本实用新型通过盒体的盒壁与盒盖的侧壁的配合、盒体的凹槽与盒盖的凸筋的配合,发挥到良好的密封作用,使第一连接带与第二连接带牢固结合,实现盒盖与盒体的紧密配合,提高了食品容器的密封性。其次,所述盒盖由盖板和侧壁组成,内部具有容纳空间,可以用于叠放其他食品容器或物件,实现了节省空间的效果。再者,需要打开盒盖时,使用者可以 用大拇指揭开盒盖边缘,同时用其他手指固定住盒盖的侧壁,就能很容易地将盒盖揭开,以盒盖的侧壁作为着力面,能降低打开食品容器的操作难度,同时,使用者抓握所述食品容器时,大拇指可以扣住盒盖的侧壁,提高握持的稳固性,防止手滑导致食物撒漏。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型的食品容器具有密封性好、可多个堆叠放置、节省空间、便于握持、设计人性化、实用性强、结构简单、易于制作的优点,可作为餐盒、盛放液体的杯子等。
进一步地,所述第一连接带的边缘往所述盒底方向弯折形成第一弯折部,所述第二连接带的边缘往所述盖板方向弯折形成第二弯折部,当所述盒盖盖设在所述盒体的开口上时,所述第一弯折部与第二弯折部贴合密封,能够进一步加强食品容器的密封性,达到多重密封的效果。
进一步地,:所述第二弯折部的宽度大于所述第一弯折部的宽度,其边缘内侧凸起形成一锁止凸条,所述锁止凸条延及所述第二弯折部的边缘。
通过设置所述锁止凸条,能够限定第一弯折部的位置,防止第一弯折部脱离第二弯折部,进一步加强了食品容器的密封性,同时所述锁止凸条可作为揭开盒盖的施力点,使用者通过拨开该锁止凸条即可实现打开食品容器,降低了操作难度。
进一步地,所述盒壁的内表面设有凸出于内表面的支撑台阶;所述支撑台阶的上表面与所述盒底平行,且其上表面与所述盒壁顶部的距离等于所述盒盖的侧壁外表面的高度以支撑所述盒盖的盖板。
所述支撑台阶能够起到支持盒盖的盖板的作用,提高盒盖的承重能力,有利于在盒盖上叠放更多的食品容器或物件,达到节省空间的目的。
进一步地,所述盒壁的底部外径小于或等于所述盒盖的侧壁的底部内径,则盒盖的内部空间可容纳盒壁的底部,多个装好食物的所述食品容器层叠放置时,由于盒盖侧壁的对盒壁底部起限位作用,因而能提高食品容器堆叠的整体稳固性,可增加叠放的食品容器数量,节省空间,方便运送。
进一步地,所述凹槽由所述第一连接带弯折形成,则所述第一连接带具备一定的弹性,使所述第一弯折部与第二弯折部贴合得更紧密,使所述盒盖的侧壁的外表面与所述盒体的盒壁的内表面贴合得更紧密,有利于提高密封性。
进一步地,所述盒壁外表面设有多条加强竖筋,提高机械强度。
进一步地,所述多条加强竖筋间隔均匀地设置在所述盒壁外表面的顶部区域,每条加强竖筋的长度不超过盒体高度的1/4。
一般来说,盒壁的顶部最容易受热发生变形而导致高温液体泄漏,所以在这个区域设置 加强竖筋能够最大程度地降低泄漏几率,提高安全性,每条加强竖筋的长度不超过盒体高度的1/4即可实现提高机械强度的效果,而且能减少不必要的材料成本。
进一步地,所述盒底外表面的中央部分向所述盒体的收容空间方向凹陷,在盒底外表面周缘形成一凸环,方便手指进行抓握,提高握持的稳固性,避免食物撒漏的意外发生。
进一步地,所述盒壁外表面设有至少一个防滑凸起,可有效提高手部抓握的稳固性。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图2-7,图2为本实用新型的食品容器的结构示意图,图3为本实用新型的食品容器的主视图,图4为本实用新型的食品容器的俯视图,图5为图4的A-A向剖视图,图6为图5中局部Ⅰ的放大图,图7为本实用新型的食品容器的底部示意图。
