Description

一种硬币清分机的连接装置及硬币清分机 技术领域
本发明涉及分拣设备,具体涉及一种硬币清分机的连接装置及硬币清分机。
背景技术
硬币清分机包括上壳和下壳,下壳内安装有控制***,上壳上安装有辅助进币***,辅助进币***的电路与控制***的电路通过导线连接。
目前市面上现有的大多数硬币清分机的上壳内的电路和下壳内的电路为一体设计,不能独立拆开,无法拆开上壳和下壳,不方便维修和异常处理,使用起来也不够方便。
少部分硬币清分机的上壳内的电路以铰链的形式与下壳内的电路连接,该电路结构使得上壳仅可相对下壳翻转,无法实现上壳与下壳分离拆装,并且在翻转过程中,电路结构也要跟随一起开合,会出现反复折弯问题,电路折弯久了就容易出现电路故障,通电线路的安全性和可靠性都不够好。

本申请提供一种可拆卸分离的连接装置及硬币清分机。
技术解决方案
根据第一方面,一种实施例中提供一种硬币清分机的连接装置,包括:
上连接组件,包括插座,插座用于安装在硬币清分机的上壳的下端,插座与上壳内的电路连接;
下连接组件,包括插头,插头用于可移动的安装在硬币清分机的下壳的上端,插头与下壳内的电路连接;上壳安装在下壳的状态下,插头可移动插装在插座内。
根据第二方面,一种实施例中提供一种硬币清分机,包括相互独立的上壳和下壳,上壳和下壳内分别设有电路;还包括上述的连接装置,上壳和下壳通过连接装置实现物理连接和电连接。
有益效果
依据上述实施例的硬币清分机的连接装置及硬币清分机,由于插座安装在上壳的下端,插头安装在下壳的上端,并且插座和插头分别与上壳和下壳内的电路连接,上壳和下壳可通过插头和插座实现物理连接和电连接,使得硬币清分机的上壳和下壳可设置成相互独立的结构,在进行维护的过程中,可将上壳整体与下壳分离,方便了对硬币清分机内部结构的维护,并且上壳和下壳同时进行物理连接和电连接的方式拆卸简单,安全性和可靠性好。

本发明的实施方式
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
本实施例提供了一种硬币清分机的连接装置,本连接装置可实现硬币清分机上壳和下壳的物理连接和电连接。
如图1和2所示,本实施例的连接装置包括上连接组件1和下连接组件2,上连接组件1用于安装在硬币清分机的上壳3的下端,下连接组件2用于安装在硬币清分机的下壳4的上端。
本实施例中,上连接组件1包括插座11,插座11为DC插座,插座11通过导线与上壳3内的电路连接。下连接组件2包括插头21,插头21为DC插头,插头21与下壳4内的电路连接。插座11安装在延伸出上壳3下端的安装板上,从而插座11延伸出上壳3的下端,并且插座11位于上壳3的内侧面以内。插头21可移动的安装在下壳4的上端内表面。
在其他实施例中,插头11可为导电柱或导电块结构,插座12为弹簧片结构,插头11和与插座12通过弹性导电接触。或者,插座12包括两个相对设置的弹簧片,在自然状态下两个弹簧片之间的间距小于导电柱或导电块的宽度,插头11可插装在插座12内的两个弹簧片之间,形成导电接触。
为了可移动的安装插头21,本实施例中,下连接组件2还包括移动板22,下壳4的上端内表面设置有水平的滑槽41,移动板22可滑动的卡接在下壳4上的滑槽41内,插头21固定安装在移动板22的内侧面端部,具体的,移动板22的内侧面端部设有凹槽,插头21卡在移动板22的凹槽内,并通过压板23进行固定。
如图3所示,移动板22的外侧面设有竖直的凸条221,下壳4对应位置设有用于避让的开口,移动板22的凸条221穿过下壳4的开口露出在外面,凸条221用于移动移动板22。
为了对移动板22的水平行程进行限位,在下壳4的内表面上安装有弹性柱42,移动板22上设有水平的条形孔222,条形孔222的长度为移动板22的行程,弹性柱42插装在条形孔222内。
为了对移动板22进行锁定,防止移动板22的意外滑动,弹性柱42设置成轴向镂空结构,弹性柱42形成两瓣向外倾斜的具有一定弹性的柱片,即弹性柱42的两瓣柱片始终具有一个向外倾斜的力,在自然状态下,两瓣柱片倾斜张开。条形孔222的两端设有两个孔径大于条形孔222孔径的圆孔,即条形孔222的两端大,中间窄,从而当弹性柱42卡入到条形孔222任一端的圆孔内,不会发生意外滑动,需外力驱动弹性柱42才能收缩移动至另一端。
为了更好的进行物理锁定连接,上连接组件1还包括卡勾12,卡勾12安装在上壳3的下端内表面,并延伸出上壳3的下端。移动板22的内侧面上端设有凸起223,该凸起223形成一个卡槽,卡勾12用于卡接在凸起223形成的卡槽内,卡勾12用于限位上壳3和下壳4竖直方向的自由度。
为了对上壳3和下壳4进行定位安装,上连接组件1还包括定位柱13,下连接组件2还包括定位孔24,定位柱13具有两个,两个定位柱13分别安装在上壳3内表面的下端两侧,并延伸出上壳3的下端。定位孔24具有两个,分别安装在下壳4内表面的上端两侧,与定位柱13一一对应,定位孔24由定位板打孔形成。上壳3安装在下壳4时,上壳3通过定位柱13定位插装在下壳4上。
本实施例的连接装置的工作原理如下:
如图4和5所示,移动板22上的凸条221位于图3所示左边位置,此时弹性柱42卡在的条形孔222的一端。
然后上壳3通过定位柱13定位在下壳4上,再用手拨动移动板22上的凸条221带动插头21移动,直到弹性柱42移动至条形孔222的另一端,此时插头21已***到插座11内,形成电连接,同时,卡勾12已勾住了移动板222上的凸起223,如图6和7所示,从而上壳3和下壳4的物理结构连为一体,电路上也达到连通;
当用手拨动移动板22上的凸条221回到起始位置时,插头21脱出插座11达到电路断开的状态,卡勾12脱离移动板222上的凸起223,上壳3和下壳4可以分离,如此反复即可达到闭合和开启功能。
本实施例提供的硬币清分机的连接装置,由于插座11安装在上壳3的下端,插头21安装在下壳4的上端,并且插座11和插头21分别与上壳3和下壳4内的电路连接,上壳3和下壳4可通过插头21和插座11实现物理连接和电连接,使得硬币清分机的上壳3和下壳4可设置成相互独立的结构,在进行维护的过程中,可将上壳3整体与下壳4分离,方便了对硬币清分机内部结构的维护,并且上壳3和下壳4同时进行物理连接和电连接的方式拆卸简单,安全性和可靠性好。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种硬币清分机,硬币清分机主要用在现金支付领域,用于对硬币进行分类和清点。
本实施例的硬币清分机包括两个相互独立的上壳3和下壳4,还包括上述实施例一的连接装置,上壳3上安装有辅助进币***,下壳4内安装有控制***,上连接组件1安装在上壳3的下端,插座21通过导线与上壳3上辅助进币***的电路连接,下连接组件2安装在下壳4的上端,插头21通过导线与控制***的电路连接。上壳3和下壳4可通过连接装置可实现物理连接和电连接,该结构设置,拆卸简单,安全性和可靠性好。

