一种资料搜寻方法 技术领域
本发明是有关于检索方法,尤其是在资料提供端在资料需求端在进行一般资料检索前,主动与即时提供搜寻结果的方法。
背景技术
目前已知的网络搜寻的资料提供方式,是资料提供端(例如搜索引擎、购物平台),以浏览器或应用软件为媒介供资料需求端(例如桌面计算机、智能型手机、平板计算机、智能型家电…等具有上网功能的电子装置)使用,资料需求端再以输入操作单元(例如输入法)输入检索字符,另以浏览器或应用软件所设的搜寻键被点选后,向资料提供端要求在索引资料库中搜寻与检索字符关联的内容,资料提供端将搜寻结果提供于资料需求端的浏览器或应用软件。
但上述的资料搜寻与提供方式仍有下列几项缺点。
其一,以浏览器或应用软件为唯一搜寻媒介的方式,资料需求端只能获得该浏览器或应用软件的搜索引擎所提供的搜寻结果,以关键词广告为例,在谷歌公司(Google LLC)刊登的广告,只能在使用谷歌公司的搜索引擎的浏览器或应用软件呈现,并无法让使用雅虎公司(Yahoo!Inc.)浏览器的用户看到,在Amazon刊登 的广告也无法呈现在谷歌公司的浏览器或应用软件,此举限缩了广告跨界曝光的机会。
其二,资料提供端的资料提供方式处于被动,须等资料需求端以相应的检索字符且要求进行搜寻方能提供,不利于企业或商品的宣传与营销。
其三,资料需求端经开启浏览器或应用软件、启动输入操作单元、输入检索字符、点选搜寻按键等步骤才获得一份搜寻结果,搜寻效率不佳。
由此可见,上述现有的方式,显然仍存在不便与缺陷,而有待改进。为了解决上述问题,相关领域莫不费尽心思来谋求解决之道,但长久以来仍未发展出适当的解决方案。
发明内容
为了解决上述之问题,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种资料搜寻方法,利用应用软件(如:浏览器软件、社群软件、购物平台…等)以输入操作单元(例如输入法)作为输入字符的主要工具的特殊性,将输入操作单元作为搜寻媒介并与各应用软件相互运作的方式提供多元的搜寻结果。
本发明的另一目的,在于对输入操作单元所输入字符进行比对筛选并储存结果,输入操作单元再依比对筛选的结果执行主动搜寻,以解决搜寻广告只能被动等待搜寻的问题。
本发明的又一目的,在于输入操作单元在检索字符输入时,可随着字符的新增、删除或修改等变更内容为索引条件,并以输入操作单元为媒介向资料提供端进行即时搜寻。
本发明的再一目的,在于输入操作单元可做为搜寻媒介单独在操作***中执行搜寻作业,也可做为应用软件执行搜寻作业中的检索字符输入工具,藉由输入操作单元与应用软件间的相互运作,即能使信息或广告得以跨界曝光。
根据本发明的一目的,是提供一种资料搜寻方法,应用在资料提供端,资料需求端连接索引资料库端及资料提供端,资料需求端设有输入操作单元。索引资料库端包含一个或多个索引资料库。输入操作单元链接主动搜寻条件单元及主动搜寻清单单元,并可供资料需求端使用,且主动搜寻条件单元及主动搜寻清单单元是被设在资料提供端、资料需求端及索引资料库端的任一处。该方法是包括资料需求端使用输入操作单元将其所输入的字符与主动搜寻条件单元进行比对筛选,并将比对筛选结果储存于主动搜寻清单单元;而当在资料需求端在应用软件选取搜寻输入框执行检索字符输入前,依主动搜寻清单单元为索引条件,并以输入操作单元为媒介主动向索引资料库端进行搜寻,索引资料库端再将所匹配的搜寻结果主动提供给资料需求端;且当资料需求端使用输入操作单元在应用软件执行检索字符输入时,以当前输入的字符为索引条件即时向索引资料库端进行搜寻,以取得搜寻结果。
