Description

一种污水处理过滤装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于污水处理技术领域,具体是一种污水处理过滤装置。
背景技术
废水是指居民活动过程中排出的水及径流雨水的总称。它包括生活污水、工业废水和初雨径流入排水管渠等其它无用水,一般指没有利用或没利用价值的水。随着工业的发展,所产生的工业废水量巨大。工业废水是指在工业生产的过程中产生的废水、污水和废液,其中含有随水流失的工业生产用料、中间产物和产品以及生产过程中产生的污染物。由于工业废水中含有大量的不溶于水的颗粒物和溶于水的化学污染物,如果这些工业废水直接排放到外界,势必污染环境,影响人类健康。因此,为了环保要求,工业废水必须经处理后才能排放。工业废水直接流入渠道,江河,湖泊污染地表水,如果毒性较大会导致水生动植物的死亡甚至绝迹。
现有的污水处理过滤技术存在以下问题:由于废水中含有固体颗粒,现有的污水处理过滤装置的滤筒容易堵塞,影响污水处理过滤装置的过滤效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于堤供一种污水处理过滤装置,以解 决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型堤供如下技术方案:一种污水处理过滤装置,包括过滤壳体、过滤筒、液压缸、去杂盘、进料口和出水口,所述过滤壳体内部开设有吸附过滤槽,所述吸附过滤槽内部安装有活性炭吸附层,所述吸附过滤槽内部安装有上部开口的过滤筒,所述过滤壳体顶部安装有支架,所述支架上端中部安装有液压缸,所述液压缸下侧输出端传动连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆一端安装有去杂盘,所述去杂盘的外直径小于过滤筒的内直径,所述过滤壳体下侧安装有支撑脚,所述过滤壳体上部设置有进水管,所述吸附过滤槽上端一侧安装有进料口,所述进料口一端安装有进料盖,所述过滤壳体下端中部安装有出水口。
优选的,所述过滤壳体上部开设有卡槽,且过滤筒上部卡接在卡槽内,卡槽底部安装有橡胶垫。
优选的,所述去杂盘由金属滤盘和橡胶外圈组成,且橡胶外圈安装在金属滤盘外侧。
优选的,所述吸附过滤槽底部一侧连接有排料口,且排料口一端安装有排料盖。
优选的,所述出水口与过滤壳体连接处安装有滤料网。
优选的,所述伸缩杆一端通过连接座与去杂盘中部螺纹连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型 通过设有的去杂盘,便于控制去除过滤筒内壁的过滤杂质,提高了过滤效果,有效防止滤筒内壁因杂质过多而堵塞,提高了过滤效率,通过吸附过滤槽内部安装有活性炭吸附层,便于对废水进行吸附过滤提高过滤的效率,通过吸附过滤槽底部一侧连接有排料口,且排料口一端安装有排料盖,便于吸附过滤槽内部的活性炭吸附层进行更换。

请参阅图1-2,本实用新型实施例中,一种污水处理过滤装 置,包括过滤壳体1、过滤筒3、液压缸4、去杂盘5、进料口7和出水口8,过滤壳体1内部开设有吸附过滤槽11,吸附过滤槽11内部安装有活性炭吸附层2,能去除水中污染物,吸附为强、滤速快,吸附过滤槽11内部安装有上部开口的过滤筒3,便于废水进行初步过滤,过滤壳体1顶部安装有支架13,支架13上端中部安装有液压缸4,便于驱动去杂盘5在过滤筒3内壁进行上下移动,液压缸4下侧输出端传动连接有伸缩杆41,伸缩杆41一端安装有去杂盘5,去杂盘5的外直径小于过滤筒3的内直径,过滤壳体1下侧安装有支撑脚14,用于支撑整体,过滤壳体1上部设置有进水管6,吸附过滤槽11上端一侧安装有进料口7,进料口7一端安装有进料盖71,过滤壳体1下端中部安装有出水口8,便于处理过的废水进行下移处理环节。
通过所述过滤壳体1上部开设有卡槽12,且过滤筒3上部卡接在卡槽12内,卡槽12底部安装有橡胶垫121,便于安装固定过滤筒3。
通过所述去杂盘5由金属滤盘51和橡胶外圈52组成,且橡胶外圈52安装在金属滤盘51外侧,便于去除过滤筒内壁的过滤杂质,提高了过滤效果,防堵塞。
通过所述吸附过滤槽11底部一侧连接有排料口21,且排料口21一端安装有排料盖22,便于吸附过滤槽内部的活性炭吸附层进行更换。
通过所述出水口8与过滤壳体1连接处安装有滤料网81, 便于对活性炭颗粒进行过滤。
通过所述伸缩杆41一端通过连接座53与去杂盘5中部螺纹连接,便于去杂盘5的安装与固定。
工作原理:将待过滤处理的废水由进水管6进入到过滤壳体1内的过滤筒3内,通过过滤筒3过滤掉废水中的颗粒杂质,通过吸附过滤槽11内部安装有活性炭吸附层2,便于对废水进行吸附过滤提高过滤的效率,通过液压缸4驱动去杂盘5在过滤筒3内壁上下移动,便于控制去除过滤筒内壁的过滤杂质,提高了过滤效果,有效防止滤筒内壁因杂质过多而堵塞,提高了过滤效率。

  1. 一种污水处理过滤装置,包括过滤壳体(1)、过滤筒(3)、液压缸(4)、去杂盘(5)、进料口(7)和出水口(8),其特征在于:所述过滤壳体(1)内部开设有吸附过滤槽(11),所述吸附过滤槽(11)内部安装有活性炭吸附层(2),所述吸附过滤槽(11)内部安装有上部开口的过滤筒(3),所述过滤壳体(1)顶部安装有支架(13),所述支架(13)上端中部安装有液压缸(4),所述液压缸(4)下侧输出端传动连接有伸缩杆(41),所述伸缩杆(41)一端安装有去杂盘(5),所述去杂盘(5)的外直径小于过滤筒(3)的内直径,所述过滤壳体(1)下侧安装有支撑脚(14),所述过滤壳体(1)上部设置有进水管(6),所述吸附过滤槽(11)上端一侧安装有进料口(7),所述进料口(7)一端安装有进料盖(71),所述过滤壳体(1)下端中部安装有出水口(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理过滤装置,其特征在于:所述过滤壳体(1)上部开设有卡槽(12),且过滤筒(3)上部卡接在卡槽(12)内,卡槽(12)底部安装有橡胶垫(121)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理过滤装置,其特征在于:所述去杂盘(5)由金属滤盘(51)和橡胶外圈(52)组成,且橡胶外圈(52)安装在金属滤盘(51)外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理过滤装置,其特征在于:所述吸附过滤槽(11)底部一侧连接有排料口(21),且排料口(21)一端安装有排料盖(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理过滤装置,其特征在于:所述出水口(8)与过滤壳体(1)连接处安装有滤料网(81)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理过滤装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆(41)一端通过连接座(53)与去杂盘(5)中部螺纹连接。
