The drive mechanism 13 is provided on the door frame 10. The driving mechanism 13 includes a motor 14 that generates a driving force for moving the pair of car doors 12 and a power transmission unit 15 that transmits the driving force of the motor 14 to the pair of car doors 12. The pair of car doors 12 move in opposite directions by receiving the driving force of the motor 14 from the power transmission unit 15.
The door support device 9 is supported by the car frame 3. The door support device 9 includes a pair of attachment members 16 fixed to the upper frame 6, a pair of first attachment members 16 connected to the pair of attachment members 16 and the entrance / exit side end 6 a, and a pair of attachment members 16. And a pair of second braces 18 connected to the pair of vertical column side ends 6b.
Each of the pair of mounting members 16 protrudes downward from the entrance / exit side end portion 6a of the upper frame 6. Each of the pair of attachment members 16 is held above the floor of the cab 2 by the upper frame 6. Thereby, each lower end part of a pair of attachment member 16 is located above the floor of the cab 2. In this example, the position of the lower end of each of the pair of attachment members 16 is higher than the upper end of the car doorway 4.
The back surface of the door frame 10 is attached to the lower end of each of the pair of attachment members 16. Thereby, the car door device 8 is supported by the pair of attachment members 16. The pair of attachment members 16 are arranged away from each other in the width direction of the car 1. Each of the pair of attachment members 16 is disposed on both sides of the car doorway 4 in the width direction of the car 1. In this example, the upper ends of the pair of attachment members 16 are respectively fixed to both ends in the width direction of the upper frame 6. Further, in this example, when the car 1 is viewed along the depth direction of the car room 2, each of the pair of attachment members 16 is disposed outside the side surface of the car room 2.
Each of the pair of first braces 17 is a first reinforcing member for increasing the strength of each mounting member 16 in the width direction of the car 1. Each first brace 17 is arranged on a virtual plane orthogonal to the depth direction of the car room 2, that is, on a virtual plane parallel to the car doorway 4. Further, each first brace 17 is disposed on the landing side with respect to the front of the cab 2. Furthermore, each first brace 17 is arranged in the region of the door frame 10 of the car door device 8 as shown in FIG. 3 when viewed from above.
Each first bracing 17 has a first end portion 17a, a second end portion 17b, and a rod-like portion 17c that connects the first end portion 17a and the second end portion 17b. In this example, L-shaped connection fittings connected to the rod-like portion 17c are used as the first end portion 17a and the second end portion 17b, respectively. In this example, the position of the rod-shaped portion 17c with respect to each of the first end portion 17a and the second end portion 17b can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped portion 17c. Thereby, the length of each 1st bracing 17 can be adjusted.
The first end portion 17a of each first brace 17 is individually connected to the intermediate portion of each attachment member 16. The second end portion 17b of each first brace 17 is located at a position away from the first end portion 17a toward the front entrance of the car doorway 4 and at a position higher than the first end portion 17a, on the entrance / exit side end portion of the upper frame 6 6a. In this example, the second end portion 17 b of each first brace 17 is connected to the entrance / exit side end portion 6 a at a position between the pair of attachment members 16 in the entrance direction of the car entrance 4. Thereby, each 1st bracing 17 inclines in the direction which approaches the attachment member 16 toward the downward direction from the entrance-and-exit side edge part 6a of the upper frame 6. As shown in FIG. In this example, the first end portion 17a is connected to the attachment member 16 with a bolt, and the second end portion 17b is connected to the entrance / exit side end portion 6a with a bolt.
Each of the pair of second braces 18 is a second reinforcing member for increasing the strength of the pair of attachment members 16 in the depth direction of the car 1. The pair of second braces 18 are disposed on both sides of the car room 2 in the front-and-rear direction of the car doorway 4. Each second brace 18 is disposed outside the side surface of the cab 2. Further, each second brace 18 is individually arranged on two virtual planes orthogonal to the width direction of the car 1, that is, on two virtual planes parallel to the side surface of the car room 2.
