本公开涉及电子应用的技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端的盖板结构及移动终端。
背景技术
手机的屏幕的发展方向是全面屏,屏幕无孔化或者少孔化为未来发展趋势。而位于手机正面的听筒和摄像头分别对应一个开孔,占用了相对较大的屏幕空间。
听筒主要由振膜、线圈和磁铁组成。听筒网下方的振膜连接着一个线圈,再下方设有一块永磁铁。音频信号产生特定形式的电流(比如话筒刚刚“编码”完成的电流)流过听筒的线圈,这样就使得线圈产生的磁场发生变化,于是永磁铁和线圈之间的磁力发生变化,进而永磁铁和线圈的距离会发生变化。这样就带动了振膜振动,发出声音。
而手机摄像头广泛的使用音圈电机(Voice Coil Motor,VCM)实现自动对焦功能,通过VCM可以调节镜头的位置,呈现清晰的图像,其主要原理是在一个永久磁场内,通过改变马达内线圈的直流电流的大小,来控制弹簧片的拉伸位置,从而带动上下运动。
可以看出,VCM和听筒的工作原理一样,都是利用导体在固定永磁场中加电流或电荷产生力的原理,进而产生运动的过程,因此,在屏幕无孔化或者少孔化为未来发展趋势的前提下,如何对摄像头和听筒的结合结构配备合适的盖板结构,以适应摄像头和听筒一体化的结构成为亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于提供一种移动终端,用以解决在屏幕无孔化或者少孔化为未来发展趋势的前提下,如何对摄像头和听筒的结合结构配备合适的盖板结构的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开实施例是这样实现的:
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种移动终端的盖板结构,包括:
盖板主体,所述盖板主体上设有通孔;
听筒振膜,所述听筒振膜设于所述通孔内并与所述盖板主体连接。
第二方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种移动终端,包括如上所述的移动终端的盖板结构。
本公开实施例具有以下有益效果:
本公开实施例的上述技术方案,在盖板主体上开设一通孔,听筒振膜设置于上述通孔内并与上述玻璃盖板连接。本公开实施例中通过将听筒振膜设置于盖板主体的通孔内,可以实现摄像头镜头与听筒共用上述通孔的目的,减少了移动终端屏幕上所设开孔的数量,实现更加全面的全面屏。

本公开的实施例提供了一种移动终端的盖板结构,应用于移动终端,该移动终端可具体为智能手机、平板电脑/PAD、个人计算机等,如图1所示,该盖板结构包括:
盖板主体1,该盖板主体1上设有通孔;
听筒振膜2,该听筒振膜2设于上述通孔内并与所述盖板主体1连接。
本公开实施例中,上述盖板主体1为触控式面板(Touch Panel,TP),该盖板主体1上的通孔可为环形通孔、椭圆形通孔、矩形通孔、半环形通孔或其他形状的通孔。
本公开实施例中通过将听筒振膜设置于盖板主体的通孔内,可以实现摄像头镜头与听筒共用上述通孔的目的,减少了移动终端屏幕上所设开孔的数量,实现更加全面的全面屏。
进一步地,本公开实施例的移动终端的盖板结构,还包括:
设置于所述通孔内,并与所述听筒振膜相距设定距离的防尘网,所述防尘网与所述盖板主体连接。
该防尘网为金属防尘网,通过该防尘网能够起到防尘的作用。

该透镜6设于移动终端的摄像头镜头的上方,并位于第一部分4的下方,且与第一部分4相抵并接触,通过该透镜6与第一部分4相抵并接触,能够对上述第一部分4起到支撑作用。
基于此,防尘网7在所述环形通孔内,与听筒振膜2相距设定距离的位置,且所述防尘网7分别与所述盖板主体1的第一部分4和第二部分5连接。
该防尘网7在起到防尘作用的同时,还能起到连接固定的作用,即实现上述第一部分4和第二部分5之间的稳固连接。
作为第二种可选的实现方式,在上述通孔3为圆形通孔时,如图3所示,上述移动终端的盖板结构,还可进一步包括:
设于移动终端的摄像头镜头上方的透镜6,所述透镜6与所述盖板主体1之间形成环形通孔,且所述透镜6与所述听筒振膜2连接。
上述透镜6的形状为圆形,在盖板主体1上设置一圆形通孔,将上述透镜6设置在该圆形通孔内,并与盖板主体1之间形成环形通孔,该听筒振膜2与透镜6的外侧壁连接,可通过胶水实现听筒振膜2与透镜6的粘接。
基于此,防尘网7在所述环形通孔内,与听筒振膜2相距设定距离的位置,且所述防尘网7分别与所述盖板主体1和透镜6连接。
该防尘网在起到防尘作用的同时,还能起到连接固定的作用,即实现上述盖板主体和透镜之间的稳固连接。
上述实现方式中,听筒振膜为环形振膜,并设置于上述环形通孔内,实现了将听筒振膜融入到摄像头中的目的,进而使得摄像头镜头与听筒共用上述环形通孔,减少了移动终端屏幕上所设开孔的数量,实现更加全面的全面屏。
作为第三种可选的实现方式,如图4所示,上述通孔包括两个半环形通孔8,所述听筒振膜包括分别位于所述半环形通孔8内的半环形振膜。
该第三种实现方式中,上述移动终端的盖板结构,还包括:
连接玻璃9,两个所述半环形通孔8通过所述连接玻璃9连接,且两个所述半环形振膜分别与所述连接玻璃9连接。
