒组件的软塞伸入其中,该弹勾部是形成于该内盖体的后端且伸出该外盖体的后端外侧,该弹勾部用于连接该针筒组件的软塞,使该针盖能连同该软塞一同自该外套壳的前端拔除;以及
一弹性保护件,其组设于该外套壳中且连接该针盖,该弹性保护件包括一护套本体、一针筒连接部以及一弹性体,该针筒连接部是位于该护套本体的后方,该针筒连接部包括一连接基部,该弹性***于该护套本体与该针筒连接部的连接基部之间,该针筒连接部固定于该外套壳中且连接该针筒结合部,该护套本体通过该外套壳前端的连接段并伸入该针盖内,于该针盖自该外套壳的前端拆离的状态下,通过该弹性体对该护套本体提供弹性,使该护套本体能于该外套壳的前端沿着该中心轴线方向伸缩活动。
如上所述的注射器中,该外套壳的壳体的前段的内侧壁中形成两限位凸缘,两所述限位凸缘分别位于该中心轴线的相对两侧;该护套本体包括沿着该中心轴线贯通的一套体,该套体的后端形成两限位挡片,两所述限位挡片分别对应于两所述限位凸缘,两所述限位挡片能随该护套本体于该外套壳中运动,于该护套本体被弹出的状态下,所述限位挡片能移动至相对应的所述限位凸缘的前方位置。
如上所述的注射器中,该弹性保护件的连接基部包含沿着该中心轴线前后间隔排列的两固定板体,每一所述固定板体具有一具有缺口的半环体,两所述固定板体的缺口同朝该中心轴线的一侧;该弹性体包括一弹性基部、一前连接部以及一后连接部,该弹性基部包括至少一弹性单元,该前连接部与该后连接部分别成形于该弹性基部的前端与后端,该前连接部连接该护套本体的后端,该后连接部连接该针筒连接部的前端;所述弹性单元是形成一V形的弧曲体,并具有沿着该中心轴线前后压缩与回复的弹性,所述弹性单元的弧曲体的弯弧型态对应于所述固定板体的半环体的弯曲型态。
如上所述的注射器中,该弹性保护件的弹性体的弹性基部具有多个所述弹性单元,多个所述弹性单元是由前往后依序连接。
如上所述的注射器中,该壳体前端的连接段中具有两卡接孔,两该卡接孔相对于该中心轴线呈径向相对排列,该针筒结合部包括多个针筒卡勾,多个该针筒卡勾是分布形成于该壳体的后端周缘且具备弯曲变形的弹性,多个该针筒卡勾用以连接该针筒组件;该固定部包括两弯曲变形弹性的固定凸片,两该固定凸片是自该壳体的后端周缘朝后凸伸且径向相对排列,所述固定凸片设有一固定卡槽;该弹性保护件的针筒连接部包括两连接板体,两所述连接板体分别设置于该连接基部的相对该中心轴线的两侧,两所述连接板体的后端各具有自该连接基部的后端朝后凸伸的一卡制弹片,所述卡制弹片具有一卡掣凸缘,所述卡制弹片具有弯曲变形与回复的弹性,各所述卡制弹片的卡掣凸缘能分别与该外套壳后端的各所述固定凸片的固定卡槽对应卡接组合,使该针筒连接部固定于该外套壳的后端内。
如上所述的注射器中,该外套壳的连接段的侧壁形成一长形导引孔,该长形导引孔平行于该中心轴线方向延伸且自该壳体的外表面径向连通至该通道,该壳体的内侧壁形成一导轨,该导轨自该壳体前段的内侧壁延伸至后端的内侧壁;该护套本体包括沿着该中心轴线贯通的一套体,该套体的一侧壁具有一弹扣,该弹扣伸入该长形导引孔中,该套体的后端形成朝后凸伸的一衔接片体,该衔接片体连接该弹性体,该衔接片体的外侧面形成一导槽,该导槽套设于该外套壳的壳体的内侧壁的导轨上;该弹性保护件的针筒连接部的侧边形成一导槽口,所述导槽口套设于该外套壳的壳体内侧壁的导轨上。
如上所述的注射器中,该外套壳的壳体的中段的一侧壁中形成一观视窗,该观视窗自该壳体的外表面径向连通至该通道。
如上所述的注射器中,该壳体于该通道的侧壁中形成两对位槽,两该对位槽位于该通道的相对两侧且相连通,该壳体前端的连接段中具有两卡接孔,两该卡接孔分别对应连通两该对位槽;该针盖的弹勾部包括多个勾爪,多个该勾爪分布设置于该内盖体的后端周缘且朝后凸伸;该内盖体的后端形成一朝后凸伸的抵靠凸片,该抵靠凸片与多个该勾爪相对于该中心轴线呈等角度分布排列地形成于该内盖体的后端周缘;该外盖体的后端朝后凸伸两卡接弹片,两该卡接弹片分别设置于该外盖体相对于该中心轴线的两侧;该针盖的抵靠凸片与该弹勾部伸入该外套壳的通道中,该针盖的两该卡接弹片分别对应伸入该外套壳的两该对位槽,并与该壳体前端的卡接孔卡接配合,使该针盖组设于该外套壳前端的连接段,且该针盖能与该外套壳前端的连接段拆离。