Each second brace 18 is a rod-shaped member having a third end 18a and a fourth end 18b. The third end portion 18 a of each second brace 18 is individually connected to the intermediate portion of each mounting member 16. The fourth end 18b of each second brace 18 is individually connected to each vertical column side end 6b. The position of the fourth end 18b of each second brace 18 is a position away from the third end 18a in the depth direction of the car 1 and higher than the third end 18a. Thereby, each 2nd bracing 18 inclines in the direction which approaches the attachment member 16 toward the downward direction from the vertical column side edge part 6b of the upper frame 6, as shown in FIG. In this example, the position of the fourth end 18 b of each second brace 18 is a position between the attachment member 16 and the vertical column 7 in the depth direction of the car 1. In this example, the third end portion 18a is connected to the mounting member 16 with a bolt, and the fourth end portion 18b is connected to the vertical column side end portion 6b with a bolt.
In such an elevator door support device 9, the car door device 8 is attached to a pair of attachment members 16 protruding downward from the upper frame 6. Further, the first end portions 17a of the pair of first braces 17 are individually connected to the pair of attachment members 16, and the second end portions 17b of the pair of first braces 17 are connected to the upper frame 6. Yes. For this reason, even if the strength of each attachment member 16 is reduced, each attachment member 16 can be made difficult to deform by each of the pair of first braces 17. For example, even when a load is applied to each mounting member 16 due to acceleration / deceleration at the time of reversal of the movement of the car door 12, each mounting member 16 can be made difficult to deform, and the strength reliability of each mounting member 16 is ensured. can do. Thereby, the intensity | strength of each attachment member 16 can be made small, and size reduction and weight reduction of the door support apparatus 9 can be achieved. Accordingly, the overall weight of the car 1 can be reduced. Further, for a plurality of cars 1 having different ceiling heights in the car room 2, for example, by adjusting the mounting position of the door frame 10 with respect to each mounting member 16, the height direction of the door frame 10 with respect to the car doorway 4. The position of can be made constant.
Furthermore, the length of each of the pair of attachment members 16 can be shortened. For this reason, when installing the door frame 10 in the cage | basket | car 1, the unit which united a pair of attachment member 16 and the door frame 10 can be carried in in a hoistway. Thereby, the burden of the installation work of the door frame 10 with respect to the cage | basket | car 1 can be lightened. That is, when the door frame 10 is attached to the pair of attachment members 16 after attaching the pair of attachment members 16 to the car 1, the door frame 10 is arranged considerably below the ceiling of the car room 2. It is difficult for an operator on the ceiling to access the mounting position of the door frame 10. In contrast, in the first embodiment, since the pair of attachment members 16 can be attached in advance to the door frame 10, an operator on the ceiling of the cab 2 can access the attachment position of the door frame 10. Therefore, the door frame 10 can be easily installed.
Also, the pair of first braces 17 are arranged in the region of the door frame 10 of the car door device 8 when viewed from above. For this reason, it can prevent that the space of the horizontal direction of the cage | basket | car 1 whole will be expanded by installing a pair of 1st bracing 17 in the cage | basket | car 1. FIG.
Further, the position of the fourth end 18b of each of the pair of second braces 18 is a position away from the third end 18a in the depth direction of the car 1. For this reason, the strength of each attachment member 16 in the depth direction of the car 1 can be ensured by each second brace 18. For example, even when a passenger pushes the car door 12 and a load is applied to each attachment member 16, it is possible to make each attachment member 16 difficult to deform. Thereby, the improvement of the reliability of the strength of each mounting member 16 can be further ensured.
Also, the length of each first brace 17 can be adjusted. For this reason, fine adjustment of the position of the car door device 8 in the frontage direction of the car doorway 4 can be performed by adjusting the length of each first brace 17. Furthermore, each 1st bracing 17 is arrange | positioned rather than the front of the cab 2 at the landing side. For this reason, the length of each first brace 17 can be easily adjusted from the landing.
In the above example, the second end 17b of each first brace 17 is connected to the entrance / exit side end 6a of the upper frame 6. However, the second end 17 b of each first brace 17 may be connected to the door frame 10. Even in this way, the strength of each attachment member 16 in the width direction of the car 1 can be ensured by each first brace 17.
In the above example, the fourth end 18 b of each second brace 18 is connected to the upper frame 6. However, the fourth end 18 b of each second brace 18 may be connected to the vertical column 7. Even in this way, the strength of each attachment member 16 in the depth direction of the car 1 can be ensured by each second brace 18.
