具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。应理解,这些实施例是用于说明本发明的基本原理、主要特征和优点,而本发明不受以下实施例的限制。
实施例1
如附图1所示,本实施例提供一种单路自动识别针筒的高压注射***,包括药液管路1、与药液管路1的一端相连接的针筒2、与针筒2相滑动连接用于吸液和注射的推杆3、与推杆3相连接用于驱动推杆3运动的驱动机构、与驱动机构相连接用于控制驱动机构工作的***控制单元4、设置在针筒2上的识别码6、能够识别识别码6的扫码模块5、用于安装针筒2 的安装机构,扫码模块5设置在安装机构上。安装机构包括针筒夹头7,针筒2与针筒夹头7相可拆卸地连接、与***控制单元4相连接且能够显示提示信息的显示器,显示器上设置有按键模块。
识别码6包括一维码、二维码或万维码。
驱动机构包括与推杆3相连接的联轴器8、与联轴器8相连接的驱动器9,驱动器9与***控制单元4相连接。本实施例中,驱动器9为电机。
扫码模块5与***控制单元4相连接且能够将信息反馈给***控制单元4,当***控制单元4收到的扫码模块5的反馈信息和***控制单元4内预先设置的信息一致时,***控制单元4控制驱动机构工作;当***控制单元4收到的扫码模块5的反馈信息和***控制单元4内预先设置的信息不一致时,***控制单元4阻止驱动机构工作。
该高压注射***的工作过程为:
开启电源,***控制单元4对驱动机构和扫码模块5进行初始化,检测驱动机构和扫码模块5等模块是否正常,若初始化过程中检测到任何一个模块出现异常,则***控制单元4报错,显示器弹出对应模块错误信息并禁止操作。
初始化过程中检测到所有模块均正常后,将针筒2安装到针筒夹头7上,扫码模块5开始对针筒2上的识别码6进行识别,若扫码模块5未扫中识别码6,则扫码模块5将信息反馈***控制单元4进行判断,***控制单元4判断反馈的信息与预先设置的信息不一致,阻止下一步操作,并提示“针筒未安装到位”;若扫码模块5扫中识别码6,扫码模块5将识别的信息反馈至***控制单元4进行判断,当识别的识别码6信息与预先设置的信息不一致时,阻止下一步操作,并提示“请更换正确的针筒”;当识别的识别码6信息与预先设置的信息匹配时,提示“请安装药液管路及药液”,待装配完毕后,点击开始按键,***控制单元4控制电机进行吸药动作,通过电机带动推杆3和针筒2内的活塞往回运动吸取药液,当吸取药液之后,***控制单元4自动控制电机带动推杆3进行排气动作,上述动作完成后,***自动进入准备就绪状态,点击显示器上面的对应按键能够按照设置好的注射计划进行注射。
实施例2
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种双路自动识别针筒的高压注射***,其结构基本与实施例1一致,区别在于:药液管路包括第一管路11、第二管路12、一端部分别与第一管路11的一端部和第二管路12的一端部相连接的第三管路13;针筒包括与第一管路11的另一端部相连接的第一针筒21、与第二管路12的另一端部相连接的第二针筒22;推杆包括与第一针筒21相滑动连接的第一推杆31、与第二针筒22相滑动连接的第二推杆32;驱动机构包括与 第一推杆31相连接的第一驱动机构、与第二推杆32相连接的第二驱动机构;识别码包括设置在第一针筒21上的第一识别码61、设置在第二针筒22上的第二识别码62;扫码模块包括能够识别第一识别码61的第一扫码模块51、能够识别第二识别码62的第二扫码模块52,***控制单元4分别与第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构、第一扫码模块51和第二扫码模块52相连接。安装机构包括具有第一针筒夹头71用于安装第一针筒21的第一安装机构、具有第二针筒夹头72用于安装第二针筒22的第二安装机构,第一扫码模块51设置在第一安装机构上,第二扫码模块52安装在第二安装机构上。第一驱动机构包括与第一推杆31相连接的第一联轴器81、与第一联轴器81相连接的第一驱动器91;第二驱动机构包括与第二推杆32相连接的第二联轴器82、与第二联轴器82相连接的第二驱动器92;第一驱动器91和第二驱动器92分别与***控制单元4相连接。本实施例中,第一驱动器91和第二驱动器92为电机。