如上所述的注射器中,该外盖体的前端具有一前端板,该内盖体自该前端板的背面朝后延伸,该内盖体中具有一组设空间,该组设空间沿着该中心轴线朝前延伸至该前端板中;该针盖的外盖体的后端朝后凸伸多个对位插片,该外套壳的壳体的连接段的前端面形成多个对位凹部,多个该对位凹部分别提供多个该对位插片对应插设。
本发明可达成的有益功效是:
1、当该注射器结合针筒组件组成注射装置时,该针筒组件自该注射器的后端由后往前地装设于该注射器内,该针筒组件中套设于刺针外侧的软塞伸入该针盖内,在注射前,通过针盖、弹性保护件与软塞三者共同对刺针提供安全防护,确保其使用安全性。
2、该注射器的针盖借其弹勾部伸至套设于刺针外侧的软塞后方,当医护人员欲进行人体注射前,将位于外套壳前端的针盖拔取的同时,利用针盖后端的弹勾部勾接套设于刺针外侧的软塞的构造,使针盖能连同软塞一起自外套壳前端拉出,使装设于注射器内的针筒组件中,原套设于刺针外侧的软塞能够轻易地被拔取,且能避免误触弹性保护件的护套本体,该注射器的弹性保护件的护套本体维持罩盖于针筒组件的刺针外侧,避免刺针外露。故能有效解决现有注射器结合针筒组件后,位于针筒组件前端的针盖难以自注射器的保护盖中取出,以及医护人员误触保护盖的风险偏高等问题。
再者,本发明的注射器还能进一步利用外套壳的壳体内侧壁形成限位凸缘,该弹性保护件的护套本体的后端具有限位挡片的构造,待完成注射作业后,后拉注射装置,针筒组件前端的刺针自被注射者的身体抽离时,该弹性保护件的护套本体通过弹性体提供弹力,推抵护套本体自外套壳的前端弹出,使刺针被罩盖于护套本体内,且护套本体后端的限位挡片随着护套本体被弹出而朝前运动过程中,限位挡片能通过外套壳的壳体内侧壁的限位凸缘而移至限位凸缘的前方,通过限位凸缘于限位挡片后方的阻挡限位,产生阻止该护套本体朝后运动的锁定功能,使护套本体维持套设于刺针外侧的状态,确保刺针不外露的使用安全性。
此外,本发明注射器还能进一步利用该弹性保护件的连接基部包含沿着该中心轴线前后间隔排列的两固定板体,每一所述固定板体具有一具有缺口的半环体,两所述固定板体的缺口同朝该中心轴线的一侧;该弹性体包括弹性基部以及分设于弹性基部前后的前连接部与后连接部,以前连接部连接护套本体的衔接片体的后端,以后连接部连接针筒连接部的前端,弹性基部包括至少一弹性单元,所述弹性单元形成V形的弧曲体,并具有压缩与回复的弹性,弹性单元的弧曲体的弯弧型态对应于所述固定板体的半环体的弯曲型态。借此,使弹性保护件形状构造精简化,而能够易于模塑成型制造。

以下配合附图及本发明的较佳实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段。
本发明的注射器用于组接一具有药剂液的针筒组件,构成一注射装置。如图1至图5所示,其揭示本发明注射器的一实施例,该注射器1包括一外套壳10、一针盖20以及一弹性保护件30,且该注射器1界定有一中心轴线1A,该中心轴线1A是呈前后轴向延伸。
如图3至图6所示,该外套壳10包括一壳体11、一针筒结合部12以及一固定部13,该壳体11中形成沿着该中心轴线1A方向贯通的一通道110,该壳体11的外周面相对于该中心轴线1A的两侧分别形成一朝外凸伸的操作部14,以两该操作部14提供医护人员手指抵靠的部位,该壳体11的前段为一连接段111,该连接段111是用于连接该针盖20,该针筒结合部12与该固定部13是形成于该壳体11的后端,该针筒结合部12是用于连接该针筒组件,该固定部13则用于组接该弹性保护件30。

如图3至图5及图7所示,该针盖20是可拆组地装设于该外套壳10的前端,其中,该针盖20的抵靠凸片25与该弹勾部23伸入该外套壳10的通道110中,该针盖20的两该卡接弹片26分别对应伸入该外套壳10的两该对位槽19,并与该壳体11前端的卡接孔112卡接配合,使该针盖20组设于该外套壳10前端的连接段111,且该针盖20能与该外套壳10前端的连接段111拆离。
