本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用在墙体预埋方式布设管线,如水管、强电电线(例如,火线、零线、地线等电力线缆)、弱电电线(例如,网线、电话线、数字电视线等用于传输信息的线缆)多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一:
本实施例提供了一种强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备墙板公模,所述墙板公模呈板状,所述墙板公模上设置有至少一条纵向凸条;制备墙板1,所述墙板1在浇筑时采用所述墙板公模造型,成型后,请参见图1,墙板1的侧面形成纵向凹槽11。
S20、制备楼层板公模,所述楼层板公模呈板状,所述楼层板公模上设置有至少一条凸条;制备楼层板,所述楼层板2在浇筑时采用所述楼层板公模造型,成型后,请参见图2,楼层板2的侧面形成凹槽21。
S30、制备或购买强电电线5b;请参见图3,而强电电线5b是火线、零线、地线等电力线缆。
S40、请参见图4及图5,制备强电布线件9以及灯槽式天花吊顶13a。
其中,制备所述强电布线件9包括以下步骤:
制备底座91与盖板92,于所述底座91上开设或成型出有嵌置强电电线5b的线槽911,于所述盖板92的一侧面开设或形成卡扣结构。
为了便于制作以及成型,强电布线件9的底座91、盖板92均由塑料制成,也可通过注塑成型。当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。本实施例为底座91、盖板92的制作材料提供了一种优选的材料,该材料的配方包括一定量的PVC(聚氯乙烯)基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂相同质量的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂,通过该材料制作的底座91、盖板92具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了产品的耐用性,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。
S50、在施工现场,将楼层板2盖设于若干墙板1上,搭建成具有门口3的至少一个房间。
S60、于部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有所述灯槽式天花吊顶13a,于所述灯槽式天花吊顶13a内安装上所述强电布线件9,于所述强电布线件9内装入强电电线5b;于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内安装上强电布线件9,将灯槽式天花吊顶13a内的部分或全部强电电线5b向下延伸并收纳于纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件9内;
于所述楼层板2上的凹槽21内固定上强电布线件9;将部分的所述强电电线9从所述灯槽式天花吊顶13a向外延伸,并布设于所述楼层板2凹槽21的强电布线件9内。
优化地,上述步骤S10中制备的墙板公模还具有至少一条横向凸条,所述横向凸条与纵向凸条相交错,请图2及图6,成型后的墙板1侧面上同时具有相互交错的纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12。
具体地,下面本实施例将结合住宅的各类房间,对施工及管线布置的过程作进一步描述,其过程包括以下步骤:
1、请参见图7,建造入户的门口3、玄关100、客厅200、卧室300以及卧室走廊400;
2、请参见图8及图9,制备平铺式天花吊顶13b、天花装饰线14、具有管线接口的整体卫生间500、具有管线接口的整体厨房600、玄关柜101、配电箱102。于所述整体厨房600外侧建造生活阳台700,所述生活阳台700的墙板1在成型时形成有纵向凹槽11,楼层板2在成型时形成有凹槽21。
3、将平铺式天花吊顶13b安装在所述玄关100以及客厅200的顶部,于所述玄关100底部安装所述的踢脚线6;将户外的强电电线5b穿过所述入户门口3上方的横梁103进入所述玄关100的平铺式天花吊顶13b内,将所述玄关柜101靠近所述玄关100的墙板1,使所述强电配电箱102位于所述玄关柜101背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜101内;
将强电电线5b向下延伸并接入所述强电配电箱102,然后从所述强电配电箱102引出,并向上延伸并接入所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内,再将强电电线5b往客厅200方向延伸并接入所述客厅200顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶13a内。
4、将天花装饰线14安装于所述卧室300的墙板1与楼层板2的相接处;于所述灯槽式天花吊顶13a以及天花装饰线14内装入强电布线件9,于强电布线件9内装入强电电线5b,所述灯槽式天花吊顶13a或所述天花装饰线14内的部分或全部强电电线5b向下延伸,并收纳于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件9内。
5、将所述平铺式天花吊顶13b安装在所述卧室走廊400的顶部,于所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内布设所述强电布线件9,于所述强电布线件9内装入强电电线5b,然后,将所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内的强电电线5b与灯槽式天花吊顶13a内的强电电线5b相接。
6、将所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内的部分或全部强电电线5b与所述整体卫生间500的管线接口相接,将所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内的部分或全部强电电线5b与所述整体厨房600的管线接口相接。
7、将一部分的强电电线5b通过所述整体厨房600上方的楼层板2的凹槽21往所述生活阳台700方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板1后,通过墙板1的纵向凹槽11向下延伸,所述强电电线5b嵌置于所述纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件9内。
在实际应用中,请参见图10a,所述强电布线件9的线槽911的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体,从而可以使相邻的线缆得到更好的电气隔离。请参见图10b ,上述线槽911的侧壁也可以沿其长度方向开设有若干间隔分布的空隙,从而在固定管线的同时可以节省材料以及减轻产品重量。同样的,天花装饰线14的线槽1411的侧壁出也可设置成相样的结构。
