随着科技和经济的发展,无人超市、自动售卖柜已经逐渐走入人们的生活。用户可以在无人超市、自动售卖柜选择合适的产品,然后通过自动收款装置或设备完成支付,从而免去人工收款的步骤,提高了效率。
除了无人超市、自动售卖柜外,用户还可通过智能柜(快递柜)购买商品。然而相关智能柜,存在较多的不便。例如,商家均将商品携带至智能柜,此时,如果智能柜存在闲置格口,那么商家可以直接将商品投放至智能柜。可是多数智能柜的格口用于存放快递,尤其是高峰时段,商家如果直接前往智能柜,可能没有或较少可用于售卖商品的智能柜格口。
也就是说,相关技术中,无法通过某种方式或方法预约用于售卖商品的智能柜格口,导致商家派送商品入柜的效率低下。
因此,相关技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述相关技术的不足,本申请提供一种在智能柜中预约投放商品的方法、智能柜及***,旨在解决相关技术中无法预约用于售卖商品的智能柜格口的问题。
本申请提供了一种在智能柜中预约投放商品的方法,包括:终端设备响应输入的商品信息,并将所述商品信息发送至后台服务器;后台服务器根据所述商品信息生成入柜码,并将所述入柜码返回至终端设备;通过所述终端设备向后台服务器发送预约智能柜格口的指令,后台服务器根据所述指令生成相应的预约通知;当预约通知为预约成功时,智能柜响应用户输入的入柜码,完成商 品的入柜。
本申请提供了一种在智能柜中预约投放商品的方法,应用于终端设备,包括:响应用户输入的商品信息,并将所述商品信息发送至后台服务器;接收所述后台服务器发送的根据所述商品信息生成的入柜码;向后台服务器发送预约智能柜格口的指令,以使后台服务器根据所述指令生成相应的预约通知,并使智能柜在所述预约通知为预约成功时响应用户输入所述入柜码来完成商品的入柜。

本申请提供一种在智能柜中预约投放商品的方法、智能柜及***,为使本申请的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本申请进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
请参阅图1,一种在智能柜中预约投放商品的方法,其包括步骤S1-步骤S4。
在步骤S1中,终端设备响应输入的商品信息,并将所述商品信息发送至后台服务器。
在步骤S2中,后台服务器根据所述商品信息生成入柜码,并将所述入柜码返回至终端设备。
在步骤S3中,通过所述终端设备向后台服务器发送预约智能柜格口的指令,后台服务器根据所述指令生成相应的预约通知。
在步骤S4中,当预约通知为预约成功时,智能柜响应用户输入的入柜码,完成商品的入柜。
通过本申请,商家只需要提前输入商品信息进行预约,然后由后台服务器生成入柜码以及预约通知,在预约成功后,便可将商品投放入柜。而不需要前往智能柜查看是否存在闲置的智能柜格口。从而提高了效率,节约了时间。并且,本申请提供的方法具有安全、高效率的特点,解决了商家无法预约智能柜格口的问题,提高了商家派送商品的效率,同时将格口的利用率最大化。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S1之前还包括步骤S0。
在步骤S0中,终端设备响应新建智能柜商品售卖的请求,并将所述请求发送至后台服务器。
在一实施例中,通过所述终端设备向后台服务器发送新建智能柜商品售卖的请求。在后台服务器允许新建智能柜商品售卖后,执行步骤S1。
所述步骤S1中,商家先通过终端设备输入商品信息。所述终端设备可以是平板电脑、计算机、以及手机等。例如,先通过计算机输入商品的名称、商品的数量和商品的规格等商品信息;然后,通过计算机将用户输入的商品信息发送至后台服务器。
在一实施例中,所述商品信息包括以下至少一种:商品统一编号(Stock Keeping Unit,SKU)码、商品编码、商品名称和规格的。其中,每种商品均有唯一的SKU码。例如,土豆的SKU码为2017768300002,鸡蛋的SKU码为2564283000006。所述商品编码可以是商品的条形码,例如,上述土豆的商品编码为2017458961728,上述鸡蛋的商品编码为2145514700026。所述规格可以是商品的重量、容量或尺寸,例如,上述土豆的规格为500g,可乐的规格为1.5L,杯子的规格为直径10cm等。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S1还包括:所述终端设备响应输入的商品图片,并将所述商品图片发送至所述后台服务器。这样,用户便可以通过智能柜的显示屏或终端设备查看商品的图片,从而选择合适的商品。
在一实施例中,所述商品图片的数量为4张。其分别对应商品多个方位的图片,或者是商品细节的图片。这样,便可以查看商品的多个方位对应的商品图片,从而选择较佳的商品。
