- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的低温发烟体,其特征在于,所述壳层包含羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、聚维酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、微晶纤维素、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的低温发烟体,其特征在于,所述壳层包含烟草粉末材料。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的低温发烟体,其特征在于,所述低温发烟体为多孔透气结构,其内部的有效孔隙度为65-95%;优选地,所述低温发烟体中水分含量为5-13wt%。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的低温发烟体,其特征在于,所述低温发烟体内具有空腔结构,进一步地,所述低温发烟体为柱状,空腔结构沿低温发烟体长度方向延伸,优选地,空腔结构的横截面为圆形、椭圆形、方形、菱形中的一种;优选地,所述低温发烟体中水分含量为6-12wt%,进一步地,低温发烟体的实心部分的有效孔隙度为40-80%。
- 一种低温发烟体的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述烟草颗粒置于成型模具中,固化成型,获得低温发烟体成品。
- 根据权利要求12所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烟草颗粒的制备方法如下:将载体、发烟剂混合均匀,造粒,整粒,获得颗粒本体,其中,所述载体为烟草原料和/或非烟草材料;在颗粒本体表面制备壳层,获得烟草颗粒成品;或者,将发烟剂喷洒于多孔材料上,混合均匀;以负载有发烟剂的多孔材料为颗粒本体,以烟草粉末材料和第一粘合剂的混合物为壳层原料,造粒,干燥,过筛,获得烟草颗粒成品;优选地,所述第一粘合剂包括聚乙烯醇和/或羧甲基纤维素;或者,将烟草提取物、雾化剂混合均匀后,与载体、第一粘合剂、含有磁性材料的颗粒本体一起造粒,烘干,获得烟草颗粒成品。