其中,主动搜寻条件单元可以是输入法字符库中注记的特定字符,或者是索引资料库中的索引关键词符,或者是搜寻纪录,或者是任何指定的字符。

具体实施方式
以下将通过实施方式来解释本发明的资料搜寻方法。然而,本发明的 实施方式并非用以限制本发明需在如实施方式所述的任何环境、应用或方式方能实施。因此,关于实施方式的说明仅为阐释本发明的目的,而非用以直接限制本发明。需说明者,以下实施方式及图示中,与本发明非直接相关的元件已省略而未绘示。
除非本说明书另有定义,此处所用的科学与技术词汇的含义与本案所属技术领域中具有通常知识者所理解与惯用的意义相同。
为提升搜寻效率并创造更多的搜寻广告产值,本案提出一种资料搜寻方法,此方法在于资料需求端以输入操作单元执行输入检索字符前与输入检索字符时,资料提供端能主动与即时的提供匹配的搜寻结果,使搜寻结果更快、更多、更精准。另外,因为输入操作单元可安装于资料需求端并可在应用软件上运行,可实现资料跨界收集与广告跨界曝光的目标,所创造的效益与商机非常庞大,详细说明如后。
以下依据本发明的实施例,描述一种资料搜寻方法。
请参阅图1至图4所示,为本发明的资料搜寻方法之一实施例,其在资料需求端1设有输入操作单元10,资料需求端1连接资料提供端2与索引资料库端3,另设有主动搜寻条件单元11及主动搜寻清单单元12,输入操作单元10可为资料需求端1中所安装的输入法软件,但并不以此为限,并可以在任一应用软件中执行输入法时,进行下文相关以输入操作单元10为媒介的搜寻作业。
再者,本发明的资料搜寻方法,以使用在偏重资料搜寻功能的应用软件中为佳,例如:网页浏览器软件、购物平台软件、订票订房平台软件… 等,当用户在资料需求端1的应用软件中使用输入操作单元10时,资料需求端1以输入操作单元10为媒介,并以主动搜寻清单单元为索引条件,经由资料提供端2向索引资料库端3进行搜寻,而产生主动搜寻结果,再经由资料提供端2传送到资料需求端1,使得资料需求端1可以呈现出主动搜寻结果。
或者资料需求端1输入操作单元10输入检索字符时,资料需求端1以输入操作单元10为媒介,并以当前输入的索引字符为索引条件,经由资料提供端2向索引资料库端3进行搜寻,而产生即时搜寻结果,再经由资料提供端2传送到资料需求端1,使得资料需求端1可以呈现出即时搜寻结果。
另外,资料需求端1点选应用软件中的搜寻按键时,以应用软件为媒介进行搜寻,经由资料提供端2向索引资料库端3进行搜寻,而产生一般搜寻结果,再经由资料提供端2传送到资料需求端1,使得资料需求端1可以呈现出一般搜寻结果。
此外,为了避免影响使用者的操作体验,本发明的产生主动搜寻结果与产生即时搜寻结果的流程,可以在应用软件中全部执行或仅执行产生主动搜寻结果或即时搜寻结果其中一项。
又,资料提供端2可为网络服务器或是搜索引擎服务器,具有资料搜寻与资料提供功能,及接收来资料需求端1的资料索引要求,而执行资料搜寻与资料提供作业,资料需求端1可以为智能型手机、智能型手表、笔记本电脑、台式电脑、平板计算机、智能型电视、智能型眼镜、智能型头盔、智能型家电等具有联网功能的电子产品。
在本发明的一实施例中,请参阅图1,资料需求端1使用输入操作单元 10在应用软件于操作输入中,系进行以下步骤:
步骤110:资料需求端1使用输入操作单元10输入字符;
步骤120:输入操作单元10将所有输入的字符与主动搜寻条件单元11进行比对筛选;
步骤130:将比对筛选后的字符储存于主动搜寻清单单元12。
由于,在第一次开始使用本发明时,主动搜寻清单单元12尚未有任何内容,因此,不会产生如下文所述的第一次的主动搜寻结果1100。但在任何应用软件或指定的应用软件于输入字符过程中,都会进行反复上述的步骤110~130。