In the above example, the first end 17 a of the first brace 17 is connected to the mounting member 16 with a bolt, and the second end 17 b of the first brace 17 is bolted to the entrance / exit side end 6 a of the upper frame 6. It is connected. However, the first end 17 a may be connected to the mounting member 16 by hanging the first end 17 a on the hook member fixed to the mounting member 16. Alternatively, the second end 17b may be connected to the entrance / exit side end 6a by hooking the second end 17b on the hook member fixed to the entrance / exit side end 6a. In this way, it is possible to reduce the burden of connecting the first brace 17 to the upper frame 6 and the mounting member 16.
In the above example, the first end portions 17a of the pair of first braces 17 are individually connected to the pair of attachment members 16. However, the first end portions 17 a of the pair of first braces 17 may be connected to the door frame 10 of the car door device 8. Even if it does in this way, the intensity | strength of each attachment member 16 can be made small by reinforcement of each 1st bracing 17, and size reduction and weight reduction of the door support apparatus 9 can be achieved. In this case, the first end 17 a of one first brace 17 is connected to the door frame 10 at a position closer to the one attachment member 16 than the other attachment member 16, and the first end of the other first brace 17 17 a is connected to the door frame 10 at a position closer to the other mounting member 16 than to the one mounting member 16.
In the above example, the lower end portions of the pair of attachment members 16 are disposed above the lower portion of the car 1. However, the lower end portions of the pair of attachment members 16 may be connected to the lower portion of the car 1. That is, a pair of attachment members 16 extending in the vertical direction may be connected between the entrance / exit side end 6 a of the upper frame 6 and the lower frame 5. In this way, even when the torsional rigidity of the upper frame 6 is weak, the upper frame 6 can be reinforced by the pair of attachment members 16. In this case, since the torsional rigidity of the upper frame 6 can be reinforced by the tensile strength and compressive strength in the longitudinal direction of each mounting member 16, the thickness of each mounting member 16 can be reduced. Thereby, weight reduction can be achieved as the whole car 1.

The pair of vertical columns 7 are arranged along the vertical direction on both sides in the width direction of the car room 2 as in the first embodiment. Further, the pair of vertical columns 7 are respectively disposed at intermediate positions of the car room 2 in the depth direction of the car 1. The upper beam 31 is disposed along the width direction of the car 1 between the upper ends of the pair of vertical columns 7.
Each of the pair of arm members 32 is disposed horizontally along the depth direction of the car 1. Further, each of the pair of arm members 32 is disposed at a position higher than the upper end portion of the car doorway 4. Further, each of the pair of arm members 32 has an entrance / exit end 32a. Each of the pair of arm members 32 has an entrance / exit side end portion 32 a that is disposed across the space above the car entrance 4 in the width direction of the car 1. In this example, each of the pair of arm members 32 is arranged at a position higher than the position of the ceiling of the cab 2 and lower than the position of the upper beam 31. Moreover, in this example, each of a pair of arm member 32 is arrange | positioned outside the range of the width direction of the cab 2. Furthermore, in this example, the cross-sectional shape of each arm member 32 is L-shaped.
Each vertical bar crossing 33 has a fifth end portion 33a, a sixth end portion 33b, and a rod-like portion 33c that connects between the fifth end portion 33a and the sixth end portion 33b. In this example, connection fittings connected to the rod-like portion 33c are used as the fifth end portion 33a and the sixth end portion 33b, respectively. In this example, the position of the rod-shaped portion 33c with respect to each of the fifth end portion 33a and the sixth end portion 33b can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped portion 33c. Thereby, the length of each longitudinal stripe 33 can be adjusted.
The fifth end portion 33 a of each longitudinal bar crossing 33 is individually connected to the intermediate portion of each arm member 32. The sixth end portion 33 b of each longitudinal bar crossing 33 is individually connected to both end portions of the upper beam 31. Thereby, each longitudinal bar crossing 33 is inclined in a direction away from the vertical column 7 from the upper beam 31 downward. In this example, the fifth end 33 a is connected to the arm member 32 by hooking the fifth end 33 a on the hook member fixed to the arm member 32. Further, in this example, the sixth end portion 33 b is connected to the upper beam 31 by the sixth end portion 33 b being hooked on the hook member fixed to the upper beam 31.