如图3至图5及图7所示,该针盖20中,该外盖体21的后端还可朝后凸伸多个对位插片27,多个该对位插片27分布于两该卡接弹片26的侧边,该外套壳10的壳体11的连接段111的前端面形成多个对位凹部113,多个该对位凹部113分别提供多个该对位插片27对应插设,用于辅助该针盖20与该外套壳10之间的结合。
如图3至图5及图7所示,该弹性保护件30是组设于该外套壳10中且连接该针盖20,该弹性保护件30包括一护套本体31、一针筒连接部32以及一弹性体33,该针筒连接部32是位于该护套本体31的后方,该弹性体33位于该护套本体31与该针筒连接部32之间且连接该护套本体31与该针筒连接部32,以针筒连接部32固定于外套壳10,护套本体31通过该外套壳10前端的连接段111且伸入该针盖20内,于该针盖20自该 外套壳10的前端拆离的状态下,通过该弹性体33对护套本体31提供的弹性,使该护套本体31能于该外套壳10的前端沿着该中心轴线1A方向(前后轴向)伸缩活动。
如图3至图7所示,于本实施例中,该护套本体31是包括一沿着该中心轴线1A(前后轴向)贯通的套体311,该套体311的一侧壁具有一弹扣312,该弹扣312伸入该外套壳10的长形导引孔16中,借以利用该长形导引孔16限制该护套本体31的直线运动的行程,该套体311的后端形成朝后凸伸的一衔接片体313,该衔接片体313连接该弹性体33,该衔接片体313的外侧面形成一导槽314,该套体311的该导槽314套设于该外套壳10的壳体11内侧壁的导轨17上,并能沿着该导轨17前后直线运动。
该套体311的后端还可形成至少一限位挡片315,所述限位挡片315具有弯曲变形与复位的弹性,所述限位挡片315能搭配于该外套壳10的壳体11的内侧壁中的限位凸缘18而产生锁定功能,于本实施例中,该套体311的后端形成两所述限位挡片315,两所述限位挡片315分别位于该套体311的前后轴向(即中心轴线)的相对两侧。于使用前的起始状态,所述限位挡片315位于限位凸缘18径向的内侧,当护套本体31通过弹性体33提供弹力而朝前弹出时,限位挡片315能移动至限位凸缘18的前侧,而产生阻止护套本体31朝后运动的锁定功能,该衔接片体313位于两所述限位挡片315之间的一侧,该弹扣312与衔接片体313位于该套体311的相同一侧。
如图3至图5及图7所示,于本实施例中,该针筒连接部32包括一连接基部321以及两连接板体320,两所述连接板体320分别设置于连接基部321的相对该中心轴线1A的两侧,两所述连接板体320的后端各具有自该连接基部321的后端朝后凸伸的一卡制弹片325,所述卡制弹片325具有一卡掣凸缘326,卡制弹片325具有弯曲变形与回复的弹性,所述卡制弹片325的卡掣凸缘326能分别与该外套壳10后端的所述固定凸片131的固定卡槽132对应卡接组合,使针筒连接部32固定于外套壳10的后端内。
如图3至图7所示,于本实施例中,该连接基部321具有沿着该中心轴线1A前后间隔排列的两固定板体322,每一所述固定板体322分别为具有一具有缺口323的半环体,两所述固定板体322的缺口323同朝该中心轴线1A的一侧。两所述固定板体322的与缺口323相对的一侧形成一导槽口324,该连接基部321的所述导槽口324套设于该外套壳10的壳体11的内侧壁的导轨17上,并能沿着该导轨17前后直线运动。
如图3至图5及图7所示,该弹性体33包括一弹性基部331、一前连接部332、一后连接部333,该弹性基部331包括至少一弹性单元3310,当弹性基部331具有多个弹性单元3310时,多个所述弹性单元3310是由前往后依序连接,该前连接部332与该后 连接部333分别成形于该弹性基部331的前端与后端,并以该前连接部332连接该护套本体31的衔接片体313的后端,以该后连接部333连接该针筒连接部32的前端。于本实施例中,所述弹性单元3310是形成一V形的弧曲体,并具有沿着该中心轴线1A前后压缩与回复的弹性,所述弹性单元3310的弧曲体的弯弧型态对应于所述固定板体322的半环体的弯曲型态。
