在一些实施例中,抽拉件可以为各种抽拉动作的部件,只要需要引线则可以采用该引线结构。比如:冰箱上的抽屉,所属主体可以选为冰箱的箱胆。比如抽拉的显示面板等。
线缆6在第一固定卡10、第二固定卡8中的具体固定方式可以选择套设,线缆6的第一端穿套于第一固定卡10内,第二端穿套于第二固定卡8。进而从周向上对线缆6的所处空间进行定位,避免其周向晃动或周向移位。
其中,第一固定卡10设置有安装于抽拉件所属主体的第一安装位,该安装位可以为焊接位,或与所属主体(箱体)一体加工而成,或粘接位等。
第二固定卡8要随抽拉件移动,因此,第二固定卡8设置有安装于导轨支撑9上的第二安装位,导轨支撑9安装于抽拉件的滑动侧壁上,第二安装位可以为焊接位,或与抽拉件滑动侧壁一体加工而成,或粘接位等。
该引线结构可以应用到多个抽拉件上,同时可以作为单独的产品部件应用、生产、出售。
本公开实施例还提供了一种抽拉件,其包括用电单元和引线结构,引线结构的第二固定卡8安装于抽拉件的滑动侧壁上,抽拉件上设置有用电单元。
在一些实施例中,引线结构可以与抽拉件结合在一起形成一种新的抽拉件。抽拉件本体为原来的抽拉件,其设置有用电单元,引线结构设置有第二固定卡8,其固定安装于抽拉件的滑动侧壁上。第一固定卡10设置有第一安装位,在使用时被安装到抽拉件所属的主体上,且线缆6的第一端的第一接口与所属主体的线缆接口401连接。在这种情况下,第二接口与用电接口7可以被加工成一体的线缆6,不再拆分为两个接口的连接形式。当然在其他的实施例中,也可以保持两个接口,以方便拆卸、更换、维修等。
上文多次提到用电单元,该用电单元可以有多种形式,比如目前比较普遍的显示面板301和/或照明件302。其中显示面板301用于显示状态,照明件302用于照明。当然,在其他实施例中,还可以为:各类传感器、控制器等,此处不再一一赘述。
如前所述,抽拉件只要具备用电单元,需要将所属主体的电引入抽拉件,则该抽拉件都属于本公开的保护范围。举例来说,抽拉件可为抽屉。
本公开实施例还提供了一种箱体,如图5所示,该箱体设置有抽拉件的容纳空间,还设置有上述引线结构,引线结构处于抽拉件的下方,引线结构的线缆6的第二接口与抽拉件的滑动侧壁上的用电接口7相连;抽拉件设置有用电单元。
在该箱体中,引线结构不再归属于抽拉件,而是与抽拉件同属于箱体的一部分。抽拉件可容纳在对应的空间中,或抽出脱离该空间。在抽拉件下方设置有引线结构,以便巧妙利用抽拉件和容纳空间之间的位置关系。
在箱体中(即箱胆),线缆6可设置在后内壁,而不设置在抽拉件的抽拉路径上。设置在后内壁可以减少抽拉件触碰,避免接触不良或断电或触电等情况。第一接口连接线缆接口401也比较方便,在该处更能将线缆6的第一端固定在对应的空间内。此时,第一固定卡10安装在箱体上,例如可安装在抽拉件下方箱胆的底壁上。
为了抽拉件顺利从箱胆内抽拉,箱体(即抽拉件容纳空间)的侧内壁 设置有滑道,滑道与抽拉件的滑轨滑动连接。该滑动配合可参考现有冰箱抽屉或家具中的抽屉。
本公开实施例还提供了一种冰箱,如图6所示,其包括上述的箱体。
另外,该冰箱5可包括一个以上的间室,比如左间室和右间室,左间室设置有左间室门1,右间室设置有右间室门2,另外,部分间室为上下位置关系,处于下方的间室设置有箱体。基于该上下位置的间室,处于下方的间室内设置有抽拉件,抽拉件的门体3的上表面设置有显示面板,以显示其他间室的状态和冰箱的其他运行状态。
如果该抽拉件所在的间室处于中部,那么该抽拉件还可以设置照明件302,比如照明灯,为下部的间室照明。
本技术基本具备如下的优点:
1、实现了抽拉件门体上的显示板和照明灯与箱体之间的线路通路。
2、结构简单,充分利用了抽拉件与箱胆之间的空间。
3、抽拉件门体和箱体连接线束的定点和动点实现了在门体开门或者关门逐步运动过程线束的柔性变化。
以上所述仅为本公开的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本公开,凡在本公开的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种应用于抽拉件的引线结构,所述抽拉件设置用电单元,其特征在于,包括第一固定卡、第二固定卡、线缆;其中,
    所述线缆的第一端设置第一接口,第二端设置第二接口;所述第一接口用于与所述抽拉件所属主体的内壁上的线缆接口相连;所述第二接口用于与所述抽拉件的滑动侧壁上的用电接口相连;
    所述用电接口所在的滑动侧壁上安装第二固定卡,
    所述线缆的第一端处固定于所述第一固定卡,第二端处固定于所述第二固定卡。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的应用于抽拉件的引线结构,其特征在于,所述线缆的第一端穿套于所述第一固定卡内,所述第二端穿套于所述第二固定卡。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的应用于抽拉件的引线结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定卡设置安装于所述抽拉件所属主体的第一安装位。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的应用于抽拉件的引线结构,其特征在于,所述第二固定卡设置安装于导轨支撑上的第二安装位,所述导轨支撑安装于所述抽拉件的滑动侧壁上。
  5. 一种抽拉件,其特征在于,包括用电单元和权利要求1-4任一项所述的引线结构,所述引线结构的第二固定卡安装于所述抽拉件的滑动侧壁上,所述抽拉件上设置用电单元。
  6. 如权利要求5所述抽拉件,其特征在于,所述用电单元包括:显示面板和/或照明件。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的抽拉件,其特征在于,所述抽拉件包括:抽屉。
  8. 一种箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体设置抽拉件的容纳空间,还设置权利要求1-4任一项所述的引线结构,所述引线结构处于所述抽拉件的下方,所述引线结构的线缆的第二接口与所述抽拉件的滑动侧壁上的用电接口相连;所述抽拉件设置用电单元。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体的后内壁设置所述线缆接口,以连接所述第一接口;和/或,所述第一固定卡安装于所述 箱体。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体的侧内壁设置滑道,所述滑道与所述抽拉件的滑轨滑动连接。
  11. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括权利要求8-10任一项所述的箱体。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于,包括一个以上的间室,部分间室为上下位置关系,处于下方的间室设置所述箱体。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述抽拉件的门体上表面设置显示面板,和/或,所述抽拉件的底壁设置照明件。
