Abstract
一种熏支杆,由硬质圆纸管(2)、两个带通孔隔离塞(1,4)和本草薰丝(5)构成,一个带通孔隔离塞(4)设置在硬质圆纸管的内部,该带通孔隔离塞将硬质圆纸管内部空腔分隔成填料仓和集雾腔两个部分,本草薰料填充在填料仓内,而另一个带通孔隔离塞(1)设置在硬质圆纸管的端口处,两个带通孔隔离塞之间形成集雾腔。该熏支杆采用硬质圆纸管来替代传统卷烟纸,使熏支杆生产设备大为简化,降低了制作成本。硬质圆纸管和硅胶隔离塞均采用食品级材料制成,安全卫生。硬质圆纸管还具有阻燃功能,能防止明火点燃。不同通孔形状的隔离塞既丰富了熏支杆艺术美观,也能起到调节熏支杆抽吸过程中雾气流量大小作用,改善抽吸者的体验。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种香烟替代品的主体部份,该主体部分在电子加热器辅助下,即可成为香烟替代品。
吸烟有害健康是一个共识,市面上已出现各类香烟替代品。从普通香烟演变到各类香烟替代品,多多少少保留了传统卷烟的制作工艺,延用传统卷烟生产设备。
众所周知,当香烟燃烧时,会产生对人体有害的焦油,而目前出现的各类香烟替代品则不燃烧,而是加热雾化。因此,针对各类加热型香烟替代品,不必明火燃烧,同时也不能明火燃烧,成为了此类加热型香烟替代品基础特征之一。紧紧围绕这一基础特征,对加热型香烟替代品的结构进行重新设计,必将拓展和提升加热型香烟替代品的用户体验。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种香烟替代品的主体部分,以其独特的结构设计,简化了产品的制作设备、降低了产品的制作费用。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是,提供一种熏支杆,其特征在于:由硬质圆纸管、两个带通孔隔离塞和本草薰丝构成,一个带通孔隔离塞设置在硬质圆纸管的内部,该带通孔隔离塞将硬质圆纸管内部空腔分隔成填料仓和集雾腔两个部分,本草薰料填充在填料仓内,而另一个带通孔隔离塞设置在硬质圆纸管的端口处,两个带通孔 隔离塞之间形成集雾腔。
在上述技术方案中,所述硬质圆纸管由食品级且阻燃的材料制成。
在上述技术方案中,所述带通孔隔离塞采用耐高温食品级硅胶材料制成,隔离塞的通孔形状或为“Y”形,或为花蕊形,或为悬翼形,或为五星形,或为多圆形、或为爱心形。
本实用新型的优点是,
1.采用硬质圆纸管来替代传统的卷烟纸,突破了传统香烟是由香烟纸在专业设备上将烟丝裹卷制成的结构方法,使加工设备大为简化,降低了制作成本。
2.硬质管和硅胶塞均采用食品级材料制成,安全卫生。
3.硬质管还具有阻燃功能,明火无法点燃。
4.隔离塞采用食品级硅胶制成,安全卫生。
5.不同通孔形状的隔离塞应用到熏支杆中,可丰富熏支杆的艺术美观,此外,选用通孔截面积大小不同的隔离塞,还能起到调节熏支杆抽吸过程中雾气流量大小作用,改善抽吸者的体验。

以上附图中,1是端口硅胶隔离塞,2是硬质圆纸管,3是集雾腔,4是分隔填充仓和集雾腔的硅胶隔离塞,5是填充仓内填充的本草薰丝。
实施例:本实施例结构如附图1所示,其外观形状如附图2所示。
本实施例中,硬质圆纸管2采用阻燃食品级材料制成,隔离塞4将硬质圆纸管内部空间分隔成左右两个部分,隔离塞4右侧为填充仓,本草薰丝填充在该填充仓内,隔离塞1设置于硬质圆纸管2的左端口处,隔离塞1和隔离塞4之间形成集雾腔,隔离塞1和隔离塞4均采用食品级硅胶材料制成,其中心通孔为“Y”形,如附图3所示。
使用时,将本实施例熏支杆右端的填充仓及本草薰丝5部分***到电子加热器中加热,当从熏支杆左端处抽吸,本草薰丝经加热后产生的雾气穿过硅胶隔离塞4进入到集雾腔3中,经集雾腔3稍有降温的雾气再穿过硅胶隔离塞1,进入抽吸者口腔内。
本实施例中,采用硬质圆纸管2来替代传统的卷烟纸,突破了传统香烟是由香烟纸在专业设备上将烟丝裹卷制成的结构方法,使加工设备大为简化,降低了制作成本。
本实施例中,硬质圆纸管2具有阻燃功能,明火无法点燃,能有效地防止人们用明火错点可能性。
本实施例中,隔离塞1和隔离塞4可以在具有“Y”形通孔硅胶隔离塞、或具有花蕊形通孔硅胶隔离塞(如图4所示)、或具有悬翼形通孔硅胶隔离塞(如图5所示)、或具有五星形通孔硅胶隔离塞(如图6所示)、或具有多圆形通孔硅胶隔离塞(如图7所示)、或具有爱心形通孔硅胶隔离塞(如图8所示)中任选。在同一个熏支杆中,可 以选用通孔形状相同或不同的隔离塞,可以通过调节隔离塞通孔有效面积的大小来达到最佳抽吸效果。
Claims (4)
- 一种熏支杆,其特征在于:由硬质圆纸管、两个带通孔隔离塞和本草薰丝构成,一个带通孔隔离塞设置在硬质圆纸管的内部,该带通孔隔离塞将硬质圆纸管内部空腔分隔成填料仓和集雾腔两个部分,本草薰料填充在填料仓内,而另一个带通孔隔离塞设置在硬质圆纸管的端口处,两个带通孔隔离塞之间形成集雾腔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的熏支杆,其特征在于:所述硬质圆纸管由食品级材料制成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的熏支杆,其特征在于:所述硬质圆纸管由阻燃材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的熏支杆,其特征在于:所述带通孔隔离塞采用耐高温食品级硅胶材料制成,隔离塞的通孔形状或为“Y”形,或为花蕊形,或为悬翼形,或为五星形,或为多圆形、或为爱心形。