如图8至图10所示,本发明的注射器1结合针筒组件40组成注射装置备用时,该针筒组件40是包括一装有药剂液的针筒41,该针筒41内装有一活塞推杆42,该针筒41前端设有一刺针43以及套设于该刺针43外侧的一软塞44,该针筒组件40是自该注射器1的后端由后往前地装设于该注射器1内,其中,该针筒组件40的软塞44伸入该针盖20的内盖体22的组设空间220中,针盖20的弹勾部23伸至该软塞44后方,针筒41位于弹性保护件30内,且该外套壳10后端的多个该针筒卡勾121分别勾接该针筒41的后端固定,活塞推杆42则伸出该外套壳10的后端外侧。如此,在注射前的操作过程中,通过针盖20、弹性保护件30与软塞44三者对刺针43提供多重的安全防护,用于避免刺针43插出的可能性。
如图11至图13所示,当医护人员欲使用该注射装置进行人体注射前,是先拔取外套壳10前端的针盖20,其中通过针盖20的弹勾部23勾接套设于刺针43外侧的软塞44,而使针盖20连同软塞44一起拉出,此时,弹性保护件30的护套本体31伸出外套壳10的前端外侧,且套设于针筒组件40的刺针43外侧,避免刺针43外露,确保注射前的使用安全性。而且弹性保护件30的护套本体31前方已无针盖20予以限制,且此起始状态下,弹性保护件30中位于护套本体31后端的限位挡片315是位于外套壳10的限位凸缘18的径向内侧,故护套本体31能于外套壳10前端自由伸缩活动。
如图13至图16所示,医护人员进行人体注射时,是以该注射器1前端的护套本体31伸向被注射预定注射部位,于此过程中,该护套本体31仍将刺针43罩盖于内,确保使用安全性。直至护套本体31的前端接触被注射者的皮肤,经按压针筒组件40后侧的活塞推杆42,使弹性保护件30受到挤压力量而压缩弹性体33,进而护套本体31退缩至外套壳10的壳体11内,使刺针43伸出护套本体31的前端外侧,并刺入被注射者体内,对被注射者注射药剂,并持续按压针筒组件40的活塞推杆42,将针筒41内的药剂液通过刺针43注射于被注射者体内。于注射过程中,医护人员可以经由外套壳10的观视窗15观视针筒41内的药剂推进量。
如图13及图17所示,待针筒41内的药剂液注入被注射者体内之后,后拉注射装 置,同时使针筒组件40前端的刺针43自被注射者的身体抽离,此时,该弹性保护件30的护套本体31通过弹性体33提供弹力,推抵护套本体31自外套壳10的前端弹出,使刺针43被罩盖于护套本体31内。
如图18所示,护套本体31通过弹性体33提供弹力自外套壳10的前端弹出后,护套本体31后端的限位挡片315随着护套本体31被弹出而朝前运动过程中,限位挡片315能通过外套壳10的壳体11的内侧壁的限位凸缘18而移至限位凸缘18的前方,通过限位凸缘18于限位挡片315后方的阻挡限位,产生阻止该护套本体31朝后运动的锁定功能,使护套本体31维持套设于刺针43外侧的状态,确保刺针43不外露的使用安全性。
经由以上说明可知,本发明的注射器结合针筒组件组成注射装置时,该针筒组件能够由后往前地装设于该注射器内,该针筒组件中套设于刺针外侧的软塞伸入该针盖内。在注射前,通过针盖、弹性保护件与软塞三者共同对刺针提供安全防护,确保其使用安全性。其次,本发明的注射器的针盖借其弹勾部伸至套设于刺针外侧的软塞后方,当医护人员欲进行人体注射前,将位于外套壳前端的针盖拔取的同时,利用针盖后端的弹勾部勾接套设于刺针外侧的软塞的构造,使针盖能连同软塞一起自外套壳前端拉出,使装设于注射器内的针筒组件中,原套设于刺针外侧的软塞能够轻易地被拔取,且能避免误触弹性保护件的护套本体,该注射器的弹性保护件的护套本体维持罩盖于针筒组件的刺针外侧,避免刺针外露。故能有效解决现有注射器结合针筒组件后,位于针筒组件前端的针盖难以自注射器的保护盖中取出,以及医护人员误触保护盖的风险偏高等问题。