本实用新型的食品容器包括具有开口的盒体1和盒盖2,所述盒盖2可拆卸地盖设在所述盒体1的开口上。所述盒体1包括盒底10和沿盒底10周边向上延伸的盒壁11。所述盒盖2包括盖板20和沿盖板20周边向上延伸的侧壁21,所述侧壁21的外表面与所述盒壁11的内表面形状配合。优选地,所述盒盖2的高度不超过所述盒体1的高度的1/5,保证盒体1内部有足够的容量用于盛装食物。
如图5和图6所示,所述盒壁11的顶部边缘向盒体1外侧延伸形成第一连接带110,在本实施例优选为盒壁11的顶部边缘向盒体1外侧水平延伸以形成第一连接带110。所述第一连接带110的中部设有一凹槽111,所述凹槽111的开口方向与盒体1的开口方向相同,且所述凹槽111围绕盒体1形成闭合圈。优选地,所述凹槽111是由所述第一连接带110弯折形成的。所述第一连接带110的边缘往盒底10方向弯折形成第一弯折部112。所述第一弯折部112的弯折处为圆弧状,避免过于锋利割伤使用者的手部。
所述盒壁11的内表面设有凸出于内表面的支撑台阶113。所述支撑台阶113的上表面与所述盒底10平行,且其上表面与所述盒壁11顶部的距离等于所述盒盖2的侧壁21外表面的高度以支撑所述盒盖2的盖板20。所述支撑台阶113具有多种形式,例如:所述支撑台阶113的数量为两个,两个支撑台阶113分别设置在盒底10的两侧,可对所述盖板20外表面形成两点支撑;又如:所述支撑台阶113的数量多于两个,多个支撑台阶113间隔设置在盒底10的周围,可对所述盖板20外表面形成多点支撑;再如:所述支撑台阶113围绕盒体1内表面形成闭合圈,其形成的开口口径小于所述盖板20的大小,可支撑所述盖板20外表面的周缘。
所述盒壁11外表面的顶部区域设有多条加强竖筋114,所述多条加强竖筋114间隔均匀分布,每条加强竖筋114的长度不超过盒体1高度的1/4。所述盒壁11外表面还设置有至少一个防滑凸起115。
如图5和图7所示,所述盒底10外表面的中央部分向所述盒体1的收容空间方向凹陷,在盒底10外表面周缘形成一凸环101,所述凸环101的宽度为5~300毫米,方便使用者用手指进行抓握。
如图5和图6所示,所述侧壁21的顶部边缘向盒盖2外侧延伸形成第二连接带210,在本实施例优选为侧壁21的顶部边缘向盒盖21外侧水平延伸以形成第二连接带210。所述第二连接带210的中部往盖板20方向凸起形成一凸筋211。所述第二连接带210的边缘往盖板20方向弯折形成第二弯折部212,所述第二弯折部212与所述第一弯折部112形状配合,其宽度大于所述第一弯折部112的宽度,且小于所述侧壁21的高度。所述第二弯折部212的边缘内侧凸起形成一锁止凸条213,所述锁止凸条213延及所述第二弯折部212的边缘,并具有分别向盖板20倾斜和向盖板20外侧倾斜的两个斜面,且两个斜面之间圆弧过渡,避免过于锋利割伤使用者的手部。
当所述盒盖2盖设在所述盒体1的开口上时,所述盒盖2的侧壁21的外表面与所述盒体1的盒壁11的内表面贴合,所述盒盖2的凸筋211嵌入所述盒体1的凹槽111形成密封结构,所述第一弯折部112与第二弯折部212贴合密封。
所述盒壁11向所述盒底10外侧倾斜,因此所述盒壁11的内径由盒底10周边到第一连接带110逐渐增大。所述盒盖2的侧壁21向所述盖板20外侧倾斜,因此所述侧壁21的内径由盖板20周边到第二连接带210逐渐增大。所述盒壁11的底部外径小于或等于所述盒盖2的侧壁21的底部内径,则盒盖2的内部空间可容纳盒壁11的底部,多个所述食品容器层叠放置时,侧壁21对盒壁11的底部起限位作用。
所述食品容器的形状可以为圆形、椭圆形、矩形、五边形、六边形或其他不规则形状,作为进一步优选,本实施例的盒底10为圆形,所述盖板20也为圆形。所述食品容器的容量 在100~50000毫升范围之间。所述食品容器采用食品级聚丙烯、高抗冲聚苯乙烯、双向拉伸聚苯乙烯、天然无机矿物填充聚丙烯复合材料、纸制品等材料,有利于进行降解或回收利用,并通过模具制作而成。