由于,在输入的内容中常有语助词、赘词或不适合成为主动搜寻清单单元12内的字符(例如:嗯、阿、我们、你好、嗨等)。再者,若储存过多不必要的字符,不仅占据主动搜寻清单单元12,也影响主动搜寻的效能与精准度。因此,除可将所有输入字符都存于主动搜寻清单单元12外,也可如在步骤120中输入操作单元10将所有输入内容与主动搜寻条件单元11进行比对筛选,并将经由比对筛选所选出的字符储存于主动搜寻清单单元12,主动搜寻条件单元11可经由多种方式产生,例如在输入法的字符库内注记的字符、或指定的任何字符、或索引资料库端3的索引关键词符21、或网络常用广告用词、或常用商品用词、或常用服务用词、或搜寻纪录…等主动搜寻清单单元。
举例而言:用户使用输入操作单元10在社群聊天软件(如:Skype、wechat或Line)或者文字编辑软件(例如:微软公司的word或奥多比公司的acrobat软 件)输入以下内容「阿明好久不见,最近有空吗?我在网络上看到一间在台北的餐厅有很好吃的牛肉面」,这些内容经与主动搜寻条件单元11比对筛选后,将「网络」、「台北」、「餐厅」、「好吃」、「牛」、「肉」、「面」、「牛肉」、「牛肉面」、等字符建立并储存于主动搜寻清单单元12,如下表一:

其中,为使主动搜寻条件单元11维持最新状态,在本发明上述步骤120中,可将主动搜寻条件单元11置于资料提供端2,可经由输入操作单元10将每次的输入内容即时的传送至资料提供端2进行比对筛选;也可在资料需求端1存放一份主动搜寻条件单元11的副本,资料需求端1利用输入操作单元10将每次的输入内容即时的与主动搜寻条件单元11的副本进行比对筛选,资料提供端2通过网络为主动搜寻条件单元11的副本进行更新;更可直接将主动搜寻条件单元11置于资料需求端1,主动搜寻条件单元11通过输入操作 单元10的输入内容,诸如:输入操作单元10所设的字符库内注记的字符、或特定的任何字符,及网络上的常用广告用词、或常用商品用词、或常用服务用词、或搜寻纪录、或索引资料库端3的索引关键词符21、或广告索引反馈纪录等进行内容而产生或更新。
其中,在本发明上述步骤130中的主动搜寻清单单元12可存放在资料需求端1,或存放在资料提供端2,或同时存放在资料需求端1及资料提供端2。
其中,主动搜寻清单单元12的排序方式,可按照指定的顺序、广告业主付费的多寡、字符输入的次数、时间、位置、用户的性别、年龄、兴趣、搜寻纪录等进行权重的分析与排序。在本发明使用一段时间后,主动搜寻清单单元12可能演化成如下表二所示:

本发明的一实施中,请参阅图2,是资料需求端1使用输入操作单元10在网页浏览器输入检索字符前,依据主动搜寻清单单元12(如表二),资料需求端1以输入操作单元10为媒介主动向索引资料库端3搜寻并获得主动搜寻结果1100的过程,是执行下列步骤:
步骤210:资料需求端1点选搜寻输入框500;
步骤220:资料需求端1利用输入操作单元10以主动搜寻清单单元12为索引条件产生主动搜寻指令1000;
步骤230:将索引条件与主动搜寻指令1000传送至索引资料库端3进行搜寻;
步骤240:索引资料库端3依据索引条件与主动搜寻指令1000产生主动搜寻结果1100,并经由资料提供端2提供主动搜寻结果1100到资料需求端1。
而索引资料库端3及索引关键词符21可为广告业主付费刊登的网络广告索引内容(如:网络广告或网站链接地址)及索引关键词符(如:台北、牛肉、面、餐厅、牛肉面…等),因此,利用主动搜寻清单单元12与索引资料库端3的索引关键词符21关联后,提供主动搜寻结果。