再者,本发明的注射器还能进一步利用外套壳的壳体内侧壁形成限位凸缘,该弹性保护件的护套本体的后端具有限位挡片的构造,待完成注射作业后,后拉注射装置,针筒组件前端的刺针自被注射者的身体抽离时,该弹性保护件的护套本体通过弹性体提供弹力,推抵护套本体自外套壳的前端弹出,使刺针被罩盖于护套本体内,且护套本体后端的限位挡片随着护套本体被弹出而朝前运动过程中,限位挡片能通过外套壳的壳体的内侧壁的限位凸缘而移至限位凸缘的前方,通过限位凸缘于限位挡片后方的阻挡限位,产生阻止该护套本体朝后运动的锁定功能,使护套本体维持套设于刺针外侧的状态,确保刺针不外露的使用安全性。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技 术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种注射器,其用于提供一针筒组件组设其中而构成一注射装置,该针筒组件于其前端的一刺针的外侧套设有一软塞,该注射器界定有前后轴向延伸的一中心轴线,其特征在于,该注射器包括:
    一外套壳,其包括一壳体、一针筒结合部以及一固定部,该壳体中形成沿着该中心轴线方向贯通的一通道,该壳体的外周面相对于该中心轴线的两侧分别形成一朝外凸伸的操作部,该壳体的前端具有一连接段,该针筒结合部与该固定部是形成于该壳体的后端,该针筒结合部用于连接该针筒组件;
    一针盖,其能拆组地连接于该外套壳前端的连接段,该针盖包括一外盖体、一内盖体以及一弹勾部,该内盖体是成形于该外盖体内,该内盖体的外周面与该外盖体的内周面之间具有一间距,该内盖体的后端形成一内盖后端口,该盖后端口用于提供该针筒组件的软塞伸入其中,该弹勾部是形成于该内盖体的后端且伸出该外盖体的后端外侧,该弹勾部用于连接该针筒组件的软塞,使该针盖能连同该软塞一同自该外套壳的前端拔除;以及
    一弹性保护件,其组设于该外套壳中且连接该针盖,该弹性保护件包括一护套本体、一针筒连接部以及一弹性体,该针筒连接部是位于该护套本体的后方,该针筒连接部包括一连接基部,该弹性***于该护套本体与该针筒连接部的连接基部之间,该针筒连接部固定于该外套壳中且连接该针筒结合部,该护套本体通过该外套壳前端的连接段并伸入该针盖内,于该针盖自该外套壳的前端拆离的状态下,通过该弹性体对该护套本体提供弹性,使该护套本体能于该外套壳的前端沿着该中心轴线方向伸缩活动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于,该外套壳的壳体的前段的内侧壁中形成两限位凸缘,两所述限位凸缘分别位于该中心轴线的相对两侧;
    该护套本体包括沿着该中心轴线贯通的一套体,该套体的后端形成两限位挡片,两所述限位挡片分别对应于两所述限位凸缘,两所述限位挡片能随该护套本体于该外套壳中运动,于该护套本体被弹出的状态下,所述限位挡片能移动至相对应的所述限位凸缘的前方位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于,该弹性保护件的连接基部包含沿着该中心轴线前后间隔排列的两固定板体,每一所述固定板体具有一具有缺口的半环体,两所述固定板体的缺口同朝该中心轴线的一侧;
    该弹性体包括一弹性基部、一前连接部以及一后连接部,该弹性基部包括至少一弹 性单元,该前连接部与该后连接部分别成形于该弹性基部的前端与后端,该前连接部连接该护套本体的后端,该后连接部连接该针筒连接部的前端;所述弹性单元是形成一V形的弧曲体,并具有沿着该中心轴线前后压缩与回复的弹性,所述弹性单元的弧曲体的弯弧型态对应于所述固定板体的半环体的弯曲型态。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的注射器,其特征在于,该弹性保护件的连接基部包含沿着该中心轴线前后间隔排列的两固定板体,每一所述固定板体具有一具有缺口的半环体,两所述固定板体的缺口同朝该中心轴线的一侧;
