发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,从而提供一种结构设计合理,可实现流水清洗拖把的清洗水净污分离的拖把清洗装置。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:清洗水净污分离的拖把清洗装置,包括出水口,所述出水口流出洁净水;清洁装置,清洁装置包括一可供拖把出入的捋口,捋口侧方设有当拖把位于捋口时能压迫拖把的拖布的刮水器;清洗拖把时,从出水口流出的水流向拖布或清洁装置;污水收集区,所述污水收集区具有污水入口。
进一步说,还包括蓄水区,所述出水口设置在蓄水区,所述蓄水区液位高于出水口。
进一步说,还包括蓄水区和水泵,所述出水口设置在蓄水区,所述水泵通过出水口取水。
进一步说,还包括水阀,所述水阀管接出水口。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例
如图1所示,本实施例所述清洗水净污分离的拖把清洗装置,包括出水口1,所述出水口1流出洁净水;洁净水的来源包括自来水或蓄水区6,清洁装置,清洁装置包括一可供拖把出入的捋口2,捋口2侧方设有当拖把位于捋口2时能压迫拖把的拖布4的刮水器3;作为优选,具体实施方式是,注塑一塑料件,该塑料件具有一可供拖把出入的捋口2,在拖把清洗时的运行轨迹上设有刮水器3,刮水器3刮除拖布4上的污渍和水液。
清洗拖把时,从出水口1流出的水流向拖布4或清洁装置;拖布4吸收的水由刮水器3刮除的水从污水收集区5的污水入口流入污水收集区5,实现污水的收集。上述技术方案相比现有技术省去了浸泡清洗的清洗区。结构上更加紧凑合理,材料利用上更加节省环保。
作为优选,清洁装置可安装在支撑架,或采用现有技术中的可拆卸方式安装在污水收集区5,当清洁装置采用支撑架安装时,污水收集区5与支撑架可以做成可分离组合结构,该结构可便于污水收集区5的倾倒。
为增强本发明创造使用时的灵活性。本实施例还包括蓄水区6,洁净水可存储在蓄水区6,所述出水口1设置在蓄水区6,洁净水从蓄水区6出水的方式之一是,所述蓄水区6液位高于出水口1。洁净水可自然流出,从而清洗拖把。对出水口1水流的控制可加一水阀7,所述水阀7管接出水口1。通过手动操作控制水阀7的开关实现对水流的控制。清洗拖把时,打开水阀7,洁净水流出;清洗完毕,关闭水阀7,本实施例中的水阀7包括球阀、按压控制的水阀及其他同类现有水阀。
洁净水从出水口1流出的另一方案是:本实施例还包括蓄水区6和水泵,所述出水口1设置在蓄水区6,所述水泵通过出水口1取水。通过驱动水泵输出洁净水引流至拖布4。
如图2所示,基于拖把清洗时的使用特性,使洁净水从出水口1自动流出的方案是;所述水阀7包括阀壳71、阀芯72、弹性件73、控制柄74,所述阀壳71包括进水孔711和出水孔713,所述阀芯72设置在阀壳71内,所述弹性件73施力给阀芯72,并使阀芯72趋于阻断进水孔711和出水孔713连通的位置;控制柄74连接阀芯72;当拖把位于捋口2时触动控制柄74,水阀7打开。当拖把进入捋口2时,拖把可触动控制柄74,从而将水阀7打开,当拖把远离捋口2时,控制柄74受弹力作用而复位,水阀7又关闭。上述技术方案解决了手动操作的不便捷问题。