本实施例的施工方法,在住宅的房间顶部设置天花吊顶、房间的墙板1上设置纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12,从而可以将强电电线5b布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板1上的纵向凹槽11向下延伸至插座位置。可见,通过本发明的施工方法,可以将强电电线5b房间的主体结构分离(SI分离),克服了传统预埋管线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端;能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过强电电线5b与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,强电电线5b及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。
实施例二:
请参见图11,本实施例提供了一种强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,除以下内容外,本实施例与实施例一相同。
S10、制备墙板1’、楼层板2以及装饰板17;
S20、制备或购买强电电线5b;
S30、制备天花吊顶以及强电布线件9;
S40、在施工现场,将楼层板2盖设于若干墙板1’上,搭建成具有门口3的至少一个房间;
S50、于部分或所有的所述房间的墙板1’的侧面上装饰板17,并且两邻两块装饰板17之间相隔一定间隙18,于所述间隙18内安装所述强电布线件9;
S60、于所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,于所述天花吊顶内安装上所述强电布线件9,于所述强电布线件9内装入强电电线5b;将天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线5b向下延伸并收纳于间隙18内的强电布线件9内。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S10、制备墙板,所述墙板的侧面在成型过程中形成纵向凹槽;
    S20、制备楼层板;
    S30、制备或购买强电电线;
    S40、制备天花吊顶以及强电布线件;
    S50、在施工现场,将楼层板盖设于若干墙板上,搭建成具有门口的至少一个房间;
    S60、于部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,于所述天花吊顶内安装上所述强电布线件,于所述强电布线件内装入所述强电电线;于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内安装上强电布线件,将天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10中还包括以下步骤:制备公模,所述公模呈板状,所述公模上设置有至少一条纵向凸条;所述墙板在浇筑时采用所述公模造型。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S20中还包括以下步骤:于楼层板成型过程中形成凹槽;所述步骤S60中还包括以下步骤:于所述楼层板上的凹槽内固定上强电布线件;将部分的所述强电电线从所述天花吊顶向外延伸,并布设于所述楼层板凹槽的强电布线件内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S50中搭建的房间包括客厅以及卧室,所述步骤S60中还包括以下步骤:
    制备灯槽式天花吊顶以及天花装饰线,然后,将灯槽式天花吊顶固定于客厅顶部,将天花装饰线安装于所述卧室的墙板与楼层板的相接处;于所述灯槽式天花吊顶以及天花装饰线内装入强电布线件,于强电布线件内装入强电电线;所述灯槽式天花吊顶或所述天花装饰线内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸,并收纳于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S50中搭建的房间包括卧室走廊,所述步骤S60中还包括以下步骤:
    制备平铺式天花吊顶,将所述平铺式天花吊顶安装在所述卧室走廊的顶部,于所述平铺式天花吊顶内布设所述强电布线件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,然后,将所述平铺式天花吊顶内的强电电线与灯槽式天花吊顶内的强电电线相接。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    制备整体卫生间以及整体厨房,所述整体卫生间以及整体厨房均具有管线接口;
    将所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线所述整体卫生间的管线接口相接,将所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线与所述整体厨房的管线接口相接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    于所述整体厨房外侧建造生活阳台,所述生活阳台的墙板在成型时形成有纵向凹槽,楼层板在成型时形成有凹槽;将一部分的强电电线通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,所述强电电线嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。
  8. 如权利要求4任意一项所述的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    建造入户门口以及玄关,并制备玄关柜、强电配电箱以及平铺式天花吊顶;
    将平铺式天花吊顶安装在所述玄关以及客厅的顶部,将户外的强电电线穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关的平铺式天花吊顶内,将所述玄关柜靠近所述玄关的墙板,使所述强电配电箱位于所述玄关柜背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜内;将强电电线向下延伸并接入所述强电配电箱内,然后再将强电电线从强电配电箱引出,向上延伸并接入平铺式天花吊顶内,再将强电电线往客厅方向延伸并接入所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。
  9. 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤20中:
    制备所述强电布线件均包括以下步骤:
    制备底座与盖板,于所述底座上开设或成型出有嵌置线缆的线槽,于所述盖板的一侧面开设或形成卡扣结构。
  10. 一种强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S10、制备墙板、楼层板以及装饰板;
    S20、制备或购买强电电线;
    S30、制备天花吊顶以及强电布线件;
    S40、在施工现场,将楼层板盖设于若干墙板上,搭建成具有门口的至少一个房间;
    S50、于部分或所有的所述房间的墙板的侧面安装上装饰板,并且相邻的两块装饰板之间预留一定间隙,于所述间隙内安装所述强电布线件;
    S60、于所述房间顶部设置所述天花吊顶,于所述天花吊顶内安装上所述强电布线件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线;将天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于间隙内的强电布线件内。