The car 1 is provided with a car door device 8 that opens and closes the car doorway 4 and a door support device 9 that supports the car door device 8. The configuration of the car door device 8 is the same as that of the first embodiment.
The door support device 9 is supported by the car frame 3. The door support device 9 includes a pair of mounting members 16 fixed to the pair of arm members 32, a pair of first bracing members 17 connected to the pair of mounting members 16 and the door frame 10, a mounting member 16 and A pair of second braces 18 connected to the vertical pillars 7 and a pair of steadying mechanisms 34 provided on each of the pair of arm members 32 are provided.
Each mounting member 16 individually protrudes downward from the entrance / exit side end 32a of each arm member 32. The upper end portion of the attachment member 16 is fixed to the inlet / outlet side end portion 32 a of each arm member 32. Other configurations of each attachment member 16 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
The first end 17a of each first bracing 17 as the first reinforcing member is individually connected to the intermediate portion of each mounting member 16. As shown in FIG. 5, the second end portion 17b of each first brace 17 is a door at a position away from the first end portion 17a toward the front of the car doorway 4 and at a position lower than the first end portion 17a. Connected to the frame 10. In this example, the second end 17 b of each first brace 17 is connected to the door frame 10 at a position between the pair of attachment members 16 in the front-to-rear direction of the car doorway 4. Thereby, each 1st bracing 17 inclines in the direction which approaches the attachment member 16 toward the upper direction from the door frame 10. As shown in FIG. Other configurations of the first braces 17 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
The third end 18a of each second brace 18 as the second reinforcing member is individually connected to the intermediate portion of each mounting member 16 as shown in FIG. The fourth end 18 b of each second brace 18 is individually connected to each vertical column 7. The position of the fourth end 18 b of each second brace 18 is a position away from the third end 18 a in the depth direction of the car 1. In this example, each second brace 18 is horizontally arranged along the depth direction of the car 1. Other configurations of the second braces 18 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
The pair of steady rest mechanisms 34 are respectively disposed between the pair of arm members 32 and the cab 2. In addition, the pair of steadying mechanisms 34 limit the displacement of the pair of arm members 32 relative to the car chamber 2 in the width direction of the car 1.
FIG. 8 is an enlarged view showing the steady rest mechanism 34 of FIG. Each steadying mechanism 34 has a first restricting member 35 fixed to the arm member 32 and a second restricting member 36 fixed to the car chamber 2.
The first restricting member 35 has an L-shaped support member 37 fixed to the intermediate portion of the arm member 32 and a steadying member 38 provided on the support member 37.
The steadying member 38 includes a screw rod 38a and a rubber cushioning member 38b fixed to the end of the screw rod 38a. The steadying member 38 is supported by the support member 37 in a state where a screw rod 38 a is attached to a screw hole provided in the support member 37. Further, the steadying member 38 is arranged along the width direction of the car 1. In this example, the steadying member 38 is disposed with the buffer member 38b facing inward in the width direction of the car 1. The position of the steady member 38 relative to the support member 37 can be adjusted in the width direction of the car 1 by turning the screw rod 38a.
The second restricting member 36 is an L-shaped stopper member fixed to the ceiling of the cab 2. The second restricting member 36 is disposed on the inner side in the width direction of the car 1 than the first restricting member 35. The second restricting member 36 is formed with a receiving surface orthogonal to the width direction of the car 1. The second restricting member 36 receives the buffer member 38 b of the first restricting member 35 on the receiving surface of the second restricting member 36. The pair of steady rest mechanisms 34 suppresses the displacement of the car room 2 in the width direction with respect to the car frame 3 by receiving the first restricting member 35 by the second restricting member 36. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
In such an elevator door support device 9, the car door device 8 is attached to a pair of attachment members 16 protruding downward from each of the pair of arm members 32. In addition, the first end portions 17 a of the pair of first bracings 17 are individually connected to the pair of attachment members 16, and the second end portions 17 b of the pair of first bracing 17 are connected to the door frame 10. Yes. For this reason, the strength of each attachment member 16 can be secured by each first brace 17, and each attachment member 16 can be reduced in size and weight. Thereby, the weight reduction of the whole cage | basket | car 1 can be achieved. Further, as in the first embodiment, the position of the door frame 10 in the height direction with respect to the car doorway 4 can be made constant. Furthermore, since each length of a pair of attachment member 16 can be shortened, the burden of the installation operation | work of the door frame 10 with respect to the cage | basket | car 1 can be lightened.