如图3和4所示,单次清洗用水量的定量控制。本实施例所述蓄水区6包括大容器61和小容器62,所述出水口1设置在小容器62,所述大容器61和小容器62之间相管接,所述大容器61和小容器62之间的通断与出水口1的通断为互锁控制。互锁控制指常态下大容器61和小容器62相导通,而小容器62的出水口1关闭;小容器62的出水口1打开时,大容器 61和小容器62相阻断。集合互锁控制机理应用于本发明创造时,常态下大容器61罐入大量水时,大容器61液位高于小容器62,小容器62也随之被灌满,而小容器62的出水口1关闭;当清洗拖把时,小容器62的出水口1打开,大容器61和小容器62相阻断,因此最终流光的是小容器62内的水,当小容器62内的洁净水流光后,继续原清洗拖把动作可对拖把脱水。该技术方案可实现节约用水,同时更为重要的是,同一动作同一位置可实现对拖把的清洗和脱水。
互锁控制的优选实施方式之一。所述互锁控制包括管接在大容器61和小容器62之间的通断阀、连接通断阀和水阀7的联动装置。当触动水阀7改变原状态时,水阀7通过联动杆传动通断阀,切换通断阀状态。联动装置另一实施例是电气互锁,所述通断阀和水阀7为下位概念的电磁阀,两电磁阀之间采用电气互锁方案。
互锁控制的另一优选实施方式。所述水阀7包括阀壳71、阀芯72、弹性件73、控制柄74,所述阀壳71包括进水孔711和出水孔713,所述阀芯72设置在阀壳71内,所述弹性件73施力给阀芯72,并使阀芯72趋于阻断进水孔711和出水孔713连通的位置;控制柄74连接阀芯72;当拖把位于捋口2时触动控制柄74,水阀7打开,所述阀壳71还设有进出水孔712,所述进出水孔712管接小容器62的出水口1,水阀7打开时,阀芯72阻断进水孔711和进出水孔712连通。
本实施例所述刮水器3为刮条,所述刮条呈倾斜,所述刮条的斜向是靠近拖布4处为高位,远离拖布4处为低位。刮除的污水因重力作用沿刮条下坡流畅,排水顺畅。
本实施例所述刮条导流从拖布4刮除的水流向污水收集区5。刮条的低位可衔接污水入口,实现污水的有效收集。
本实施例所述水泵包括一驱动体,所述驱动体设置在当拖把在捋口2移动时能被触动的位置。利用拖把清洗状态的特性,通过拖把给予水泵驱动力。所述水泵为叶轮式或活塞式或挤压式或其他现有技术已公开的水泵。
如图7所示,拖把下移要求拖布4紧贴刮水器3,拖把上移拖布4与刮水器3松弛。本实施例所述刮水器3的对面设有抵触拖把的拖把板41的抵触机构,所述抵触机构包括一摆件31,摆件31设有一转动安装的转动点,摆件31与捋口2转动连接,当拖把板41进入捋口2时,所述摆件31一端抵触拖把板41。拖把下移时,摆件31顺势将拖布4往刮水器3一侧顶,拖把上移时,摆件31因摩擦作用力顺势反转,拖布4得到松弛。
本实施所述摆件31一端转动安装一滚轮32。滚轮32实现滚动摩擦,减小阻力。
本实施例还包括一使所述摆件31趋于压紧拖把板41位置趋势的弹力件33。弹力件33增强拖布4与刮水器3的刮水力度。
如图5所示,单次清洗用水量定量控制的另一方式,所述蓄水区6相对清洁装置活动设置,蓄水区6由推力件9支撑,水阀7管接蓄水区6的出水口1,所述水阀7包括阀壳71、阀芯72、弹性件73、控制柄74,所述阀壳71包括进水孔711和出水孔713,所述阀芯72设置在阀壳71内,所述弹性件73施力给阀芯72,并使阀芯72趋于阻断进水孔711和出水孔713连通的位置;控制柄74连接阀芯72,触动控制柄74,水阀7可打开;所述控制柄74延伸至蓄水区6,控制柄74抵触蓄水区6从而限位蓄水区6的活动。作为优选,本实施例所述推力件9为线性弹簧,线性弹簧下端设置在清洁装置或污水收集区5,线性弹簧连接蓄水区6,当蓄满水时蓄水区6最重,线性弹簧压缩,蓄水区6处于最低位,此时蓄水区6的液位略高于出水口1,当拖把进入捋口2清洗时,水阀7打开,蓄水区6排水,同时蓄水区6受控制柄74顶紧不动,因此此时排出的水仅是蓄水区6液位高出出水口1部分的水。