在本发明中,在资料需求端1使用输入操作单元10开始输入字符的过程到按下搜寻按键700或输入搜寻按键800以前,请参阅图3,包含以下步骤:
步骤310:资料需求端1使用输入操作单元10执行字符的输入之状态,产生即时搜寻指令2000;
步骤320:以输入操作单元10为媒介及当前输入的检索字符为索引条件,传送即时搜寻指令2000至索引资料库端3进行搜寻;
步骤330:索引资料库端3依据索引条件与即时搜寻指令2000,产生即时搜寻结果2100,并经由资料提供端2提供即时搜寻结果2100到资料需求端1。
据上所述,在本发明中,资料需求端1在还没有按下搜寻按键700或输入搜寻按键800前,会以输入操作单元10为媒介,主动与即时的向索引资料库端3进行搜寻,并获得主动与即时的搜寻结果,其中,即时搜寻指输入操作单元10会依据当前输入的字符产生即时搜寻指令2000,并连同输入的字符与即时搜寻指令2000向索引资料库端3发出搜索要求,以获得即时搜寻结果。例如:使用者欲检索的完整字符为「牛排」,但在输入过程中,当资料需求端1使用输入操作单元10输入第一个字「牛」时,资料需求端1经由输入操作单元10立即会产生即时搜寻指令2000,并以「牛」为索引条件与即时搜寻指令2000向索引资料库端3进行搜寻,之后,当输入操作单元10选取「牛排」的词或输入第二个字「排」时,输入操作单元10立即会产生即时搜寻指令2000,并以「牛排」为索引条件与即时搜寻指令2000向索引资料库端3进行搜寻。
当资料需求端1点选搜寻按键700或输入搜寻按键800时,即一般以浏览器软件为媒介的搜寻方式。例如:在谷歌搜寻网站的搜寻输入框输入字符后按下右侧的搜寻键(Search)、或者是在亚马逊网站(amazon)的搜寻字段输入字符后按下右侧的搜寻键(Search)、或在表现输入法的虚拟键盘的搜寻按键。 由于步骤、功能、服务、搜寻结果等皆由谷歌或亚马逊网站所提供,且已是目前成熟的作法,故在此不予赘述。然,为让人易于区分,将此搜寻指令定义为一般搜寻指令3000、搜寻结果定义为一般搜寻结果3100。
再者,可藉由主动搜寻指令1000、即时搜寻指令2000、一般搜寻指令3000等不同的搜寻指令,将不同的搜寻指令导引到索引资料库端不同的索引资料库或索引目标,以获得不同的搜寻结果或排序,或者可藉由不同的搜寻指令赋予不同的搜寻权重,即可在相同的索引条件及相同的索引资料库或索引目标,仍能在不同阶段获得不同的搜寻结果或排序。举例而言,主动搜寻清单单元12的字符虽与即时搜寻时输入的字符相同,且对应的索引资料库也相同,索引资料库仍可藉由辨别主动搜寻指令1000或即时搜寻指令2000,而提供不同的搜寻结果或排序;又例如即时搜寻的字符与一般搜寻的字符虽相同,也可藉由不同的搜寻目标的,提供不同的搜寻结果或排序。
为进一步了解本发明在实际实施的态样,请参阅图4。阶段一:用户使用资料需求端1(在此为智能型手机)开启浏览器软件(如图5所示),点选搜寻输入框500,资料需求端1以输入操作单元10依据主动搜寻清单单元12为索引条件产生主动搜寻指令1000,并以输入操作单元10为媒介,将索引条件与主动搜寻指令1000传送至索引资料库端3进行搜寻,以获得主动搜寻结果1100(如图6所示);