Further, each of the pair of arm members 32 is provided with an anti-sway mechanism 34 that suppresses displacement in the width direction of the car room 2 with respect to the car frame 3. For this reason, even when the load by operation | movement of the car door apparatus 8 is added to each attachment member 16, for example, each attachment member 16 and each arm member 32 can be made difficult to deform | transform. Thereby, the reliability of the strength of the door support device 9 can be further improved.
In the above example, the second end 17 b of each first brace 17 is connected to the door frame 10. However, the second end 17 b of each first brace 17 may be individually connected to the entrance / exit side end 32 a of each arm member 32. In this case, the pair of first braces 17 are arranged so as to cross each other when viewed along the depth direction of the car 1. Even in this way, the strength of each attachment member 16 in the width direction of the car 1 can be ensured by each first brace 17.
In the above example, the fourth end 18 b of each second brace 18 is connected to the vertical column 7. However, the fourth end 18 b of each second brace 18 may be connected to the arm member 32. Even in this way, the strength of each attachment member 16 in the depth direction of the car room 2 can be ensured by each second brace 18.
In the above example, the first end 17a of the first brace 17 is connected to the mounting member 16 with a bolt, and the second end 17b of the first brace 17 is connected to the door frame 10 with a bolt. However, the first end 17 a may be connected to the mounting member 16 by hanging the first end 17 a on the hook member fixed to the mounting member 16. Alternatively, the second end 17 b may be connected to the door frame 10 by hanging the second end 17 b on a hook member fixed to the door frame 10. In this way, it is possible to reduce the burden of connecting the first brace 17 to the door frame 10 and the mounting member 16.
In the above example, the first restricting member 35 is fixed to the arm member 32, and the second restricting member 36 is fixed to the cab 2. However, the first restriction member 35 may be fixed to the cab 2 and the second restriction member 36 may be fixed to the arm member 32.
In the above example, the first end portions 17a of the pair of first braces 17 are individually connected to the pair of attachment members 16. However, the first end portions 17 a of the pair of first braces 17 may be individually connected to the entrance / exit side end portions 32 a of the arm members 32. Even if it does in this way, the intensity | strength of each attachment member 16 can be made small by reinforcement of each 1st bracing 17, and size reduction and weight reduction of the door support apparatus 9 can be achieved.
In the above example, the lower end portions of the pair of attachment members 16 are disposed above the lower portion of the car 1. However, the lower end portions of the pair of attachment members 16 may be connected to the lower portion of the car 1. That is, a pair of attachment members 16 extending in the vertical direction may be connected between each arm member 32 and the lower frame 5. In this way, each arm member 32 can be reinforced by the pair of attachment members 16 even when the torsional rigidity of each arm member 32 is weak. In this case, since the torsional rigidity of each arm member 32 can be reinforced by the tensile strength and compressive strength in the longitudinal direction of each mounting member 16, the thickness of each mounting member 16 can be reduced. Thereby, weight reduction can be achieved as the whole car 1.
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, a pair of second braces 18 are connected to each mounting member 16. However, the pair of second braces 18 may not be present. Even without the pair of second braces 18, the strength of the mounting members 16 in the width direction of the car 1 can be secured by the first braces 17.
In each of the above embodiments, the length of each first brace 17 can be adjusted. However, the length of each first brace 17 may not be adjustable and may be constant.
1 car, 2 car room, 3 car frame, 4 car doorway, 6 upper frame (upper fixing member), 6a doorway side end, 8 car door device, 9 door support device, 16 mounting member, 17 1st bracing 1 reinforcing member), 17a first end portion, 17b second end portion, 18 second bracing (second reinforcing member), 32 arm member (upper fixing member), 32a end on the entrance / exit side.