为增强抵触限位的效果。蓄水区6外侧壁设有凹凸面,凹凸面对应控制柄74。凹凸面包括齿形面、波浪面、凹凸面等等。
如图6所示,洁净水从出水口1流出的另一实施方式是,本实施例还包括蓄水区6和气泵8,所述出水口1设置在蓄水区6,蓄水区6还设有一进气口,出水口1被水掩盖,出水口1高于液位,气泵8连接进气口。气泵8对蓄水区6内加压,洁净水从出水口1排出。
本实施例所述气泵8设置在捋口2下方,拖把进入捋口2可触及气泵8。
本实施例所述出水口1为流出洁净水的部位,不局限于蓄水区6上的某一出水口1。
拖把的清洗主要包括前道水洗和后道挤水,为使使用者操作时更具明确性,拖把的水洗和挤水分为两个区域,本实施例中设置两个清洁装置,两清洁装置分别设置,出水口对应其中任一清洁装置。水洗时,使用对应出水口的清洁装置,挤水时,使用另一清洁装置。
如图8所示,本实施例作为优选,其中一水泵的技术方案是,水泵包括泵壳B1、活塞B2、弹性体B3、动力杆B4、两单向阀B5,泵壳B1设有一进水部和一出水部,两单向阀B5分别设置在进水部和出水部,所述活塞B2设置在泵壳B1内,弹性体B3施给活塞B2或动力杆B4弹力,具体的说弹性体B3为压簧,动力杆B4连接活塞B2,抽水时,活塞B2克服弹性体B3弹力活动,进水部的单向阀B5打开,出水部的单向阀B5关闭。该泵壳B1容量较大,动力杆B4驱动一次可抽较多水量,而后由压簧驱动活塞B2压出洁净水,该洁净水可清洗拖把。
如图9所示,本实施例所述拖把包括拖把板41,拖把板41设有拖布4,拖把板41与拖布4安装后,拖把板41上出入捋口的一端被拖布4包镶。包镶的具体实施之一是,拖布4端部延伸超出拖把板41后向上折弯从而包住拖把板41的端部。另一实施方式是,拖把板41端部设有插片401,拖布4的背部一端设有布兜40,插片401***布兜40内,拖布4包住拖把板 41的端部。该结构可避免拖布4与拖把板41开叉分离,开叉分离后端部膨大,进入捋口不畅。
如图9所示,本实施例包括拖把包括拖把板41、连接头42、套管43、弹力件44、顶柱45;所述拖把板41与连接头42绕第一转轴a转动相连,套管43下端与连接头42绕第二转轴转动相连,第一转轴a与第二转轴呈十字交叉设置,套管43上端与拖把杆固定连接,套管43内设有可容置顶柱45的空腔,顶柱45设在套管43内受套管43限位且可在套管43内活动,弹力件44施力给顶柱45。作为优选,弹力件44是弹簧或弹性塑料片,弹性塑料片一端与套管43固定相连,弹性塑料片另一端为自由端,从而为顶柱45提供弹力。所述连接头42设有弧面,连接头42绕第二转轴转动过程中顶柱45端部顶触连接头42的弧面,所述弧面为凸轮面,所述拖把杆与拖把板41相垂直时,顶柱45端部与弧面顶触的部位至第二转轴的距离为D1,拖把杆与拖把板41相平行时,顶柱45端部与弧面顶触的部位至第二转轴的距离为D2,所述D1大于D2。该结构中,拖把板41从水平向向竖直向转动时,顶柱45逐渐伸出,从而利于拖把板41转动至竖直向。
本实施例中,拖把杆与拖把板41相平行时,顶柱45端部顶触弧面为直线形。
本实施例中,所述套管43的侧壁设有凹腔430,拖把板41上设有凸体411,所述拖把杆与拖把板41旋转至相平行时,拖把板41的凸体411落入凹腔430。凸体411落入凹腔430后,拖把板41与拖把杆之间的定位更加精准,避免拖把板41的晃动,挤水时,稳定性更好。

    污水收集区,所述污水收集区具有污水入口。