阶段二:资料需求端1以输入操作单元10输入检索字符并产生即时搜寻指令2000,以输入操作单元10为媒介并以输入的检索字符为索引条件,连 同即时搜寻指令2000传送至索引资料库端3进行搜寻,并获得即时搜寻结果2100(如图7所示);再进一步而言,资料需求端1以输入操作单元10输入「牛」时,资料需求端1以「牛」为索引条件即时向提供端2进行搜寻,当资料需求端1再以输入操作单元10输入「肉」时,资料需求端1即以「牛肉」为索引条件即时向资料提供端要求进行搜寻,当资料需求端1再接着「牛肉」之后输入「au04」时,即以「牛肉au04」为索引条件即时向资料提供端要求进行搜寻,但是,此时操作资料需求端1的用户发现「au04」为未使用中文输入法所造成的错误,因而删除「au04」,资料需求端1则又以「牛肉」为索引条件即时向资料提供端要求进行搜寻,如此便可更快的获得搜寻结果,以提升搜寻效率。故,资料需求端1在输入操作单元10进行检索字符输入时,随着字符的新增、删除或修改等变更后的内容为索引条件,并以输入操作单元1为媒介向资料提供端2要求进行即时搜寻。
阶段三:资料需求端1点选搜寻按键700或通过输入操作单元10点选输入搜寻按键800,产生一般搜寻指令3000,资料需求端1以当前使用的浏览器或具搜寻功能的应用软件为媒介,并以输入的检索字符为索引条件与传送一般搜寻指令3000至索引资料库端的一般索引资料库(如:传统的搜索引擎)进行搜寻,以获得一般搜寻结果3100(如图8所示)。
综上所述,资料需求端1以输入操作单元10当媒介,并提供主动搜寻结果与即时搜寻结果的方式,可与以应用软件当媒介的搜寻方式相互运作,实现在同一次的输入检索搜寻的过程中,创造更多信息或广告曝光的机会,可大幅减少使用者搜寻次数与时间,对企业营销或商品广告的效果也十分 显著。此外,资料需求端1可单独使用输入操作单元进行阶段一、阶段二及阶段三,或者其中任二项阶段,未必需要如上述阶段一、阶段二及阶段三的顺序进行。
再者,主动搜寻结果与即时搜寻结果在资料需求端呈现的方式,可嵌入在其他应用软件上显示(如图6及7所示),或者也可以单独的显示。
又另,输入操作单元10链接主动搜寻条件单元11及主动搜寻清单单元12以崭新的输入法软件的型态被安装在资料需求端1,并可供资料需求端1使用,如此,输入操作单元10搭配主动搜寻条件单元11及主动搜寻清单单元12,即做为独立的搜寻媒介单独在操作***中执行搜寻作业,也可做为应用软件执行搜寻作业中的检索字符输入工具,藉由输入操作单元与应用软件间的相互运作,即能使信息或广告得以跨界曝光。或者,主动搜寻条件单元11及主动搜寻清单单元12是被设在资料提供端2、资料需求端1及索引资料库端3的任一处,并非必须与输入操作单元10以崭新的输入法软件的型态被安装在资料需求端1。
另外,上述的资料搜寻方法是可记录于计算机可读取记录媒体,当计算机加载并执行后,可完成上述的方法。或者上述的资料搜寻方法以计算机程序产品形式储存,并可加载计算机加载并执行后,可完成上述的方法。
上述之实施方式仅用来例举本发明的实施态样,以及阐释本发明的技术特征,并非用来限制本发明的范畴。任何熟悉此技术者可轻易完成的改变或均等性的安排均属于本发明所主张的范围,本发明的权利范围应以申请专利范围为准。
综上所述,本发明已完全新颖性为坊间所未曾今有类似者公开或申请在先,且已具有功效实质增进的产业利用性的价值,爰依法提出专利申请;然,本说明书仅为较佳实施例的叙述,并非以此作为专利范围的界定,举凡在本发明的原理、技术下各构成元件所作的修饰、衍变均应涵盖在本发明的专利范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种资料搜寻方法,其特征在于应用在一资料需求端,其中该资料需求端设有一输入操作单元,该资料需求端连接一资料提供端与一索引资料库端,该方法包括;