在一实施例中,所述商品图片的分辨率为900*1200。分辨率为900*1200具有清晰、内存小的特点。这样,用户不仅可以查看清晰的照片,同时商品图片又不会过多占用智能柜的存储空间。
所述步骤S2中,后台服务器根据接收到的商品信息,先自动生成相应的入柜码,然后将生成的入柜码返回至终端设备。
在一实施例中,所述入柜码为9位,且第一位为字母,后8位为数字。所述入柜码的第一位字母可以为大写字母,例如,入柜码为A64400045,入柜码为E56700046等。在另一实施例中,第一位字母也可以是小写字母,例如,入柜码为c64412345,入柜码为d56704546等。这样,不仅不易出错,还方便管理。并且所述入柜码具有唯一性,也就是说,不同的商家获取得到的入柜码是两两不同的,这样,商家在后续步骤中,便可以通过入柜码准确完成商品的入柜。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S2包括以下步骤S21、步骤S22和步骤S23。
在步骤S21中,后台服务器接收到用户输入的商品信息后,通过一商品管理界面生成相应的商品记录,所述商品记录包含所述入柜码。
在步骤S22中,后台服务器将所述商品记录返回至终端设备。
在步骤S23中,终端设备根据所述商品记录获取相应的入柜码。
所述步骤S21中,当后台服务器成功接收商品信息后,通过所述商品管理界面添加相应的商品记录,所述商品记录包括所述商品信息,以及所述入柜码。
所述步骤S22中,后台服务器可以直接将所述商品记录返回至终端设备;也可以先对商品记录进行加密,得到加密结果,再将加密结果返回至终端设备。例如,通过MD5的加密方式对所述商品记录进行加密,得到加密结果,再将所述加密结果返回至终端设备。
所述步骤S23中,若后台服务器向终端设备返回的商品记录为加密后的加密结果,那么先对其解密,再根据所述商品记录获取相应的入柜码。例如,商品记录包括:商品名称为土豆、SKU码为2017768300002、商品编码为2017458961728以及入柜码为E56700046。这样,商家便能通过终端设备获取得到入柜码,从而提高了效率,节约了时间。
所述步骤S3中,商家可通过终端设备向后台服务器发送预约智能柜格口的指令。例如,将所需格口的数量、预约周期发送至后台服务器。这样,后台服务器便能根据商家的需求生成相应的预约通知。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S3包括步骤S31和步骤S32。
在步骤S31中,终端设备响应用户输入的预约属性信息,并将预约属性信息和预约智能柜格口的指令发送至后台服务器。
在步骤S32中,后台服务器接收到所述指令后,对预约属性信息进行匹配分析,生成相应的预约通知。
所述步骤S31中,通过一商品编辑界面输入预约属性信息。所述预约属性信息包括以下至少一种:智能柜编码、预约周期、格口租用数目、企业类型和手机号码。例如,输入的预约属性信息包括:智能柜编码为A22147、预约周期为1周,大格口租用数目为5个、小格口租用数目为10个、以及手机号码为135****4456等。当完成预约属性信息的输入后,将预约属性信息和预约智能柜格口的指令发送至后台服务器。
所述步骤S32中,当后台服务器接收到所述指令和预约属性信息后,先对其有效性或合法性进行核实。当核实成功后,所述后台服务器还需要对预约属性信息进行匹配分析。
匹配分析步骤如下:先查询所述智能柜编码对应的智能柜是否存在相应的格口,以及相应格口的数量、格口的种类等;然后,根据所述预约属性信息匹配分析智能柜是否存在相应的闲置格口;再根据所述预约属性信息和指令生成相应的预约通知。例如,所述预约属性信息包括:预约周期为1周、大格口数量5个和小格口数量3个,通过匹配分析得知智能柜存在相应的格口,那么根 据所述预约属性信息和指令生成预约成功的通知并返回至终端设备。如果智能柜不存在多余(闲置)的格口,则根据所述预约属性信息和指令生成预约失败的通知并返回至终端设备。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S3还包括:步骤S31’和步骤S32’。
在步骤S31’中,根据所述预约属性信息配置预约属性模板。
在步骤S32’中,将所述预约属性模板批量导入至多个智能柜中。
所述步骤S31’中,先根据商家输入的预约属性信息配置预约属性模板。所述预约属性模板可以是Excel工作表,所述预约属性模板可以包括:智能柜编码、预约周期、格口租用数目、企业类型和手机号码。
在一实施例中,可以选择将其中一个智能柜的预约属性信息作为所述预约属性模板,也可以直接定义一个预约属性信息作为所述预约属性模板。例如,智能柜A的预约属性信息为a,那么可以将所述a作为预约属性模板。当然也可以直接定义预约属性模板为:预约周期1周,大格口数量10个,中格口数量3个等。