本实用新型的食品容器的工作原理如下:
使用者盛装好食物后,把盒盖2盖设在盒体1开口上,将第一连接带110与第二连接带210结合,通过将凸筋211摁入凹槽111内,使第一弯折部112与第二弯折部212紧密配合、盒盖2的侧壁21与盒体1的盒壁11紧密配合,同时锁止凸条213能够起到限位作用,防止第一弯折部112脱离第二弯折部212,实现对食品容器内食物的良好密封。使用者可将装好食物的多个食品容器层叠放置以减少容纳空间,便于运送,盒底10的凸环101方便抓握。当需要打开盒盖2时,使用者可以用大拇指拨开锁止凸条213,同时用其他手指固定住盒盖2的侧壁21内表面,就能很容易地将盒盖2揭开。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种食品容器,包括具有开口的盒体和盒盖,所述盒盖可拆卸地盖设在所述盒体的开口上,其特征在于:所述盒体包括盒底和沿盒底周边向上延伸的盒壁,所述盒壁的顶部边缘向盒体外侧延伸形成第一连接带,所述第一连接带的中部设有一凹槽,所述凹槽的开口方向与盒体的开口方向相同,且所述凹槽围绕盒体形成环形闭合圈;所述盒盖包括盖板和沿盖板周边向上延伸的侧壁,且所述侧壁的顶部边缘向盒盖外侧延伸形成第二连接带,所述第二连接带的中部往盖板方向凸起形成一凸筋;当所述盒盖盖设在所述盒体的开口上时,所述盒盖的侧壁的外表面与所述盒体的盒壁的内表面贴合,所述盒盖的凸筋嵌入所述盒体的凹槽形成密封结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的食品容器,其特征在于:所述第一连接带的边缘往所述盒底方向弯折形成第一弯折部,所述第二连接带的边缘往所述盖板方向弯折形成第二弯折部,当所述盒盖盖设在所述盒体的开口上时,所述第一弯折部与第二弯折部贴合密封。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的食品容器,其特征在于:所述第二弯折部的宽度大于所述第一弯折部的宽度,其边缘内侧凸起形成一锁止凸条,所述锁止凸条延及所述第二弯折部的边缘。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的食品容器,其特征在于:所述盒壁的内表面设有凸出于内表面的支撑台阶;所述支撑台阶的上表面与所述盒底平行,且其上表面与所述盒壁顶部的距离等于所述盒盖的侧壁外表面的高度以支撑所述盒盖的盖板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的食品容器,其特征在于:所述盒壁的底部外径小于或等于所述盒盖的侧壁的底部内径。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的食品容器,其特征在于:所述凹槽由所述第一连接带弯折形成。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的食品容器,其特征在于:所述盒壁外表面设有多条加强竖筋。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的食品容器,其特征在于:所述多条加强竖筋间隔均匀地设置在所述盒壁外表面的顶部区域,每条加强竖筋的长度不超过盒体高度的1/4。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的食品容器,其特征在于:所述盒底外表面的中央部分向所述盒体的收容空间方向凹陷。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的食品容器,其特征在于:所述盒壁外表面设有至少一个防滑凸起。