    该弹性体包括一弹性基部、一前连接部以及一后连接部,该弹性基部包括至少一弹性单元,该前连接部与该后连接部分别成形于该弹性基部的前端与后端,该前连接部连接该护套本体的后端,该后连接部连接该针筒连接部的前端;所述弹性单元是形成一V形的弧曲体,并具有沿着该中心轴线前后压缩与回复的弹性,所述弹性单元的弧曲体的弯弧型态对应于所述固定板体的半环体的弯曲型态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的注射器,其特征在于,该弹性保护件的弹性体的弹性基部具有多个所述弹性单元,多个所述弹性单元是由前往后依序连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的注射器,其特征在于,该壳体前端的连接段中具有两卡接孔,两该卡接孔相对于该中心轴线呈径向相对排列,该针筒结合部包括多个针筒卡勾,多个该针筒卡勾是分布形成于该壳体的后端周缘且具备弯曲变形的弹性,多个该针筒卡勾用以连接该针筒组件;
    该固定部包括两弯曲变形弹性的固定凸片,两该固定凸片是自该壳体的后端周缘朝后凸伸且径向相对排列,所述固定凸片设有一固定卡槽;
    该弹性保护件的针筒连接部包括两连接板体,两所述连接板体分别设置于该连接基部的相对该中心轴线的两侧,两所述连接板体的后端各具有自该连接基部的后端朝后凸伸的一卡制弹片,所述卡制弹片具有一卡掣凸缘,所述卡制弹片具有弯曲变形与回复的弹性,各所述卡制弹片的卡掣凸缘能分别与该外套壳后端的各所述固定凸片的固定卡槽对应卡接组合,使该针筒连接部固定于该外套壳的后端内。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的注射器,其特征在于,该外套壳的连接段的侧壁形成一长形导引孔,该长形导引孔平行于该中心轴线方向延伸且自该壳体的外表面径向连通至该通道,该壳体的内侧壁形成一导轨,该导轨自该壳体前段的内侧壁延伸至后端的内侧壁;
    该护套本体包括沿着该中心轴线贯通的一套体,该套体的一侧壁具有一弹扣,该弹 扣伸入该长形导引孔中,该套体的后端形成朝后凸伸的一衔接片体,该衔接片体连接该弹性体,该衔接片体的外侧面形成一导槽,该导槽套设于该外套壳的壳体的内侧壁的导轨上;
    该弹性保护件的针筒连接部的侧边形成一导槽口,所述导槽口套设于该外套壳的壳体内侧壁的导轨上。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的注射器,其特征在于,该外套壳的壳体的中段的一侧壁中形成一观视窗,该观视窗自该壳体的外表面径向连通至该通道。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的注射器,其特征在于,该壳体于该通道的侧壁中形成两对位槽,两该对位槽位于该通道的相对两侧且相连通,该壳体前端的连接段中具有两卡接孔,两该卡接孔分别对应连通两该对位槽;
    该针盖的弹勾部包括多个勾爪,多个该勾爪分布设置于该内盖体的后端周缘且朝后凸伸;
    该内盖体的后端形成一朝后凸伸的抵靠凸片,该抵靠凸片与多个该勾爪相对于该中心轴线呈等角度分布排列地形成于该内盖体的后端周缘;
    该外盖体的后端朝后凸伸两卡接弹片,两该卡接弹片分别设置于该外盖体相对于该中心轴线的两侧;
    该针盖的抵靠凸片与该弹勾部伸入该外套壳的通道中,该针盖的两该卡接弹片分别对应伸入该外套壳的两该对位槽,并与该壳体前端的卡接孔卡接配合,使该针盖组设于该外套壳前端的连接段,且该针盖能与该外套壳前端的连接段拆离。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的注射器,其特征在于,该外盖体的前端具有一前端板,该内盖体自该前端板的背面朝后延伸,该内盖体中具有一组设空间,该组设空间沿着该中心轴线朝前延伸至该前端板中;该针盖的外盖体的后端朝后凸伸多个对位插片,该外套壳的壳体的连接段的前端面形成多个对位凹部,多个该对位凹部分别提供多个该对位插片对应插设。
