本申请要求了申请日为2018年5月18日,申请号为201810478632.7,发明名称为“瓶座组件及具有其的冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明属于家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种瓶座组件及具有其的冰箱。
背景技术
目前,为充分利用冰箱的储物空间,冰箱门体内侧一般都设有用于放置瓶装物品的瓶座。但是,因各种瓶装物品的体积、高度差别较大,因此希望瓶座能够根据每一次取放的物品来相应地调节瓶座的高度;并且瓶座使用久了以后需要清洗,因此也需要方便地从门体上将瓶座拆卸下来。
然而,现有的瓶座均是不可调节高度的,当用户需要放置一些较大较高的瓶子时,就会无法放入瓶座,这就造成了不便;并且瓶座一般是固定设置在门体上,一般无法取出,即使有些冰箱会将瓶座可拆卸设置在胆筋上,但是瓶座与胆筋的连接较为牢固,用户在拆卸时会非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种瓶座组件及具有其的冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明一实施方式提供一种瓶座组件,包括:瓶座,用于放置物品;支架,竖直设于冰箱门体内侧并位于所述瓶座后侧,所述支架包括支架本体及在所述支架本体上开设的多个定位槽,所述支架本体包括相对设置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,多个所述定位槽于竖直方向上间隔排布在所述第一侧壁上;定位组件,固定于所述瓶座的后端,所述定位组件包括与所述瓶座连接的支撑件及定位件;当所述瓶座水平放置时,所述定位件可配接至多个所述定位槽的任一个处并抵接所述第一侧壁;当所述瓶座的前端向上抬起时,所述定位件可背离所述第一侧壁运动并脱离所述定位槽,所述瓶座可从所述支架上取出。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,当所述瓶座水平放置时,所述定位件的水平方向的尺寸小于所述定位槽的竖直方向的尺寸。

所述支架200竖直设于冰箱门体2内侧并位于所述瓶座后侧,所述支架200包括支架本体210及在所述支架本体210上开设的多个定位槽220。如图4所示,所述支架本体210包括相对设置的第一侧壁211和第二侧壁212,多个所述定位槽220于竖直方向上间隔排布在所述第一侧壁211上。在本发明实施方式中,所述支架200为两个,分别竖直设置在门体2的两侧,两个支架200上的定位槽220相互对应设置,以使瓶座100与支架200连接时保持水平。所述第一侧壁211为支架本体210上远离所述门体2内侧的侧壁,所述第二侧壁212为靠近所述门体2内侧的侧壁。
如图3所示,所述定位组件300包括与所述瓶座连接的支撑件310及定位件320。具体地,当所述瓶座100水平放置时,所述定位件320可配接至多个所述定位槽220的任意一个处并抵接所述第一侧壁211。当所述瓶座100的前端向上抬起时,所述定位件320可背离所述第一侧壁211运动并脱离所述定位槽220,所述瓶座100可从所述支架200上取出。也就是说,所述定位组件300可与多个定位槽220中的任意一个配接,以限定所述瓶座100的竖直高度。

在本发明实施方式中,所述支撑件310、定位件320、连接件330及固定件340为一体成型。整个定位组件300为一体成型,则结构较为坚固,能够给瓶座100以更好的支撑与定位。
本发明另一实施方式提供一种冰箱,包括门体2及上述任意一项所述的瓶座组件1,所述瓶座组件1安装于所述门体2内侧。
本发明实施方式中提供的瓶座100,通过定位组件300分别与多个定位槽220中的任意一个配接,从而可限定瓶座100的竖直高度。本发明提供的瓶座组件1可调节瓶座100的高度,将多个瓶座100随意组合,以配合放置不同高度的物品,并且瓶座100可以方便地从门体1的内侧取出,其结构简单,操作方便。并且,当需要放置的瓶子高度在常用范围内时,可将每个定位槽220上均配接瓶座100,以增加可放置的瓶子数。而当需要放置的瓶子高度较高时,可将其中一个或几个定位槽220上配接的瓶座100取出,从而较高的瓶子也可放入瓶座100,而不会被上层瓶座100的底壁所阻挡。由此,可将多个瓶座100随意组合,根据瓶子的数量及高度来调整瓶座100的数量及位置。

    瓶座,用于放置物品;
    支架,竖直设于冰箱门体内侧并位于所述瓶座后侧,所述支架包括支架本体及在所述支架本体上开设的多个定位槽,所述支架本体包括相对设置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,多个所述定位槽于竖直方向上间隔排布在所述第一侧壁上;
    定位组件,固定于所述瓶座的后端,所述定位组件包括与所述瓶座连接的支撑件及定位件;
    当所述瓶座水平放置时,所述定位件可配接至多个所述定位槽的任一个处并抵接所述第一侧壁;
    当所述瓶座的前端向上抬起时,所述定位件可背离所述第一侧壁运动并脱离所述定位槽,所述瓶座可从所述支架上取出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶座组件,其特征在于,当所述瓶座水平放置时,所述定位件的水平方向的尺寸小于所述定位槽的竖直方向的尺寸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的瓶座组件,其特征在于,所述定位组件还包括连接所述定位件及支撑件的连接件;当所述瓶座水平放置时,所述连接件的竖直方向的尺寸小于所述定位槽的竖直方向的尺寸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的瓶座组件,其特征在于,所述支架本体靠近所述瓶座的位置形成一抵持壁;当所述瓶座水平放置时,所述支撑件抵持所述抵持壁,以使所述瓶座水平放置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的瓶座组件,其特征在于,所述连接件沿所述瓶座的侧壁向所述瓶座的前壁延伸并形成一固定件,所述固定件与所述瓶座的侧壁固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的瓶座组件,其特征在于,所示支撑件、定位件、连接件及固定件为一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的瓶座组件,其特征在于,所述瓶座包括相对的两个前壁及后壁,所述前壁上边缘设有前饰条,所述后壁上边缘设有后饰条。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的瓶座组件,其特征在于,所述固定件上设置一凹槽,所述后饰条相对的两端与所述凹槽卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶座组件,其特征在于,所述前饰条及后饰条的材质为塑料。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括门体,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括权利要求1所述的瓶座组件,所述瓶座组件安装于所述门体内侧。