  1. 一种硬币清分机的连接装置,其特征在于,包括:
    上连接组件,包括插座,所述插座用于安装在硬币清分机的上壳的下端,所述插座与上壳内的电路连接;
    下连接组件,包括插头,所述插头用于可移动的安装在硬币清分机的下壳的上端,所述插头与下壳内的电路连接;上壳安装在下壳的状态下,所述插头可移动插装在所述插座内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述插座延伸出所述上壳的下端,并且所述插座上的插孔水平设置;所述插头可水平移动的安装在所述下壳上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述下连接组件还包括移动板,所述下壳的上端内侧设有滑槽,所述移动板可水平移动的安装所述下壳的滑槽内,所述插头安装在所述移动板内侧面上,所述移动板的外侧面上设有用于移动的凸条,所述下壳上设有开口,所述移动板上的凸条穿过所述下壳的开口露出在外面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述下壳的上端内表面设有弹性柱,所述移动板上设有水平的条形孔,所述弹性柱插装在所述条形孔内,所述条形孔的长度大于等于所述插头***所述插座内的长度。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述弹性柱的轴向中部镂空设置,所述弹性柱形成两瓣向外倾斜的具有一定弹性的柱片,所述条形孔的两端具有内径大于条形孔孔径的圆孔。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述上连接组件还包括卡勾,所述卡勾安装在所述上壳的下端,并延伸出所述上壳的下端,所述移动板上设有水平设置的卡槽,所述卡勾用于卡装在所述移动板的卡槽内。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述上连接组件还包括定位柱,所述定位柱安装在所述上壳的下端,并延伸出所述上壳的下端,所述下连接组件还包括定位孔,所述定位孔安装在所述下壳的上端,所述定位柱用于插装在所述定位孔内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述定位柱具有两个,分别安装在所述上壳的下端两侧,所述定位孔具有两个,与所述定位柱对应设置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述插头为DC插头,所述插座为DC插座;或者,插头为导电柱或导电片结构,插座为弹簧片结构。
  10. 一种硬币清分机,其特征在于,包括相互独立的上壳和下壳,所述上壳和下壳内分别设有电路;还包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的连接装置,所述上壳和下壳通过所述连接装置实现物理连接和电连接。