    在该资料需求端于应用软件输入检索字符前,以该输入操作单元为媒介,并以输入纪录的比对筛选结果为索引条件,主动向该索引资料库端进行搜寻,再经由该资料提供端提供一主动搜寻结果给该资料需求端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种资料搜寻方法,其特征在于该输入纪录的比对筛选方式,是建立一主动搜寻条件单元作为比对筛选的基准,该主动搜寻条件单元设于该资料需求端或该资料提供端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种资料搜寻方法,其特征在于该主动搜寻条件单元的产生与更新,是可该资料提供端指定,或该输入操作单元所设的字符库内注记的字符、或特定的任何字符、或资料提供端的索引关键词符、或网络常用广告用词、或常用商品用词、或常用服务用词、或搜寻纪录、或广告索引反馈纪录等。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种资料搜寻方法,其特征在于该输入操作单元所输入字符与该主动搜寻条件单元比对筛选后的结果,是可建立一主动搜寻清单单元以存放比对筛选结果,该主动搜寻清单单元可置于该资料需求端或该资料提供端。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种资料搜寻方法,其特征在于该资料需求端以该输入操作单元为媒介进行搜寻的步骤,包括:
    该资料需求端以该输入操作单元产生一主动搜寻指令;
    该资料需求端执行具有资料搜寻功能的应用软件;
    该资料需求端以该输入操作单元为媒介,并以该主动搜寻清单为索引条件,主动向该索引资料库端进行搜寻,再经由该资料提供端提供一主动搜寻结 果。
  6. 一种资料搜寻方法,其特征在于应用在一资料需求端,其中该资料需求端设有一输入操作单元,该资料需求提供端连接一资料提供端与一索引资料库端,该方法包括;
    该资料需求端于一应用软件使用输入操作单元输入检索字符时,该资料需求端以该输入操作单元为媒介,并以当前输入的检索字符为索引条件,经由该资料提供端即时向该索引资料库端进行搜寻,再经由该资料提供端提供一即时搜寻结果给该资料需求端。
  7. 一种资料搜寻方法,其特征在于应用在一资料需求端,该资料需求端连接一资料提供端与一索引资料库端,该资料提供端可接收该资料需求端的索引条件与不同的搜寻指令,该资料提供端辨别不同的该搜寻指令,而在相同的索引条件下从该索引资料库端得到对应不同的该搜寻指令所产生不同的搜寻结果或不同排序的搜寻结果。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种资料搜寻方法,其特征在于该索引资料库端包含一个或多个索引资料库;
    该资料提供端可将不同的该搜寻指令导引到不同的该索引资料库所设的其中一个索引资料库,而在相同的索引条件下,提供不同的搜寻结果或排序。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的一种资料搜寻方法,其特征在于该资料提供端设有一索引关键词符,该资料提供端可赋予该索引关键词符与不同搜寻指令之间的不同关联性,可在相同的索引条件、相同的索引资料库或索引目标,提供不同的搜寻结果或排序。
  10. 一种内储程序的资料需求端可读取记录媒体,其特征在于当资料需求端加载该程序并执行后,可完成如权利要求1~9任一项所述的方法。
  11. 一种内储用于资料搜寻的资料需求端程序产品,其特征在于当资料需求端加 载该计算机程序并执行后,可完成如权利要求1~9任一项所述的方法。