本实施例的工作过程与实施例1相同,此处不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动识别针筒的高压注射***,包括药液管路(1)、与所述的药液管路(1)的一端相连接的针筒(2)、与所述的针筒(2)相滑动连接用于吸液和注射的推杆(3)、与所述的推杆(3)相连接用于驱动所述的推杆(3)运动的驱动机构、与所述的驱动机构相连接用于控制所述的驱动机构工作的***控制单元(4),其特征在于:所述的高压注射***还包括设置在所述的针筒(2)上的识别码(6)、能够识别所述的识别码(6)的扫码模块(5),所述的扫码模块(5)与所述的***控制单元(4)相连接且能够将信息反馈给所述的***控制单元(4),当所述的***控制单元(4)收到的所述的扫码模块(5)的反馈信息和所述的***控制单元(4)内预先设置的信息一致时,所述的***控制单元(4)控制所述的驱动机构工作;当所述的***控制单元(4)收到的所述的扫码模块(5)的反馈信息和所述的***控制单元(4)内预先设置的信息不一致时,所述的***控制单元(4)阻止所述的驱动机构工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动识别针筒的高压注射***,其特征在于:所述的高压注射***还包括用于安装所述的针筒(2)的安装机构,所述的扫码模块(5)设置在所述的安装机构上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动识别针筒的高压注射***,其特征在于:所述的安装机构包括针筒夹头(7),所述的针筒(2)与所述的针筒夹头(7)相可拆卸地连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动识别针筒的高压注射***,其特征在于:所述的识别码(6)包括一维码、二维码或万维码。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自动识别针筒的高压注射***,其特征在于:所述的高压注射***还包括与所述的***控制单元(4)相连接且能够显示提示信息的显示器,所述的显示器上设置有按键模块。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动识别针筒的高压注射***,其特征在于:所述的驱动机构包括与所述的推杆(3)相连接的联轴器(8)、与所述的联轴器(8)相连接的驱动器(9),所述的驱动器(9)与所述的***控制单元(4)相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自动识别针筒的高压注射***,其特征在于:所述的驱动器(9)为电机。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自动识别针筒的高压注射***,其特征在于:所述的药液管路包括第一管路(11)、第二管路(12)、一端部分别与所述的第一管路(11)的一端部和所述的第二管路(12)的一端部相连接的第三管路(13);所述的针筒包括与所述的第一管路(11)的另一端部相连接的第一针筒(21)、与所述的第二管路(12)的另一端部相连接的第二针筒(22);所述的推杆包括与所述的第一针筒(21)相滑动连接的第一推杆(31)、与所述的第 二针筒(22)相滑动连接的第二推杆(32);所述的驱动机构包括与所述的第一推杆(31)相连接的第一驱动机构、与所述的第二推杆(32)相连接的第二驱动机构;所述的识别码包括设置在所述的第一针筒(21)上的第一识别码(61)、设置在所述的第二针筒(22)上的第二识别码(62);所述的扫码模块包括能够识别所述的第一识别码(61)的第一扫码模块(51)、能够识别所述的第二识别码(62)的第二扫码模块(52),所述的***控制单元(4)分别与所述的第一驱动机构、所述的第二驱动机构、所述的第一扫码模块(51)和所述的第二扫码模块(52)相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动识别针筒的高压注射***,其特征在于:所述的高压注射***还包括用于安装所述的第一针筒(21)的第一安装机构、用于安装所述的第二针筒(22)的第二安装机构,所述的第一扫码模块(51)设置在所述的第一安装机构上,所述的第二扫码模块(52)安装在所述的第二安装机构上。
  10. 一种如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的高压注射***的控制方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
    (1)、所述的***控制单元(4)对所述的驱动机构和所述的扫码模块(5)进行初始化;
    (2)、若所述的***控制单元(4)检测到所述的驱动机构和/或所述的扫码模块(5)出现异常,则所述的***控制单元(4)报错并禁止所述的高压注射***工作;若所述的***控制单元(4)检测到所述的驱动机构和所述的扫码模块(5)正常,则进行步骤(3);
    (3)、安装所述的针筒(2),所述的扫码模块(5)对所述的针筒(2)上的识别码(6)进行识别并将信息反馈至所述的***控制单元(4)进行判断,当所述的***控制单元(4)收到的反馈信息与预先设置的信息不一致时,所述的***控制单元(4)报错并禁止所述的高压注射***工作;当所述的***控制单元(4)收到的反馈信息与预先设置的信息一致时,则进行步骤(4);
    (4)、安装所述的药液管路(1),所述的***控制单元(4)控制所述的驱动机构工作。