所述步骤S32’中,例如,预约属性模板包含的信息为:预约周期为1周、大格口数量3个和小格口数量5个,将所述预约属性模板导入多个智能柜(目标智能柜),那么目标智能柜的预约属性信息便和所述预约属性模板一致,同样为:预约周期为1周、大格口数量3个和小格口数量5个。这样,商家便不需要多次输入预约属性信息,从而提高了效率。
在一实施例中,商家还可通过终端设备搜索智能柜并预约智能柜格口。
在一实施例中,商家先通过终端设备登录智能柜管理APP、或智能柜管理公众号,然后选择一个或多个智能柜,并选择格口的大小以及输入预约周期,选择和输入完成后,提交预约订单。在预约成功时,将商品派送入柜。这一方法,适用于临时需要使用智能柜格口的用户,同时也适用于需求智能柜格口数量较少的用户。
所述步骤S4中,商家通过其终端设备接收预约通知,以及入柜码后,将商品派送至智能柜中,从而完成商品入柜的操作。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S4包括:步骤S41和步骤S42。
在步骤S41中,智能柜响应输入的入柜码,并打开相应的格口。
在步骤S42中,所述智能柜接收商品入柜的指令,并关闭相应的格口,完成商品的入柜。
所述步骤S41中,商家通过智能柜的交互模块输入入柜码。例如,在智能柜的显示屏上输入入柜码,智能柜根据用户输入的入柜码,打开相应的格口。
在一实施例中,商家还可通过扫码的方式将入柜码输入至所述智能柜。例如,预先将所述入柜码转化为二维码,然后,通过智能柜的扫码模块对所述二维码进行识别,从而将入柜码输入至所述智能柜。这一方法,更加简单、方便。
所述步骤S42中,当用户将商品派送入柜后,商家点击所述显示屏的“已入柜”或“完成入柜”的按键(虚拟按键)。此时,智能柜将接收到商品入柜的指令,再由用户关闭格口,完成商品的入柜。
商家通过上述方法能够获取入柜码以及预约通知,从而根据所述入柜码和预约通知完成商品的入柜。省去了诸多繁琐步骤,提高了效率并将智能柜的格口利用率最大化。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S4之后,还包括步骤S5。
在步骤S5中,通过终端设备获取智能柜的商品信息,并预约商品。
买家可通过终端设备查看附近智能柜的商品信息。在一实施例中,先通过终端设备登录智能柜管理APP、或登录智能柜管理公众号,然后查看附近智能柜的商品信息,例如,查看商品名称和商品图片等。再根据自身的需要,在线选择商品,选择完成后,提交相应的预约订单,并对预约订单进行在线支付。
当然,买家也可以直接通过智能柜的显示屏完成查看商品信息,并选择商品,以及提交预约订单等操作。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S5之后还包括步骤S6。
在步骤S6中,后台服务器根据所述预约订单生成相应的取件码,并将所述取件码返回至终端设备。
在一实施例中,当用户成功对预约订单进行支付后,后台服务器将根据所述预约订单生成相应的取件码,然后将所述取件码返回至终端设备。这样,用户便可以根据所述取件码取出相应的商品。
根据上述步骤S5和步骤S6,买家便可以实时通过终端设备或智能柜选择商品,并购买商品,从而提高了效率,节约了时间。

    响应用户输入的商品信息,并将所述商品信息发送至后台服务器;
    接收所述后台服务器发送的根据所述商品信息生成的入柜码;
    向后台服务器发送预约智能柜格口的指令,以使所述后台服务器根据所述指令生成相应的预约通知,并使智能柜在所述预约通知为预约成功时响应用户输入所述入柜码来完成商品的入柜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述商品信息包括以下至少一种:商品统一编号SKU码、商品编码、商品名称以及规格。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述响应用户输入的商品信息,并将所述商品信息发送至后台服务器包括:

  16. 根据权利要求15所述智能柜,其中,所述商品信息包括以下至少一种:商品统一编号SKU码、商品编码、商品名称和规格。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述智能柜,其中,所述商品信息包括商品图片。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述智能柜,其中,所述入柜码由所述终端设备根据接收到的所述后台服务器发送的商品记录获取,其中,所述商品记录为所述后台服务器在接收到用户输入的商品信息后,通过商品管理界面生成。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述智能柜,其中,所述当预约通知为预约成功时,响应用户输入的入柜码,完成商品的入柜,包括:
    在所述预约通知为预约成功时,响应用户输入的入柜码,并打开相应的格口;
    接收商品入柜的指令,并关闭相应的格口,完成商品的入柜。
